    Abstract:
    Aiming at the problem of the feasibility of the supposed self adjusting displacement equation when using the present method in the analysis of allowable errors for self adjustable mechanism with the mathematic approach of rotating vector, the authors establish the self adjusting displacement equation in the cylindrical pair, and calculate the self adjusting displacement to draw out the curve of the displacement by programming. The above results show that the suppose mentioned previously is feasible. Base on the equation established, an accurate method is used to determinate the allowable error angles which can make the mechanism realize self adjustment presented. By analyzing the results of the example, the method presented is proved to be correct and effective.

    Abstract:
    In practical industrial fields, it is very difficult to control uncertain complexity object effectively, because there are various uncertainties from internal dynamic characteristic and external, surroundings disturbance for controlled object. Its complexity is not only shown in structure, but also in information relation, so it is uneasy to implement it on technology. Aimed at selecting puzzle of control strategy for uncertain complexity system control, the authors describe cybernetics model based on analysis on some kinds of control strategy and contrastive research, and the model is applied in physical engineering system successfully. Finally, the authors point out that intelligent control strategy should be selected for uncertain complexity system control, and that Human Simulation Intelligent Control is a wise choice.

    Abstract:
    Visual Electroencephalograph (VEEG) is a new type of digital, information electroencephalograph. As an important part of Visual Electroencephalograph, Health Record Management System(HRMS)is integrant to store electroencephalographic data plentifully, show and edit their waveforms, analyze the data on line or off line. By the most popular and steady Relational-Database technology, ADO Application Programming Interface (API) and Visual C++ programming tool, the system has the friendly interactive interface and the functions of adding, updating, deleting, recalling, counting health record information, etc. Integrated with other parts of VEEG, HRMS ameliorates traditional EEG and overcomes some disadvantages of it such as discommodious to record, difficult to read and hard to get useful information. This paper introduces main functions, structure design and components of Health Record Management System.

    Dimensional chain calculation plays an extremely important role in martial productions, particularly auto weapon design.     Abstract:
    Taking into the feature of computer computing method, using Stress solution of elasticity theory and according to different method of solving of system of second order ordinary differential equations , this article provides two numerical value computing method as for the stress and deformation of the turbine impeller which is within the scope of elasticity . One combines the initial value computing method of system of ordinary differential equations (Runge-Kutta Method) with optimization method, another combines the boundary value computing method of system of ordinary differential equations difference method-with optimization method and three points interpolation method . The proposed method can eliminate the deficiencies of Secondary Calculation method and is particularly suited for programmable computer-based solution . The sample show that results gotten by two methods is nearly equal to the precise results,so they are practicable. They completes the quick and precise calculating of stress and deformation . They have some general meaning , large commonality and the project employing value.

    Abstract:
    The chaotic sequences generated by logistic map are used as the carrier, and the image secure communication scheme is proposed based on that the sequences possess a good correlation property. Promising results are obtained on Lenna image by computer simulation. The obtained results indicate that the transmitted source image can be correctly recovered and the proposed scheme is reliable when transmitter and receiver using identical initial value even under the situations of a noisy channel. However, the tiny difference of initial value between transmitter and receiver will result in failure to communication. Finally, the quality of recovered source image is assessed, and the approximate formula of bit-error rate in term of code length is also obtained.

    Abstract:
    This paper first discusses the application of Walsh sequences in the forward link and the reverse link of the IS-95 system. The advantages and disadvantages of each way generating Walsh sequences are analyzed. The theory and step of using Rademacher function to construct Walsh sequences is discussed especially. Then a way of generating Walsh sequences with CPLD is presented and the Design is described by VHDL on CPLD chip. This way mostly relays on digital logic operation, so it can be realized easily through digital circuit and it needs little memory unit. The result of emluator makes clear this way is feasible.

