Abstract:A non-linear circuit model of photodiode built according to the working principle of self-scanned photodiode array image sensor is presented for improving the property of the sensor. Through the analysis of the non_linear circuit model,we get the state equations, and the equations are resolved with Runge_Kutta algorithm. The Runge_Kutta algorithm is realized in C language, and the numeric result of the circuit is obtained. The analysis of the numeric result of the model shows that the non_linear performance of the sensor can be improved by reducing the capcitor of the PN junction and the dynamic performance of the image sensor can be enhanced by paralleling capacitor C M , and all the analysis is consistent with the real measurement results of the sensor. The circuit model of photodiode is improved over previous model.

Abstract:In neural network based short-term load forecasting, complexity and redundancy of input data have a negative effect on network training efficiency and forecasting precision. Focusing on solving this problem, a multiple method of data processing is developed. Firstly a method called input variable contribution analysis is applied, which divides input variables into primary variables and minor variables according to their contribution to network output. Minor variables are tossed out. Then principal component analysis is applied to primary variables to eliminate linear correlation among them, thus reduce the variable dimension. Based on this method, the main components are gotten, and then simplified network structure is designed. The result shows that after data processing, the training time is reduced noticeably and forecasting precision is enhanced.

Abstract:In order to enhance the ability of global searching for genetic algorithm in power transformers optimization design, some interrelated key technique problems such as encoding method, genetic operators, restrict condition, fitness function for the traditional genetic algorithm are further reformed. An Improved Genetic Algorithm (IGA) is developed. The optimal results of a representative mathematical example show that IGA has high efficiency of global searching. At the same time, a multi-objective algorithm based on IGA is studied in this paper. IGA is applied to the single and multi-objective optimum design of S9 power transformers for the first time. All the achievements in the paper are verified a practical S9-1000/10 kV power transformer. All the optimization results are satisfactory and show that IGA has powerful ability of global searching, excellent solution precision and has a bright application prospect in the fields of power transformers design.

Abstract:Considering the limitation of the field test for relay protection in power system, the paper studies and discusses the remote test method of relay protection in power system. It proposes the method of building the protection test and analysis center. Considering the practice for the transmission of test data, the paper introduces the technology requirements of utilizing dispatching automation system data network to transmit the protection test data. Abstract:This paper developed a spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of Gallium with butylrhodamineB in lead-zinc mineral. Large amounts of interfering ions Zn 2+ ?Pb 2+ ?Al 3+ ?Ca 2+ can be separated by anion exchange resin. High bond ions can be eliminated by using 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid-ascorbic acid.Gallium remained in column can be eluted by 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid. In the presence of acidic and Titanium chloride, by means of benzene extracting,determined the ultraviolet-red complex combined GaCl - 4 with butylrhodamineB.The method has been applied to determination of micro amounts of Gallium in lead-zinc mineral satisfactorily.

Abstract:High DC bus voltage stress is an important issue for the single stage PFC converters in practical application. This paper analyzes the inherent reason of the high bus voltage stress of single-stage power-factor-correction (PFC) AC/DC converters. Four possible resolving schemes are analyzed and discussed, and some of practical implementation circuits topologies are also given. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the both series-charging, parallel-discharging capacitors (SCPDC) scheme and bus-voltage-feedback (BVF) method are deemed to be more viable than the other two methods.

Abstract:This paper studies lightning protection performance of transmission line with high tower and great span, and puts forward the lightning shielding model of transmission line with high tower and great span. The model simulates the developing process of lightning downward leader, and take the effect of upward leader to downward leader into account. Moreover, the model consider backward lightning , that is even downward leader have developed lower than transmission line, Which will be occur lightning line. Aim at a certain sea transmission line with great span, its lightning performance is calculated with regular method, EGM and the model. The results have been analysed and compared. Because of thinking over backward lightning , the model can be used for calculating lightning shield performance of all kinds of transmission lines.

Abstract:In order to make good use of power line carrier to communicate, it is necessary to analyze the time-variable, impedance,attenuation and noise characteristics of low voltage power line. The waves of every characteristic have been experimented. At the same time, aiming at these characteristics, some available measures are given in order to conquer the disadvantage factors. The experimental results show that some suitable carrier communication modes must be adopted to realize ideally the carrier communication on low voltage power line.

