    Abstract:
    To the question how to improve the machining precision of globoid worm at an easy rate,a method that uses cooridinate measurements of real tooth surface of globoid worm is proposed. It can determine the real applied machine tool settings. The deviation of the real tooth surface from the theoretical one,can be indentified by the method. The deviation can be minimized by correction of the machine tool settings,the machining precision of globoid worm be improved by the same machine. Validity of the method is verified by succeeding manufacturing experiment. On the other side,only one helix is needed to be measured,then the error of machine tool settings can be identified under the condition of adequate measured points,so the measured efficiency of worm is improved.

    Abstract:
    Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.

    Abstract:
    Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is a kind of high anti-wear engineering plastic with many excellent physical and mechanical performances. It has been widely applied in the field of mechanism such as bearing and pump. Effect of load, speed, time on friction and wear properties of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMW-PE)plastic alloy bearings under different Lubricating Condition are studied by using MPV-200 model friction and wear testing machine. The test results show that water lubrication reduces the friction coefficient of bearings but increases the wear rate as compared with dry friction. At the same time, wear mechanisms are analyzed systemically. It provides a theoretic basic for practical application of plastic alloy bearings

    Abstract:
    In order to comprehensively analyse and evaluate the assembly process of a worm-gear reducer, a data structure which can integrallty describe the assembly information of the worm-gear reducer is developed. Description of assmebly character of part,establishing tree-structure of assembly of product, establishing generalized matrix saved assembly relationship and the language description of assembly model are introduced.By means of the data structure, computer can chart form tree-structure diagram of assembly, and save assembly relationship and assembly information of each of part.Assembly relationship and assembly information are saved in the node of tree-assembly, and every data of tree-assembly can be queried, deleted, inserted and modified through pointer or chain. This method can availably analyse and evaluate the assembly process of parts and assembly. A worm-gear reducer is taken as an example to validate the data structure.

    Abstract:
    The fault character of moving parts of rotating machinery most time is speed related. The method of order spectrum analysis is more efficient than usual frequency analysis.Two general methods for realizing order tracking are discussed, and a new order tracking method based on time-frequency analysis is proposed. The time frequency order tracking method only depends on software for order tracking, which is a strong supplement to traditional methods, and specially satisfied the require of virtual instruments, so there is a good prospect for its using.

    Abstract:
    Overconstraints exist widely in planar closed chain mechanisms and mechanical systems result in a series of detrimental influences on behavior of machines, and attention is given to them by machine designer. Some analysis methods of overconstraints in planar closed chain mechanisms are presented, and more study due to the faultiness of these methods. In accordance with faultiness of two common kind of methods, formulas method and loop analysis method of degrees of freedom, and by combining these two methods, an useful mechanism overconstraints analysis method which is convenient for computer aided overconstraints analysis is gained via research on the two methods thoroughly and systematically, and some new views about mechanism overconstraints analysis are presented.

    Under the pointview of epistemology and generalized information theory, fault diagnosis can be regarded as the state identification process by dint of various cognitive tools. Therefore, information Entropy can be employed to explain the transfer of information during identifying the faults.     Abstract:
    Loss reduction is important for distribution networks and it is available to reduce loss by loads equalization. With increasing numbers of vertexes in distribution networks, compounding of loads are rapid increasing. It is hard to achieve the global optimization for load balancing by traditional model of distribution networks. Base on analyzing character of loads equalization for distribution networks, this paper provides a new method which conjugate the optimization principle and the hierarchical model of the distribution networks, can transfer the optimization issues into multi stage decision making problems,and can also achieve the optimization equalization of the distribution networks loads.

    Abstract:
    Nowadays the network of high-speed and broadband is required in the application of multimedia technology and information community.     Abstract:
    Because parameter disturbed exist every practical system,so chaos synchronization for different system parameters is availabe. Chaos synchronization of continuous system for different system parameters is studied with the relation between chaotic synchronization and asymptotic stability, parameter adaptive and driving feedback. Lorenz system is used to verify the effectivenss of the proposed method,and the simulation results confirm it.

    The solubility and processability of polyaniline can be increased through aniline copoly with o-anisidine. Poly(aniline-co-o-anisidine) have good electrochromism .On condition that mole ratio between aniline and anisidine is 3:1,better reaction conditions of synthesizing poly(aniline-co-o-anisidine) with good solubility ,electrochromism and high yield was gotten through researches for effects of monomer ratio,monomer concentration,the amount of oxidant ,reaction times,reaction temperature,acid concentration on properties of poly(aniline-co-o-anisidine).The structure of polymers were characterized by IR spectrum.

