    Abstract:
    When self-scanned photodiode array image sensors are applied in object measurements, the outer sizes of the object are included in the video signal of image sensors. The identification and measurement of the object ,and the enhancement of the performance is depended on the symbol extraction of the video output signals. Based on the working principles of self-scanned photodiode array image sensors, the mathematical models of image sensor's video signals are established when the moving object is captured. The comparative method and the measurement error are researched. The results of this paper provide a theoretic basis for the research of video signals processing.

    Abstract:
    When analysing the performance of casting powders in a specific casting machine, the thickness of liquid slag is a very important parameter. If the liquid slag thickness is not kept above a certain minimum value during the continuous casting operation,the surface and internal quality of the cast products will be jeopardised because lubrication between the strand and the mould is impaired . It is necessary, therefore , to choose the appropriate type of mould powder .In the industrial experiments, it is very difficult and expensive to study this sensitivity by introducing controlled variation in one parameter while keeping all the other constant. Numerical and computer simulation methods are used in the study .They can predict the liquid slag thickness developed above the liquid steel and distribution of the temperature. The sensitivity of the liquid slag thickness to variations can be determined in the material properties of the mould powders.

    Abstract:
    ip-iq法能准确、实时地检测不对称三相系统中的有害电流,被广泛应用于三相电力有源滤波器,目前,在检测不对称三相四线系统的有害电流时,均事先剔除零序电流,然后再采用ip-iq法,通过理论分析证明,ip-iq法经过3/2变换后iα、 iβ中都不含零序电流分量,并且基波正序分量不会受到影响,因此含有3/2变换的p-q法、d-q法、ip-iq法都不会受到零序电流的影响,所以这些检测方法都不用先剔除零序电流而直接用于不对称三相四线系统有害电流检测。理论和仿真结果表明这种方法能正确检测出基波零库、负序及谐波分量,从而改变了长期以来认为ip-iq不能直接用于三相四线系统的观点。

    Abstract:
    In short term load forecasting based on ANN,weather is one of the important factors which impacts on load greatly. In order to capture the effect of weather on load, this paper presents a novel thought based on ANN and trends combination short term load forecasting. Decompose the underlying relationships between load and weather variables into three main trends of weekly, daily and hourly. Three separated ANNs capture each trend. Another ANN to arrive at the final forecast combines the forecasts yielded by individual ANNs. The performances of the proposed model and the traditional model are compared on the basis of one week ahead hourly forecasts. Results indicate that the proposed ANN based model can achieve greater forecasting accuracy than the traditional ANN based model.

    研制与水溶性高分子骨架材料、药物有良好生物相容性的磁靶向缓释药物载体材料———水基磁流体。选择聚乙二醇 (PEG - 40 0 0 )作表面活性剂和稳定剂 ,采用化学共沉淀 -超声分散法 ,通过对磁流体的磁性和稳定性影响较大的因素如浓度、pH、温度、反应时间、表面活性剂等的研究 ,并结合STM、IR、Gouy磁天平和分光光度法等测试手段对制得的磁流体进行了分析 ,提出了水基磁流体的最佳制备工艺条件。结果为 :在恒温 5 0℃和 2 5 0 0~ 30 0 0r min搅拌下 ,加入 10 %的PEG - 40 0 0 ,控制反应物浓度为 0 .2 4mol·dm-3 ,用NH3 ·H2 O调溶液pH为 10~ 11,反应 2 0~ 30min ,可得到粒径为 (80± 10 )nm ,饱和磁化强度为 36 .2×10 3 A m ,稳定性高、磁响应强的水基药用磁纳米粒子。

    Abstract:
    Filling process of differential-pressure cast for thin-wall castings of aluminum alloy is simulated with the hydraulic simulation method. The effects on filling fluid pattern was taken by the figure and amount of the ingate and the wall width of castings are researched. It is shown that the wall width of castings has obvious effect on critical pressure increase rate and critical filling rate, the thinner the wall width of castings is, the bigger the critical pressure increase rate and critical filling rate are; but the figure and the amount of the ingate has no obvious effect on the stationarety of filling. On the basis mentioned above, it is carried out that numeric simulation of filling process of differential-pressure cast and the process design of defferential -pressure cast to some large-scale thin-wall cabin-shape parts, and the result showes that are the smooth and stepwise filling,and the project of differential pressure cast is instituted by the process parameters, which is provide by the hydraulic simulation method. It provides the reference for the produce of this kind of castings.

