    Abstract:
    传统灰色GM(1,1)模型,多达用于等间距和低增长序列监测数据的模拟预测;对非等间距和高增长序列,一般经过等间距处理或经过复杂的变换建立非等间距模型进行预测,且往往产生较大的滞后误差。在时间序列[k,k 1]区间上,用n个小区间的梯形面积代替[k,k 1]区间上GM(1,1)函数曲线对应的面积,以优化提高背景值z^(1)(k 1)的精度。这种以优化灰色模型背景值为基础构建的灰色优化模型,普遍适用于隧道围岩位移等间距或非等间距以及低,高增长监测数据序列的位移预测,能很好地模拟预测隧道围岩移的Ⅰ型,Ⅱ型,Ⅲ型时序变化特征,且都能获得很高的模拟和预测精度。

    Abstract:
    Some additional effects of stitching on the in-plane mechanical properties of composite laminate is introduced while it was used to improve the interlaminar of plane mechanical properties of the composite laminate. The paper investigates the effect of stitching on in-plane tensile strength of composite laminates. The results show that the effect of stitching is dependent on the stitching parameters. The in-plane tensile strength of laminates is degraded with the decreasing of stitching space and step and increasing diameter of stitching thread. It is found that the initial damage of laminate increased with increasing of stitching parameters such as stitching density. This causes the decrease in the in-plane strength of composite laminate.

    Abstract:
    对于在循环往复荷载作用下,结构具有滞回特性的力学与变形关系曲线的简化折线型恢复力模型提出了一种求刚度突变点,即折点的处理方法。推导出应用Wilson-θ法及Newmark-β法求解结构动力反应时折线型恢复力模型中的加载点和卸霸占为这两类折点的计算公式。该公式以结构动力方程为基础,计算折点时刻仅涉及结构的t时刻的动力特性,位移,速度及加速度反应,折点处结构位移值等已知量,计算中避免迭代,能得出较准确的折点出现时刻,且公式形式统一,便于计算机编程。

    The present study is to investigate the differences of Hg,Cr,Pb,Cd and Zn contents among water area ecology stystems of the three gorges Reservoir from water,dirt mud of the bottom and benthic fishes.The result show that content distribution of trace elements is:dirt mud of the bottom>benthic fishes>water;content distribution of trace elements in benthic fishes is:viscera>muscle>bone.The distribution factor of dirt mud of the bottom versus water,adsorption coefficient of benthic fishes versus dirt mud of the bottom and enrich coefficient of benthic fishes versus water is constant value in three Gorges Reservoir.Mercury is harm element to human in food chain.Besides,transform model of food chain in trace element are studied.

    Abstract:
    Jinshajiang River, which has a drainage area of 485,100 Km 2, average flux of 142.9 billion m 3, and soil conveyance of 247 million t/a, is the largest branch of Changjiang river. It is also the largest soil resource of the Three Gorges reservoir and upper reach of Changjiang River. To research the development and trend of Jinshajiang sediment not only has a relation to Jinshajiang water resource strategy, but also has important meaning to control the silt in Three Gorges reservoir and the Changjiang water resource development. The paper statistically analyses the flux and sediment conveyance of the Pingshan station, which is the primary hydrological station in the Jinshajiang River Drainage Area. Through several non-parameter statistical methods such as Spearman order correlativity check, Kendell order correlativity check, and linear regression check, the paper concludes that the sediment evolvement trend of Pingshan station is not distinct.

    Abstract:
    The surface of EPS is of hydrophobic nature, which can not wet binding material. As in the freshly mixed mortar, EPS particle is not affined with cement paste and has a low bulk density, which will be apt to make EPS particle buoy, and lead to the segregation of mortar, the decrease of water retentivity and affect its workability. When pretreated, the surface of EPS can be changed into that of hydrophilic nature, and be wetted by freshly mixed silicate paste. The technology channel of EPS surface modification is that select proper high-molecular binder and coupling agent, prepare polymer silicate binding material of low water-cement ratio, and utilize the double effect of binder and coupling agent to form silicate grout of hydrophilic nature on the surface of EPS, by composite binding material wrapping the surface of EPS. A new thermal insulating mortar with good properties of thermal engineering, weather-resisting and crack-resisting can be made by modified EPS as light aggregate and cement as binder, modification with fiber and polymer. This new type of insulating mortar can be used as outer thermal insulation of outside wall, which breaks the limitation of traditional insulating mortar only as interior insulation. It has been widely used in the building energy-saving model project.

