Abstract:The dynamic data exchange is the key to the realization of the collaborative design based on Internet. The features of data for collaborative design based on Internet are analyzed. The data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design based on Internet are researched. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for collaborative design Internet-based are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, and ORACLE is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the ORACLE database, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-ORACLE serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data between the different platforms and CAD systems.

Abstract:Lettering robot manipulator is a kind of teaching and science popularization device which is fit for schools and science museums and so on. The basic construction, parameter and control system are introduced. The homogeneous transformation equation of manipulator is created according to the Denavit-Hartenberg method, and the kinematics solution and inverse kinematics solution are analyzed. The present state of vector font handling in CAD/CAM application is summarized. Because it is difficult to analyze directly the format of TTF font file and to get the outline of a certain letter, we call the windows API function GetGlyphOutline to read the data of TTF vector font in windows system. On the dot array mongline font we have vectorize it with VC++.Through the wectorised data and kinematics equation,the track programming and control and so on can be realized.

Abstract:The Object-Oriented technology is introduced into the 3-d Numerical Manifold method(NMM). The design method and management of the Classes about the three dimensional Numerical Manifold Method are studied. The Classes are designed and the prototypes of some key classes are shown. As an example,the 3-d numerical calculation results are given. The calculation results are in good agreement with the theoretical solutions. It shows that the Object-Oriented programming of 3-d NMM is correct.

Abstract:We apply the Hermite integrate to nonlinear stochastic finite element method, and establish the theory and algorithm of Stochastic FEM based on the Hermite integrate. An example is put forward, which is solved by choosing different kinds of integrate points and verified with Monte-Carlo stochastic FEM. The result show that the new method own a high efficiency. On the precision, the first and the second order quadrature reach high precision although the integrate points only is 3, however, the high precision of the third and the fourth order quadrature need more integrate points (e.g.11).

Abstract:The Virtual Sound Intensity Analyzer is a new instrument which has more advantages than the traditional Sound Analyzer. This Analyzer is based on fast Fourie transformation and virtual instrument technique.As an application, combining software and hardware, all kinds of weight noise sound level measurement and real-time noise octave analyzes realized synchronously. The design method has been introduced from three ways, which includes hardware, software and panel. An applied example and error analyze of Virtual Sound Intensity Analyzer are given.This Analyzer is low cost, small volume. and it is also easy to operate. It can be widely used in actual applications.

Abstract:Direct memory access(DMA)is an important technology used for fast speed data transfer in data signal processor(DSP). DMA is able to move data block independent of CPU, and this capability meets real time image processing. TMS320C6201 DSP is taken as an example, and DMA controller characteristic is introduced. According to DMA application in realtime image processing, the specific control ways and realization steps are given out. The research result shows that the flexible control DMA can not only raise image data transfer efficiency but also improve DSP speed.

Abstract:Realtime sharing geometric model is the key to computer supported realtime collaborative design over Internet,that is,the model data must be realtime transmitted, but CAD model description inhered memorize ingredient directly. The large volume of data can't be realtime transmitted over Internet. Then a realtime collaborative modeling technology based on feature model over Internet has been suggested. It defines a general feature model which can be described with construct element as model data exchange media. Because the model data volume is little, then it satisfy with realtime data transmission over Internet. With part data operation technology, it is possible to realize realtime collaborative design or edit 3D CAD model between different CAD system.

Abstract:This thesis studies the influences of additives on shear stress of electrorheologial fluid(ER fluid) in order to improve performance of ER fluid. ER fluid contains additives, and it is organic carboxylic acid(T1) or fatty acid and many entity mellow fat(T2,T3) .Then we test it. The result shows that all of the additives improve the performance of ER fluid. When the electric field is strengthened to 4 kV/mm under the condition that the content of additive is 3 percent, the shear stress of the ER fluid with different additive is improved in the rate of 12%,26%,33% respectively. The result also demonstrates that T1 contributes to a considerable increase in the stability of ER fluid. It is concluded that there will be a significant improvement in the property of ER fluid by dispersing appropriate type and a mount of additive to a certain ER fluid.

Abstract:The auto controlling based on PLC system realized the identifying of coking number and the accurate position.In this system the identifying of coking number was reached with the schematic binary system of PLC and the assistant of proximity sensor.With RS485 ,the digital was used for transducer controlling port which drive the motor and the high speed counter, AD61, was used for feedback adjusting the offset.The discrete digital increasing PID control algorithm compensating the position errors is discussed to arrive at the accuracy auto position.With the module ,RS485,we realize the serial communication and the report forms managing between the PLLC system and the computer.The technique can achieve the object of automatic control accuracy in practices.

