    Abstract:
    A new good idea named Electro-hydraulic Impulse is described in the paper. Electro-hydraulic impulse is a process which integrates strong electrical field, strong magnetic field, ultrasonic wave, radiation of light and cavitation. With it, a kind of water named strongly polar activated water is generated. Using strongly polar activated water to make concrete blocks, the mechanical performance of concrete can be improved greatly. With the proper parameters, the compression strength of concrete can be increased by 48% percent. This has been proved by some experiments.

    Abstract:
    Most CAD systems conform to STEP standard and IGES specification as their input/output interfaces. In this paper,the STEP/IGES conversion tool of surface model based on AP203 is presented. The interface architecture of conversion tool and program language representation of STEP integrated resource construct are discussed in detail,and the mapping of surface structure and the conversion of entity data between STEP and IGES are established. Finally,an applied example is given.

    Abstract:
    Because there are lots of difficulties in mathematic modeling for uncertainty complex object, so it is not suitable to utilize traditional methods in some aspect such as identification, analysis, synthetical design and implementation. Especially, for the idea of system modeling, it is very different in comparison with traditional mathematic modeling, therefore, it is very difficult to study control problem for uncertainty system in technology and theory. On the basis of summarizing characteristics of uncertainty complex object, present to establish generalized control model, and apply intelligent control strategy to implement control effectively. In addition, authors also studied control algorithm and system structure. Engineering practice shows that it is effective and successful to establish generalized control model, and select intelligent control strategy for uncertainty control system.

    Abstract:
    With the development of industrial automation technology, the monitoring system becomes more and more important in the control system. The paper discusses the monitoring system design based on the pump station for high press water. At first, the paper introduced the base process and the control system of the pump station for high press water. The control system includes two parts: upper part and lower part. The control network consisted of some PLC controls the device in the system. Then the method of the OOP technology application to the monitoring system design are emphatically introduced and discussed. Finally, the paper briefly introduced the main function models and the key technologies.

    The green is as a symbol of no pollution,no public harm and environmental protection. The green automobile is the inevitable results that the automobile technique continuously developes. A new style vehicle--the green automobile is the urgent solicit of environmental protection is developed. The automobile industry can develop continuously. In the light of this paper puts foreword a method for the reliability apportionment of the series system.     Abstract:
    A novel genetic algorithm,simply written as REGA, is proposed with the idea to limit the number of repeating crossover and replacing the worst individuals of the current generation by the best ones of the former generation. The algorithm overcomes the premature phenomenon of the simple genetic algorithm. According to Markov's limitation theorem, we prove its global convergence,explore the properties of the genetic algorithm written as RSGA only based on repeating crossover,and provide a method to calculate the mathematic expectation on the absorption time for the two algorithms. Finally,the simulation shows that the algorithm REGA can solve the optimization problem containing more than one global optimal solutions,on one hand,while eliminating the drawback of local optimum and rapidly enhancing the average fitness. On the other hand, REGA is valuable for function optimization.

    Abstract:
    A micro piping robot is able to help people finish tasks such as inspection inside a mini pipe. Research on the mobile mechanism of the robot is very important in the robot researching area. The kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mobile mechanism for a planetary gears driven micro robot have been studied. The operation, the principle and the affect factors of the mobile mechanism have been discussed in detail. In order to drive the robot well, the adhesion and the power of the mobile mechanism should be increased as the influence of its autoeciousness power has been reduced.

    Abstract:
    To improve the quality of the self-positioning of airship around the earth, and not to lead to the increasing of volume and weight of the positioning systems of airship, the GPS/INS integrated positioning systems are constituted with close integrated pattern. The paper researches its application in the self-positioning of airship around the earth. According to real state of the airship, this paper forms its error state equations and integrates observation equations. Simulation results show that the integrated positioning system not only can pledge its high positioning precision but also can adapt target's quick moving.

    Abstract:
    This paper applies the evidence combination theory to fuse the information of multi-neural network classifier. In order to make each classifier approach the ideal state, the heredity algorithm is applied to train it. The different capacity of each classifier is caused by different classified feature. Input feature can't be identified by one classifier and may be identified by another, Model identification can be performed by multi-classifier, output result can be thought of evidence, further more,the BPA of each classifier is determined, then the procession of the model identification must be improved.

