    Abstract:
    With the Contact Finite Element Method, the distribution and contact zone of the hourglass worm gearing are calculated. Under the different loads, load among the teeth pairs and variation of contact zone are investigated. The photo elastic experiment has been proceeded for verifying the pressure distribution and load sharing. The result by photo elastic experiment is corresponding to the calculating result with contact FEM.

    Abstract:
    在对N型内齿行星齿轮传动的基本结构形式-单环、双环、三环及四环球减速器的基本结构和传动机理分析的基础上,对环式减速器的发热问题进行了研究,探讨了引起环式减速器发热的主要原因和部位,发现箱体支承轴承和环板高速轴承发热严重是主要发热源。提出了解决发热问题的具体措施,该措施经实验验证很好地解决了环式减速器的发热问题,提高行星轴承及减速器的使用寿命,具有重要的工程实用价值。

    Abstract:
    研究了猪十二指肠和空肠的生物力学性能,结果表明:其应力-应变关系为指数函数关系。从材料常数C和α比较来看,十二指肠和空肠的指数系数α值较接近,这说明十二指肠和空肠应力应变趋势是一致的。在一定应变下,十二指肠的增量弹性模量大于空肠的增量弹性模量。这说明,空肠更容易发生变形。本试验研究为研制体内运行的医用微型机器人提供基础数据。

    Abstract:
    AGC control technology is one of the key techniques used in modern rolling mill, the effect of which has influence on the accuracy of the product. On the base of analysing system composition and dynamic characteristics of the main dynamic emelent, a danamic simulation model is put forward,and then dynamic simultion for the hydraulic AGC system of 3340 rolling mill is implemented. Then, it lays a foundation for the design of rolling system and the dynamic simulation of the rolling process.

    A multi-object optimization model is proposed with respect to the completed vehicle in ergonomics,which takes the root-mean-square value of body in multiple work condition and the decoupled energy of engine mounting system as a general object. The optimization values is given. An example shows that the vibration of an automobile can be reduced effectively by choosing proper parameters of mounting system.Moreover, comfort of automobile can be improved.

    Data are distributed in strongly different environment under Computer Integerted Manufacturing System.It is of great advantage to view these data by web pages.Constructing web database query system fast in environment of CIMS will greatly reduce the developing cost and shorten the developing period.The scripting object model given by Microsoft is a good developing tool for web,but not always practical in some cases.When analyzing the scripting object model,the scripting object library routines are reconstructed and the complicated web database query system can be easily and quickly realized by visualized manipulation.The method has already been used in actual application.

    Abstract:
    In this investigation 50 normal subjects were observed. Activities of EEG of 8 areas on both hemisphere during six different states were recorded. The author analyzed time ( T ), area( A ) and amplitude ( Amp ) of burst 40 Hz ERP recorded during different states and investigate the correlation's between 40 Hz ERP and age, sex,education background and scores of IQ. The time, area and amplitude of burst 40 Hz ERP are all significantly lower during rest states than those during orientation test, calculation test and visual spatial task test. During thinking process the increase of burst 40 Hz ERP is positive correlated with the scores in MMSE and WAIS. T is the most stable and sensitive marker. A affected by T and Amp, is stable but less sensitive than T. Amp is less sensitive than T and A.

    Abstract:
    Using gained experimental data to develop the models of stable flow stresses at high temperature plastic deformation by statistical methods for alloy materials, precision of the models is poor and at the same time the processes of modeling are complicated with great workload. On the basis of the data obtained on Gleeble-1500 Thermal Simulator,the predicting models for the relation between stable flow stress during high temperature plastic deformation and deformation strain, strain rate and temperature for 1420 Al-Li alloy have been developed with BP Artificial Neural Network method. The results show that the model on basis of BPNN is practical and it reflects the real feature of the deforming process. It states that the difference between the real value and the output of the model is in order of 5 percent.

    Abstract:
    A reduced-order big-signal model of three-phase pulse-width-modulation (PWM) rectifiers is proposed. The analysis and design of the three-phase boost Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit is far more complex than the dc-to-dc converter, in that the coefficient of the state equation are time-variant. Although they become constants when in steady state in d-q frame, it is difficult to design due to the couple of the d- and q-channel. By combination of the topology transformation and Tellegen's theorem, the mains can be simplified to a boost dc-to-dc converter, thus reduce the mains' order to two, and the parameter of the simplified circuit is deduced. The proposed model can also be linearized to obtain the small-signal model. The small-signal model greatly simplifies the system design, therefore the traditional trial-and-error procedure is deserted. The contrast simulation results indicate that the simplified model can represent the low-frequency big-signal dynamic behavior of the six-switch three-phase PFC circuit.