Abstract:Continuous industries CIMS is a complex system consists of human and machines under certain environment. Abstract:In CDMA communication system, the relativities between users result in Multiple Access Interference (MAI). With the increase of users, MAI becomes the main jam of broadband CDMA communication system. Multi-User Detection (MUD) is the most important technology of anti-jamming in the broadband CDMA communication system, which can eliminates MAI effectively by using the information of all user signals to detection single. This paper analyze the expression of system capability without MUD and with MUD, and puts forward the way to increase system capability by using MUD. Then the influence of MUD on CDMA system capability is discussed by MATLAB emulation. Basing analysis and emulation, the conclusion is got: the higher the MUD efficiency, the better the improvement of CDMA system capability; under the same MUD efficiency, the lower data rate, the smaller inter-cell interference, the lower the ratio of bit energy to power spectrum, the better the improvement of CDMA system capability.

Abstract:Characteristics of radio channel play a key role in stabilization and reliability of LMCS/LMDS system at centimeter and millimeter. Rain specific attenuation has been recognized as a principal cause for impact system performance in LMDS and satellite communications systems operating in the same frequency band. In contrast to mobile communication system, multipath is not a typically problem for LMDS system, because directional antennas are used and the antennas are sufficiently high providing a line of sight propagation path between the transmitter and receiver. Moreover, the effects of buildings, foliage, and dust storms shouldn't be ignored. The impact of these factors on signal propagation and propose corresponding models is discussed. At the last,antenna height and directivity are used in the classification of statistical channel models for LMDS.

Abstract:In the field of CDMA system, DS-SS technology has been used widely. Thereby, a great deal research on acquisition method of PN code is based on DS-SS. In the traditional way, the power detection method of judgment is used widely. Based on the characteristic of PN code acquired signal (namely BPSK signal or QPSK signal) and characteristic of un acquired signal (namely white Gaussian noise), this paper introduces the wavelet detection method of PN code acquisition time. Meanwhile, the performance of wavelet threshold is also studied. In the end, the statistics of parameters in this detection method is made. The result indicates that the wavelet & multi resolution has practical value in the signal processing.

Abstract:In TT&C system,unified spread spectrum framework and adaptive antenna digital beamforming technologies are used to track, telemetry and command objects. Constant modulus array (CMA) and adaptive signal canceller estimate the direction of arrival (DOA) of every signal and use the optimum weighted vector to form the beams. The phase weighted vectors estimated from DOA improve the processing gain as well as being utilized in the transmitting of tele command signal to form the beam of specified object. Its processing performance is researched and simulated in this paper.

Abstract:According to a new trend of telerobot control, some key techniues are researched to solve the Internet telerobotics , such as distributed intelligent computation on the Internet, human-computer interface,and Internet-robot interface etc.The current development status of the Internet telerobotics is reviewed. Based on the new directions of the network software development, the authors discuss that the middleware technique CORBA plays an important role in solving the problems of the Internet telerobotics,and it is an effective way to use Java language to control the telerobot and improve its system performance. The application perspective of the Internet telerobotics is investigated.It is indicated that the development trend of the telerobot control is a human-centred collaboration mechanism of mutual reinforce and coordination in human-machine intelligent.

Abstract:In order to research the effect of stretch on the cells, the four-point supporting bending system is applied to stretch the SMMC-7721 hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Then, the proliferation of the cells was determined by FCM, and the morphology is measured by computer-image-processing, the result show that (1) The percent of G 2-M phase of SMMC-7721 is reduced after 24 h stretch (8.63% in 24 h stretched group and 15.92% in control). (2) The project area of SMMC-7721 is reduced after 72 h stretch. (3) The proliferation of SMMC-7721 is inhibited by stretch (the division index of SMMC-7721 in 24 h stretched group is 0.46, in control group is 0.55).

Abstract:Wastewater of soying industry has complicated constituents,and usually contains many kinds of organic things. It has deep tinct, and it is difficult to decompose, and a large fluctuation exists in water character and flow. The paper essentially introduces how to apply the treatment technology of two stair anaerobic_SBR process to treat the soy wastewater. At first, the anaerobic tank must be filled with the spring solid packing, also as a SBR reactor pond are followed. By analyzing the feature of the design,the characteristics of the engineer and the treatment efficiency, the final results show that the average investment of one ton wastewater is 2.9 thousand yuan,and the average treatment fee of one ton is about 0.4 yuan. The most importance is the steady treatment result and the final effluent quality can meet the national standard.