    Abstract:
    On the basis of the Real Time Multi-parameter Monitoring System of Drilling Engineering, a new Internet-based Real Time Monitoring System of Drilling State in Different Places is developed. This system enables long-distance monitoring on the drilling field through the Internet. In the different places the basic data can be obtained from the drilling field, in this way the technology resource and expert resource in the different places can be taken full advantage to resolve the problem of the weak technology of the drilling team, and realize the long distance monitoring, long distance direction, and long-distance management. This system makes use of the popular network technology and data management technology, and adopts the Asp and Java to settle the key technology problem of the real time transmission and real time display.

    Abstract:
    Two channel elliptical crystal spectrometer (TCECS) is a very important diagnostic instrument for research on inertial confinement fusion (ICF) controlled by laser. Through time and space resolution detected simultaneously for X-ray, experimental condition of ICF can be judged correctly. There are many influencing factors for resolving ratio of TCECS, which are elliptical eccentricity, aperture width, light source not locating in the front focus of ellipse, the axis of detector does not pass through the back focus, aiming and alignment error. This paper analyzes main influencing factors for resolving ratio, using Matlab 6.1 software does numerical calculation, and presents ways to assure and increase resolving ratio of TCECS.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyses the PCI bus features, and introduces several developing tolls and the techniques, including PCI controller IC, driver development software and the key points of designing PCI cards with the main focus on IC S5933 and driver development software WinDriver. An example in the virtual instrument-a random signal generator, consisting of PCI card and software, is also given. DDS is realized by software, through the high transfer speed of PCI bus. The signal generator can produce sin, noise, frequency sweep and others complex waves. It can be used to adjust the wave, frequency, amplitude, phase and precision conveniently and accurately.

    Abstract:
    CNC system is gradually developing toward flexible, component modular and re-configurable of open CNC system's structure. It's beginning a research direction in open CNC system with the software reuse and re-configurable technology. Based on the expound of concepts and characteristics of component technology, open CNC system's characteristics are analyzed based on COM and open CNC system is divided into several components. With the characteristics of binary language irrelevant, thread transparent, re-configurable and normative interface of COM technology, open CNC system's interpolate-compensation component in interpolate-compensation component achieved, interface designed and object created are researched. Better effects are achieved by connecting the interpolate-compensation component with the other CNC components. At the same time, the CNC component's real-time control problem is analyzed.

    Abstract:
    Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. By studying the force relationship of metal V-belt type continuously variable transmission, an optimum pitch radius is derived to maximize torque capacity, also a design procedure for optimum pitch radius is listed. The design procedure is applied for the true application, the calculation result shows that the torque capacity of belt transmission can be improved by optimization of the pitch radius. The research results provide the theory analysis method and design base for CVT vehicle.

    Abstract:
    The characteristic and shortcoming of the common algorithm of constrained two-dimensional Non-Guillotine Optimal cutting stock problem are analysed. Base of designing a model of cutting stock problem, a new heuristic algorithm applying column generation algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is shown. The presentation of the processing steps and the data structure prove that the algorithm has fast computing speed and excellent result. An examples by the algorithm are given, which indicates the algorithm is new and effective.

    Currently ,single point buying is implemented by more and more enterprises ,but the consequence is not satisfied. So the buying model of manufacturing industry and the concept of single point buying are discussed in this paper primarily, at the same time , the key techniques of implementing single point buying in manufacturing industry such as: the standardization of the enterprise information, the integrated evaluate system of the supplier and the standard system based on the supply chain are researched under ERP circumstances. The conclusion are also made as following : for implementing single point buying ,the standardization of the enterprise information is the basis, and the improved suppliers management ,the reduction of the purchase expense, improved purchase quality are the key and target.