    Abstract:
    Transmission lines are easily hit by lightning, and lightning shielding failure is an important reason of lightning accidents of transmission line. So researches on lightning shielding of transmission line should be strengthened. On the basis of the abundant understand to known lightning shielding models of transmission line, a new lightning shielding simulation model of transmission line is presented in the paper. In this model, the effect of attracting lightning of upward leader is considered reasonably, and the method of variable descending step is adopted to simulate the descending process of lightning leader. The simulation calculating results show that the model is in good agreement with field experience of transmission line. It can guide lightning shielding design of transmission line and estimate the performance of lightning shielding of transmission line.

    Abstract:
    The thin-slab continuous casting is an important new technology in the world. The major key of this technology is to assure the good quality and the less crack of thin slab. Thus in this paper a two-dimension thermal elasto-plastic and creep stress (TEPC) model for thin slab strand is developed. The equations between stress and strain are given on thermal creep condition for elastic area, plastic area and the transitional area of thin-slab strand section.The formula of equivalent plasto-strain increment is obtained. The boundary conditions of the model given is fairly accurate. Therefore, the TEPC model is possessed of higher precision, and the model is also used to analyze the stress and strain distribution of strand in continuous casting.

    为弄清机车圆柱压缩螺旋弹簧热卷成形时表层开裂的原因,对制造此种弹簧的φ38 mm热轧60Si2Mn钢进行了化学成分、表层金相组织等分析后,采用波谱法和剥层分析法确定了该材料在(1 050±50)℃的煤气燃烧炉内加热1.3~1.5 h后表层显著增硫是造成弹簧热卷成形时其外侧表面层开裂的根本原因。   为避免加热时对钢表层的硫腐蚀,除对材料表面质量提出了进一步的要求外,还提出了采用可控气氛,对发生炉煤气进行脱硫处理及使用低硫无烟煤作发生炉煤气的原料等解决措施。文中立足现有设备条件而采用后者亦很好地解决了此问题。,To find the reason why surface layer is crazed when cylinder compress coil spring coil and forming at high temperature,the composition and surface metallographic microstructure of φ38 mm heat rooled 60Si2Mn steel is analyzed.Then the spectral analysis and skiving layer analysis show that the fundamental reason of coil spring outside crazed is remarkable increased sulphur on surface after this material heat at (1 050±10)℃×(1.3~1.5) h in alkynes gas burning stove when the spring heat coil forming at high temperature.   In order to void sulphur corrosion of steel surface layer when it is heated,in addition to more requirement of material surface quality,this paper gives some measure that alkyne gas of producer is given a desulfidation process by controlling the atmosphere in the producer and that use the alkyne of low sulphur and without smoke as row material.Based on the current equipment the author resolves this problem well by using the latter.,

    以具有代表性的13-Bit格子气自动机模型为对象,通过大量的数值实验,分析了影响格子气自动机模型模拟结果的几个主要因素:迭代次数、赋值方式、统计次数及粒子密度。对13-Bit格子气自动机模型,沿主流方向赋初值需迭代300时步,沿所有方向随机赋初值需迭代3000时步,模拟才达到稳定;统计次数需在40时步以上;粒子密度需在1.0-3.0之间。分析这些影响因素对格子气自动机模型的深入运用奠定了基础。

    Based on the first and the second laws of thermodynamic, the entropy generation of heat transfer process from the inside to the outside through a duct is analyzed. A dimensionless entropy generation number based on the fluid of inside duct is introduced and an analytical expression for the dimensionless entropy generation number is obtained. The effect of some dimensionless parameters on the irreversibility performance of heat transfer process through a duct is discussed. The results show that an optimal Reynolds number of fluid inside duct is found to make dimensionless entropy generation number minimum , the dimensionless entropy generation number increases with the increment of the ratio of the Reynolds number of inside and outside duct fluids, dimensionless inlet temperature difference and dimensionless characteristic geometric dimension. The results from this paper provide a reference for the thermodynamic performance evaluation on the basic heat transfer process through a duct and enhancement in double sides of duct.

