Abstract:The combined deformation and mechanical properties of filament wound cylinder of filament reinforced composite materials were investigated in this paper. A method of using filament winding composites was established to reduce the amplitude of torsional vibration in the case of special stimulating vibration. A design formula of anisotropic filament wound cylinder to reduce the torsional vibration of axle components was obtained. The results indicated that by putting the filament wound cylinder on an axis, the torsional vibration of the axis can be reduced effectively.

Abstract:In this paper,the method of establishing the torsional vibration model of drilling string and rock bit and the process of simulation analysis are introduced.The interaction between bit and rock and elastic deformation of drilling string in the process of petroleum drilling which caused the torsional vibration of the drilling string and rock bit is main considered in establishing the model.The torsional model is solved by difference method.Based on the models,the simulation analysis software of drilling string and rock bit is designed,and simulation calculation and analysis of the tortional vibration of drilling string and rock bit under different conditions are computed,and the dynamic behavior and kinetics regularity of drilling string and rock bit in drilling are obtained.

Abstract:In this paper,a numerical model of a three dimensional human torso has been presented.In this model,the torso part including anisotropic muscle layers has been discretized by means of the finite element method(FEM).The rest of torso have been divided into the surface elements by the boundary element method(BEM).This discretized model can be used in the field such as the forward problem and the inverse problem of the electrocardiogram(ECG).

Abstract:The paper analyzed the force on the filler sealing in the centrifugal pumps.Through the experiments,the factors affecting the leakage rate were found such as the pressing force,the firction coefficient filler,the oviginal gap,the length of the sealing ring and so on.In the experiments,when the PTFE Ekonol Graphite,self lubricating composite materials were used as the sealing filler of the centrifugal pumps and the dynamic design was made,it showed that the performance of the pumps was obviously better than where the asbestos was.As a result,it may solve the leakage of the pumps and decrease the power loss because of friction.

Abstract:In order to decrease the current ripple and improve the operating performances of the rare earth permanent magnetic brushless DC motor system,a two quadrant current chopper is used in the system and its operating principles are analyzed in this paper.The results of digital simulation and system experiment are presented and confirm that the system based on the two quadrant current chopper has attractive performances.

Abstract:A new robust identification algorithm which is based on the estimation of parameter model,i.e.,Optimal Volume Ellipsoid parameter set identification algorithm is presented in this paper.It identifies not only a parameter point(the center of the ellipsoid) but also the error bounds of each parameter.It employs noise bounds in identification algorithm and dynamically modifies coefficients of identification convergent speed and direction in order to attain satisfactory perfomance.Digital simulation results show that is possesses high accuracy,dramatic convergent speed,excellent performance against noise and strong robustness as well as uniform convergent,which is obviously superior to traditional identification schemes.
