Abstract:Problems in the process of conversion from the Voice of Customer (VOC) to technical character of product using the House of Quality (HOQ) are analyzed, and a statistics-based quantifiable technique for product definition is developed to benefit adaptive design. With the underlying principles of HOQ, e.g. customer orientation and integration of marketing and engineering, this technique assures quality in concept design by means of various tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Conjoint Analysis. The principles of the tools used are introduced briefly, and the realization process of the technique is discussed in detail with an example of the concept development of a minivan as its demonstration.

Abstract:It's difficult to form hydrodynamic lubrication because of the low viscosity of water, but it is founded by experiment that there is low co-friction on water lubricated plastic alloy bearings working. The main factors that affect co friction are revs, loaded and clearance. Significance and effect of every factor that affect co friction is analyzed by variance analysis and orthogonal experiment. goaphs of every factor that affect co friction are list. Abstract:The ratio control strategy and the relevant pulley clamping control strategy of the Metal Pushing V-belt Type CVT C Continuously Variable Transmission are key technology of CVT system matching. The engine output torque model and oil consumption model are given in numerical table by cubic spline interpolation to fit engine test result. Based on the engine speed feature, the speed ratio changing strategy of CVT in the numerical table are given to realize the optimal fuel economy and optimal performance mode within the ratio range of the CVT system.

Abstract:With the development of the technology and the production,more and more high performance concrete(HPC)and high performance mortar(HPM)are needed.In order to get all kinds of high performance concrete and high performance mortar,a lot of researches have been done.For example,many researchers used the methods of magnetized water and electricalwater to improve the mechanical performance of the mortar. With these methods,the strengthening effect is not so good,and the value is fluctuated.They are not accepted extensively because of that.However,a method called electro_hydraulic impulse method is described in this paper.With this method,the mechanical performance of the mortar is increased by 20%.It must be pinted out that different results are gotten when different parameters are chosen.Because of the limited experimental conditions,the most optimized parameters haven't been found.So it can be sure that some better results can be gotten with the most optimized parameters.Comparing with other methods,the method of electro hydraulic impulse is more simple,more useful.

Abstract:On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization. This method is not only beneficial to the connection of the reconstruction surface and CAD/CAM system, but also to the integration of design, manufacturing and inspection.

Abstract:The vehicle's driving performances is determined by the control strategies and constructions of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). The constructions of HEV are classified according to the change of state of charge of battery pack, and a study on current situation and trend of control strategies for HEV is presented in this paper. The research indicated that the current control strategies for HEV are not perfect and need further optimization. The control strategies should realize the optimum match among engine, motor, battery and transmission according to the characteristics of each component and vehicle's driving conditions. Many aspects including the fuel economy, emission, the life of battery pack, drivability, the reliability of each component and HEV's manufacture cost should be considered in the control strategies. A study on the control strategies and its optimization that take account of the aspects mentioned above is a work emphasis in the future. This paper also points out the PHEV equipped with small motor, small engine and continuously variable transmission is an ideal system construction for getting optimal fuel economy, lower emissions, steady drivability, lower manufacture cost and HEV's mass.

Abstract:在边坡稳定的可靠度分析中,导数的求解及可靠度分析方法的选择是十分重要的。笔者分析指出:可以用简单的差分法来求解导数;对于边坡稳定性分析中常用的瑞典条分法及Bishop法,当基本变量C、ψ属于正态分布时,极限状态函数也属于正态分布,因此可用中心点法(MFOSM)求解可靠指标及失效概率,它既简单又具有足够的精度。

Abstract:By analyzing the pressure distribution between gears and sealing blocks in compound gear pump with three idlers,the resultant hydraulic forces acting on seal blocks are obtained.The conclusion is the unbalanced resultant hydraulic forces are relatively small in magnitude.In the pump,the inner sealing edges are long and so it s Sealing effect is good,but the outer sealing effect is relatively poor because of its short sealing edges.The little unbalanced force pushes the sealing block to te pumping chamber,therefore it is advantageous to meliorating the pump's sealing effect,thereby to improving it's volumetric efficiency as well.

Abstract:Under the operation mode of the multi-aircrafts , more aircrafts at the same time in the view area of one TT&C station. Obviously, it is unable to manage them for traditional methods. This paper proposes a new technique, which combines SDMA with spread spectrum CDMA. In SDMA, multi-beamforming is available by parallel data processing and one aircraft is tracked by one beam. Finally, simulation results of digital beamforming are provided.

Abstract:In order to reduce the faults and enormous economic losses of mining excavator's elevating controlling system,the research of the system's fault diagnostic methods is very valuable. Based on functional fault description and fault arrangement, a new method is offered for the complicated controlling system . The improved fuzzy algorithm of the controlling fields is introduced into the fault diagnostic fields. A improved fuzzy diagnostic model for the voltage's minus-feedback circuit of WK-4 excavator's elevating controlling system is built up and compared in detail with the traditional fuzzy diagnostic model. The results show the effectiveness and advantage of the improved fuzzy diagnostic model. The method proposed can be widely applied to fault diagnosis of mining excavator's various controlling systems.

Abstract:Blast furnace campaign life has a great effect on technical and economical indexes of ironmaking production. Cooling condition and life-span of cooling apparatus have a great influence on campaign life of blast furnace. Owing to constant flux water supply used for blast furnace cooling at present, cooling intensity doesn't meet the demand of heat load in peak value, concurrently, cooling water supply lacks equilibrium and stability, which will cause burnout of cooling apparatus and diminution of blast furnace campaign life. So temperature difference self-power adjusting valve is introduced to make BF cooling apparatus change constant flux water supply mode to constant temperature difference water supply mode in order to satisfy the need of cooling intensity when heat load wis in peak value.Principle, structure ,properties and function of temperature difference self-power adjusting valve are explained. The flux in different temperature is measured.

