    Abstract:
    De_noising algorithm based on traditional wavelet transform may produce artifacts on discontinuities of the signal. The reason is that the de_noising algorithm lacks of wavelet translation invariant. This paper proposes a de_noising method based on translation invariant. The method performs the cycle_spinning for the signal to be analyzed. And then, the soft (hard) thresholding is used to shrink the wavelet coefficient of the signal and reconstruct the signal. Consequently, the shift dependence of wavelet basis is eliminated. This method can suppress the artifacts effectively so that de_noised signal is more smooth and has better approximation to original signal.

    Abstract:
    This paper studies how to improve the quality of automobile bodywork. The complexity of bodywork decides variety of it's error. The station and primary factor which cause error is inconstant change and using correlation analysis can find out the primary factor. With an project given, the theory of correlation analysis for dimension variation of bodywork is discussed through correlation analysis and the layer structure of the bodywork,the state in which the error happened can be found out. How to use eigenvalue and eigenvector of correlation matrix to judge the mode of dimension variation is also discussed. The max eigenvalue and it's eigenvector embodied the primary mode of dimension variation,which is caused by the primary reason which should be especially controlled. Finally,the approach of applying computer for analysis is pointed.
    3  A Virtual Wavelet Transform Analyzer for the Signal Analysis Based on the Direct Algorithm

    Abstract:
    A virtual wavelet transform analyzer for the signal analysis based on the direct algorithm is introduced so that the discrete wavelet transform and continuous wavelet transform is maken to signal in the direct algorithm. The authors first introduce the direct algorithm of the WT, which is numerical algorithm obtained from the original formula of the wavelet transform by directly numericalizing. Then some conclusions are drawn on the direct algorithm. The examples are the sampling principle and technology for the wavelets, the limitation of the scale range of the wavelets and the measures to solve the edge phenomenal in the direct algorithm of the discrete wavelet transform, and some conclusions in the direct algorithm of the continuous wavelet transform. The virtual wavelet transform analyzer for the signal analysis based on the direct algorithm explored based on these studies and combined with virtual instrument technique can make the discrete wavelet transform and continuous wavelet transform to signal with any basic wavelet. It can be applied in studying the property of any basic wavelet and learning the theory on the wavelet transform, and also in making some engineering signal analysis. In the end, the authors give some typical examples for the application of the virtual analyzer. These examples show that the analyzer can be applied in many situations.

    Grouping a virtual enterprise is a key technique of agile manufacturing formation.By analyzing the elements of the enterprise's resource and requirements and making use of the concept of rescouce index and the mothed of fuzzy judgement, the model of enterprise's resource is presented. The communication structure of collaborative work team is built by using the network infrastructure of COBRA .Also, team grouping process of collaborative work is discussed.Considering the enterprise's resource demands, the strategy of selecting partners based on the optimzation of enterprises's resource is proposed.

    Abstract:
    The discretization of real values is always one of the key problems to be solved in the domain of machine learning for its great contribution to speeding up the followed learning algorithms, cutting down the real demand of algorithms on running space and time, and improving the clustering capability of the ultimate learning results. The basic characteristics and framework of discretization approaches based on rough set model are analyzed at first, then the different measurements of the importance of candidate cuts are discussed and researched. Two new heuristic algorithms are put forward to finally select the useful cuts from a candidate set. The selected cuts of the two algorithms will adequately maintain the discernible relation of information systems for their full considering the specialty of rough set, which perfectly embodies the advantages of this theory. Moreover, excellent discretization results may be expected through these heuristic algorithms.

    Abstract:
    This paper develops the control system of electronically controlled throttle with high speed on off valve.The electronically controlled hydraulic actuator is used to control the throttle controlled by high speed on off valve.The mathematical model of the control system is established.Because of the existing turn on time of high speed on off valve,the problem which throttle position is controlled actuately is solved by adding a nonlinear compensating block.Main parameters affecting throttle position control are discussed.Simulation research and road test prove that the control system is applicable and feasible.

