Abstract:To solve some key problems existed in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM), a new technique using vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion weld technique to connect the metallic slice sheets is presented in this paper. The following conclusions can be draw from the experiments introduced specially: the size in the stack direction shrink at the rate of less than 1% and the shrinking is owed to regularly error, the atom-diffusion between two combined interface occurred clearly and new crystallites shaped meanwhile, shearing intension of well connected diffusion section is more than 100 MPa and micro hardness of well-knit portion is the same to matrix's. It can be proved from the result above that the vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion technique weld is a perfect technique for connecting metallic slice sheets used in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via LOM.

Abstract:The structure parameters of honing wheel have effects on machining accuracy in ultra-precision plane honing. This paper put forward to the optimization of structure parameters. By calculating the machining accuracy coefficient and wear coefficient of triangle radial structure honing wheels, it is obvious that the suitable triangle radial structure honing wheel can improve machining accuracy of workpiece.

Abstract:By means of static loading and destruction test on two 18 m span bird-shape plates before and after strengthening, the change of the bird-shape's bearing capacity is analyzed which is strengthened by external tendon. It is indicated by comparing the theoretic results with those of tests that the bird-shape's bearing capacity is raised to some extent after strengthening, the plate's stability confined the increment of bearing capacity, and reinforcement by the curved line-shape tendon is superior to that by the straight line-shape tendon.

Abstract:It is an essence reason that vibration and noises of gear system is rose by gear meshing dynamic excitation. The response analysis in inner dynamic excitation is important to the design and application of gear system. The time-variable stiffness curves of meshing teeth pairs are acquired by 3-D contact finite element method to speed increase gearbox , and the profile error curves is simulated by gear windage which is determined by gear precision rate. Stiffness excitation and error excitation can be obtained with it. Using the finite element analysis software (I-DEAS), the dynamic model of speed increase gearbox is established. Then the normal frequencies of whole gearbox are calculated, and the vibration responses of gearbox and transmission shafts are analysed. The results show that sympathetic vibration is not occurred in the use process of speed increase gearbox and the vibration swing is small. It is sufficient for systemic application demand.

Abstract:The majority difficulty for uncertainty system control is that agreements haven't been arrived in concept of uncertainty information and its characteristics, uncertainty system and its properties. Therefore some control problems have discussed based on some confused concepts, and the result shows that the study on uncertainty system control hasn't made great progress yet. In addition, problems concerning uncertainty system control are very wide in the practical engineering. Aimed at above problems the concept of uncertainty information and its classification, basic properties of uncertainty system and desired control strategy based on own practical experience are studied. Finally, that intelligent control strategy is wise choice for uncertainty system control based on successful engineering application.

Abstract:The self-excited oscillation pulsed jet nozzle which proposed makes the continuous jet transform into pulsed jet . Comparing with general continuous jet, the pulsed jet has a higher peak of pressure and larger volume of erosion , therefore it increases the effective distance off of the jet under the same conditions. Abstract:This paper discusses the method of synthesizing planar multilink mechanisms based on GA. The pivotal technology is coding, creating population, account fitness, genetic operation and defining population size. This method does not require initial mechanisms and can search for plural appropriate mechanisms simultaneously. It is efficient about the non-linear problem. As an example, configuration of 4-bar planar mechanisms is decided in a practical application. It can be used the synthesis of 6-bar or more bar planar mechanisms as well.

Abstract:Reinforcing element and concrete element have effects on the order of the stiff-matrix of the reinforce-concrete FEM. The program divided the elements is programmed by FORTRAN language in current analysis, and the data of the elements are stored by the array. The stiff-matrix of the reinforce-concrete FEM is extended by the large residual between the serial numbers of the nodes of cohering element. This paper establishes the graph class, path class and point class via objectoriented programming. The storage of the points and the paths by the chain structure realization of copying graph, moving graph, adding graph, continuously numbering the cohering elements are built. This paper presents the example of the dividing domain with the crack.