    Abstract:
    Immersive virtual reality system and unimmersive virtual reality system are two different virtual reality systems.Web 3D is a virtual reality system for web but not a immersive one, which can be realized by VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), XML(eXtensible Markup Language),JAVA, animation script language,stream media technology. These technologies and standards are studied and reviewed . Then a product simulation system based on Web 3D is developed. The system reads data from CAD(computer aided design) system first, and then it converts these data into data which agree with Web 3D standards. Finally, the data are converted into data which can be released in internet. This system is very useful for products real-time demonstrating in internet and electronical emmerce.

    Abstract:
    To overcome the limitations of the standard ellipsoidal unit neural networks, some new approaches used in ellipsoidal unit neural networks have been proposed. These new approaches address three main issues: firstly, to understand better and represent the nature of fault classification boundaries; secondly, to determine the network structure without the usual trial and error schemes; lastly, to avoid erroneous generalizations. The application in CSTR shows that the ellipsoidal unit networks can possess arbitrary nonlinear classifying ability, nonlinear interfacial describing ability, and obtain accurate and efficient diagnosis results.

    Abstract:
    In chemistry and many related fields, electronegativity (EN) is an important fundamental concept and its scale is a useful physcochemical parameter. Here, calculations of both ionization potentials and electron affinities are extended toward 107 elements and done by density functional theory at the local density approximation(LDA) level and the LDB level, i.e., the local density approximation level with further non-local corrections for exchange and correlation included self-consistently as well as the modified Slater transition-state method. The definite-differentiation method is employed into calculations of the electronegativity scale and the related parameters of 107 elements with very good results due to the consideration of relativistic effects. The calculation presented is to examine both the LDA and LDB approximations in calculations for the ionization potential and electron affinity of the elements with an improved or modified Slater transition-state method, and relativistic effects have also been taken into account for 107 elements compared with 103, 86 or less in the previous report under a spin polarized density function theory with some approximations to the exchange-correlation function. The calculation results for the various quantities represent an obviously improvement over some previous calculations. It is shown that the results calculated by the extended technique and the improved Slater transition-state method in general agree well with experimental values presented by Pearson, and are better than the reported values in many previous literatures. The developed new electronegativity scale will widely be applicable in many fields such as molecular structural parameterization expression, chemobiological activity optimization prediction, structure-activity quantitation modeling, functional chemical adaptization designing, and so on.

    Electrochemotherapy is a new therapy on curing tumor, and it consists of two therapies, which are direct current electrochemotherapy and electric pulse aided antitumor medicine electrochemotherapy. Its widely application prospect is being taken on. Researchers home and overseas study deeply in the wide field of its cure mechanism, ways and means, animal tests and clinical application. Medical studies have shown that electrochemotherapy is an easily operated therapy with excellent curative effect and security. On the basis of these studies, a new therapy is put forward, that is, energy-controllable steep pulse therapy, electric pulse' killing effect on cell membrane is called as irreversible breakdown, and the first-stage study results of this new therapy are introduced.

    The fuction and structure of the atrium are very complexity. If fire occurs,it will bring great loss. Forms of atrium and the characters of gas flow are analyzed, fire detectors are classified. Performance, applicability and the cause of wrong alarm of fire detector are compared comprehensively. According to the performance of detector, the shape of atrium and the character and possible danger of fire,a method of selecting fire detector to be applied to atrium is given. The validity of the method is explained clearly with an given example.

    Abstract:
    The principle and possibility of alloying of high speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 (M2) with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 during the steelmaking are discussed, experiments of the alloying technologcial process have been carried out, the properties of M2 product have been determined, the benefit have been analysed. The results show that the rate of recovery of W Mo V are respectively 97.08%, 96.51%, 93.79% during the steelmaking of M2 alloying with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 in induction furnace, the chemical composition and properties of product M2 can meet the demands that the standard of high speed steel M2 requires.

    为进一步了解血管内皮细胞 (VEC)在代谢特征上的异质性 ,加深对VEC生物学特性的认识 ,文中应用平行平板流动腔装置 ,将人胚肾小球血管内皮细胞 (HGVEC)和牛肺动脉内皮细胞 (BPAEC)两种不同的EC在同样的剪切流环境中剪切作用 2 4h ,利用放射免疫法检测循环液中血管紧张素II(AngII)分泌量。结果表明 ,HGVEC的AngII平均分泌率 ( 7.5 4± 0 .2 7)pg (cm2 ·h)显著高于BPAEC( 6 .0 8± 0 .11)pg (cm2 ·h) ,且HGVEC的AngII平均分泌率随剪切时间的增加而减少 ,在各时点间的变异相对较大 ;而BPAEC的AngII平均分泌率在各时点的分泌率较为稳定 ,变幅较小。表明这两种内皮细胞在AngII分泌特性上存在异质性。