    Abstract:
    GPS/INS integrated systems are applied in the self-positioning of the high dynamic targets. This paper forms state equations and observation equations by the integrated system and GPS observation respectively. An adaptive filtering algorithm is introduced which estimates observation noise covariance with observation data, and estimates dynamic noise covariance by use of Sage-Husa filtering algorithm which has faster convergent speed and better stability than the conventional Kalman filtering algorithm. At last, simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

    Abstract:
    The techniques of sharing a channel in HFC are original with regard to those of Ethernet and Ring. In this paper, the analysis is stressed on the method of the upstream bandwidth allocation, the collision resolving, and the relationship among them, beginning with MAP management message. The MAP is a complex frame, in which the messages of ranging opportunity needed by the CM at the access beginning, bandwidth allocation contention, bandwidth allocation and collision detection are included. The access way for a user is explained after the frame format and functions of a MAP are illustrated. Finally, upstream bandwidth allocation, the cause of collision, algorithm and the process to solve the collision and so on are studied.

    Abstract:
    Selecting proper information system (IS) applications to implement may improve the effectiveness of the investment. The authore analyse the relationships among the properties of the enterprise, competitive priorities and the benefits obtained through the implementation of the IS applications. Based on the analysis a method to determine the implementation priorities of the applications is presented. Firstly, the initial priorities are determined by considering the effect of the enterprise properties on the benefits of the applications. Secondly, the priorities are modified by considering the competitive priorities. Finally, the actual form of implementation is proposed based on the analysis of competitive priorities.

    In this paper, such problems of polling system with bulk arrival and Bernoulli Feedback are considered as follow: To Gated Service disciplines, we derive the relation of F i+1 (z 1,z 2,...,z N ) and F i(z 1,z 2,...,z N ), give means of queue lengths at polling instant of each station;the means of polling cycle time , and intervisit time are obtained.     Abstract:
    On the base of the logic flow chart of the building construction's material request plan,the three prerequisites are given for MRP being introduced into building construction:the construction item's project schedule,the listing of the materials that will be used in the construction item and the information of the current stock in the construction unit must be gained. The prerequisites are also solved: the construction item's project schedule is made through network planning technology and database's programming; the listing of the materials is memorized according to the construction act; the up_to_date storage information can be gained by contacting to the storehouse's management department in time. Finally, the material request plan is drafted by the method of MRP.

    Based upon the conception of the least loop,the most loop and direction factor presented by the author firstly,the algorithm of searching out the least and most loops has been designed.By building the adjoining matrix, confirming the start-point of searching,vectorizing the searching sides,calculating the direction factor of adjoining sides,we can search out the next side of the least loop or the most loop rapidly.With a valid searching side being confirmed at every searching and the searching scope being reduced by forming degenerate graph,the time compexity of the algorithm is much less. In the research of the automatic calculating system of construction quantities, the problem of houses partition and out-wall partition had been solved succesfully by utilizing this searching algorithm.

    Abstract:
    The white noise of PD(partial discharge) signal brings great difficult to the PD signal's processing, so eliminating the white noise is a necessary section. There are many methods of eliminating white noise, but none of them are suitable to the PD signal processing. Because PD signal and white noise have different Lipschitz exponents and different wavelet transform features in time-scales, a new eliminating white noise method has been brought forward that has simple operation and meets the timing need of PD signal's processing. After the processing with this method, the PD signal is not distortion and the effect of eliminating white noise is very good. This method can be applied to the processing of PD signal gotten from the site.

    In order to accelerate the working speed of a FIR filter, the structure-optimized FIR filter, which includes a vector-multiplication that can efficiently reduce the numbers of multiplication and addition of tradition structure, has been deduced .The vector-multiplication can be realized easily by means of the LUT in HDPLD FLEX10K. Using development software of MAX+PLUS II, both parallel and serial parameteized FIR filter have been designed.