Abstract:In order to identify the affect of vanadium in pearlite transformation and the regularity of the precipitation, the effect of vanadium content on VC precipitation in PD3 steel has been studied by electrochemical extraction and TEM. The results show that the solid solubility limit of vanadium in the ferrite and Fe 3C is 0.09% and 0.23% respectively, that vanadium exist mainly as solid solution and a few VC particles are precipitated in disordered way in case of the vanadium content being below 0.21%, that VC particles are precipitated in excess of saturated solubility, and that a lot of VC particles are precipitated in disordered and "interphase precipitated" way in case of the vanadium content being above 0.21% and arrive at 0.33%.

Abstract:阳极炭块优化处理的目的是降低炭块孔隙率,提高其抗氧化性能,降低极消耗;提高阳极炭块的导电率,降低电耗,提高经济效益和改善环境质量。溶液浸渍处理法:阳极炭块先用AlCl3溶液浸渍,再用氨水浸渍,然后在950℃进行焙烧处理。研究表明:影响阳极炭块优化处理质量的主要因素是焙烧时间、溶液浓度和浸渍时间。采用AⅡBⅡCⅢ条件优化处理的阳极炭块与空白阳极炭块相比,填充率达到19.06%,电阻率降低幅度高达34.24%。

Abstract:Coke oven waste water is respectively pretreated by blast furnace sludge method and blast furnace sludge plus iron scrap method, the effects of pH and the quantity of materials and treatment time on the removal efficiency of COD are analyzed. The results indicate that blast furnace sludge plus iron scrap method is superior to blast furnace sludge method .The treatment time and pH can greatly affect on the removal efficiency of COD using blast furnace sludge plus iron scrap method. The treatment time after 30 minutes and pH have no remarkable effects the removal efficiency of COD using blast furnace sludge method. The removal efficiency of COD increases with the increase of blast furnace sludge and iron scrap, but the increase rate decreases gradually.

Abstract:In present paper, the suppression factor of Chen's model is determined, based on the force and heat balance on a vapour bubble and Clausius-Clapeyron equation, the active nucleate cavity size of flow boiling surface and its disperse characteristic. Furthermore, the correlation is attained using Chen' model and the present suppression factor from the experimental data of R134a and R22 for a smooth tube. The correlation agrees well with the experimental data. It demonstrates the present suppression factor is able to promote the accurate which predicts the heat transfer coefficient of flow boiling in Chen's model.

Abstract:A method of solving the problem of shoe leather lumen measurement in shoe CAD/CAM by industrial CT technology is introduced,X ray industrial CT technology is studied. The paper gives a rational scheme of system dispose. This scheme can be not only meet the need of shoe leather lumen measurement, but also achieve ordinary measurement. An uncomplicated and practicable movement control system are proposed also. This scheme achieves high precision of movement position without expensive direct current servo-control. A new simple method measurement is developed and accurate control of position in movement of detector data insert is achieved. The image resolving power can meet shoe leather lumen measurement.

Abstract:In this article we have worked out the correlation between electronegativity and high temperature superconductivity for oxide. It is suggested the equalized electronegativity, X cq , can be used as a empirical criterion for superconductivities of oxides. For determining the X cq , a new formula for the calculation of X cq values has been obtained The X cq values of 230 oxide superconductors have been calculated. The result shows that the X cq values of all the oxide superconductors concentrate in a narrow range from 5.00 to 5.63 and that the oxides with values out side this region would be non-superconductive. This criterion can be applied to almost all the oxide superconductors. It is clearly that this result is able to benefit further inquiries about the mechanism of superconductivity.

Abstract:Carburization is a complex manufacturing process with serious disturbance and time delay,which is multi-variable and uncertain.It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model.Moreover,by means of conventional control methods and experience,satisfying control result can't be obtained.In this paper,according to the characteristic of controlled-object,Fuzzy control method has been chosen to design a Fuzzy-PI controller and a mixed-PID Fuzzy controller.The result of simulation shows that the robust performance and control result of the new Fuzzy controllers is better than the conventional PID controller.The overshoot is smaller.It is helpful to improve the quality of carburizing workpieces.

Abstract:Offgas problem of wastewater treatment systems is becoming an increasing problem, as the public's living standard and awareness of environmental issues increases. This article puts forward the necessity of cleaning the offgas from wastewater treatment facility, introduces the harms of odorous portion of offgas to public and concrete construction, brings forward the main object of offgas emitted from wastewater treatment plant. The way of restraining the generation and escaping of gases, the containment structure of facilities and decontaminate of offgas after it emit, and the virtues and shortcomings of each method are discussed in this article to give advices for the selection of controlling ways.

Abstract:As a kind of complex power machinery, diesel engine is being paid more and more attention to its condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. In the fault diagnosis field of diesel engine, the technique of signal process, character abstraction and identification method have formed a system, but there is a certain distance away from practical. This paper analyzes the common faults and influencing factor of diesel engine. The principle, characteristic and disadvantage of modern fault diagnosis technology, such as various time-frequency methods based on vibration signal, speed fluctuation method, iron content and spectrometry, grey system theoretical diagnosis method, artificial neural network and expert system fault diagnosis method, were reviewed. The difficulties and the development direction of diesel engine fault diagnosis were put forward in the end.
