Abstract:A distributed scheduling method in a networked manufacturing enviroment is given. A allocation algorithm for dynamic tasks in distributed systems based on LAN information in factories is introduced. The design goal is to obtain some better comprehensive targets, such as cost price, load balance, waiting time and efficient of systems.

Abstract:The relevent concepts of tensor analysis into the study of computer aided tolerancing(CAT) are introduced,and the general method for seeking the sencitivity coefficients of the mechanical problems with explicit constrains is derived.The results are invariant in any coordinate system,and the concept are clear.The method is easy to be realized on a computer.

Abstract:An adaptive control system of the feeding movement of WEDM machine based on monitoring and identifying the machining status is developed.The system samples the pulses of gap voltage and current,identifies the pulses representing different status by the given threshold value and a logic algorithm circuit,and employs 8253 chip to account the percentage of normal pulses within specific interval to obtain the time series data for filling a AR(N) model which used to forecast and avoid short circuit along with output the manipulative value to control the feeding speed.Experiment results show that the percentage of normal pulses is obviously improved.

Abstract:The combination of the measured real time state acquisition from the process with predictive process for the fature state is used to predicate the variable tendency for process state. This method is useful to avoid delay and enhance real time ability of the control information of the expert system. Also a described knowledge and structure of real time process state are proposed. This system can be applied to other kind of practice systems with slow time variable, uncertainty and delay.

Abstract:This paper illustrates the methods of extracting characteristic parameters and deformation recognition using wavelet transfor,which applied in low voltage impulse(LVI) method on the transformer winding deformation detection.The results show that it is effective to eliminate the noise using wavelet transform,meanwhile,it can also make measurement has repetitivity and has a property on model recognition on defomation.

Abstract:A SDS PAGE technique is adopted to investigate the change of membrane cytoskeleton protein for hereditary spherocytosis(HS).The membrane vicoelastic properties are determined by the micropipette aspiration technique.The results show that the membrane elastic modulus of HS erythrocyte hase no remarkable difference but the viscosity is significantly higher than normal cells and the deformability of HS erythrocyte is reduced.It is discovered that spectrin,band 3 and band 5 of HS erythrocyte are partly deficient;the membrane thiol groups concentration of HS erythrocyte is lower than normal cells.These results suggest that the integrity of the struture and ingredient of the cytoskeleton protein networks plays an important role in deformability of erythrocvte.

Abstract:In the established model, the cooling differences are considered between the surface of inner radius and that of outer radius, and in the transverse direction of thin slab. And the conception for the effective coefficient of spraying water in continuous casting is firstly put forward. According to different casting speeds and different cooling zones, different time step lengths are adopted. In this model the heat transfer differences are thought over among vertical and curved zones, wide and narrow surfaces an well as angular zone of mould. The method of the corrected equivalent specific heat is used to deal with latent heat. The influence of forced convection is considered on heat transfer. Therefore, the model has higher accuracy and is consistent with the practice.