    Abstract:
    Quoting price is an important technology in the process of logistic company. The degree of the price has direct effect on the enterprise's profit, and whose correctness influences whether an enterprise can hold its client. In the operation of ship, due to the phenomenon of empty container, it is difficult to decide the quoted price to use the traditional quoting method based on the cost, because if the price is too high, the client can't accept it, but if the price is too low, it can't ensure an enterprise's profit. In this article, we will apply the economy meaning of shadow profit in the corresponding theory to resolve the problem of quoting price in the phenomenon of empty containers in operation of ship. The profit model and correspond opposite model are built, the theory and meaning of shadow benefit are discussed, and some classified formulae and quoting guide lines based on shadow profit are proposed. An example will be used to prove that the quoting theory based on shadow profit can validly direct the quoting price of logistic company for the added goods in the phenomenon of empty container.

    Abstract:
    The Recursive Orthogonal Least Squares (ROLS) algorithm is applied to train Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) when modeling, so as to save large memory and computational efforts. Using the information available from the trained network with ROLS algorithm, the effective centers of network can be obtained by adopting backward selection algorithm, which achieve acceptable accuracy with significant reduction of network structure. The results of simulation and experimentation show that the algorithm is efficient and useful.

    To be effectively heated in incinerator for MSW is very important for stabilization and completeness combustion, the smaller produce of the PCDD/Fs. At the same time, the transient heat transfer characteristics of the MSW lump decides the stay time of the MSW in incinerator and effects on the operation feature of the combustion equipments. All of these would lead to design the reasonable and clean combustion project, the optimum incinerator and recover energy system. The component, shape, dimension, property, the hardly and inner structure feature of the MSW lump are taken in account, and the effective conduct heat coefficient has been adopted. And then, the physical model is setup with different shape(ball, cylinder, squareness), and the 3-D mathematical model and conduct heat efficient with porous feature for transient heat transfer of MSW lump are presented, at the same time, the simulation tests are gotten in various boundary and the interesting conclusions are gotten: The center stable temperature of the MSW lump is mostly decided by the inner gas temperature of the incinerator and the heated area of the lump. The transient heat transfer characteristics is variously effected by the shape of the MSW lump in incinerator. The transient process becomes longer and the center stable temperature decreases, the volatile can't be easily separated out and the combustion efficiency decreases because of the increasing of the lump feature dimension.

    analyzing the primary characteristic and the power performance, this article discusses the changing regularities of the ratio in two types of HTC, which have different penetrativity. The effect to the AT efficiency is also discussed. It is pointed out that to find the best match of the percentage of penetrating and engine accommodation coefficient is a good way to increase AT efficiency and car driving power.

    Abstract:
    In the ironmaking process, it is essential that sinter and feed of blast furnace are established economically and reasonably. Taking some steel company for example, the best economical condition for feed of blast furnace is comprehensively considered from technologic demand and economic efficiency. According to LP and based on practice and trial, aimed function and confined condition is confirmed, computation programs are made by Matlab while realizing optimization feed. The blast furnace material balance and heat balance are calculated by program with visual interface. Thus, we can directly judge rationality of optimization. The results show that LP is effective method to realize feed of blast furnace.

    Abstract:
    Novel surface treatment technique by silane film is developing for metallic anti corrosion and coat improvement. The key points, hydrolysis and condensation, for the stability of the Silane agent(SA) solution is investigated, and the effective factors of stability for silane agent solution and the relative rule are discussed. It is found that stability of SA solution is related to the temperature, pH, solvents, SA concentration and additive by studying the state of the solution and the conductivity-time curve of SA solution. Meanwhile, controlling factors and improving methods for SA stability are proposed to guide the practical application of metallic surface anti-corrosion treatment by SA.