Abstract:A few of new structures, which represent technical characteristics of mini- bus design today, have been applied into development of a new type mini- bus. Modeling of the mini- bus with dynamics of multi- body systems was researched into by using the ADAMS software, and then validity of the vehicle model was verified. Furthermore the operational stability of the mini- bus was investigated and evaluated by simulation analyses such as step steer analyses, snake cornering analyses, braking analyses in line, as well as complicated course analyses and so on.

Abstract:During the process of developing the Car Continuously Variable Transmission, the Control rule of the system is so complicated that we have to adjust and modificate the control parameters often. Direct debugging and empoldering by using singlechip system will result in long empoldering period and low efficiency. The present article presents an empolder scheme based on the control of Personal Computer. In the empoldering process we will predigest the Car Transmission Control Unit of the Continuously Variable Transmission into an extension which is only used for parameter tracking and measurement, while the matching control of the system and the parameter monitor is achieved with the host computer. Serial communication is carried out in the communication between the host computer and the extension. In addition, we have developed the corresponding monitoring and debugging software with Visual C++ 6.0 also. The practice shows that the system has successfully realized the empoldering of the TCU(Transmission Control Unit) with great efficiency.

Abstract:A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process.

Abstract:The influence on the strength of cement mortars by adding emulsified epoxy is studied, and epoxy resin polymer cement mortars with excellent performances are made up through modifying ordinary Portland cement with emulsified epoxy and micro-fine slag. The microstructure of the epoxy resin polymer cement materials are studied and their action and mechanism are discussed by means of modern detection measures such as SEM, XRD. The experimental results indicate cement mortars modifying emulsified epoxy and micro-fine slag have higher compressive strength and flexible strength. The series effects of water-reducing, density, pozzolanicity, filling and solidification cross linking through the action together of epoxy organism and micro-fine slag can endow cement-based materials with perfect mechanic performance. The main hydration products in the system are C-S-H gel and micro-crystal hydrated calcium aluminate. When epoxy resin is solidified, the organism is network. No Ca(OH) 2 has been found.

Abstract:We research fractal characteristics of ECG signal, and find that it is logarithmic linear relationship between the boxes number covering signal and box scale. It is shown that ECG signal have some characteristics. Further more, we discover that fractal dimensions at QRS site are higher than others when using a time windows to detect signal. Based on this foundation, we raise a location algorithm of QRS waves which is based on fractal boxes dimension detection methods. The application results of this algorithm show that it can get rid of noise in ECG effectively with high speed, so this algorithm can be used in real time detection of ECG signal.

Abstract:As the product of natural macromolecule chitin deacetylating, Chitosan is linear macromolecule carbohydrate and is widely applied to medicine, chemical industry and environmental protection, etc.. The distribution, general properties and clarifying principle of chitosan, and the application of chitosan to the clarification of Chinese traditional medicine extraction are described . Compared with ethanol sedimentation process, the chitosan clarification is a safe, of innocuity, cheap and fine clarifying process. Chitosan clarification process can replace the conventional ethanol sedimentation process as the method of fining Chinese traditional medicine extraction and preparation. The feasibility and the problem are discussed. And the advice for future researching orientation is put forward.

Abstract:A piezoelectric biosensors for detection of plasm viscosity is developed, which is based on liquid damping effect of quartz crystal resonator. The measuring principal is given. Simultaneously, the detector of sensor and oscillator circuit is developed. The test results show that the maximal frequency shift of sensor are linearly dependent on square root of viscosity. The proposed sensor is much more simpler, more sensitive than the traditional methods. Furthermore, The sensor can be used to on-line detection.

Abstract:为了延缓CMT内饱和蒸汽在过冷液面的凝结率,在CMT上部安装了遮流板,并对加装遮流板后蒸汽的凝结特性进行了实验研究。通过与无遮流板实验结果的比较,发现遮流板减缓了蒸汽对近液面层的扰动,减少了热水层的厚度,缩短了系统压力平衡时间,使实验初期水表面凝结换热系数降低了76%~92%。遮流板的使用可以有效提高反应堆非能动注水系统的安全性。

Abstract:采用修正的k—ε湍流模型,利用k-ε-kp气固两相模型和EBU—Arrhenius燃烧模型模拟了不同工况下煤粉气固两相自由射流燃烧的过程。在SIMPLE计算程序的基础上编制了计算气固燃烧程序。由冷态气相场开始,计算了冷态颗粒场,热态气相场和热态颗粒场,其中包括了两相间的耦合及迭代过程。对冷态和热态气相和颗粒相湍动能进行了比较。模拟结果表明,为保证燃烧的充分进行,在一定的颗粒浓度下,应保证自由射流的入口速度。

Abstract:In the research of electrical impedance tomography (EIT), each calculation may produce a large amount of data(such as conductance , resistance etc.). The rule of these data is not clear and is hard to understand. How to express the calculation result by means of image in order that such parameters as conductance and resistance can be grasped from the image is significant in analyzing and understanding the calculation result and is helpful to the doctor. This paper has discussed the realization of the post-process of finite element method in electrical impedance tomography and we have developed the software of the post-process of finite element method using Visual C++ .NET and OpenGL. Some problems in drawing the contour line and color contour band have been solved properly.