    Abstract:
    Colour hologram making is an important part of research hologram display technology. Nowadays it has great influece upon improving the hologram display. Although different ways of producing colour hologram exist ,to get the better quality of colour hologram,a new way is found to produce it by diffraction colour separation method. The red,green and blue information code of a colour transparent film can be recorded on a black-and-white film with a three-colour grating. Monochromatic laser is used to reproduce at the same time the distributions of the recorded three-color colour information, and to record them on a holographic film to make a colour holographic image. The remarkable advantage is that there is no need to make three holographic images with information covered with colour selection, that the diffraction efficiency is high,and that the reproduced image is of clear and bright colour.

    Abstract:
    Beth turbo codes and LDPC codes can achieve the Shannon limited performance. The constituent RSC codes in turbo codes are more structural and this lends the encoding problem easier with shift_register circuit.While the encoding of LDPC codes is performed via matrix multiplication, it is more complex than it appears for capacity_approaching LDPC codes. On the other hand,the soft_input soft_output BCJR algorithm,or the sub_optimal version of it,used for turbo_decoding is rather complex while sum_product algorithm used for LDPC decoding lends itself to parallel implementation and is computationally simpler. Combining the turbo codes encoding and LDPC decoding,a new scheme based on factor graphs and sum_product algorithm is developed, Which can reduce the decoding complexity of turbo codes greatly,and also has some guides in the designing of interleaver and the choosing of RSC constituent codes. Simulation shows the correctness of the scheme.

    单群的纯数量刻划在计算机识别单群方面有重大意义,而辛群从应用的角度上看也非常重要。1989年,著名群论专家施武杰教授提出了单群中的阶与群同构关系的猜想,该猜想早已作为一个公开的未解决的群论问题,对除介大于10^8的辛群和正交群以外的所有单群,该猜想已经被证明,在此基础上,用有限单群分类定量和素图不连通的有限群结构定理,并运用数论技巧,得到了如下定理,设G是群,H=S4(q),q=p^n,p为素数,则G≌H当且仅当1)πc(G)=πe(H),2)|G|=|H|。

    Abstract:
    The kernel function of kernel estimator for regression function is often defined with compact support, the moment of Y is bigger than one. The convergence rate of the improved kernel estimator is discussed under the improved kernel function. The result is also discussed under random censorship. The class of applicable kernels include those having unbounded support and even not integral .The condition of moment of Y is discarded under the improved kernel estimator. The results are wholly the same as usual and generalize the relative results of the paper .

    Abstract:
    It is efficient to extract active components from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by using ultrasonic wave. There has been many studies of the strength, frequency and action time of ultrasonic wave influencing extract active components from TCM. There is no report about the research of another parameter-ultrasonic action on-off ratio which influences the process of extrating effective composition from TCM. Using ultrasonic wave to extract resveratrol from the Polygonum cuspidatun sieb, the influence of ultrasonic on-off action ratio on the purity of resveratrol extracts from the Polygonum cuspidatum sieb is compared by analyzing the resveratrol with high performance liquid chromatography. The extracts from herbs under different ultrasonic action conditions have different impurities. The impurity of the extracts is increasing along with decreasing of on_off ratio of ultrasonic.

    研究高能离子与C60晶体相互作用,是认识高能离子与凝聚态物理相互作基本规律和开发应用C60分子材料的基础,对实现C60分子掺杂以及这种材料开发应用都具有十分重要的意义,利用120keVH^ 离子注入C60薄膜,系统研究不同注入剂量对C60薄膜结构的影响,用Raman散射技术分析了H^ 离子在C60薄膜中引起的辐射效应,分析结果表明,H^ 离子辐照会影响C60薄膜结构,使C60薄膜产生聚合和薄膜非晶碳化现象,上述现象产生与辐照注入离子的辐射剂量有关,在整个辐照过程中电子能损起主导作用,电子能损有明显的退火效应,致使C60由晶态向非晶态转变过程中,经历了一个石墨化的中间过程,即晶态C60分子→石墨化→非晶碳这一过程。

    Abstract:
    It is thought that the smelting reduction is one of the advanced technology for metallrugical industry. The constitutes and characters change continuously because the charging is loaded periodically. The influence of slag viscosity is important for smelting process. The foundation of viscosity calculating model is propitious to rapidly forcast the slag viscosity. The viscosity calculating model of melting slag is founded according to the ion theory and the characters of iron-bath smelting reduction slag, the calculating program is finished. The result indicates that the calculating value and the measuring value is approaching. This model can be applied to calculate or forecast the iron-bath smelting reduction slag viscosity.