    Abstract:
    透射γ射线ICT采集系统所获原始数据中,包含有Compton散射光子的计数,在探测器较少时,常采用加后准直器的方法来控制散射光子进入探头,但在实时测量的ICT中,由于探头数较多,加后准直器将受到空间的限制。笔者拟采用让Compton散射光子与透射光子一并进入探测器,再从探测器总的计数中将散射光子减除。并建立了透射式ICT康普顿(Compton)散射针对圆形截面工件的数学模拟,并给出了相应的修正公式以及散射修正的程序设计原理。

    Abstract:
    Base finite element solution for the calculations of flux and torque of Switched Reluctance Motor, the state equation of SRM is thus educed. In addition, according to the fact that it is difficult to attain the ideal effect with the regulatory linear control method because of the double salient pole SRM structure of stator and rotor, fuzzy control is proposed and used in the sliding mode control to form a intelligent sliding mode control. We emphasize the introduction of the design method of the intelligent sliding mode control and present the control diagram. The simulation results show that the method of intelligent sliding mode Variable Structure Control is simple, with good dynamic performance and robust property.

    Abstract:
    Oil soluble lead oleate is synthesized in-situ in 200SN basic oil and characterized with FT-IR . Its tribological properties as friction reducing and anti-wear additives of lubricating oil are evaluated with four-ball and reciprocation tribo-tester. The results indicates that lead oleate have excellent anti-wear property, better wear-reducing efficiency and middling extreme pressure property. Wear scar surface is characterized with photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for explaining friction reducing and anti-wear mechanism. Analytical results show that the additive could markedly improve tribological properties of 200SN basic oil by forming adsorbing film on steel-steel friction pair and part of film transforming oxidic film by means of tribochemical reaction.

    从物理和力学问题表达需求的角度出发 ,提出了正交双复数空间的概念及其特定表达 : =(x ,y) +iz =ρ(cosφ ,sinφ)cosθ +isinθ =ρ(cosφ ,sinφ) eiθ,将平面上的复数和复变函数的概念进行特殊构造 ,扩展到三维空间 ,并建立了相应的四则运算规则 ,讨论了它的解析函数和闭路积分概念。所引出的概念既可包含平面复数及复变函数的全部优点 ,又能方便地表达空间物理问题的直观特性。

    There exists the information asymmetry between venture capitalists and venture entrepreneurs which can cause the problem of moral hazard. To deal with the problem of moral hazard, it is necessary to choose the proper investment tool and compensation policy. A game model is set up, which helps to study which tool is the best investment tool among debt, common stock, convertible preferred stock and convertible debt, given the venture entrepreneurs can be made work hard. By the analysis of the model, a fact can be found that convertible preferred stock and convertible debt is the best way if the better result is twice larger than the original capital. Otherwise, the form of debt will be better.

    The inventory management in supply chain is one of the most important aspect of supply chain management. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. It is evaluated the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, and it is applied to an example.

    Abstract:
    A seismic effect is main harm in engineering blasting. By analyzing Seismic velocity and frequency of the main control factors of them, according to the data measured on the spot, the relation formula among Seismic velocity and dynamite and the distance between blasting fountain are obtained. Effects on buildings produced by vibration frequency and differences between blasting earthquake and natively seismic are analyzed. The calculation of blasting safety distance and selecting standard of breakage judge are studied and validated. The results of experiment and research indicate that we should attach importance to blasting seismic rules and effects on different buildings in order that basting techniques bring much economy benefits and reduce harm of blasting vibration as possible as much.

    Abstract:
    In order to improve productiveness, the liquid temperature should be maken arrive predetermine value as short time as impossible, and controlling accuracy should be ensured at the same time. For the purpose, an optimum scheme of dynamic heating in all process is presented. The power of electronic stove is chosen according began and end temperature,volume of the heated object, for which the paper established the optimum control model of dynamic heating. Based on the model, the system has been manufactured. The experimental results show that the system is better in fast temperature rising,small over adjusting and high precision.

    Abstract:
    IEEE802.11b LAN use wireless media to transmit information. Since the wireless media is more complex than wired media, the MAC layer access controling mechanism of IEEE802.11b is more complex. The thesis describes the MAC layer access controling mechanism of IEEE802.11b--CSMA/CA(carrier sense multiple access/collision avoid) and two implementation modes,which are DCF(distributed coordination function) controling mode and PCF(point coordination function) controling mode. At the same time, the thesis simply introduces the error controling problem.

