Abstract:In the field of signal analyies for time frequency, the DFT is a familiar term. Especially,when its efficient algorithm FFT given, the other operations in signal analyses are also usually translated to DFT as soon as possible so as to enhance the calculating speed. But in our exploning the virtual instrument for time frequency analyzing, two sorts of formulas to calculate DFT and its inverse transform (IDFT) are found. These results are in different value of operation from different signal analysts or from different instruments for time frequency analyzing, their physical meaning are also not clear enough.The period extent theory some previous document based on when defined DFT is firstly expatiated. Then, separately with future defining coefficient method and analogy evolvement method, the authors argue that, based on the period extent theory, it is more rational to calculate DFT with the formula given. A shortage is pointed out and corrected is appeared in some previous documents when having given the formula of DFT. The improper view is also clarified that the reason why there are two sorts of formulas is make by custom.The rationality of the authors view with three examples is visually verified in the end.

Abstract:An approach is described on the automated tracking of interference circle fringe to get the flatness accurately based on the Equal Inclination Interference Theory (EIIT). The system,based on the theory of EIIT, can be applied to grasp the changing fringe information, which is white alternating with black through the CCD camera. Following the basic principle of fringes image centro-symmetric, we create some windows, process only the interference fringes information in the windows. According to the position of the processed interference fringe and the position of the last adjacent interference fringe in the windows, the interference fringe variation value N from the starting measured point is received, it implies the changed altitude value from the starting measurement point. This method allows us not only get the fringe information of the half-wavelength integer multiple but also denote those of the half-wavelength decimal multiple. The system is proved to be effective experimentally. It is useful in metrology department for the high-precision flatness standard unit.

Abstract:随着表面活性剂原材料价格的上涨和人类对环保问题的日益重视,开发新的表面活性剂已成为金属切削液研究的重点之一,利用我国丰富的天然松香资源,合成表面活性剂,是原料来源方便,又具有环保意义的有效方法,在催化剂存在下,反应温度为160-200℃时,松香与顺酐进行共聚反应,共聚物进一步与多元胺发生中和反应,生成了非离子表面活性剂HA-1,它具有优良的分散性、润滑性、防锈性,有着广阔的应用前景和极好的生态性能,可用作分散稳定剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、润湿剂等,添加在合成切削液中,显示出优异的综合性能,是合成切削液的一个突破,同时也为改性和利用松香提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Shortening lead time while maintaining product quality requires planning the design process carefully. A simple, flexible process-planning mechanism for engine design, the Design Relationship Matrix, is used to achieve it. The matrix represents functional as well as structureal velationships between major components to assure that design information is reliably transmitted through the design organization. An investigation of an engine's design process was made in an automobile manufacturer. The authors identified areas for improvement, and synthesized mechanisms to achieve those improvements.

Abstract:Characteristics of a tire are the foundation of vehicle dynamics studying, especially play a vital role in vehicle handling study. It is necessary to establish a tire model in the simulation for vehicle handling because the tire characteristics got by test can not be satisfied.The optimization of fitting to the tire test data curves by Magic Formula is discussed, included the digitalization of tire test data curves, designing objective functions and optimization processes,etc. Finally the parameters in Magic Formula tire model are obtained and they lay a foundation for the development of vehicle handling aftertime.

Abstract:研究了AlSi6.5Cu2.8Mg合金在固、液相区温度重熔时,固、液相转变,α晶体形貌演变的规律和α晶体长大的规律,试验结果表明:半固态重熔时,α晶体的形态的演变过程按液相量和成份的变化以及α晶体的形态变化分为3个阶段:第一阶段为液相量的增加阶段;第二阶段为液相成份向平衡亚共晶成份转化阶段;第三阶段为液相达平衡亚共晶成份以后的阶段;在第一和第二阶段,α晶体以碰撞合并方式长大,第艳阳天阶段按Ostward方式长磊,试验数据作统计分析知:α晶体的直径d与时间的抛物线关系的幂指数是随重熔温度而变化的;573℃,578℃和584℃对应的幂指数分别是4.004,2.38和1.84,幂指数主要受熔体中对流强度的影响。