Abstract:The ground treatment method for very soft soil do not satisfy the enineering needs presently. This paper studies the drain and consolidation mechanism for ground treatment method improvement of the super soft soil. It aims to obtain some varying laws of engineering properties during the super soft soil consolidated. By quantities of test data, the varying laws of the porosity, permeability, compressibility, consolidation properties and pore pressure, and their varying micro_mechanism during the seepage and consolidation of super soft soil are initially studied. Some mechanism of permeation and consolidation of super soft soil are ascertained. It concludes that the varying laws of above engineering properties is related each other, and the governing mechanism are the varying laws of the porosity and the pore pressure.

Abstract:A clean production technique, which can reduce wastewater pollution for gelatin plant in pH, suspended COD and Ca 2+ , has been proposed. Precipitated the lime from lime wastewater produced by lime process, then this alkali water without lime is added to another acidic wastewater produced by pickling process to e CaHPO 4. But in traditional technique, the lime wastewater with lime is added to pickling wastewater directly, little lime wastewater was consumed and large amount of lime wastewater, which contains high pH, high-suspended COD and high Ca, and is difficult to treat by biological treatment, is produced for gelatin plant. It is proved by the experiment that the final wastewater produced by the clean production technique has lower pH for the pickling wastewater consuming large amount of lime wastewater. It has lower COD for all the suspended COD and partial soluble COD being separated from the wastewater absorbed by CaHPO4 sedimentation, and that it has lower Ca for it is no longer the saturated lime solution.

Abstract:How to control exhaust of vehicle has become a hot topic in China. In the system of out engine's purification, a three-effect catalytic converter should be the preferential technique undoubtedly because of its maturation and reliability. All new Chinese cars have been now installed a three effect catalytic converter which is imported. However it is not able to hold up a national automobile industry. China should seek its own three effect catalytic converter to fit the specific situation. This paper expounds harm of the exhaust, configuration, catalytic theory, manufacturing processes, deactivation mechanism and others like that on the converter. Particularly, it discuses its demands and some approaches to satisfy ones. Out of that, how China should develop a catalytic converter is indicated which is suitable for the present situation.

Abstract:Considering influence of factors such as seat and passengers, a MDOF(Multi Degree of Freedom)model for active suspension is employed. Based on the derived 8DOF model, a controller for this model is also designed by using LQ control theory. Furthermore the appropriate control scheme is selected by testing various performance indexes. The study shows that the satisfied results can be obtained using an appropriate vehicle model, even if the low order controller and the general control strategy are adopted.

Abstract:Site dynamic balance is a important element in installation and maintenance of heavy rotary mechanism. It's hard to discharge testing weights, and the remanent weights will effect the result of balance test. The paper presents a kind of dynamic balance algorithm which need not to discharge the test weights, basing on influence coefficient. The principle of the algorithm is to balance the sum of original unbalance weights and testing weights by the result balance weights. In the algorithm , the influence coefficient of last time can be used optionally for the same rotor. Then developing a dynamic balance system building on it. The site experimental results indicates that this algorithm has a high balance precision, predigests the steps and reduces the operation time.

Abstract:The Graphic transfer technique applied in control software of a profile-followed robot for grinding turbine surface is described. Projection transformation in any axis of 3D camber on a display coordinate is realized by using homogeneous transfer matrix, which provides user with visual information of grinding and processing. 2D graphic linear transfer technique is used to provide user with uniform NC programming format and to carry out 2D grinding process for 3D profile. 3D non-linear transfer technique is successfully used to solve a series of difficult problems including coordinate transfer of controlled points in multi-coordinate system, the attitude adjustment of grinding and constant pressure grinding. All the mathematics methods used are demonstrated in practice feasible and efficiently.

Abstract:Compared with spectral gamma-ray tool applied to exploration for oil-gas field, the design of non-oil spectral gamma-ray tool is different, which is applied to such exploration as coal field, metal ore or non-metal ore, and engineering geology, etc. This paper puts forward a method of spectral gamma-ray logging signals transmission via a long cable in form of analogue, and some experiments have been made out. The results of the experiment show that signals transmission via a long cable in form of analogue is a new method for designing spectral gamma-ray logging tool.

Abstract:This paper expatiates on the bus structure and develop the bus mode Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA). The nucleus of this MCA is the PC/104 embedded computer, and it introduces the bus communication to realize system and data communication. It may realize data collecting and showing in the field, because the bus mode is rapid. At first, on the hardware we introduce CMOS components, this reduces power, volume and weight. These make it adapts to use in the field; besides, on the software we adopt C and assembly language to program in order to improve conversion speed. At the same time, single-task DOS operating system is infroduced, which makes the software run more steadily, operate more simply. By means of testing on the spot it can normally work, so it suitable to work in the field.