    Abstract:
    The field models for smoke flow in atrium, takings into account strong buoyancy, turbulence, radiation exchange and wall heat losses are developed according to the characteristics of the atrium fire. Realistic combustion processes in the burning fuel have not been included. A six-flux radiation model is included in a general mathematical model for fires, which are taking as a volumetric heat source, It is applied to the predictions of fire smoke development in a small-scale atrium. In order to avoid complicated radiation exchange models, radiation heat loss effects are combined to the wall heat loss. A General-purpose compute program PHOENICS has been developed to meet this need. Results of numerical calculations based on the field model are compared with test data for a fire in the small-scale atrium test facility. The resullts indicate that radiation transfer has the minor effects, due to the relatively low temperatures encountered. The method that the effect of radiation is included in the calculation of wall heat transfer losses by using maximum heat transfer coefficient is feasible. The field model used in the present study is not good enough, which a turbulent combustion sub-model must be included.

    Abstract:
    Using N-S function, and transforming the gravity item to temperature and differential pressure related items, the authors simulate the mixed convection heat transfer in vertical narrow rectangular channels. The results reveal that intense chimney effect exists in cross-section of the whole field and nearby the wall of the channel, When flow is laminar, the velocity of main flow will be decreased, disturbing nearby the heating wall is strengthened, and the convection heat transfer of vertical narrow rectangular channel is enhanced. It also can destroy the uniformity of the heat transfer coefficient distribution. Considering the reliability of equipment, this kind of convection pattern only can be used in low heat flux. The buoyancy-influencing model putted forward can predict mixed convection heat transfer, and also can be used to simulate the turbulent mixed-convection heat transfer problem.

    R290具有较高的汽化潜热和较大的容积制冷量,它的ODP,GWP都为零,是一种优秀的绿色天然环保工质,因而倍受欧洲人的重视,在欧洲使用R290的空调器,电冰箱总量已超过1000万台,然而因其具有可燃性而遭美国,日本的抵制,在我国也存在较大的分歧,为此我们对R290的可燃性,相容性和经济性进行了实验和分析,发现R290的燃烧和爆炸需要2个条件,即与空气的混和浓度要在2.5%-8.9%之间,温度在810℃以上,在机组运行过程中,2个小概率事件同时出现的概率几乎为零,因此,只要在设计和运行中采用必要的防范措施,在制冷机组中使用R290为工质同样是安全的。

    Abstract:
    针对X射线法在测定铍等轻元素材料内部残余应力及其深度分布时的不足,研究一种分析和计算轻元素材料内部全三维残余应力及其深度分布的新方法,提出了包括考虑平衡条件和表面边界条件的基于线弹性理论的一种模型方程,对分析和计算原理,实验装置和实验作了介绍,编制出相应的计算机数据处理程序,能够对轻元素材料表面及内部任何一点进行全三维残余应力分析和计算,文中最后用铍的实验数据对程序进行了验证,结果表明,正应力分量σ11,σ22随黉度的变化较大,而切应力分量σ12,σ13和σ23及正应力分量σ33均很小。

    良好的耐磨性能与韧性通常很难兼之,采用高合金风生产成本较高,W2钢则两种特性兼优,且合金成份成本较低,采用合理的化学成分,冶炼工艺,锻造方法和热处理条件,得到了洛氏硬度60.2,冲击韧性σk115J/cm^2的W2钢,其合金元素总量(W+Mo V Cr)为M2高速工具钢的40%左右,洛氏硬度和耐磨性能达到M2水平,冲击韧性σk则比M2高1.5倍,W2钢性能亦优于日本新研制开发的ES钢,其吨钢生产成本约为M2钢的35%-40%左右。