    Abstract:
    传统的火箭飞行数据处理方法是使用α-β-γ数字滤皮离线处理,对飞行数据采样信号的第1点、第2点不进行滤波估值,第3点开始逐个进行估值、预测、校正。该方法需要消耗大量的时间,并且滤波后信号的残留噪声仍然较多。针对此问题,经过大量的数值实验和理论分析,发现用小波方法实时处理火箭飞行数据效果较好,比较两种结果,证明无论是滤波后信号的残留噪声还是消耗的时间上小波方法都优于α-β-γ滤波,且实现了数据的实时处理功能,应用前景好。

    Abstract:
    A visualized analysis system of leak current fault transmission graph is developed. Its functions, program structure and programming principle are described.The system is composed of fault diagnosing module and man machine exchanging module, which make the generation and analysis of leak current fault transmission graph for lauch vehicle controlling system simple and visualized. The system could automatically recognize the picture of transmission and analyze both qualitatively and quantitatively only by drawing it on the monitor by the mouse. Finally an example is given, where a satisfying result is acquired via drawing inputting method which is totally new and expanding-complementing the fault tree alglorithm.

    Abstract:
    The research of neural network has been maturated both in theory and practical application since 1980's, and also been employed into the prediction and analysis of nonlinear time series signal in the field of signal process system. Concerning with the problem of time series signal prediction based on traditional neural network, such as black box, poor accuracy, and facing the shortage of post knowledge, this paper presents a different neural network prediction model from the traditional ones, based on intelligent neural cell model and employing the iterative prediction method. Through the example on stock price prediction, the prediction accuracy and practical value are proved.

    Abstract:
    For that the characteristics of low voltage power line channel are complicated and variable, how to use low voltage power line to realize reliable and high speed communication has always been the hottest question in power line communication field. This article introduces how to apply MSK to the low voltage power line communication. It analyses the application elements of MSK and structures the model of low voltage power line communication based on MSK. simulation result indicates that MSK modulation technology can satisfy the characteristics that the bandwidth of power line communication channel is narrow and the attenuation to the amplitude of signal is time variable and frequency selected. Also, it makes better use of the spectrum.

    Abstract:
    With the microcomputer improving and multimedia and wideband network developing. the I/O bandwidth requires more and more. The last standard bus, for example, ISA, EISA and MC can not be satisfied with the demand of the modern technology. In this case, the PCI bus appears, and become the master standard bus. Now there are two methods to realize the PCI Controller circuit, which are the special chip and the programming logic chip. The PCI system structure is introduced,and a PCI Bus Controller is Fealized based on the I/O transmit through using a Lattice1032E chip. Which has proved successful by application.

    The problems of industry monorail conveying system brought by tradition physical contact such as irregular contact spark, carbon laydown and unsafe, narrow the area which the material handling system can apply to in awful industry environment, e.g. forge, cleaning, lacquering. A novel monorail power supply method based on electromagnetic coupling theory is presented. Discussions are made on several problems such as frequency selection, load control, efficiency elements and harmonic effects at the same time. Moreover, solutions are brought about according to them. The monorail application of this technology provides clean, stable and safe power supply, and immunes to environment interference such as dust, water as well.

    The important strategy decision making system, one of the difficult problems of the research of Group Decision Support System, is an open complex huge system, which is almost non structure and hard to construct. In order to organize and take advantage of decision making departments more effectively, this paper presents the thought of combining Multi Agent System with Dynamical Alliance and set up the GDSS Framework of Organization Oriented Dynamic Alliance based on Multi Agent after analyzing the characteristics of MAS and Dynamical Alliance. Different departments can be organized more effectively on the three layer system structure composed of the strategy layer, the tactics layer and the operation layer. The decision making layer of each department is composed of the integrate decision making subsystem, which means that the decision making layer of each department can be used solely or be a part of Dynamic Alliance to make the important strategy decision and the system gets more flexible.