    Biphasic porous medium model,based on the mixture theory in continuum mechanics frame,is used to depict the distributing disciplinarian of sclerotin's stress field,distortion field and pore pressure when the bone tissue is subjected to various dynamic loadings.The coupling relationship among the distortion,fluid flow and the streaming potential is studied.The penalty finite element formulation for streaming potential is studied.The penalty finite element formulation for streaming potential distributing in bone tissue is obtained by using Galerkin weighted residual method for the biphasic porous medium model with corresponding initial and boundary conditions,in this modeling,the solid phase is assumed to be isotropic elastic medium,and the fluid phase is ideal fluid.The computational results show that because of the distortion of bone tissue the marrow's flow is raised,then the electriferous partical moves in the porous and the streaming potential appears.

    By means of heat conduction model of the cathode of aluminum electrolytic tank,the gas baking startup technology for electrolytic tank is investigated numerically. Under different baking processes, the change of heating speed, temperature difference in the cathode and heating load vs. time are studied.The baking time needed and fuel consumption under different baking processes are discusses, and the characteristics of baking processes are compured each other. The result reveal the best process to startup electrolytic tank; it provides theoretical reference to work out proper baking process for gas baking startup technology for aluminum electrolytic bath.

    The two methods of estimating parameter in computable general equilibrium(CGE) model are introduced and compared:the calibration procedure and econometric estimation. The conclusions are:the estimation of parameter in CGE model must use the calibration procedure coupled with the econometric estimation method;the elasticity of output with respect to labor input,the marginal expenditure share for households and price elasticity of export demand are estimated by econometric estimation method;and other parameters of the CGE model can be get by calibration procedure.

    The analysis of vibration response of structure with TMD is carried out under earthquake ,considering the ground-structure interaction. The varying rule of square difference of displacement of structure with the TMD on or off by changing the first inherent frequency is also presented .It has been proved by comparing and analyzing that a TMDstructure with optimum parameters can efficiently reduce the vibration of structure under strong wind and earthquake,when the main frequency of the ground motion is within the range of TMD vibration reducing frequency.

    鉴于在急倾斜煤层中进行地下气化所存在的煤气热值不稳定问题,提出了多点两阶段煤炭地下气化工艺。介绍了模型试验系统,阐述了多点两阶段地下气化方法,研究了两阶段时间之比、产出的煤气热值、组份和气化速度,并对试验结果进行了分析。模型试验结果表明,多点两阶段煤炭地下气化方法,使产生高热值水煤气的时间较固定点供风(汽)模式提高0.67-1.5倍。从而在煤炭地下气化现场试验过程中,为生产和技术参数的设计,提供了重要的理论依据。

    Rockburst is often encountered in the underground engineerings of high geostress area, it is a kind of dynamic geodisaster.Depending on the examples of rockburst in the Erlang mountain highway tunnel and Jinping second powerstation tunnel, the fracture geometry shapes of rockburst are elaborated. Through the research of SEM analysis and rock mechanics tests of rockburst, three basic mechanics mechanisms of rockburst have been summarized,i.e., compression cracking, compression shear cracking,bending and breaking.

    Pitman准则的研究是近年来统计理论中参数估计研究的一个热点,已有相当多的文献出现。笔者建立的一类分布fm,δ,μ正是适应这种研究的需要而产生的,借助于这一分布,可以方便地对正态假定下的线性估计确定Pitman准则下的序关系。

    The preparation method of transparent film of electrochromism polyaniline on the glass supporter is studied by a dipping polymerization. The electric and optic properities of the resulting film are measured as a function of oxidant,dopant,reaction time and temperature.The optimum technology term is obtained in the normal atmospheric temperature.The experimental result is testified by fuzzy set theory.

    Abstract:
    Silane agent is applied directly for metallic surface corrosion resisting, which can replace phorsphating technique.SA film is prepared under the optimal processing conditions, and reflective FTIR spectroscopy is used to analyse component and structure of SA film. Film thickness is detected by elliptical spectroscopy method, and results of electrochemical corrosion processing detecting and CuSO 4 solution point corrosion experiment are used to verify corrosion resistance of SA film.