    介绍了 5 5CrSiA油淬火并回火钢丝的化学成分、金相组织和机械性能等内容 ,讨论并确定了能于 4 5 0± 10℃下进行软氮化的盐浴。随后 ,先用4 .2mm钢丝进行软氮化的工艺试验和分析 ,以定出用该规格的线材制造的气阀弹簧的软氮化工艺。然后 ,用以对此规格的钢丝制造的气阀弹簧进行了低温液体软氮化处理。对处理出的弹簧经强压、静压和疲劳试验表明 ,低温液体软氮化处理使气阀弹簧的抗弹性松驰及工作可靠性均得到了提高。最后 ,对渗层的强化机理进行了讨论 ,对弹簧材料和弹簧表面质量提出了严格的要求。

    Abstract:
    A reliability evaluation algorithm for middle voltage radial distribution network is presented. The algorithm applied ahead-searching-method to determining the area of breaker influencing, applied bidirectional-searching-method to determining faulting area, and applied behind-searching-method to determining connection switch. Then the type of nodes is determined. The reliability index of nodes,feerders and system can be easily computed by the type of nodes.So the computing effeciency is improved. At the same time, the curtailing load algorithms for low-voltage of buses and over-capacity of lines are presented and the foundation for the reliability assessment is established considering the power flow restriction. From the RBTS68-bus and other middle radial distribution networks,the effectiveness and availability of the method are verified.

    AutoCAD is a plotting tool familiarized and often used. If the database information associated with the graph can be directly found in AutoCAD, It will not only save cost when the user does not purchase softwares such as Mapinfo,Automap etc., but also lighten the user's learning burden. This method has been realized by using ActiveX Automation technique and VB6.0. Firstly, a selection set of current entity graph is constructed to form a block, and the block is named by the associated searching keyword. Secondly,when searching database information associated with the graph, users can click this block and get this block name and the searching result will be displayed by using the block name as the searching keyword. The above implementation method is discussed and some key source codes is given in this paper. A application example to search the devices information in power supply departments' hookup is also given.

    This paper do some research on the problem of computer vision on autonomous vehicle navigation system on highways. This algorithm first extracts the lane edges by means of wavelet transformation. Then the feature model of the lane markings is built,Which are tracked them in real time. Finally in terms of the parameterized model for the appearance of the lane in the image it fits the lane and get the road direction. This information assures that the whole system can realize lateral control and longitude control.

    This paper discusses the idea and design procedures of applying the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to throttle actuator of automobile engine of AMT. It is presented that the structure of electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator, the composition of the control system, the control algorithms and the experiment results of the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The experiment results and the application show that applying fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to the electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator can ensure the fast response, the stability and the higher control precision and meet the requirements of the actual application.

    Speech coders have assumed considerable importance in radio communication systems as their performance,to a large extent,determines the quality of the recovered speech and the capacity of the system.In order to enhance the quality of speech,GSM puts forward the EFR speech coding algorithm.It bases on the LPC coder,the encoding information includes not only speech feature parameters,but also some wave information,due to the application of A_B_S and VQ. It can afford TD_SCDMA a feasible encodec algorithm,for its high quality and the 12.2kbps speech rate. This article starting with the principal concepts of speech coding,introduces the pringciple of speech coding and ACELP algebraic code book search algorithm in detail.

    In the past, the criterion for calibration has almost invariably been the stellar oriented ballistic camera,the method is a point to point comparison on the identical coordinate system. Deficiencies is follows: The request of weather is severe(cloudless night); The period is often long; the measure equipment of high precision can't be calibrated. While EMBET methods is used in calibration, it does not need criterion and it demands only that the measure elements is larger than 3,and the trajectory and many system errors of the measure elements can be simultaneously calculated with the measure data sequences. The error models of related equipments' measure elements and the EMBET of typical equipment group are given. The EMBET method is successfully used in Accuracy-analysis of Satellite Launch.