Abstract:Some paper have presented the abstract element class of FEM, which the specific element class such as the triangle Element,the quadrilateral Element can be derived from. The substructure is the specific element class as the class derived form the abstract element class. The Object-Oriented FEM needs changing rearly when the sub-structural function is added to it. The Choleshi's disintegration of the sub-structural stiff is done and using the resolved triangular matrix many times can greatly reduce the work of the cohering matrix. Abstract:Under static state condition, the characteristics of adsorption of Pb 2+ and Zn 2 in Rock have been studied using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers method and the atom adsorption spectrophotometers method. The results show that the process,in which the sandstone adsorbs Zn 2+ from solution-containing Zn 2+ , the sandstone adsorb Zn 2+ and Pb 2+ from Pb 2+ +Zn 2+ solution and breccia adsorbs Zn 2+ from Pb 2+ +Zn 2+ solution , is fractal-like. The rate of adsorption of Pb 2+ is more than that of Zn 2+ in breccia. The adsorption ability of Zn 2+ in rock is decreased because there is Pb 2+ in solution. The adsorption capacity of Pb 2+ is close to that of sandstone and breccia,and the adsorption ability of Zn 2+ in breccia is better than that in sandstone.

Abstract:According to different construction ways and materials, three kinds of roof, that is ,passive evaporated roof with freedom water surface , water stored roof by means of pore material and hygroscopic roof,are introduced in this paper . Meanwhile the theory of heat insulation and energy efficiency on passive evaporation roofs and suitable weather and places to be used are also discussed .The results show that all kinds of passive evaporated roofs have high efficiency in heat insulation because of water's high specific heat and large quantity of absorbed latent heat,and that they can be adopted according to the practical local weather ,natural resource and economical development.

Abstract:Magnetorheological materials are a class of smart materials whose reological properties may be rapidly varied by application of magnetic field. By a simple mechanical mold, a visco-plastic model for the materials is developed. It is shown that the model can describe the variation of the mechanical properties for the Magnetorheological materials in the different magnetic field. The result is shown that the model can characterize the mechanical properties of Magnetorheological Materials in plastic and viscous variation.

Abstract:Nonlinear planar response of a cable under plannar narrow band radom excitation is studied.A response equation for the mean square deflection is obtained under a single mode approximation by using the equivalent linearization technique.It is shown that the response is triple valued,if the center frequency of excitation lies in a certain specified range.The triple valued response occure only if the excitation of excitation lies in a certain specified range.The triple valued response occures only if the excitation bandwidth is smaller than a critical value which is monotonically increasing function of the intensity of excitation.

Abstract:材料的真应力和真应变与常用的工程应力-应变有明显的差异,作者从真应力和真应变的定义出发,论述了塑性材料在轴向拉伸条件下变形过程的力学行为,阐明了应变硬化、最大均匀真塑性应变、应变硬化指数的相互关系,真应力-应变曲线直观地反映了材料拉伸变形时的应变硬化行为,其数学表达式为Hollomon公式,由拉伸实验得到的logσ-logε曲线的斜率即为应变硬化指数,其数值与材料拉伸变形时的最大均匀应变相等,是衡量材料塑性均匀变形能力的力学指标。

Abstract:ABC(Absorbing Boundary Conditions) is an important component part in FDTD(Finite-Difference Time-Domain) method,the processing of corner point affect ABC itself,that is,the inadequate processing of them may cause unnaturally results.The processing of corner points in traditional second-order absorbing boundary condition for 2D case is complex,and it is difficult to extend to 3D case.For these reasons,a simpler method about the corner points based on unidirectional out traveling wave absorbing theorem is discussed in this paper,and validated by a numerical method proposed by authors.The results show that this method satisfies the demands for ABC and is more efficient and more precise.Meanwhile,it is easy to extent to 3D case.

Abstract:The paper studies the theory about the corrosion as well as the broken point of the grounding grid in power plants and substations. By using sensitivity analysis, failure diagnosis equation is put up through rigorous theoretical analysis. Meanwhile the problem of morbid equation is solved by introducing lowest energy theory and technique of optimiation to diagnosis equation solution of grounding grid combined with definite constraint condition and linear or non-linear objective function, the fault diagnosis equation is discussed. Abstract:A new artificial neural network,i.e.,polynomial feedforward artificial neural network(PFANN), which has three layers(input layer,hidden layer and output layer) is presented. The neural activation functions of hidden layer and output layer are f(x)=x p and linear function, respectively. The learning method of hidden-output layer weights is the steepest descent method and the one of input-hidden layer weights is genetic algorithm(GA) . During the learning process, the error function is decreased monotonely. So the learning algorithm is convergent and the network ,which can approximate to arbitrary continuous function , is stable. Some applying samples of PFANN, which reveales the remarkable quality, are proposed,too.