    This paper discusses the basic theory and notation how component technology is applied to the WebGIS, and gives an overall introduction to the prevailing developing method of component WebGIS. Based on a given WebGIS' component platform and an Object Related Database System (Oracle Spatial), the paper develops a successful WebGIS application,and analyses the shortcomings and merits of component technology applying to the WebGIS.It is put forward that component technology is a new developing method and more effective,flexible and powerful compared with the present or traditional developing technology.     Abstract:
    To counteract capacitive current and resume power system, the neutral point of 35 kV power system at the mountainous area is grounding through the arc winding widely. In fact, there is great difficult in selecting the arc winding to satisfy the requirement of system. In a 35 kV power system which neutral point is grounding through the arc winding, the capacitance current are measured in site when a single-phase is grounding. From the measure data, the imbalance of three-phase voltage whether the arc winding exist or not and the operating situation of arc winding are discussed, and bring forward an attentive problem about operation of arc winding and decrease of lightning outage rates.

    The relative characater of silk fibroin in biomedical application is discussed ,which focuses on the problems about biocompatibility and degradation mechanism while silk fiber is used in vitro .As the result,it is easier to keep the biocompatibility of silk fibroin by the characater of multiple styles of crystallizes and construct the net structure. The modification of membrane structure of other natural material is also discussed. as well as the chemical way in the main application statue in drug-loading material , artifical organ or tissue scaffold. The degrading of silk fibroin in vitro is also controlled by the temperature and mechanical enviroment as well as the chemical component,and it is should be more comprehensive with the factors of biomechanic and biorheology as well as that of biochemical taken into considered in the investigation of transformation mechanism of silk in vitro.

    The relationship between the properties of the composite and the addition of the preventing crack additives, dispersion agent, SiC, graphite, stainless steel fiber have been researched. Finally, alumina-based composite materials used for prefabricated iron runner with better ratio of properties and price has been developed by the studying of the properties and microstructure of alumina based composite materials. The best composition for the iron line is Al 2O 3-14%SiC-5%G-4%SiO 2-2%micropoeder-1%white clay-6%cement;the best composition for the slag line is Al 2O 3-16%SiC-5%G-4%SiO 2-2%micropoeder-1%white clay-6%cement;addition of both is 0.15%Na 5P 3O 10-3B aluminum powder-2%stinless steel fiber. The mechanism on the composite materials eroded by molten iron has also been discussed.

    将同炉熔制并同时浇铸的 ,名义成分为 0 .8%Cu - 0 .4 %Mo - 0 .7%Ni的合金球铁楔形试块粗加工后将其基体热处理成下贝氏体、奥 -贝组织、细片状珠光体和粒状珠光体 4种不同组织后 ,再精加工成2 0mm× 2 0mm等直圆柱试样。对样品进行了 (6 0 0± 10 )℃ (盐浴 )~ (70± 30 )℃ (油 )和 6 5 0± 10℃(盐浴 )~ (2 5± 5 )℃ (水 )的 2种热循环试验 ,得到了一致的结果 :该合金球铁的基体组织不同 ,其热疲劳性能有很大的差异。此项性能由好到差依次为 :下贝氏体基体→调质 (粒状珠光体 )基体→正火 (片状珠光体 )基体→奥 -贝基体。笔者结合不同基体组织的强度和Ac1点以下的温度范围内组织的热力学稳定性等因素对热疲劳性能的影响 ,说明了产生上述试验结果的原因