    This paper presents basic concept of feature extraction of handwritten Chinese character, and proposes a new feature extraction named superposition mesh weighting factors strokes extracting algorithm to obtain feature of small set handwritten Chinese character. Basing on the analysis model of RBFNN, an integration RBF classifier is used for small set handwritten Chinese character recognition. Then, the hybrid optimize strategy, which combines the genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing, is adopted to train RBFNN.

    在烷烃分子距边矢量的基础上 ,提出一种以各种非氢原子为基准的分子距离边数矢量(VMDE ;μ矢量 ) ,表征了环境有毒物二的分子结构并借助多元线性回归方法分别建立了二在非极性与极性色谱柱上的色谱保留指数或相对保留时间与其结构表征参数 μ矢量间的定量结构保留关系(QSRR)模型 .在非极性与极性色谱柱 (DB - 5 ,SP - 2 10 0 ,SE - 5 4 ,OV - 170 1)上色谱相对保留时间的QSRR模型的线性相关系数均在 0 .93以上 ,高达 0 9985。为检验模型的稳定性和预测能力 ,还进行了留一法交互校验 (crossvalidationwithleave -one -outofprocedure) ,结果优良。

    Abstract:
    Computer mathematical experimentation technology is applied in pressure hydraulic .The non-linear mathematical model of stage mechanical control system is established by the application of computer mathematical software Maple. The computational results agree with experimental data, and precision is satisfied. The mathematical model is the first apply in the control system of stage mechanical elevator. The method has a wide application in computer auxiliary and simulation of mechanical control system.

    Abstract:
    The properties of the materials used for making models of sodium silicate bonded sand core curing by microwave energy are suggested. The absorbency and penetrability for microwave energy of polymer and ceramics are measured and analyzed. Polymer and ceramics can be used for making models of sodium silicate bonded sand cores curing by microwave energy. The merits of polymer are its high strain, good tenacity and easy making. The merits of ceramics are its excellent heat-proof and abrasion-proof.

    Abstract:
    This paper proposes an analytical design method for the quick-return mechanisms such as the four-bar linkage and the offset slider crank and developes an optimum design method for those mechanisms in which the time-ratio and the minimum transmission angle are given simultaneously. Using this method,the maximum value of the time-ratio is given only. The quick-return mechanisms in which the minimum transmission angle should be the maximum can be designed easily using the proportion of the links presented in the tables in this paper.

    We have discussed the structure of fuzzy matroids.The concept of fuzzy dependence of fuzzy matroids is provided through the generization of element and set in matroid theory,the properties and the conditions of fuzzy dependence are given.Then some properties of fuzzy dependences are studied.A fuzzy_closure axiom of fuzzy matroids is given,which will be significant to further study of matroid's inbeing and to perfection of matroid theory.

    Abstract:
    It is usually ignored in the traditional EOQ model that the opportunity cost results from lost sales when the enterprise has no commodity in the wearhouse. This paper focuses on some operating enterprise.Under the condition of time_limited partial back_orders and non_instant supply,an EOQ model is established of which it is more reasonable to assume the loss of without commodity in the warehouse divided into two parts:the opportunity cost due to lost sales and the shortage cost.It is discussed that the general cost function and the optimal solution to minimizing the total cost.The new basis of the decision of store system management is provided.Moreover,the model is applied to the example.

    Abstract:
    The survey and progress about the study applying mechanics to traditional botany are summarized. It gives brief analysis to the influence of plant growth and development under the mechanics factors, such as mechanical vibration, strong sound wave (or ultrasonic wave), electromagnetic field and microgravity, et al. In other word, the biological effects of plant caused by environmental stress stimulation are set out (They contain positive effects and negative effects). Furthermore, the profound biological effects and some possible mechanism of the plant tissue and cell are discussed. The paper put forward several main problems about botanical mechanics which must be researched at the beginning of 21st century, and the more significant thing about it is the operation of Ca 2+ which as a Second Messenger, will be probed into. At the end of the paper, the well development tendency and practical prospect of the newly compound subject _botanical mechanics is also presented.