Abstract:传统流程的铁矿粉烧结如何实现低消耗、低成本、优质、高产、高效率,是当前烧结生产面临的重大课题,针对烧结生产工序间相互衔接的复杂生产系统下难以确定烧结机操作优势区间控制的难点,建立基于工业总线烧结机操作区间控制系统,在线采集了烧结生产的一些关键工艺参数,并结合烧结生产的其它相关历史参数,用3σ剔除理论对参数进行处理,同时用μ分布检验确定烧结机操作的最佳优势区间,揭示烧结生产工艺参数与烧结指标的内在联系,实现烧结过程各参数的优化控制。

Abstract:Converter vanadium recover is a very sophisticate reaction which is diverse and non- line. From the point of view of statistics and reaction mechanism, it is difficult to build up end- point control static model. Aim at this problem, the paper puts forward a model identify method based on incremental genetic RBF neural network to build up such a model, which can perfectly resolve the problem of random selection of RBF cluster center number and sample data clustering. Furthermore, in order to ensure structure of neural network to fit with continuous incremental data set, the paper presents a method of incremental data dealing, which is applied to amend the parameters of neural network. Then the request of continuous production is satisfied. Finally the result of test shows that after adopting the algorithm, the error of result is less than before and end- point hitting ratio satisfies to ninety percent. These indicate the algorithm has the engineering practicability.

Abstract:A technique of fabrication of air electrode for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) is proposed. The investigated air electrode is free of Teflon- containing and with ultra- thin catalyst layer. Catalysts PtRu/C for methanol electroxidation is electrochemically deposited on a Nafion- bonded carbon electrode. A concept, that is, methanol is oxidized at a relatively high potential, is proposed. Such a fabricated DMFC is characterized with a high utilization of noble metals and basically eliminating CO poisoning in operation.

Abstract:A novel link index X proposed deals with the feature of molecule graph, the property of vertical atom and the bonding of atoms connected to each other. Matrices are used to represent these characters. Relationship between link indices X and the boiling point of alkanes is investigated based on molecular topology. It is found that X is highly correlated with the boiling point of alkanes. Based on the X and boiling point regression equations, the boiling point of other alkanes molecules, and the error analysis are discussed. The results show that the model developed can make a better agreement between predicted and observed values for the biodegradability of the tested compounds than ever before.

Abstract:This paper introduces a MP3 player solution based on universal microchip, Intel 8 bit microchip. It downloads music by USB interface and stores files into compact flash card. This paper specifies the usb interface technology between microchip and computer, interface design between microchip and compact flash card, and the control method of STA013 ,a mp3 decoding chip. The discrete audio signal is transformed into the continual audio signal by D/A transformer CS4334. Because of using a universal microchip, this system can also be embeded into other microcontrol system to achieve an apparatus with MP3 player.

Abstract:Many cities are planning to build up the lightrail in order to solve their traffic jam.We try to find a function to describe the going-out cost and analyse the character of this function.The conclusion can be reached that lighrail can make aggregation and spreading effect on the economic activity in the district along the lightrail transit line because the change of cost brought by the lightrail traffic system lead to redistribution of the product region. Synthetically considering factors which can impact this aggregation and spreading, via applying the method of AHP, we set up an evaluation system which can be used to measure the economic effect brought by the lighrail.

Abstract:With the sample of Chinese A-stock public companies which appear on Stock Exchange of Shanghai and Shenzhen before 1994,and by using the factor method and regression,this paper finds out and explains the equilibrium relation among sustainable growth of Chinese public companies,profitability and capability of debt-repayment and capability of operation. This paper discover: (1)The sustainable growth rate of a public company is in inverse proportion to asset-debt ratio, but in direct proportion to current debt ratio as well as acid test ration. (2)There is a positive correlation between the sustainable growth rate of a public company and its profitability. That's to say, the higher earning rate, the higher sustainable growth rate.(3)The sustainable growth rate of all public firms other than those of the commerce industry is positively correlated to the growth capacity.(4)Apart from the commerce industry, there is a positive correlation between the sustainable growth and the operation capability of the public companies, regardless of their integral sample, industries sample and scale sample.