    Abstract:
    氮在阀门钢、部分不锈钢中是重要的合金元素,在这些含氮钢的冶炼过程中利用氮气作合金剂对钢液进行合金化,可明显降低冶炼成本,是含氮钢冶炼的一项新技术。在理论分析计算含氮钢吹氮气增氮的热力学和动力学条件的基础上,试验研究了10kg感应炉内阀门钢、不锈钢、高锰钢粗钢液顶吹氮合金化的效果,结果表明:对阀门钢、不锈钢等,向钢液顶吹氮27-40min,可使钢液中氮含量增至其规格成分范围内,但要采取措施防止氮在钢液浇注、凝固等过程中逸出。

    采用等温法研究了纯氧化锌配加石墨碳粉制成含碳氧化锌球团在1000-1150℃下还原的动力学,研究结果表明:还原温度对含碳纯氧化锌还原速度有显著影响,温度愈高,还原反应速度愈大;根据Arrhenius方程计算出在1000-1150℃下碳的气化反应、界面化学反应和气相扩散为限制环节的活化能分别为37.615kJ/mol、43.192kJ/mol和46.548-53.280kJ/mol;与其它氧化锌的还原方式相比,含碳纯氧化锌球团还原反应的活化能要小得多,其还原速度主要由气相扩散控制。

    Abstract:
    The filter design is the key to 2-D image wavelet transform. Based on the studying of image properties and 1-D wavelet theory,the authors describe a parasymmetry boundary extension method and realize 2-D discrete wavelet transform by means of 1-D wavelet transform according to correlation of adjacent pixels. Also,it is proved that the discrete wavelet transform of inverse data stream in row and the sign of discrete detail signal will be inversed,and that a filter of wavelet transform based on symmetry of bi_orthogonal filter is constructed. The test has proved the fine reconstruction and perfect SNR.

    13-bit格子气自动机模型是一种基于FHPⅡ模型基础上的新模型,为了验证其正确性,文中通过建立在该模型基础上的数值试验方法,对圆柱绕流、方柱绕流和多柱体绕流等典型流体流动,采用该模型模拟了它们的流场分布,与文献中用有限差分、有限元、边界元等方法的模拟结果相比较,发现13-bit格子气自动机模型能够较为真实、客观、详细的模拟流体流场;并进一步采用该模型模拟了焦炭多孔介质内流体流动,发现其能够便捷、清晰地模拟具有复杂几何边界条件的流场。

    用攀钢工业V2O5为原料采用无机溶胶-凝胶法制备V2O5溶胶和凝胶,并用此胶体不同衬底上制备出透明的半导体V2O5薄膜。研究了胶体粘度对涂膜的影响,以及薄膜电阻率与温度、烘干处理和厚度的关系。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了薄膜的微观形貌,用XRD研究了薄膜的成份及其变化。结果表明:胶体粘度对涂膜有较大影响;温度、湿份、薄膜厚度对薄膜电阻率均有较大影响;V2O5薄膜由针状V2O5颗粒组成,在衬度上呈均匀分布,且结构比较密集,其颗粒径向尺寸为0.5-1.0μm,长度方向为3.0-5.0μm。烘干处理后颗粒轮廓略有模糊、结构稀疏且尺寸有所长大,同时新生成了一些钒化合物。

    Abstract:
    The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. This paper introduces a diagnosing model based on parsimonious covering theory and probability. A model for turtogenerator's fault diagnosis is proposed. The availability of this method is proved by two fault diagnosis examples of turbogenerator. The results show that the model proposed can be used for multi_fault diagnosis together. It may make up shortage for some of expert systems and neural networks in some aspect. From the practice,this model has higher reliability and practicability.

    Abstract:
    Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. Through concurrent design environment, design efficiency and quality of petroleum equipment are greatly improved.

    The R-wave of ECG signal represents the electrical activation of the ventricles, which initiates ventricle contraction, and the typical peak value singular signal, so the R-wave of ECG signal is localized precisely and analyzed accurately using the wavelet transform. The principium of the precise detection method for R-wave in ECG signal is researched. The special properties of Mexican hat wavelet in time-domain are analyzed, too. This wavelet has every order continuity, symmetry, exponential attenuation and one vanishing moment. For this reason, the mexican hat wavelet basis has the excellent localization and analyzing precision. Using the MIT/BIH (Massachusetts Institute of Technology / Boston's Beth Israel Hospital) Arrhythmia Database and the applications in clinic, the precise detection method can detect accurately and localize precisely to the R-wave in ECG signal in the serious noise signal. This method has the quite high locating precision (its error is not more than one sampling point and the points of the R-wave in ECG signal about 80 percent are localized precisely) and analyzing accuracy (no accumulative error). The real-time of the method is excellent, and the real-time detection to the R-wave of ECG signal can achieve using this method.

