    Abstract:
    Two dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock is a NP complicated problem. Each of optimum software gets the cutting results by using proximate and heuristic methods. But different optimum methods and their optimum software may not realize perfect effect according to certain data framework. Furthermore, enterprises can not buy lots of optimum software to choose the most optimized plan. Because of such problems, this paper provides a two dimensional optimum cutting stock method based on Internet and offers the real implementing technique of such method. The experiments, show that this method promotes the general optimum effect of two dimensional optimum cutting stock greatly.

Enterprise simulation can not only overcome the limitations of current product scheme cost evaluation methods , but also support Product Scheme Cost design of Dynamic Enterprise. Product Scheme Cost Design basing on Value Innovation Method aim at value increase , and use Enterprise simulation as Product design tools.     Abstract:
    Aiming at the problem of machining quenched internal helical gears, a method and its equipment are discussed and designed, which is used for machining quenched internal helical gears by EDM. Its characteristic and principle are proposed. The modifying design of the electrode gear and the calculating method of its modification coefficients is presented. Analyzing for the error of the machining equipment is done. The results show that this problem can be solved by EDM, the electrode gear is the modification gear of machined gear and the machining accuracy can be improved by controlling errors.

    Abstract:
    The effect of the rotor system with nonlinear flexible supports passing through the resonance area is studied,when the system is at the transient process of starting or breaking.The stiffness with hard nonlinear feature can cause the critical speed and the maximum amplitude of the transient processes increase.It is no benefit for the rotor system to pass through the resonance area rapidly.The effect of the transient acceleration on the maximum amplitude of the transient processes has also been researched in the paper.At last the rotor system with slow changing stiffness has been analyzed.

    Abstract:
    To assure that inviting and bidding are accomplished legally, normally and orderly in the construction engineering, a tangible market came into being by means of novel technologies, such as computers, networks and information managing so that exoteric, fair and equitable principles are embodied during inviting and bidding in the construction engineering. A framework model of the information managing system for inviting and bidding is proposed, which owns common functions and can be applied to usual construction engineering bargaining. Functions and characteristics of the computer network management system, which was developed and applied on the basis of the framework model, for construction engineering inviting and bidding information are demonstrated. In addition, pivotal technologies of developing the system also are expatiated.Anticipated effects are gained and the system is proved to own a friendly man machine interface after running and applying near a year. Maneuverability and expansibility is competent for inviting and bidding in the tangible construction market.

    Abstract:
    This paper firstly discusses some problem about the uncertain reasoning machine in the agricultural expert system based on HPC, such as the knowledge representation, the certainty factor, the representation of evidence uncertainty, the calculation of multi evidence uncertainty, the update of uncertainty and so on. Secondly, the control strategy of this uncertain reasoning machine is discussed. This control strategy adopts a converse reasoning strategy based on target, and it adopts a conflict removing strategy based on certainty factor. The arithmetic to realize the uncertain reasoning machine is also given in detail. At last, this paper stats the example of malnutrition diagnosing of grape as the application of the reasoning machine.

    The period of local ridges is a critical parameter to constitute filters (for instance Gabor Filter) used in pre-processing of the fingerprint images. Behind acquiring orientation of local ridges, this thesis analyzes the influence of the wrong period of local ridges upon filtering , and presents a method for accurately extracting the period of local ridges on the basis of Mathematical Morphology . Numerous experimental results show that the method is effective and reliable.

    Abstract:
    An algorithm of fault section diagnosis based on topology identification for distribution networks is presented. By decomposing the topologic matrix which describing the distribution network into two parts,one part only contain the complex coupling factor ,and the other ignore the complex coupling factor. Using this method, the fault zones in distribution network can be identified and isolated efficiently, and the vertexes of the zones can also be identified automatically. This approach adapts to the changefully network structures.

    Abstract:
    The funneling effect of noise is the main difficulty in two way CATV modification works. This paper discusses the source of noise and interference, the mechanism to form noise funneling, the regularities of distribution, the characteristics of the spectrum, etc. The purpose is to find the way of reducing funnel noise. The invading noise has the greatest effect on the upstream of two way CATV system, which mainly comes from the indoor of the users. The increase of the number of cable modem will not obviously make greater funneling noise. The cable connectors are the main source of producing and invading noise in outdoor cable network, which is a threat to the safty of the whole upstream channel.

    Abstract:
    Traditional noise octave analyzers consist of filter network and weight network based on hardware. In order to realize a noise octave analysis by software, a digit weight method based on FFT is proposed. Using the method, digit weight and digit system error modification for virtual noise octave analyzer can be realized. Because of digit weight and digit system error modification, precision and stability of the instrument can be improved greatly. As an application, which combines the method of digit weight with the technique of digit system error modification, a low cost and high precision virtual real time noise octave analyzer is developed.