    采用微管吸吮技术研究了中性粒细胞在外源病原微生物金黄色葡萄球菌刺激而免疫激活状态下的粘弹特性及不同的细菌浓度对中性粒细胞粘弹性的影响。同时以标准线性固体模型对实验数据进行了拟合。结果表明:中性粒细胞免疫激活后的粘弹性参数K1、K2、μ与对照组比较均显著增高,但随着细菌浓度的提高而表现出饱和效应;用金黄色葡萄球菌分泌物(培养液)处理中性粒细胞后,其粘弹性参数与对照组比较没有显著差异。

    Abstract:
    Image compression is very important in picture archiving and communication system(PACS). The author studied the statistical distribution of image wavelet subimage coefficients and concluded that the distribution of wavelet subimage coefficients is similar to that of Laplasian distribution. On the other hand, in image reconstruction, the coefficient with different amplitude owns different weight, and different accuracy can be applied to different coefficients according to their different weight. Then, the author has designed a image quantization encoding scheme for PACS. In this scheme, they selected the sample-standard-deviation of coefficients in every subimage as the quantization threshold, and accurately encoded those coefficients with higher weight. Also, this algorithm utilized the visual character of human. The test has proved that the main advantages of this method are the simplicity in computing and predictable encoded coefficients, and a high compression efficiency can obtain too.

    利用单纯形优化法获得了从亚硝酸盐反硝化脱氮的工艺条件为 :pH8.3,温度 2 8℃ ,C/N比1.6 ,泥 /水比为 0 .32 ,在此条件下能够稳定、高效地处理高浓度的含氮废水 (NO2 - -N〈35 0mg·L- 1) ,其脱氮速率高达 16 2mg·L- 1·h- 1,脱氮率 >99%。

    An improvement on synthetic procedure of cinnamic acid is made, using potissium carbonate as catalyst and PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst. The synthetic yield is increased to 65.3% and the reaction time is shortened by optimization through comparing the quantity of potassium carbonate, molecular weight of PEG, reaction time and temperature by using the orthogonal design.

    Abstract:
    左羟丙哌嗪作为一种国内尚未进口和生产的药物,对其合成工艺的研究,可为工业生产该种药物打下基本的技术基础。该工艺用苯胺、二乙醇胺在酸性条件下,对220℃左右环合制得苯基哌嗪;环氧氯丙烷用10%的硫酸开环成3-氯-1,2-丙二醇;然后将这两种中间体在乙醇溶液中回流,制得消旋体羟哌丙嗪,再用酒后酸拆分制得左羟哌丙嗪。通过该方法可以制得产品,总收率达9.5%。并通过结构鉴定,确证其为左羟丙哌嗪。

    Abstract:
    In order to meet the needs of China-made gigantic bridges with long spans, 14MnNbq steel was developed . It is a new type of microalloyed steel. In this paper, simulated controlled rolling and cooling is taken. The role of microalloyed element Nb and Nb(CN) in the process of deformation and their effects on microstructures and mechanical properties of 14MnNbq steel are analysed by means of optical microscope, TEM, electrical chemical phase extraction analysis and micrography analysis.It is pointed out that in period of non-recrystallization of finish rolling should increase the deformation increment as great as possible to give full play to Nb, The cooling speed after rolling and the temperature of finish cooling should be controlled properly according to working condition to ensure Nb(CN) to separate out adequately. It is proved that Nb possesses good fine-grain strenghening and medium precipitate-hardening effects.

    Abstract:
    用作高温还原反应罐的H0耐热钢(1Cr25Ni20)性能优良,但生产成本高。笔者研制开发的含氮稀土H1耐热钢(3Gr25Ni8REN)具有镍低、性能优良的特点。H1钢的高温抗氧化性能、高温持久强度和抗热疲劳性能均优于H0钢,可以长期在1200℃左右高温下工作,使用寿命为H0钢还原罐的1.5倍左右。H1钢的生产成本仅为H0钢的2/3左右,其经济效益十分显著。文中叙述了选择H1耐热钢化学成分的理论依据;H1和H0耐热钢的冶炼工艺,材料性能测试方法和测试数据,并作了两种钢的性能比较,结果表明H1钢完全可以替代H0钢用于制作生产Mg、Ca和Ti的还原罐。

    Float-zone method for growth of semi-conductor silicon is considering very promising under microgravity,but the effect of thermocapillary convection induced by surface tension gradient on the crystal quality is quite highlight.In the present work,a nwe method referred to as surface-cut method is suggested to reduce the melt flow.A mathmatical model to describe the thermocapillary convection in a half float-zone with surface-cut is proposed and numerical simulation for the temperature and the flow field under different surface-cut way is conducted using the finite element method.The results show that the effective reduction can be achieved and the flow will be weaked by 70% by proper increase of the surface-cut time.

