    Abstract:
    The contact analysis on the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing is very important to control its efficient contact zone and contact quality. Nevertheless, current meshing analysis under the rigid condition cannot really reflect its tooth-surface contact. In this paper, the contact Finite Element Method is used to analyze the tooth contact of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing under the manufacturing error and the elastic deformation caused by the load. The load sharing among the contact tooth pairs and variations of contact zone are investigated. As compared with the result of rigid analysis, the contact zone is obviously shifted. This analysis method can provide a base for the conjugating control of the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing.

    Abstract:
    The hardware architecture and instruction set of the digital signal processor leads to its high speed and precision in processing data. Aiming at the virtual instrument's deficiency in speed and precision resulting from the limit of the computers' development, the author brings forward a method to promote the performance of the virtual instruments using the DSP technology. Implementing the complex algorithms in DSP and using the principal and subordinate DSP structure or DMA technology in the data acquisition card of the virtual instrument can promote the virtual instrument's real-time characteristic greatly. Several key technologies are introduced in realizing the data acquisition and processing card. The experiment shows that the digital signal processors have higher speed and precision than the computers when implementing complex algorithms, and that using the DSP to implement the algorithms is an effective method to promote the virtual instrument's performance.

    Abstract:
    Deformable models provide a unified account of a number of visual problems, including contour extraction, motion tracking as well as 3D reconstruction and stereo matching. To get a reality-based interpretation of the deformable model and its parameters, an approach originates from the theory of elasticity is proposed. The conclusion is helpful to further understanding the behavior of deformable model. A new way is provided to research deformable models from the theory of elasticity.

    Abstract:
    In a toroidal CVT, power transmission is accomplished by means of a special traction oil that displays high shear resistance under a state of high pressure . A toroidal CVT can be used even with engines that generate large torque and provide excellent ratio change response and high efficiency . The history of research of the toroidal CVT are summarized and the toroidal CVT up to date is reported. The varieius aspects on the toroidal CVT are summarized ,including EHL theory , toroidal double cavity system,traction fluid ,ratio control system, traction drive system , efficiency analysis ,and so on. Finally ,The development of the toroidal CVT in the future is indicated.

    Abstract:
    For the requirement of building up the battery management system (BMS) of hybrid vehicles(HEVs), the real time measurement and estimation of charge (SOC) of the Ni MH batteries are investigated, because the popular SOC definition is unsuitable under the condition of variable current discharge. The origin of this kind unsuitability are analyzed ,and the characteristics and existing problems of different kinds of SOC measuring methods are compared. On the basis of mentioned above, some corrections are given to the popular SOC definition, and the new conception of SOC is proposed. The corrected definition of SOC is suitable for the real time SOC estimation under the variable current condition of the batteries used in HEVs. Based on the corrected SOC definition, the computational model of the new SOC is built and simulated. Satisfactory result has been obtained from comparisons of the simulating results, which shows that the theoretical model provides a basis for optimizing the adaptation of power system to the hybrid vehicles (HEVs).

    Abstract:
    Efficiency of business process has a direct impact on the performance of the enterprise, and accordingly it is also influenced by the multiple factors within the enterprise. The article, with a structured method, analyzed various kinds of problems in the operations of business processes, and illustrated the influences between and among strategy, organization structure, management pattern, human resource and technology, etc. As to the approach of influences of relevant factors on process, the article discussed a basic thought to implement business process improvement, and put for ward an integrated solution involving enterprise strategy planning, business process, and organizational facilities. Meanwhile, a concise analysis was made on relationship between process analysis and informatization. It was given that business improvement was a fundamental and important part of the informatization of the enterprise.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes two approaches of product visualization,and brings forward a common approach of product data to achieve Web visualization based on IGES standard. It transforms CAD data to universal and useful 3D data, it don't need special browser, and it is very simple and useful. A technological process is introduced to transform Web formats from IGES data. The article also describes concretely triangle anatomy of entity, and the minutia arithmetic of curve face. The principle that triangle piece realize to transform to VRML format is described. With the verification in the prototype system, this approach is proved with reason and credibility.

    Design quality review of product is an effective method to improve product quality. The inefficient traditional design review is not accord with modern yield requirement. The multiple system truss of design review is constructed based on the primary characteristics and the requirements of design review and the network technology. The mode of communication between client and server and the flow of design review system based on networks are expatiated. According to different phases of reveiw,the universal quality index system for evaluating the product design is established and the design review system based on networks is realized by NetMeeting.