    Abstract:
    A two dimension opto electronic test method has been developed to determine the distribution characteristics of cancellous bone porosity. The fresh pig tibiae concellous bone in behind leg was sectioned. A total of 36 cancellous bone sections were divided two groups. The first group consisted of 18 transversal sections along the axial direction, and the second group consisted of 18 axial sections along the transversal direction of the tibiae. Their images were examined microscopically and processed quantitatively. The total area, solid matrix area and pore area of each specimen and its porosity were determined, too. The cancellous bone porosity is gradually decreased along the axial direction of tibiae and approaching to the compact bone, but almost constant along the transversal direction. Cancellous bone is modeled as a transversely isotropic, liquid saturated porous solid. The two dimension opto electronic test method can be used to relatively accurately determine the distribution characteristics of the cancellous bone porosity from different directions if the cancellous bone sections are enough.

    Abstract:
    Using regression analysis method,the methods for solving the weights of combination forecasting model(CFM) are proposed. At first, the linear regress CFM are presented based on the least absolute criteria and least square criteria. Then the weights can be evaluated using the least square princinple. Because the objective function of CFM based on least absolute criteria is non differential, the traditional programming methods can not solve it. So the least square method with the modified weights is proposed to solve this problem. At the same time, methods for solving CFM is given with the aim of minimizing sum of percentage error absolutes. From many cases, the results show that the forecasting precision of CFM is very high and the effect of regression is remarkable.

    小波变换具有良好的时频局域化性质,适合于非平稳信号的处理。脉诊是中医诊察疾病的重要手段,脉象反映的是人体的生理与病理信息,脉象信号具有随机性和非线性等特点。应用连续小波变换分析了15例海洛因吸毒者和15例正常人的脉象信号,提取了吸毒者脉象信号中的异常信息,为戒毒治疗的评估与改进提供客观依据。在尺度0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4下,对每一例脉象信号分别进行了处理,发现在0.2-0.4s时间间隔内,海洛因吸毒者和正常人脉象信号的连续小波变换系数间存在显著差异,并提出了用于划分海洛因吸毒者一正常人的临界参数。研究结果表明,连续小波变换是处理脉象信号的有效方法。

    提出了经济合理地开发利用毒重石钡矿资源生产钡产品的方法,研究了毒重石钡矿高温分解的机理,探寻采用高温焙烧使毒重石钡矿分解的最佳条件,为毒重石钡矿的利用开辟新途径。理论分析认为,毒重石钡矿在900℃左右开始分解,1200℃开始大量分解,1300℃约有90%的BaCO3已经分解。并通过一系列实验对焙烧条件作了比较细致的,认为毒重石钡矿高温焙烧的适宜条件为:粒度6-9mm、焙烧时间3h、焙烧温度控制在1300℃以内。

    Abstract:
    Many experimental results indicates, beam bar slippage within joints is a frequent local nonlinear response of reinforced concrete structures under the rare earthquakes. For the sake of modeling and evaluating seismic behaviors of reinforced concrete structures entirely and rational, the model way of the quantity and hysteresis order of beam bar slippage within joints, which was found in the elasto plastic earthquake response of structures, is discussed thoroughly. And the personal characteristics of several structure analysis ways to model the beam bar slippage within joints are evaluated respectively. Based on the results already gotten, a hysteresis model of beam bar slippage within frame joints is advanced, and the relative issues are also discussed. The beam bar slippage model suggested is convenience to the elasto plastic dynamic response analysis of whole reinforced concrete structures.

    By investigating the space development rule of the epigenetic deformation and fracture trace and the combination pattern of epigenetic structure in dam area of Xiluodu hydropower station, the formation mechanism of epigenetic reformation is discussed in conjunction with the analysis of geologic physiological evolvement mechanism. Slaty rock mass structures which being made up of flat faults have played important role in controlling epigenetic reformation. The typical combination pattern of epigenetic structure is formed from steep dipping and flat faults. It is very important for understanding the feature of valley rockmass structure.