Abstract:The influence of the explosive blast with different pressure on the permeability of the pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells monolayer (PMECM) has been observed by using the model of the explosive blast wounded the endothelial cells monolayer in vitro The mechanism of the effect of the blast on PMECM permeability has also been explored in pathology and cytoskeleton. The results show that the explosive blast with about 100 kPa pressure can increase the permeability of PMECM in conductance detection, and the explosive blast with lower than 350 kPa pressure can mainly cause the increasing of the gap between endothelial cells, and explosive blast with higher than 600 kPa pressure can exfoliate the endothelial cells monolayer. The occurrence mechanism of PMECM permeability changes caused by explosive blast is related to the change of the cytoskeleton myosin.

Abstract:Effects of solvents such as ethanol, isopropanol and acetone on the qualities of chloroquinoline sulfate such as color, clarity, melting point and crystalline form are studied in detail. The results indicat that a single solvent of ethanol or isopropanol makes end_product greenish with an indefinite melting point but an excellent clarity and a relatively high yield; a single solvent of acetone, however, greatly improved the color and the stability of melting point, but decreased the yield and the clarity. Based on the results above, the mixture of these solvents are required to get the optimum of this product. An optimum solvent composed of V (ethanol(95%)): V (acetone)=1:4 are determined and used to prepare chloroquinoline sulfate, whose qualities are up to BP93.

Abstract:论述合金元素C、W、Cr、V、RE在钢中的作用及高耐磨合金钢W1成分的选择。介绍了四因素三水平正交设计法进行W1钢的冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺。稳定条件试验取得了良好的效果。推荐的W1化学成分为CⅡWⅢCrⅠVⅡ,其洛氏硬度HRC达到62.48,冲击韧性αk达到22.85J/cm^2。与M2高速工具钢相比,HRC高一些,αk稍低一些,但合金元素含量仅为M2钢的40%左右,生产成本低,经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:薄带连铸技术是目前冶金及材料领域的前沿高技术,硅钢被认为该技术中最有开发潜力的钢种之一。文中采用双辊法连铸工艺研制3.0%Si无取向硅钢薄带,研究了铸带坯组织特征及其冷轧退火后的组织转变。铸带随铸轧工艺和冷却工艺不同,表现为全等轴晶组织或中心为等轴晶,表层为柱状晶组织,铸后快速冷却有利于获得组织细小的铸带,提高冷却加工性能。铸带坯经冷轧及高温退火后,基体上出现不同于传统工艺的Fe3Si有序化相。经测试,双辊法研制的无取向硅钢磁性能达到传统生主方式的水平。

Abstract:Digitalization of TV program becomes the trend. It is possible to provide broadband data service through DVB. The specifications about data broadcast of DVB are outlined in this paper. A detailed theoretical analysis is made on data carousels applied to data push-casting, and the software flow chart of the composition of MPEG-2 transport stream is also given. Data push-casting can provide better service than Internet for the local subscribers, and it is a good method to resolve the problems such as high cost, low speed of accessing Internet, and great investment of reforming HFC networks.

Abstract:Traditional model of distribution networks mostly research the response of input excitation, by describing elements and connections of elements for distribution networks. When the states of vertexes in distribution networks have changed, the connections of elements transformation. Owning to the mutual couplings and branches of distribution networks, it is hard to achieve the global optimization for load balancing, reconfiguration and restoration after fault by nomograph. A new model based on hierarchical model is presented. This model can be employed to identify the zone and branches efficiently and offer a cogent topological analysis method for the global optimization. The test result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:Boundary element method is a numerical method for solving partial differential equations. There are several formulations of boundary element method (BEM) applied to solve a parabolic differential equation.The approach,which employs time- dependent fundamental solution,allows longer time steps in time integration than other approaches,and this can cut down on time for computer implementation with high precision.Domain decomposition method,which decompose the domain that a given problem is to be solved into subdomains,has the advantages of reducing the large problem into smaller ones and reducing the complex problem into simpler ones,and allows parallel computing.An overlapping domain decomposition method is applied combining a boundary element formulation with time-dependent fundamental solution to solve a diffusion equation. Firstly, by domain decomposition, the problem divided into two problems on subdomains, and then the initial-Boundary problems are solved by boundry element method on each subdomain.Some numerical examples are presented to illustrate feasibility and efficiency of the method. The numerical experiments show that the convergence rate of the method is dependent with the overlapping degree of the subdomains.