    According to the complex conditions of deep excavation in Nantong mine, FLAC program are carried out for strata movement, ground pressure and surface displacement due to coal extraction. Based on the analysis of Nantong mine, the basic features of strata movement, the fundamental behavior of ground pressure and the related parameters of surface displacement are obtained.     Abstract:
    The failure wave phenomena in glass media under shock loading are analyzed. The propagating mechanism and dynamic characteristics of failure wave and the property of failure layer are revealed. On the basis of experimental analysis, a damage accumulating model determinated by partial stress impulse is proposed, which describes the phenomenon of failure delay in materials being done with the Heaviside function. The propagating procedure, the evolution characters of transverse stress and longitudinal compression strain in failure layer are simulated. Furthermore a phenomenon is revealed that the failure wave velocity decreases after reflection of rarefaction wave at the boundary of failure layer.

    Based on the field data of building fissure and surface horizontal deformation, the author analyzes the building fissure's developing rules during first mining and repeat mining separately, studies the special problem of building fissure's developing rules during repeat mining. From the analysis above, the typical curve between the building fissure's width and surface horizontal deformation during mining is acquired. During mining under the village, if the workface given keeps the same speed, it can ensure the building sustains gradation stretch and compression strain with equality speed, so the residue deformation of building is very small. Conversely, the damage of buildings will be very large. Because the building fissure is liable to occur and develop at spot where the fissure has been already exist, so it is important to maintain the damaged building before repeat mining.

    Abstract:
    Based upon the anisotropy of electric polarization,the nonolinear oscillation equation of the ellipsoid in electric field is constructed by considering the rotative moment between electric field and the induced dipole moment on metallic ellipsoid of field intensity gauge. The oscillation period relative to the amplitude and electric intensity is calculated.An expression of exact computation to measure the electric field intensity is achieved.The impact of the amplitude parameter upon the experiment calculation is analyzed and the method to determine the amplitude is contributed.A contrast to the computed resuls by means of linear oscillation is undertaken to show the raising effect to the calculation precision by considering nonlinearity in oscillation.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes the deep reasons why the benefits are always poor though China has controlled the vehicle exhaust for more than ten years, as well as a successful experience of the developed countries. Contrasting the deficiencies of the previous Air Pollution Control Law and advantages of the present Air Pollution Control Law , the paper indicates the organization structure and management system of the EPA are not entirely eligible for the tasks though the new law entitles environmental administrations to strengthening the exhaust control. It calls for that, according to principle that a structure results in a function, China must establish the management system of vehicle emission control in metropolises as soon as possible. So we can implement this law and improve urban air quality that has deteriorated due to vehicle exhaust. This paper puts forward organization form, functions, tasks and effect of this system.

    Abstract:
    Fault detection of the distribution systems is one of the key techniques for feeder automation. At all times, it is still very difficult for the exact detection of single phase to ground fault. First of all, the distinguishing rules of the faulted phase are presented when ground fault occurs in distribution systems. This paper analyzes the fault detection technique for single phase to ground in system with floating neutral point. Based on faulted phase's current, a method realizing ground fault protection is proposed and the algorithm model of action criterion is given out. The simulation results show that the method will be with very good selectivity to ground fault, and it can be used preferably in feeder automation. The detection method for short circuit fault is also introduced simply.

    Denitrification of Coke oven waste water is most biological.That COD/NH 3 N is too high is adverse to biological denitrification.Iron scrap method is used to pretreat coke oven wastewater in order to degrade COD.Coke oven wastewater is pretreated by iron scrap with ancillary material. A good result is got that the removal efficiency of COD cr of wastewater is 40% or so without regulating pH of wastewater and the solution is alkaline.The results show that the factors arragned in important order as the follows:the quantity of iron scrap,graphite,ancillary material A, treatment time,aeration time.The removal efficiency of COD does not lower ater the reactor has run about two months. The results are stable.

    The new breed of pennisetum pureum tropical forage grass has been cultured which is accustomed to the sub tropic climate condition via introduction and choosing of hybridization. The new breed is not only excellent in growing property and mass production, which is about one time higher than the same kind of tropical forage grass, but also has a strong adaptability. It has a good anti adversity fastness and can live through the winter in the sub tropic region of China. It has a strong ability of keeping the soil and water on the earth. It is indicated from the analysis of nutritional ingredient that the content of protein and dry substance is much higher than the same kind of tropical forage grass. It is a new kind of high quality forage grass which has very high exploitable value when we consider the production, nutrition, ingredients, fastness of pennistetum pureum.