    In present engineering practice of landfill gas pollution control and its recovery, technical parameters such as extraction flow and radius of influence of a extraction well must be determined by field tests. A mathematical model for LFG migration under a vertical extraction well is established, which comprehensively reflects affects of several parameters including LFG generation rate, extraction flow, air permeability, buried depth of a extraction well and features of the cover layer. By using the model, pressure distribution of LFG around a vertical extraction well in a landfill can be calculated, the radius of influence of the well can also be determined.

    Medical waste ,belonging to one of top-ronking toxic wastes, should be safely deposed of. The characteristics and harmness of the medical wastes are introduced, and the practical status of medical wastes in Chongqing three gorges region, including waste management and disposal methods, is investigated. Because of the special characteristics of the waste, the paper proposes some measures for managing and separate collection and treatment in the region, including separate collection, sealed transportation, pretreatment, incineration and safe landfill, so that the ecological environment and water resource can be protected from pollution in the Three Gorges region.

    Abstract:
    Numerical control last making machine is a machine that is used to process shoe last. A new principle of numerical control machining shoe last is put forward aiming at the deficiency of current carving last system. On the basis of the principle, the algorithm of cutter machining position during numerical controlled carving last is analyzed in detail. The complex problem of the calculation of cutter machining positiion is resolved by applying spherical milling cutter that is often used in machining free_curve surface today and taking account of practical situation of the shoe last_making machine. At the same time, the calculation of cutter machining position is realized by program using Visual C++6.0. As a result, the calculation time of cutter machining position is reduced greatly and the efficiency of design is improved. Moreover, the process of carving last is agile and precision of carving last is ensured.

    Based on the systems engineering theory, this paper reviews the trend of researches and developments on vehicle semiactive suspension systems, analyzes states of researches on electrorheological fluids and magnetorheological fluids material,and puts forward semi_active suspension sytems based on magnetorheological fluids damper. On the basis of summing up existing methods for vibration control on semi_active suspension systems, emphases are put on the discussion of aplication of PID control. linear optimal control,adaptive control and intelligent control on the semi_active suspension systems. The compound control strategy is put forward based on the skyhook damping control theory, fuzzy control theory and adaptive control theory. Moreover, the integral idea about the research and development of semi_active suspension is based on MR damper,and discusses some theories and applied problems deserving research.

    This paper gives a new technique of automatically recognizing for immunity in pharmacological experiment. The realization of automatization of pharmacological experiment is very important and widely needed in pharmacology research and medical diagnosis. At the first, the paper introduces the system component and procession. The microscope image with complicated background is segmented. To improve the recognition speed and accuracy of the system, a way of dispatching image and multiprocessing for isolated cell is presented. The parameters of blood cells are obtained automaticly.     Abstract:
    It is pointed that the main reasons of engineering change including the shortcoming of the product,the wrong design,the improvement of the product structure,the change of the customers' requirement,the quality of the product,the condition change of the product,etc.. All the factors and their relations related to engineering change management are analyzed. Such factors as the changing process and the product lifecycle management are discussed in detail. After analyzing the relation between engineering change management and product lifecycle management, the object of engineering change management and its difference is put forward. The basic aim of engineering change management is to develop change ratio of products with lower cost and less error. It is argued that effective product lifecycle management is fundamental to engineering change management. A model of implementation of engineering change management is provided according to the previous analysis.

    In modern society, in order to make full use of information, enterprise not only communicates with interior, but also with the other enterprise. The old PDM (Product Data Management) system can not meet the requirement of enterprise in functions and ranges of management. To retrieve product data easily, the modern enterprises need to store product lifecycle information. At the same time, it is also necessary to expand the function of PDM, in order to share its network information, meet its requirement of collaborating design and make suppliers and partners expediently take part in the management of product data. Based on development of the PDM, this paper expatiates how to expand the old PDM for the modern enterprise.