    Abstract:
    聚醚砜是一种综合性能优异的特种工程塑料,由于其结构的特殊性造就了其性能的稳定性。以浓硫酸为溶剂,氯磺酸为磺化剂,对聚醚砜进行了磺化改性,并对磺化时间、反应温度、搅拌速度和氯磺酸与聚醚砜的摩尔比等因素进行了探讨,结果表明:磺化温度为10℃左右较好,磺化反应为一平衡反应,搅拌速度对磺化度影响不大,磺化度和氯磺酸与聚醚砜的摩尔比几乎呈一线性关系。

Some solution plans are suggested.The authors hold that there have two way to solve these problems completely , one is strengthening the support from hardware , particularly strengthening the support to recover card directly from BIOS, another is developing new Host/Terminal computer system , protecting software system by ARC.

    Abstract:
    The large quantity of MSW (municipal solid waste) and ISW (industrial sold waste) piled up in Chongqing has been threatening ecological environment and water resource. Efficient management is the important guarantee of disposing solid waste. This paper describes the data system of Management Information System of the Solid Waste in Chongqing based on the GIS, construction of information database, overall structure, main functions, etc. Integrating related solid waste technology with computer and geographical system, it can provide the reliable, scientific and convenient management and decision-making support of solid waste in Chongqing. The information system, developed by means of Geographical Information System (GIS) on the basis of a great deal of data and graphs of solid waste of Chongqing, includes six sub-systems as follows:data input sub-system;data query sub-system;database management and maintenance sub-system;database of modal management sub-system;application and output sub-system;system management. This system provides friendly and easy operational interface, and plays a significant role in the disposal and management of solid waste in Chongqing.

    基于微观相互作用玻色子-费米子形式体系,构造出唯象IBM-1 2q.p模型的微观实现,微观sdIBM-2 2q.p方案,应用它成功地再现了^138Ce核的基态带,β带,γ带和部分高自旋态能谱,给出了近来实验上观察到该核与单粒子态共存的集体性结构的一种解释,模型给出了一个玻色子从退耕,拆散,占据闯入轨道到参加顺排所需要的最小能量值,计算出的概观信息表明:一个d玻色子的突然拆对不会引起核状态突变;核子顺排释放的能量有利于其它玻色子再拆对;^138Ce核的高自旋态属子两准质子转动带。

    Abstract:
    Application of low intensity ultrasonic waves to the biotechnology is one of new and hot research fields. The physical mechanisms of ultrasound mainly include the effects of mass transfer ,heating and cavitation. Many researchers found that low intensity ultrasonic waves could accelerate the interacton of substrate and help reactant to enter the active center of enzyme and production to leave center; it could also alter the permeability of membrane and enhance the transfer of mass, and so promote the production of beneficial matter and the absorption of drug to cells; in addition ,it could raise the efficiency of cell metabolism and the growth of cells; so low intensity ultrasonic waves can be used in enzyme engineering, fermentation engineering, cell engineering and biological therapeutics of Neoplasm. In this paper, we reviewed the application of low intensity ultrasound to biotechnology at home and abroad.

    在综合分析蔗头山中段十年来山体滑坡滑移。呈明显季节性的滑动规律的特征等,以及滑坡监测数据的基础上,取涔坡的滑移量s等于150mm作为阈值ε、可能发生滑坡灾害的年限进行灾变预测,预测结果显示与实际情况非常吻合,同时,预测在2002年、2004年和2007年该滑坡可能发生灾害险情,应密切注意。

    Abstract:
    在室温较低的情况(8~13℃)下,实验室中试验以人工配水为污水水源,采用连续进水间歇出水的SBR工艺时发生了丝状菌性污泥膨胀。经试验验证,发生膨胀的原因可能是pH值过低和痕量金属元素的缺乏所致。采用加工无水Na2CO3调节人工配水的碱度和加入一定量的土壤上清液以补充痕量金属元素的方法,污泥的沉降性能得到了快速恢复。结果表明:该方法可用于解决以人工配水为污水水源的实验室中的污泥膨胀问题,结合实际的污水处理情况,该控制技术也有一定的参考价值。