Abstract:In order to accelerate the working speed of a FFT processor, this paper presents a hardware structure of a FFT processor, which is suitable for CPLD , and the 128-point FFT single-chip processor is realized by means of FLEX10K CPLD and MAX+PLUS II software. The calculation time of the processor is less than 230uS. The research proves that the combination of CPLD and FFT increases the working speed of FFT processors and raise the level of application .

Abstract:Geographic Information System(GIS) is playing more and more important role in information management of power system. The popular GIS platform products include GeoMedia, Arc/Info, MapInfo and MicroStation. The choosing and using of power GIS platform should obey the rule in power system reality. Based on their preponderant application in geographic industry, Arc/Info and MapInfo have been successfully used in power system. The scheme of power GIS platform is put forward in this paper, referenced to the judgement and analysis of these prevailing platform, and the example of "GIS information system in Chongqing YuBei Power Supply Bureau" is given. This example shows the powerful twice developing ability, the profound network topology analysis ability of this method, which could also satisfy the needs of excessive and separate work nodes and parallel operation. All researches showed in this paper demonstrate the method could satisfy the need of power GIS.

Abstract:Because fingerprint directional image represents the basic structural feature really and abstractly, It has very important research value in automatic fingerprint identification system. Now it has been widely used to solve the problem of image enhancement, global feature extraction, automatic classification, template matching and image encoding. Especially the Gabor filter based on directional image gets a marvelous effect, which can filter the noises along ridges. Combining the author's research work, several newly developed methods to get directional image are introduced. The performance of real-time and robust to noise of these methods are assessed,and the mending methods are presented also. In the end, the typical applications are systematically overviewed and the direction for further study is provided.

Abstract:The exact computing of house architectural area and apportionment of area is strongly related to the actual interests of people. If it is done manually,there are many problem such as longer time spending, more workload, requiring detailed verification, nonstandard calculating report. Using ActiveX automation and ADO techniques, the house architectural area computing and plotting system was developed under Autocad R14 environment with VB 6.0 and Access database in order to solve above problem. The developed system can automatically compute house architectural area and apportionment of area for each floor of each building and can print the related data report and drawing. The system works well in many departments of house measurement. Several key technical problem of the system are discussed.

Abstract:In the HFC network, the funnelling effect of noise is the main restrict matter of raising the rate in the up stream channel. The requirements for the wide band services in a up stream channel are fist studied, and used as the criteria to compare the transfer ways each other used in up stream channel. Then, the ways in DOCSIS are analyzed, which were used to resist the noise, and the effect is showed by an example. The raised ability of resisting noise in the CDMA is obtained by reducing the transfer rate. Although it has a little better performance in resisting noise, but the rate is low and can not meet the requirements of wide band services. A kind of network structure is given, in which the users are connected in serial way, the noise funnelling is eliminated and have a high rate in the up stream channel. It is suitable for the wide band services, but the technology realizing the network structure needs perfecting.

Abstract:In code-division multiple-access (CDMA) systems,sub-optimum multi-user or joint detection algorithms have been studied recently, which are mostly designed for the uplink situation. The algorithms are too complex to implement for the downlink situation. The conventional receiver consisting of matched filters is often inefficient in eliminating MAI. The authors propose a data detection algorithm designed for downlink of CDMA systems which introduce channel equalization to eliminate MAI. It consists of a channel equalizer and code matched filter. The equalization algorithm is based on zero forcing (ZF) criterion.The performance of the algorithm is better than metched filter's and its complexity is cower than tunt of sub-optimum multi-user detection.

Abstract:To enhance quality of image processing, it is demanded that coding algorithm should be simplified and the speed of image processing should be faster,and information loss on image compressed should be minimum.Adaptive segmentation is given for image which to be processed.Region coding is combined with threshold coding.Adaptation to mixture transform coding is fulfilled.Results of simulation shows that with this method coding loss witch images are compressed is mined and quantity of image processing is good.