Abstract:The simple portfolio investment model is given, with the HJB equation. The optimal portfolio investment problem is discussed under some given supposition, the quantitative relations are gotten between the investment strategies and riskless investment income rate and risk investment income rate are gotten. And with the quantitative relations, we study the qualitative relations between the investment strategies and riskless investment income rate and risk investment income rate. This also accounts for the effect of the falling interest rate of RMB on the national economy.

Abstract:Board of directors is an important component part of corporate governance. As a governance mechanism, we empirically study relationship among the scale of the board of directors, the structure of the board of directors and the duality leadership structure with corporate performance in Chinese public companies. The result shows that the scale of the board of the directors is smaller, the performance is better. With the ownership structure changes better, the structure of the board of the directors will change better and promotes the performance. The duality leadership structure doesn't affect the corporate performance. The fundamental method for the governance effectiveness of the Board is to set up the reasonable ownership structure and the marketing mechanism for occurrences in human.

Abstract:Components extracted from coals contained a lot of monomers , which can be synthesized into many kinds of important and valuable polymers. Nantong bituminous and Yunnan lignite are extracted with carbon disulfide-N-methyl- 2-pyrrolidinone (CS2-NMP) mixed solvent and Acetone at room temperature in turn. The Acetone soluble fractions are analyzed by GC/MS. Experimental results demonstrate that the Acetone soluble fractions mainly consist of aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrogen-containing compounds and oxygen-containing derivatives. Nitrogen-containing compounds mainly consist of cholesterin, oxygen-containing derivatives mainly consisted of ester and hydroxybenzene,etc.However, sulfur-containing compounds, phosphorus-containing compounds and polycyclic aromatic compounds can not be detected. Moreover, hexadecanoic acid trimethylsilyl ester and Hexadecanoic acid, trimethylsilyl ester are tested in Nantong coal's Acetone soluble fraction.

Abstract:The fractures distribution and fracture rock mass permeation research is the premise condition that to study groundwater movement and pollutant migration in fracture rock mass in bed rock area, which includes the dominance orientation of fracture that groundwater fluxes in it, the brisk zone distribution of fracture water and the permeability calculation of rock mass. This paper mainly analyzes the fracture distribution and the dominance orientation of fracture and the permeability of a low-medium radioactive waste disposal field based on its rich geologic record. The following results are found through Statistical analysis and comparison calculation.The active zone of fractural water in bed rock is an active channel of active nucleus migration. Tthe headrace fracture of disposition have a dominant orientation. The penetrating coefficient tensor in bed rock fracture is also calculated.

Abstract:TiO_ 2 photocatalyst can degrade organic pollutant in waste water efficiently. Metal ion-doped TiO_ 2 nanoparticles are prepared with different doping amount by sol-gel method. The prepared sample are evaluated by the photo-catalytic oxidation degradation experiment of methyl orange. The experiment results indicate that the photo-catalytic activities of Cr~(3+)-doped TiO_ 2 are photoactive than bare TiO_ 2, and that in the Cr~(3+)-doped TiO_ 2 system, 1.0% is optimal amount of doping. Furthermore, it is studied that the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 92% in UV light of 4 hours and 85% in visible light of 6 hours.It can be expected that M~(n+)- TiO_ 2 photocatalyst is widely applied to the degradation of organic pollutant in waste water treatment.

Abstract:The author establishes a risk evaluation index system of technology innovation according to the character of technology innovation . In this index system, technology risk, the capability of coporate risk, market risk are taken into consideration as well as the situition of the interior and the exterior of coporate besides the difficulty of the technology. The index-weighted is calculated with AHP and the whole process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is developed , which gives the accurate evaluation for the echnology innovation risk and can be guided by an enterprise for control the risk. At last, an example is given.

Abstract:Corn fiber is a concept proposed in 1948,which involves in the polymeric fiber that made from corn as the raw material, and it was turned to lactic acid, transformed into lactide, and polymerized to polylactide or polylactic acid. Since that, some progresses have been made. However, the feature of corn fiber is determined by the molecular weight of polylactide. In general, corn fiber is formed by means of the melt-textile or no-hydrous textile. The situations, technologies, properties of the corn fibers are reviewed, as well as the processing about lactide synthesis, lactide condensation polymerization. It has some professional properties, such as high transparency, well-heat-resistant stability, well-colors, and full biodegradability, as well as the feature in ecological recycle. These means the corn fibers are new-typical and green, full-environmental fibers, especially for China as the second great number of the products of corn. Research and development of corn fibers are launched off in the world. Some problems existes in the corn fiber manufactured field are to be evolved, which are small scale, high cast, little of end-products enrolled in the market. So is down the cast of corn fiber manufactured as the very important works. This means that systemic studies of the fiberous polymerization and processing are crucial and highlighted to in this field.