Abstract:There are three working modes of electro rheological(ER) damper, flow mode of fixed electrode, shear mode of slide electrode, mixer mode of slide electrode. The damping force is analyzed for gas-filled ER damper of flow mode of fixed electrode. There are three sections of damping force, and they are background damping force of a fluid viscosity, electric damping force of applied electric field and pressure of gas. The characteristic of ER damper is adjustable by electric filed strength for electric damping force. At the same time, some structure factors of ER damper are discussed.

Abstract:With the reform toward power market processing, how to decide electricity price becomes a key problem which one power plant have to face. So in this paper, the authors show two ways to the problem, a pricing model by account and a pricing model by economics, then they analyze the cost structure and counting principle of three-electricity price, which is determined by the methods of repayment of capital with interest (RCI pricing), of the operation period (OP pricing) and of marginal cost (MC pricing). Then similarities and differences among these three pricing methods existing in the transitional period are examined by a case in china. The indicate that it is important and inevitable to reform RCI pricing, to popularize OP pricing and to transfer to MC pricing.

Abstract:Three ways are used to study the pricing ways of risky investment projects, namely discounting way of the end value, discounting way of cash flow and option pricing way. An example is given to study the practical use of the three ways which have different characteristics and constrained conditions. Compared with each other, it is found that option pricing way has a distinguished advantage, since this way involves the effect of the uncertainty of the value of enterprises on the value of equity, and solves the problem of the low valuation of the value of enterprises caused by the fact that the return of the first years is less than the return of the later years. At the same time, the effect of the change of capital structure on the value of equity is taken into account. Anyway, in some sides the three ways have the similar difficulties.

Abstract:Architecture of Logistics system is the interior operation environment and business platform for Logistics companies, which is to steer to build special logistics system and tactics frame-saw to realize the company's objectives. Further more, characteristic and design principle of architecture are mentioned. There are 4 levels in this article to discuss the architecture of TPL system. Six elements contained in the architecture are mentioned: information platform, tech-equipment platform, knowledge platform, organization platform, business platform and functional platform, Furthermore, the mutual connection among which is analyzed as a whole. In conclusion, measure of the transfer from traditional storage and transportation to modern logistics is discussed.

Abstract:Analysis and forecast for market have become important methods of making decision in most enterprises. It is the base of analysis and forecast to effectively store and make full use of the data in the distribution. Technology of data warehouse and OLAP provides the strong function of storing and integrating data, and mathematics methods provides a series of statistics and analysis tools. Combine IT and mathematics methods in the field of analysis and forecast for the data of distribution to put forward a design and implementation plan of application system in supporting decision based on data warehouse. The design exhibits the processes how to build data warehouse and multi-dimensional data, recommends the methods of analyzing and forecasting, and shows a good integration of advanced information technology and decision science.

Abstract:The sustainable growth is the corporation's final object to the maximum of the stock-holder's wealth. To validate the development of the Chinese public companies after Dengxiaoping's Nanxun speech ,this paper tests the sustainable growth status of the Chinese public companies during the period from 1993 to 2000 by using mathematical statistics method and sustainable growth model brought forward by Robert Higgins and James Van Herne. These companies are classified by trade. The test results show that no trade realized sustainable growth except electronic and electric trade. Results also indicate that public companies in light industry and agricultural sectors have a trend of under-investment while those in other sectors have a trend of over investment.

Abstract:Among the methods of fabrication of ceramic particles reinforced Metal Matrix Composites, the in-situ reaction synthesis technology has obvious technical and economical advantages over other traditional methods. The in-situ reactive technology has become the leading direction in composites research area in the past decade. The main in-situ reaction synthesis methods include XD, VLS, SHS, DIMOX, PRIMEX, RSD, CR, MA, etc. The principles, properties and prospective application of the main in-situ reaction synthesis methods are reviewed. The Metal Matrix Composites, prepared by in-situ reaction composite technology, can normally achieve higher mechanical properties than other traditionally prepared composites under the same condition. The in-situ reaction synthesis technology, with its wide raw material resources, low price, relatively simple processes, low cost preparation and application feasibility in large-scale industry process, is of great future.