    As the main material in constructing dams,arching mechanism in compacted rockfill is aways the focus of safety problem in compacted rockfiu dams. Compacted rockfill has different engineering characteristics according to stack forms and constructing techniques,and the failure of compacted rockfill conforms to Coulomb_Mohr criterion.Compacted rockfill is the main material in protecting embankment for the migration movement in Fuling city zone.The arching action is theoretically studied and numercally modelled especially for constructing techniques.It is found out that the arching action begins and numerically of settlement and burdens part of load and deadweight of upper soil.Earth pressure applied to the arch is smaller than the weight of overburden.

    Pearlitic steel is composed of numerous pearlitic colonies with randomly distributed orientations,and each colony is composed of many alternatively arranged parallel lamellas of ferrite and cementite.The pearlitic steel with fine interlamellar spacing possesses excellent mechanical properties,such as high strength,good resistance against wear,and high fatigue life,etc. Based on the inconsistency of the deformation between the two phases,a strain_equivalent and non_local constitutive model is proposed. Using this model,the effect of the interlamellar spacing of peailitic steel,a fundamental parmeter of the microstructure of pearlitic material, on its macroscopic mechanical behavior can be described without changing the local material parameters for each phase of the material.The asymmetrical cyclic plasticity of both the hot_rolled and the off_line full_length quenched pearlitic steel PD3 is analyzed.The comparison between the computational and the experimental results shows satisfactory agreement.

    Abstract:
    Activated sludge model is playing a more and more important role in the design, operation, and administration of the wastewater treatment plants. Since 1950s the study on model have achieved great advance. The development of activated sludge model is reviewed and discussed from the mechanism, function and description. The advantage and disadvantage of several important models, including Eckenfelder model,McKinney model,Lawrence_McCarty model,Andrews model,WRc model and IWA model, are compared. On the basis of the achievement of the modern environmental microbiology and the development of wastewater analysis technology, it can be concluded that the development of the activated sludge model may focus on more detailed characterization of wastewater and the establishment of the system of automatic control and design.

    Abstract:
    Based on the linear strain distribution assumption, strain development of tensile bars and ultimate moment capacity of strengthening section, which strengthened on tension side with service load un removed, is investigated. It is showed that the higher the service load bending moment to original moment capacity ratio M 1k /M u1 is, the smaller the tensile strain of strengthening re barsis, and the more the amount of strengthening re barsis, the smaller the tensile strain of original re barsis. It also showed that,When original re bar area is relatively small and strengthening re bar area is adequate, both original and strengthening re bars may get yielded and a great increment in section moment capacity is achieved, even though the ration M 1k M u1 has a relatively high value.

    Abstract:
    This paper develops an endogenous model to study the effect of income distribution on growth based upon the Credit Market Imperfection .The model shows that initial inequality is harmful for growth when credit constraints are binding. The Fesults of testing the effect of income distribution on growth using cross-section data at the provincial level of China show that inequality is harmful for growth , human capital especially above primer and secondary male human capital improves growth.

    Abstract:
    Based on the economics theory of market, it is proposed that the brand competition is imperfect, the differentiation of which is the result of competition and one of the determinant factors of the firm's profit. The theory of random variable distribution is applied to quantitively analyze the relationship between the probability distribution of consumers' preference and their utility and demand for brands. The conclusion is that the differentiation of consumers' preference influences the market demand for brands through prices, thus the brands should be differenced if the firms want maximum market share. Also the relationship between firms' profits and the degree of brand competition differentiation is studied with the Shaked and Sutton model, and the result is the same if the firms want the more profits.

    Abstract:
    After reform of state -owned firms mechanism, many companies appeal for ESO, but there have not been any clear theories for operation in practice until now. On the basis of principal-agent theory of the firm, this paper regards owners and managers as the two sides to game and builds the game model which analyses the behaviors of owners and managers. As a long-term stock based incentive system, ESO will align the goal of owners and managers and make them reach Nash Equilibrium to maximize their utility, and lower agency cost to solve the agency problem in modern firms.