    研究了目前长余辉发光材料的两种主要基本制备方法“干法”和“湿法”,干法是将各种原料按配方比例球磨粉碎,均匀混合,然后在惰性和还原性气体的保护下,于1000-1600℃的高温中灼烧反应数小时生成,湿法是用金属硝酸盐和有机还原剂的混合水溶液,在较低的温度(500℃)下发生氧化还原燃烧反应来一步快速生成产品,对比了产品的性能并作了相关讨论,用紫外-可反射光谱测定分析了所制备样品在蓄光前后的光谱特征并作了探讨。结果表明,除表观密度外,干法与湿法制备的长余辉发光材料的主要性质相同,紫外-可见反射光谱可以准确描述长余辉发光材料的光谱性能特征。

    The paper mainly analyzes and studies mode of bus communication based on optical fiber at one_point to multiple_point and mode of point_to_point communication based on wireless at one_point to multiple_point. The advantages and disadvantages of two communication modes are given. Considering the demands on FA data communication,the paper presents transmitting data based on network mode and connection mode,implementing application protocol based on object oriented mode and international standard. Considering the requirements of FTU unit for data communication, the paper proposes the network inner operating system in FTU unit, which is indispensable. Data are transmitted on client/server mode, defined and organized on object oriented mode and transmitted on logical address.

    Abstract:
    Uniaxial and triaxial creep experiments of soft rocks aredone by Chen Applying Method and the Instron-1346 eletronic-fluid serving compression machine. The authors use the five-substance model and discuss the one and three-dimentional constitutive equations and creep ones. It is found that the new model well describes the full creep procedure of soft rocks. The rheological parameters of the creep equations are calculated by the Marquart Method and the forecast curves are drawn. In comprison with the experimental curves,the theorial results are proved.

    Abstract:
    This paper calculated the maximum elastic displacment respose based on the elastic acceleration spectrum in the current Seismic Design Code, and find the vary relations of the ratio of the elastic-plastic displacement to elastic displacement with the nature peorid of the SDOM systmes. The simplified formulas to calculate the elastic-plastic displacement are given based on the elastic acceleration specturem in the current Seismic Design Code by regression method.

    Abstract:
    Based on object-oriented method, the classes of object-oriented finite element are defined. The finite element program of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analyses for spatial frame structures is developed with c++ object_oriented language which is successfully incorporated into a computer simulation system of derricks. The results of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analysis for the derricks of F320-A and JJ250/42-K types, obtained with the developed system, are consistent with those obtained by a commercial software, which illustrates the correctness of object-oriented FEM and the reliability of the simulation software.

    Abstract:
    According to the quality of one-time ,uncertainty and high risk in engineering project, the importance of management by objetctive of construction project is expatiated. The features and structure model of the system of management by objects are analyzed and established. The principle to determine the superiority of objectives in different levels and the "Analytic Hierachy Process" to calculate the weight factors are put forward. The method of active and passive control is employed to manage the project dynamically so that the successful enforcement of the overall objectives will be ensured and meanwhile the best investment effect will be achieved.

    Abstract:
    Three disposal technologies have their own advantages, and meanwhile disadvantages. Facing a special case, it is difficult to choose a proper one. By integrated analysis to three main technologies, a relatively integrated index system is established. Then by means of fuzzy mathematics (quantify and synthetically analyze the index system, make it unitary) ,a final general assessing model is founded. Finally, the paper takes a planning MSW(municipal solid waste) plant as an example, uses a two-level fuzzy assessment model with three groups of assessing factors,which include economical, environmeutal and the other factors, and concludes that composting is the most appropriate choice.

    Abstract:
    This paper puts forward that capital structure is affected by cost of capital?risk?the agin ability? and the ability of capital value preserved and added, several factors, of and at the same time the authors analyzes them by approaching the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method. Therefore multiobjective-programming method is applied in the capital structure to establish the target function and its subjection equations. Furthermore , this article shows its application.

    Abstract:
    Limits about the traditional flocculants and the superiorities about the microbial flocculants in the water treatment have been reviewed from the effect of wastewater treatment,poisonous to the biology,with or without the second pollution and other aspects. It is analyzed that microbial flocculants will probably replace all or partly the traditional inorganic and organic compound macromolecule flocculants. Lots of optimizing projects were brought forward about how to low the wastewater treatment running cost and how to improve the treatment efficiency. At the same time, lots of examples of the wastewater treatment have been listed to show the microbial flocculants' superiority and the development trends in the future.