    Considering the importance of 500 kV line and taking 500 kV transmission line in Chongqing as an example, the authors calculate lightning strike outage rate (including return stroke and lightning shielding failure) using regulation method, outage rate of return stroke using travelling wave method, and outage rate of lightning shielding failure using EGM. By comparing and analysing the calculating fesults, weakness of insulation and the area of easy to striking are found out, and corresponding improving measure is brought forward. The results show bigger gradient of lightning higher return stroke tripping, and in regulations result of accounting return stroke tripping is more closed to practical experience, accounting shielding failure rate exists obviously defect, and in EGM accounting shielding failure rate have take much factor, result is more close to practical experience.

    介绍了采用氧化钼代替钼铁、钒渣代替钒铁直接合金化冶炼ZG2 0CrMoV钢的基本理论及工艺技术。探讨了炉渣碱度、还原剂、粒度、温度等因素对合金元素回收率的影响 ,并对产品质量进行了分析 ,研究结果表明 ,在 10kg中频感应炉上采用氧化钼、钒渣同时直接合金化生产ZG2 0CrMoV钢的新工艺是可行的。结果表明 :冶炼顺利 ;产品成分合格、机械工艺性能良好、钢质优良 ;合金元素收得率高且稳定(ηCr>95 %、ηMo>95 %、ηv>95 % ) ;新工艺可以在生产中推广应用。

    Abstract:
    Diamond nucleation is the key of synthesizing diamond films. At present, the negative bias is the most effective method of enhancing diamond nucleation. In this work, the forming energy is emphatically calculated that a diamond nucleus is built up on a micro defect (pit) produced on the substrate surface by ion bombardment in the process of negative bias enhanced diamond nucleation. The analytic function between nucleation energy of diamond, nucleation density, nucleation speed and pit density is given in some reasonable formulas. The results indicate that descent of the nucleation energy of diamond with the pit density resulted in enhancement of nucleation density and nucleation speed, and the results are in agreement with experimental results in conferences. The reason of the pit reduced the nucleation energy is analyzed.

    It is still a major problem for research on online monitor dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage equipment insulation. In the field, new methods are paid attention by researchers especially. At present, there are no methods achieving the satisfactory measurement results. Based on the voltage and current at their respective zero crossed points, this paper proposes the integral measurement method which can be used to measure the dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage capacitive apparatus. The formula for dielectric dissipation factor angle computation is deduced by theoretical analysis and the computation results are achieved by digital simulation. Meanwhile, this paper explains the effect to measurements by system frequency, content of harmonic and zero-drift and draws the relevant error curves. It also proposes the measures to reduce the integral measurement method presented in this paper,which can convert measurement of small signal into that of big signal and accurately measure dielectric loss of capacitive apparatus. It also possesses great anti jamming ability under strong electromagnetic interference environment. The online measurement system can detect the dielectric dissipation factor of high voltage equipment by the integral measurement method.

    The analysis method for profile characteristics based on Kauhunen Loeve transform is presented. The profile characteristics are represented using eigenvalues and eigenvectors, thus the error surface profile can easily be reconstructed. The main eigenvectors can be used to monitor and predict the surface error. Examples show that this method is feasible and very effective.

    The friction and wear properties of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMW PE) composites filled with MoS 2,PTFE,carbon fiber,glass fiber and graphite are studied by using MPV-200 model friction and wear tester and caustic wear one. Experiment results show that graphite,MoS 2,PTFE reduce the friction coefficient of UHMW PE, but glass fiber increases the friction coefficient of UHMW PE, graphite not only reduces the friction coefficient of UHMW PE, but also can greatly reduce the wear of UHMW PE. At the same time, the effects of wear time,rate and load on the friction and wear characteristic of plastic alloy composite material are studied.

The available information shows that greenhouse gas emissions from the landfill sites are 40% 50% of the total greenhouse gas emissions in America. The greenhouse gas output is computed in the text and the conclusion that the main components of yielding gas are food and paper is made. Some measures of cutting greenhouse gas yielding are suggested. At last it points out that some research about these measures should be made in the future in China.

    给出了一个求解形如1/2x^THx c^Tx=min,s.t.‖x‖2≤a的二次规划问题的方法,该方法是由共轭斜量法(CG)和投影收缩算法(PC)的隐式方法组合而成的。对无约束问题,首先以x^0=0作为初始点,用(CG)方法进行求解,如果‖x^k‖2<a(k=1,2,…),则原约束问题的解已经得到;否则用(CG)方法产生的迭代点的模一旦大于a,则以此点为新的初始点,改用隐式(PC)方法进行求解。数值例子的结果显示,该算法对处理大规模问题高效的,并且可大大提高精度。