Abstract:To attain high rate data and high quality of service in wireless communication, a subchannel allocation policy combined with subcarriers and power allocation is proposed. In the proposed system, instead of identical power over the subcarriers in parallel, each user's DS waveform is transmitted over the subchannels that have large fading amplitude among all the subchannels. The powers of the subcarriers with small fading amplitude are allocated to the subcarriers with large ones. It can effectively suppress multiple-access interference while obtaining diversity gains. The allocation policy based on fading amplitudes has the advantages of low computation and good convergence compared with the policy proposed in other papers. Thus, it is suitable for engineering.

Abstract:Based on the object-oriented programming method, the knowledge base of ground and foundation code have been constructed by using the object oriented programming language C++. On the one hand, it is so easy to maintain and update the code base. On the other hand, different programs can use the code base. By the inheritance and the polymorphism, the code base can bring forward the uniform interface. The hierarchy of class base is described, then, the definition and the usage of the class of ground, the class of foundation design, the class of parameter and the class of section design are discussed. The knowledge base can be used in the foundation scheme expert system or the foundation design decision support system.

Abstract:It is difficult to treat landfill leachate in China.Traditional biologic method and physical method always have high expenses,or cann't reach the discharge standards.The authors use a new biologic method to treat landfill leachate,which is the Wood_microbial System from Japan.The system to be digested by 3 aeration tanks and 1 reaction tank.The comparison combine processed wool_dust broken pieces with the certain grain degree size were throw in the tanks.Dirty and organic matter are in the digest tanks through the aeration reaction and aneration reaction repeatedly.In this experiment the speed of wastewater discharge and oxygen supply has been changed, and the change of biologic system and the effect of pollutant are removed. The optimal treatment condition can be found.The experiment shows that the system has a good result,special for nitrogenous.The BOD is average to do away with the rate to amount to 90%,almost reach the second class or third class for leachate standard.But BOD loading should be not beyond 4 kg/(m 3.d),othrwise,the system will not operate in normally.

Abstract:dimethoxybenzaldehyde, as a valuable intermediate for drugs, is unconveniently synthsized in usual way. Reimer-Tiemann reaction and a methoxylation through dimethyl sulfate are employed for the preparation of 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde from p-methoxyphenol in this paper. Comparing different phase transfer catalysts,it can be demonstrated that the polye thene glycel 10 000(PEG 10 000) is the most favorable catalyst used in Reimer Tiemann reaction. The yield and quality are improved through the methoxylation of 2 hydroxy 5 methoxy benzaldehyde in a buffer solution, The diverse factors influcencing the yield are examined. Some explanations are given from theoretical viewpoint. The proper experimental conditions are found and the overall-yield reached 68%.

Abstract:To research role of biomedical engineering in treatment of Gram_negative bacterial sepsis,and chemical configuration of endotoxin and role of endotoxin in septic shock and multiple organ failures were analyzed.Effects of various biotechnology in treatment sepsis were compared. There are relationship between in endotoxin and sepsis,no effective medication for sepsis. Hemoperfusion with Polymyxin B immobilized absorbents could remove endotoxin of blood, decrease flammatory mediators(eg,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-1) of blood ,and improve hemorheology. Polymyxin B immobilized absorbents are important in treatment patient of sepsis by its specific absorbing endotoxin .