    The primary methods of stock investment analysis are fundamental analysis ,technic analsis and portfolio investment analysis.Based on analyzing the applicability and limitation of these methods, the paper is applying the cluster analysis in the stock investment, and pointing out it is a feasible and effective way to give advices to stock investment. Cluster analysis firstly looks into the industry factor, company factor, profitability and pullulation of each stock, so people can discover the investment value through stock'immanent value which is decided by their fundamental characters.To gather the similar stocks,a synthetic evaluation index system is erected to measure the similarity of stock all-roundly and objectively. Cluster analysis can help investors hold the whole character of stocks, make certain of investing scale and suppose the possible variation of stock price.So it will be easier for investors to choose investing occasion.

    Abstract:
    The problem of determination to weighting coefficient is a key and difficulty for combination forecast. A method of determining weighting coefficient based on rough set theory is showed in this paper. Determining weighting coefficient is translated into estimating significance of attributes among rough set. A relation data model about combination forecast is established. Knowledge systems are built through making attribute value into eigenvalue. Under data moving, the weighting coefficients of a combination forecast model are computed by analyzing the dependence and significance of forecasting method for the predicted object. The proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional determination to weighting coefficient, avoids computing linear or nonlinear extremum problem and makes combination forecast more objective. The validity of the proposed approach is verified with a case.

    讨论关于单模动力系统,迭代是动力系统中最简单的模型,这些一维模型呈现很好的数学结构,某函数是区间[0,1]上具有连续自映射的单模凸函数F(x),且该系统还依赖于某一特征实参数λ∈[0,1]。利用逆序列函数hn-1(λ)的性质,证明了对于单模凸函数F(x)第三大n-周期的MSS序列P=RL^n-4R^2,存在某一自然数n0,当自然数n不小于该自然数时,则在某一区间(λRL^n-4R,λRL^n-4)中,一定存在与该MSS序列相对应的特征实参数λRN^N-4R^2,并且该值具有唯一性。

    Various defects and cracks may be produced in the welding process in natural gas pipeline.Under variable pressure of natural gas,the cracks will be propagated it may lead to break and invalidity.The effect of internal surface cracks are more serious.It has been researched that the propagation along radial direction of internel surface cracks in the natural gas pipeline.The fatig life of pipeline has been calculated.On the other hand,considering the size of cracks, pressure of gas and character of material are random variable,and by using reliability method,the fatig reliable life of pipeline has been determined.This method has some practical value in design, working and overhaul of pipeline.

    The authors discuss such questions for utility boiler as the complicated flameworks,combined quoting course, long cycle, hardly controlling the quoting veracity and so on. Based on the construction diagram of quoting design for utility boiler, Which is into the boiler sketch's construction and parameter characteristic. They are furnace construction, big screen superheater, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, high temperature reheater, low temperature reheater, economy coal implement, common use sign and standard sketch in boiler sketch, etc. According to demand of the quote design for utility boiler, the CAD environment of quoting system based on characteristic construction and parameter are developed. Total construction of this environment , developing characteristics and function of this system are given.

    Abstract:
    The signal of brain activity is a non-stationary random signal including lots of physiology and disease information, which is of important action for doctors to judge pathological changes in brain. So the analysis and process of the EEG signals are always attended. In this paper, the authors take account of the time-frequency localization of wavelet transform and use multiresolution wavelet transform to detect EEG abnormal rhythms. The signals of different scales after EEG signals are transformed by multiresolution wavelet transform not only reflect the frequency information of the signals, namely the more great scale is the lower of the frequency of the signals,but also reflect the time information of the signals, namely EEG state at that time. The test results indicate that the abnormal rhythms of the EEG signals can be detected effectively if right wavelet basis is selected.

    Surface reconstruction is reproduction process of geometric topology information and feature bases on surface practicality model. The quality of surface reconstruction directly influences performance of production, analysis and manufacture. To improve quality of design and meet requirement of fair, precision, it's researched by the numbers the geometric modeling and constraint of surface reconstruction. Feature-based surface model reconstruction technique is discussed in this article. Combine with 3D model design of motor body covering, an engineering application is given finally.