    Abstract:
    As a kind of data compression technique of high efficiency, arithmetic coding is widely used in image compressing. This paper introduces the adaptive binary arithmetic coding used in the new international standard of still image compression named jpeg2000. The implementation of arithmetic coding depends on high power digital signal processor.Fast adaptive binary arithmetic coding and optimized assembly program design are discussed, and its practicability and efficiency are proved.It also can be used in other fields that need compressing data.

    Abstract:
    This paper introduced basic concept and resolvent of nonlinear FEA, the analysis of intensity and stiffness of the rear leaf spring on SC1020 vehicle was carried out with contact nonlinear function of FEA program ANSYS, and the pre-stress distribution and pre-deformation after assembled were introduced , the stress distribution and deformation under different loads had also been presented. Thus we can calculate the mechanical and dynamic performance of leaf spring at the design stage. The result showed a great agreement with the test. It is convinced that the CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) technology can improve the design of vehicle suspension and the cost and time can be saved.

    Abstract:
    The main technological measures for reducing two stroke motorcycle exhaust emission in China and foreign country are introduced. The characteristics of the measures in structure, effect, cost, etc., are analysed. The results show that the enleanment of conventional carburetor mixture and the improvement of the carburetor intake passage shape is a simple and effective measure, the adoption of the electronically controlled in cylinder direct fuel injection technique is a unique measure to completely improve emissions from two stroke motorcycles. The structure and cost of a stratified scavenging system is lower than that of in cylinder direct fuel injection, but its effect is better than that of the enleanment of carburetor mixture, so, it is worth investigating further. The factories of two stroke motorcycles may select the reduction measures of the exhaust emission by referring to the analyses and comparisons.

    Abstract:
    Turbo codes is an effective method for digital communication systems to get near channel capacity error correcting performance, its iteration convergence performance is the key factor for practicability. Based on the universal decoding method of Turbo codes, a step increment factor was introduced in the paper to improve the iteration convergence performance. The method to generate the step increment factor was also presented as well as its' computer simulations. Simulation results show the method proposed can improve the convergence performance efficiency for Turbo codes with short interleaver.

    Abstract:
    Through the combination of the idea of the linear prediction used in the GlicBawls coding scheme and the idea of the quantization taken in the CALIC coding scheme to reduce the number of contexts, a new context model of wavelet coefficients for image compression is proposed. Wavelet coefficients are encoded by the arithmetic encoder, with the contexts formed by quantizing linear prediction values. Experimental results show that the model achieves higher lossless compression rate of image than lossless SPIHT and lossless EBCOT used in JPEG2000. In addition, by exploiting the multiresolution property of wavelet, the model can compress the transformed image for progressive resolution and earn higher compression rate for each scale of the image than EBCOT.

    Several conventional methods for preparing gold nanoparticles and their features are reviewed,Which are separated into physical metnods. The physical methods include vacuum evaporation,soft landing and laser ablation, and chemical methods the chemical ones have colloidal metheds,crystal species generating metheds,reverse micellar methods,phase transmission and model methods,etc..Gold nanoparticles with different size and shape can be produced by different methods. Peculiar physical and chemical properties of gold nanoparticles make them have wide applications in fields of chemistry, biology and medicine, especially in DNA detection. There are optical, electrochemical and piezoelectric methods for detection of DNA. The sensitivity and detection range of these methods can be significantly improved with the using of gold nanoparticles.

    Most chemical plant in China still use the manual work to sample and titrate in acid dip. However, this method, owing to its heavy factitious influence, has bad checking repetitiveness, real time, and unreliable which seriously influences the quality of acid dip. This affects the quality of product. For solving this problem, the paper proposes multi channel real time monitor system, using S7 200 PLC, Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000. The system has high flexibility and reliability, is convenient to extend and can display data visually and vividly. Furthermore, the system can use SQL Server to save historical data, which makes it easy to inquire and analyze data. Practical application of this system shows that it has good effect.

    To the classified problem of the Galactophore Cancer Cell Identification, the paper researched the classified mechanism and optimized parameter for more-layer radial basis function (RBF) network, adopted the method of gradient descent with momentum and adaptive learned backpropagation, constructed the two-model of the Galactophore Cancer Cell Identification based on BP Neural-Network and RBF Network. Classified principle based on RBF Neural network was also discussed, and the method for data processing was studied. RBF network has more advantage, such as fault tolerance, nonlinear mapping, etc.. Experiment results show that, on the model based RBF Neural Network, performance is steady, training time is short and classified results are good.