Abstract:The principle of NO x reduction using gas reburning in boiler is analyzed. The experimental device is set up according to the principle of cold simulation. Replacing natural gas with hot air, the cold simulated experiment of mixed condition in boiler has been done. The method reflecting the mixed condition in boiler by means of surveying the uniformity of temperature is put forward on the basis of the similarity of momentum, heat and mass transfer processes. In the meantime, the temperature of different sections in furnace is measured and mean square difference of temperature field is calculated. The effect of flow rate and position of nozzle on the mixed condition in boiler is investigated.

Abstract:A theoretical analysis is presented for heat transfer in micro-annular channel with an adiabatic wall and a heated wall with uniform wall temperature in slip flow regime. The energy equations with the boundary conditions of temperature jump are solved for the hydrodynamical and thermal fully developed laminar flow of the incompressible fluid in this microchannel. The influences of the Kn number, the ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter on the heat transfer characteristics are discussed respectively. The results show that the Nusselt number in microchannel decreases with the increasing of Kn number comparing with that in macrochannel.

Abstract:The design and optimization of regional sales centers can contribute to the good management of regional sales and the improvement of the efficacy. Its focus is to identify the proper location of physical distribution centers. Based on the GFOLINE Model about the regional sales design,the conditions of the model's application are discussed. By linear programming and grey linear programming model combined with the real practices, two models are established about regional sales, which involves the constraint equations of the optimizing models and some other related practical issues.

Abstract:Al Li合金的工艺塑性较低 ,存在高温沿晶脆性断裂现象 ,其断裂机制至今国内外都未进行系统的研究。采用Gleeble 150 0热模拟试验机 ,对铸态 142 0Al Li合金在变形温度t为 350~ 4 50℃、应变速率 ε为 0 .0 1~ 10s- 1的条件下 ,进行了高温拉伸热模拟实验研究。在实验基础上 ,研究了 142 0Al Li合金的高温拉伸断裂行为。结果表明 ,随着变形温度和应变速率的提高 ,142 0Al Li合金高温拉伸断裂模式由典型的穿晶韧性断裂转变为沿晶脆性断裂。研究说明 ,氢是引起 142 0Al Li合金高温沿晶脆性断裂的根本原因 ,并对 142 0Al Li合金高温氢致断裂的机理进行了探讨 ,提出了“高温氢脆是由于动力和静力二者综合作用的结果”的观点 ,丰富和发展了氢脆理论。

Abstract:To eliminate the environment pollution and fire disaster caused by using oil for quenching cooling medium,cooling property of polymer cooling medium is analyzed in this article.Then quenching technology is experimented with 281A agueous solution of three different concentrations for 50CrMn steel leaf springs.Metallographic analysis and hardness testing are done for sample.After that,this is compared with the quenching deformation and medium management used for 20 # machine oil.Then,it is found out the reason that the spring over-deviation of the bending deformation of leaf spring:the cooling speed is faster than oil's when this cooling medium is below the M S point temperature of steel. At last,this paper summarizes that the problems required to be solved are decreasing the cooling speed of this medium in low temperature,adjusting concentration and decomposition when extending the use of the polymer cooling medium in the leaf spring industry.

Abstract:Some ideas are given about using out-clock, CPU and anti-T-net of D/A card for getting to the intelligent control of scanning voltage ,low-filter and hign-filter of STM; logarithm amplifier for tunnelling current contraction. At last, some applications and questions when it running about STM are discussed.

Abstract:The authors consider two stations of asymmetric polling system with one-message buffer,give the state probability of each station at polling instants,and the distributions and mathematical expections of polling cycle time,intervisit time and wating time.The loss probability at each station has been evaluted.

Abstract:报道了一种绿色合成胡椒基丙酮[55418-52-5]的方法。这种不污染环境的合成方法是用香桂叶油制备的胡椒烯丙酮[3160-37-0]用5%的Pd/C催化剂催化加氢,香桂叶油是植物香桂(Cin-namomum Petrophilum Nees Chao.)的树叶含有的香精油,胡椒基丙酮是一种名贵的单体香料和一些药物的合成中间体,该工艺无生产废水和废渣排放,由洋茉莉醛能合成85.8%的胡椒基内酮。