Abstract:The coating is one of the most important auxiliary materials of lost foam casting. In order to reduce the cost of coating for lost foam casting, water based coating has been developed. Refractory material of quartz sands that have three kinds of grain size distribution was used. All coatings were made into paste form by sand roller mill. The paste form was stirred into liquid coating by adding some water in stirrer, then measuring their properties. The developed coating has relative concentrated grain size distribution and consists of quartz sand 100%, bentonite 4%, polyvinyl acetate emulsision 2.5%, CMC 0.5% and other accessories. The coasting has low cost and excellent processing properties, which is applicable to produce nodular iron casting.

Abstract:One of burgeoning fields of biology is the use of transgenic plants for the expression of antibodies. It refers to introducing into plants and expressing in them the genes encoding antibodies or antibody fragments. The plant-derived antibodies can serve the fuction of antigen recognition and binding. A number of transformation techniques have been used to introduce antibody genes into plant cells. An important advantage of expressing antibodies in plants is that it can produce inexpensively therapeutic antibodies in large scale. Immunotherapy can also be aimed at plants themselves, that is, these recombinant antibody molecules can be effective in insect or disease resistance. Furthermore, intracellular expression of antibody molecules can be used to modulate the metabolism of the expressing cells. Several groups have expressed antibody molecules in plants, either to modify or improve plant performance and characteristics or with a view to harnessing plants as bioreactors for large-scale production of antibodies. The research and development of expressing antibodies in plants are reviewed.

Abstract:A new kind of filter media, zeolite, is used to enhance filtration for an improvement on tap water quality. The experimental results show that zeolite can remove not only turbidity but also ammonia-N and partial organic pollutants in water. In the experments, zeolite can remove about 65% of turbidity and over 10% of COD Mn , 95% of ammonia-N from water, the removal efficiencies of anianon detergent(LAS), chloroform and phenol are over 17.7%, 44.45% and 34% respectively, and metal ion contamination has not been found in filter effluence. Therefore, zeolite enhanced filtration is an efficiency and security method for an improvement on water quality.

Abstract:A new model is proposed to analyze the strain/stress transfer relation between host materials and piezoceramic sensors/actuators under bending and axial stress loading. The finite thickness of the adhesive is taken into account. The physical layers of the piezoceramic, adhesive and structure material are further subdivided into thinner layers as fine as necessary in order to improve the accuracy of stress analysis. In each thin layer the in-plane stresses are assumed to vary linearly across the thickness. By satisfying equilibrium equations, constitutive equations and displacement-strain relations, all components of stress, strain and displacement can be expressed as functions of the in-plane forces and the moments of the thin layers. The differential equations governing the in-plane forces and the moments are obtained. Then, this analytical model is used to predict strain transfer from the structure material to the sensor. It is found, both experimentally and theoretically, that the axial strain of the host material is considerably larger than the strain of the sensor, which is directly related to the output voltage. By introducing the so-called strain transfer factor, a relationship between the output voltage of the sensor and the strain of the measured material is derived. The model is used to predict interlayer stress distributions and strain transfer, which are induced by actuator strain. The result was compared with existing experiments and FEM. There is stress concentration between the actuator and adhesive around the edge of the smart structures, which may cause debonding under high stress loading.

Abstract:The mouse is developed with the purpose of providing reinforcement of database security for computer users, whose validity can be verified by taking advantage of the fingerprint identity, which is the uniqueness, immutability biological characteristic of human body. By one-by-one matching algorithm, rendering between pressured data and field acquisitions of finger print image, the vital heart of dactylogram verification with the mouse is realized. The mouse has been made possible by taking account of the roomy space within mouse,tiny chip patch for fingerprint identification and together with small size of available microprocessors. The mouse can be used as an normal pointing device while maintaining the capability of user identity distinguishing. The usage of this device is very easy and it is reliable. Development of this device mainly comprises of the hardware development, driver development, application software development, and the installation of network security verification center. The purpose, principle and system design of the mouse is introduced, while characteristics and applications of the device are also presented.