    Abstract:
    This paper introduces a fiber optical spectrograph which can directly measure the liquid of the living body. Based on the property of fiber optical and capillary, the authors design a special optical fiber probe which can directly insert the living body to sample the liquid and plunge the liquid into the optical path. That is ,the sample liquid can be directly tested without any pre processing. So this operation simplified the detecting process and perform measurement in situ. In order to improve the sentivity of the probe, the optical fibers in the probe are distributed in layers so as to increasing the optical length of the living liquid. On the other hand, the computer control the stepward motor to rotate through the pulses emitting from the parallel port of the computer so as to drive the quart prism rotating. The optical signal is accepted by the photomultipler and sampled by the computer. This spectrograph can display in time the spectrum of the living liquid on the screen. Through analysing the spectrum of the living liquid, many living parameters can be detected.

    Abstract:
    The origination and status of the combinatorial chemistry are introduced and described and various approaches for building its libraries are mentioned and classified . Besides, the identification and characterization of the active compounds are recommended and the solid phase combinatorial synthesis and liquid phase combinatorial synthesis are presented. Meanwhile, some analytical methods including infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and so on are applied into combinatorial chemistry. Some powerful chemometric methods and techniques are then discussed for their applying into combinatorial chemistry. From the view of green chemistry, combinatorial chemical techniques could be regarded as "green" methods to fully utilize the resource and materials. When rational drug design is integrated into it, combinatorial chemistry can more efficiently and perfectly be used for innovation of the new drugs. Finally, the combinatorial chemistry is prospected for the application and development in future.

    Abstract:
    The coaxial configuration of gas-insulated substations is of great advantages transmitting the electromagnetic wave excitated by partial discharge and of great advantages of partial discharge detection. Based the characteristics of configuration of GIS and PD signals inside, the authors design a disc coupler and a loop coupler for continuous monitoring of partial discharge in GIS, and analyze the sensor's characteristics theoretically. The frequency response (FR) characteristics of the disc coupler and the loop coupler are analyzed by the simulation and measurement realistically of square wave response. In addition, the measured results of partial discharge by the sensors designed in GIS are given, and it is shown that the sensors designed are available for the measurement of partial discharge in GIS.

    Blood pressure and artery stiffness are very important physical parameters and the measure to them is very important in clinic.This paper discribes the design of a kind of blood pressure and arterial stiffness measuring apparatus .The measuring algorithm based on oscillometric method is also discussed.The apparatus inherits the merits of traditional blood-pressure meter,it can measure blood pressure and heart beat rate.Furthermore,it can give the information of the measurer's arterial stiffness and provides reference to doctor to determine the measurer's cirrhosis level .

    分析和试验了Ti -Al -Zr单相α -钛合金管材的化学成分、金相组织和室温机械性能后 ,采用人工吸氢法使该种钛合金材料获得了不同的氢含量。进而 ,测出了其延伸率随氢含量变化的关系曲线 ,从而认识到氢对该材料的塑性指标会造成显著的影响。随后 ,用氢含量为 132× 10 -6、342× 10 -6和 80 8× 10 -6的 3种试样和它们的拉伸断口分别进行了金相和SEM分析。观察到了不同氢含量的样品中氢化物的金相形态及其分布特征 ;由对拉伸断口的分析工作 ,得出氢化物呈薄片状析出的特点 ,而惯析面为α相 (hcp结构 )的基面、近基面和其它易滑移面。最后 ,讨论了氢化物的种类、析出特征 ,并对氢化物在无织构的钛合金管材内的分布特点对其氢损伤的影响程度作了说明

    Abstract:
    How plants survive and adapt to microgravity environments is highlight problem in space biology. Research progress on influences of microgravity and simulated micrograviy on plant growth and development is reviewed. The advance in studies on physiological and biochemical characteristic changes in microgravity or simulated microgravity environments is specially discussed. Experment evidence shows that calcium concentration and distribution changed under microgravity stimulate and then Ca2+ as a second message in transmission related enzyme activity. It is pointed out that further researches should focus on difference express of involved genes and mechanism and applications in such fields as germination of aging seed , accumulation of secondary metabolite and protoplasm fusion under microgravity environments.