    镁碳质耐火材料是一种被广泛应用于工业生产中的碳复合耐火材料,在实际应用过程中它具有良好的性能,特别是抗渣性能。采用浸渍法研究含钛熔渣(TiO22%-30%)与镁碳质耐火材料间的相互作用规律。通过SEM、X-RAY衍射和能谱等技术手段,分析了倪关后耐火材料的微观组织结构和物相组成的变化,提出了含钛熔渣中镁碳质耐火材料的倪机理。熔渣中氧化物的脱碳和熔渣对耐火材料的渗透是耐火材料蚀损的主要原因,其结果是由耐火材料变质层形成的。

    Abstract:
    The paper presents a novel continuously adjustable Peterson coil. If it is used in the system of neutral point grounding through Peterson coil, not only the high price can be reduced and the complicated problems can be solved of which the high voltage inductance controlling systems, but also advantages of the system of neutral point grounding though Peterson coil can be shown. It is introduces that how adopts low voltage thyristors for continuing adjusting inductance of the Peterson coil of which the voltage level ranges from 6 kV to 66 kV. This paper discusses the formula of calculating the inductance variable ranges and the harmonic currents which presents stable harmonic current under the phase controlled mode also. The theory of the designing coil is verified by the Saber simulation and practicality experiment.

    Abstract:
    Experimental study of condensation heat transfer of HC600a-oil mixture in a horizontal micro fin tube is performed to investigate the inflence of oil percentage, saturated pressure and mass flux on condensation heat transfer.The empirical correlation according to this study is well correlated by the experimental data. By comparing with other refrigerants, HC600a has no inflence on ozone depletion and better heat transfer characteristcs than CFC12 and HCFC134a. It is a promising substitute for CFC12.

    The traditional Enterprise Resouce Planning system belongs to the typical on-line transaction processing (OLTP) system. It just offers a management platform where enterprise policy-making level and staff can make decisions, but it can not offer necessary information satisfied for making decisions directly. The traditional ERP system is a very good back-office management system, but the developing enterprises need the ERP system with the front-office management function at the same time. The traditional ERP system integrated with data warehouse can realize the function change greatly because DW can remedy the limitations of the traditional ERP system. DW, integrated with the traditional ERP system in the way of system structure, can analyze the data drew from the ERP system, and deposit these sample data and analyzed results into itself so that users can inquire these later. It can help users find the potential value of data accumulated in the traditional ERP system, and then it can help enterprise gain extensive competition advantages for a long time.

    Abstract:
    Research on valuation of corporate risky debt is given when bankruptcy costs are taken into account. Bankruptcy costs are expenditures of enterprise that get into bankruptcy, as a result, enterprise asset value is reduced, and debt value is reduced too because bondholders only receive asset value deducted from bankruptcy costs. Differential equation which risky debt value follows is given and a model about infinite maturity debt is obtained. By applying contingent claims pricing and stochastic calculus methods, the paper derives a risky debt value formula, this formula can illustrate the effect of investment policy and dividend policy on risky debt value. At last the results are comporred with results of Merton and Black and it is found that our results improve Merton and Black's.

    Abstract:
    This paper addresses the question produced when the control over nonhuman resources affect division of labor based on specialization. In a simple economy with two final goods and a nonhuman resource as an initial input of production, it is proved by using the new classical microeconomic method that readjusting the initial allocation of property rights can help push the division development of labor, although the ex post transaction costs will increase. The model shows that it is an improper division of labor that the Government directly involves itself in production by founding state owned enterprises, and these enterprises at least should withdraw from competitive industries.

    As one of the three greatest retrieval systems of the world, SCI is an important factor which refers to the capabilities of academic and scientific research for an institution. Based on the network database recorded by ISI Web of science, the scientific papers recorded and cited by SCI database in each collage of Chongqing University during 1984-2001 are analyzed statistically. Some suggestions are presented in order to increase the recorded and cited numbers of SCI papers for Chongqing University. It is meaningful to enhance the University's fundamental research, to flourish academic competing atmosphere and to promote the Unviersity's academic positon.