    Abstract:
    In design of light railcar used freely supported beam, the cast steel pedestals will bear complex loads, which include weight, acceleration and wind, etc. Because of pedestals' peculiarity and complexity, the strength of the pedestals play an important role in safety of light railcar. So it's necessary to analyze their stress and deformation in order to insure safety of light railcar. Up to now, finite element analysis is still the most effective means. By studying cast steel pedestal with finite element method, 3-D finite element models of fixed and kinetic pedestals were built, and the loads and boundary condition of pedestals were analyzed. By means of finite element analysis software, the contact and von mises stresses were obtained and deformation were resolved. As a result of analysis, the tow of pedestal can fulfill requirement of use in light railcar, the contact stress and von mises stress are not exceeded limit stress strength of materials. There is enough static strength for the structures of pedestals. For verifying theoretical analysis result, the fatigue test was carried out, with examining the testing points locating on the pedestals, the stress and deformation data were measured. By comparing between theoretical analysis and test data, the experimental results show calculated and testing results can meet the case well which assure the reliability of finite element analysis. But in the result, there are differences in deformations of them. The reason may be that boundary conditions and loads are not same between analysis and experiment.

    Abstract:
    The relationship between abrasive concentration, length of oscillating chamber, standoff distance and cutting depth, erosion rate as well as cutting specific energy was investigated by experiments in the submerge and surface conditions. The cutting and erosion capabilities of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet and the pulsed abrasive water jet were analyzed in contrast. It is shown that the maximum cutting depth and erosion rate of the pulsed abrasive water jet are respectively 1.67,1.72 and 1.39, 1.47 than the pre-mixed abrasive water jet in submerge and surface conditions. These results attained from the research are useful to increase the cutting efficiency, decrease the energy ratio and expand the application domains of the abrasive water jet.

    Technological progress is the key competitive ability of a society.A society's technological progress depends on it's ability of research and development (R&D) and the absorption of R&D spillovers. Since China is a developing country, which is comparatively short of R&D expenditure and activity, it is absolutely necessarily to utilize R&D spillovers. This paper analyses the relation among destination-specific AC (Absorption Capacity) , source- and destination-specific SS (Structural Similarity) and embodied technology spillovers by one-sector and three-areas GTAP models. The conclusion is:Being 'neutral' in nature, the exogenous Hicks-Neutral Technical Progress shock uniformly reduces the input requirements associated with producing a given level of output of stuff.

    For certain types of inventory, the ordering cycle and demand may be random variants, which satisfy certain types distribution. The classical EOQ model usually neglects the fact. Based on the constant demand, under the hypothesis that the ordering cycle is a random variant which satisfies exponent distribution, average demand is a linear increasing function, this paper considers the effects of the time-value of capital and inflation on replenishment strategy of inventory system. Loosening the condition of basic economic order quantity model under deterministic state, the total cost function of the model is provided. The optimum order quantity and cycle are obtained. The application range of EOQ model under the constant demand is widened. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.

    Abstract:
    Anti stripping is an important objective of asphalt concrete engineering.Effects of acidic and alkaline fillers on anti stripping of asphalt concrete, and the possibilities of solid powder wastes added into asphalt concrete as the filler, have been explored. The result shows that additions of alkaline filler such as limestone and EF material into asphalt concrete as the filler, compared to acidic fillers such as siliceous mineral filler and fly ash, can effectively enhance the Marshell stability, resilient modulus and split tensile strength for this mixture. Meanwhile, the anti-stripping ability of asphalt concrete would be greatly improved.

    Abstract:
    The results of studies of Antineopalston A10 show it's degradation products, such as glutamines and isoglutamines, having antitumor activity. According to these, some N'-phenylacetyl-N-substituted glutamines are designed and synthesized for researching their antitumor activity. In the syntheses of these compounds, the acid azides are prepared first, which then react with amines at low temperature to transform to the target molecules. The mild reaction conditions and good yields and the optical activity maintaining are the merits of this method. Evaluation of antitumor activity of the target molecules is carried out by MTT method to L1210 cell strain. The result showes some compounds can inhibit growth of the cancer cells.