    The mechanical properties of cells are relation to their structure and function. Viscoelasticity is a kind of essence properties of cells and an important researching contents in the field of cellular mechanics. Micropipette aspiration technology is an advanced artifice on the level of single cell to study the mechanics of cells. In order to investigate the theory and method in researching mechanical properties of hepatocellullar carcinoma cells with micropipette aspiration, hepatocellullar carcinoma cells was regarded as an even linear solid and the standard linear solid viscoelastic model was chosen to describe viscoelasticity of hepatocellullar carcinoma cells, theory model of viscoelasticity of hepatocellullar carcinoma cells by micropipette aspiration was established according to the related papers, it will provide methodology reference for studies in this fields.

    Abstract:
    HMG (made in china), PMSG and hcG on superovulation of 40 female rabbits are studied. Results indicate that the HMG(made in china) has a very good superovulation effect on rabbit. Among the treated animals 90% responded to the treatment and the average of embryos per rabbits collected is 30.2, 103 embryos were collected. 7.6 embryos were collected per rabbit. The difference is great (P<0.01). The superovulation respose of rabbits is better in spring than in Autumn.

    Abstract:
    In order to change the abut 700 thousand ton discard slag of Nanjing steel group limited company (for short name: Nanking steel ) into utilization material , and utilize them efficiently, fully, without pollution, a series of experiments were carried out on producing more color brick. The BF slag and LD slag and sticky matter were first mixed together, then sprinkled noting, concreted, took off the mold and protected. The process and technology of producing the more color brick was studied. The result shows that the various functions of the more color brick meet the building materials standard.

    Abstract:
    采用实验研究的方法对三维内微肋热管的强化传热特性进行研究,首次报道了以乙醇为工质的三维内微肋热管的传热性能。在实验范围内,与光管相比,竖直放置时,沸腾换热系数可以提高98%—190%,凝结换热系数可以提高76%—178%。三维内微肋结构能够同时明显地强化热管的沸腾换热与凝结换热,可以有效地减小热管的内热阻。

    Abstract:
    Based on the mechanism of spiral V notch loosen blasting,uncoupled explosive loading is adopted to prevent the explosion waves from breaking the wall of the blasting hole. Relative parameters of spiral V notch are analyzed and their calculating formulae are achieved. The expressions of the width of the blasted crack,the length of the developed crack and of the sizes of the blasted lumps are obtained. The relationship between the blastyed effect, the spiral angle, and the notching angle is studied, which provides a theoretical base for developing a blasting strategy with desirable lump sizes.

    As the MSW (municipal solid waste) of the counties or towns in the Three Gorges areas is simply piled up, the piling-up yard has occupied large amount of land and will pollute the earth and water environment. So it is very important to judge whether a MSW piling-up yard is stabilized for the lands' reuse and pollution prevention. The accuracy of judgment depends on the index system of stabilization. The index system is established and the correlation between lixivium COD, organic matter, age of piling-up etc., are also analyzed. The index system is confirmed and the evaluation standard is also established.

    Atmospheric circumstance is a huge, complex system with several elements influencing each other. Regional atmospheric circumstance is not only affected by the whole air environment but also has a close relationship with regional economic developing level, industry location and effectiveness of environmental protection, etc.. How to monitor and control PM 10 in atmospheric pollution now is a focus. Because of the randomness and uncertainty of PM 10 on time, space and quantity, and the unstable character of air protection,the relationship between the regulation measures and controlling PM 10 pollution becomes a "gray system ". The article uses the slope linkage analyze theory to appraise the corresponding effectiveness of each means of atmospheric prevention originally and take these as a proof in Chongqing city during the ninth Five year Plan.

    Abstract:
    Based on the efficiency market theory, considering the relationship between A share prices in Shanghai stock market and factors such as earnings per share, net asset value per share, industry price/earning ratios, this paper builds the multiple regression model between the opening A share prices at the time point of March 1st,2001 and their corresponding financial indexes. Then, according to the fact that the net asset value per share after the new issue will change in the same rate with the issuing prices, this paper calculates the relationship between them and gives out the new issue pricing model which considers 5 factors, including such factors as the A share composite indexes in shanghai stock market. This model is very meaningful and compensates the deficiency of the traditional pricing methodology which considers only the P/E ratios.

    The correlation between China stock market and economic growth is always regarded by economic and financial studies. For the time limit of the developing of stock market and the difficulty of data's collection, it is still in studying that the correlation between stock market and economic growth, especially the causation versus regression. By the method of Demirguc - Kunt and Levine,this paper empirically tests the correlation between China's stock market and economic growth on the seasons serial data from 1995 to 2000. The conclusion is that the relationship economic growth between stock market is unilateral.
