    Abstract:
    The inference algorithm is the most important part in intelligence system because the level of intelligence in the system is decided by it. By means of the mutual benefit for inference algorithm of expert system ,fuzzy logic and neural network ,the combinatorial inference technology which is organically composed of these three parts is put forward for inference mechanism in intelligence system. The optimization decision model is also set up. In order to bring all the advantage of every inference algorithm into play and overcome the disadvantage of single inference algorithm the common expert knowledge base is applied to organic combination and concurrent operation of all inference algorithm. In order to realize knowledge share the inference results are optimized by decision technology optimization. The research results show that the organized combinatorial inference and optimization can be applied in engineering practice effectively and is benefit for raising the inference level.

    Abstract:
    Web Server is a software technology and communication method to carry out information issuance. The new concept of combination of equipment faults diagnoses with Web Services technology is proposed. The techniques flow of equipment, techniques parameters, signal characteristics and inference resolution in faults diagnoses are put forward with communication and software in order to carry out data dynamical exchange and interface of HMI. The remote processing on network of system information issuance is formed in this way. The principle and characteristics of Web Server technology are introduced. The common contents of information issuance in on line diagnoses system is also classified. The Web Server is applied in the project for high technology research work (863 project) "Remote and Intelligent On-line Diagnoses System for Rotational Machinery" to realize the function of information issuance and data inquire by groupware of DELPHI 6 Web Services.

    Abstract:
    The characteristic of broadband mobile channel is analyzed, then we construct a model of bidimensions wideband mobile channel based on delay and Doppler frequency domain. On the basis of describing OFDM theory, the design on initial physical layer of broadband cellular mobile communication systems is proposed. Simulation for base band system is ground on channel model proposed above. The results of experiment and simulation are relatively inosculated, which manifest the well prospect of the communication system proposed for future application.

    Abstract:
    The significance and current-situation of running remote maintenance are introduced. The model of maintenance service system is built on the basis of studying units. The system construction, software and hardware environment are debated. The signal monitoring software system of compressor is implemented by programming with assemble language and C language. The virtual instrument applied to on/off-line signal processing is established on the basis of Labwiew. The maintenance decision supporting system interior enterprise with TCP&UDP and the remote maintenance service system adopting B/S model are dwelled. The system is practicability testified. The goal of system developing is the integrated of all kinds of MIS.

    Abstract:
    This paper briefly introduces the contents and characteristics of the software reuse technology and industrial control software. The development of the software reuse technology in industrial control software area is discussed emphatically. Then the article brings forward a kind of thought that establishes standard element class library and develops the application program frame adapts to industrial control area. Namely, they are the establishment of the reuse of standard element class library based on the level of class library, the design of the reuse of the program frame based on the level of design, the amelioration of the reuse of the designing method based on the level of analysis. This thought improves on design method of industrial control software and is applied in the real-time monitoring system for the high-press water pump station.

    Geo-Spatial Data sharing, as a new problem ,has not been cared for more until recently,with the constructing Enterprise GIS project,all kinds of vector data sharing is rare. With the advance of Geo Spatia database , storing geo spatial data has been possible.This paper has researched all kinds of Geo Spatial Data file format. It suggests executable solution to solve Geo Spatial data sharing in distributed environment.At the same time, it implements Geo Spatial data sharing software system based on XML or WKT, improving the data transfer with the foreign GIS software.It has integrated all kinds Geo-Spatial Data into Oracle Spatial. Now it been used in DCQGIS project.

    Abstract:
    Vendor managed inventory(VMI) embodies the integrated idea of the supply chain management system, and it will reduce the cost of consumer and supplier if the VMI is applied successfully. The work efficiency is greatly affected because the allied suppliers must send people to the enterprise to manage inventory, implement the decision of the stock-in-trade and distill the payment for goods in the traditional VMI model. The decisions are always different because of analyzing the inventory information asynchronously between the main enterprise and the suppliers. A new VMI model based on Internet/Intranet was presented and introduced the framework,functions,the characters of technologies and hiberarchies in detail by analyzing the existing problems from the traditional VMI model. Finally the application of VMI is presented on the background of the enterprise.

    Abstract:
    This paper described the methods of measuring the powder concentration with scattering theory. We mainly discussed and compared the measuring methods with the extinction theory and Mie theory. Compared with the result which was worked out with the powder particles whose size are single, we analyzed the result worked out with the powder particles whose size obey some function. The Rosin-Rammler function is introduced to describe concentration and mean diameter. The difference between these two results was disussed. Then we simulated the result about coom by computer. The result is shown by the chart given.

    This vote system is designed for the increasing requirement for vote. As for aspect of the hardware, a general scanner is applied. Meanwhile, as for aspect of the software, the general recognition is completed under the condition of OCR ,OMR ,or OCR and OMR existed in the same system and the image is also saved when required. We may applied distributed processing and abundant reports in this system, which possesses the characters of faster recognizing speed, higher accuracy and better generality as compared with similar systems.

With Client/Server and Browser/Server structure, the paper developed the soil information system based on GIS by using MapInfo to manager spatial data and SQL Server attribute data. The system does good to make better use of soil information.

    Abstract:
    A great deal of electronic documents will be produced in enterprises, many of which in the form of disk files are stored in the computers of each department. Some are shared through the sharing mechanism, but they are difficult to manage and maintain. Security problems and information-isolated island may occur for some of these documents. A new technology of electronic document administration are introduced, in which authorized administration mechanism are taken and the documents are classified, encrypted, compressed and then transported via intranet and stored in database. Its application in enterprises has proved that documents can be shared and queried dynamically, conveniently and reliably by using the technology.

    On current network actuality and development trend, it is necessary to put traffic engineering in practice in IP backbone network on IP/MPLS. The essential demand in actualizing traffic engineering is traffic matrix measurement. After analyzing the defect of current measurement method, traffic engineering model and traffic matrix on LSP in IP backbone network based on MPLS, or relevant routing algorithm are researched. The merit of the traffic matrix's measurement method is that implement of measurement is only located in the edge node; therefore, network resource's cost is lower and it offers a new train of thoughts for resolving the flaw of current main measurement methods, moreover, and condition for actualizing traffic engineering.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes the different characteristics of white-noise interference in the signals of partial discharge (PD) after wavelet transform. There is high value in lots of scales for PD and white-noise interference is to zero with increasing scale. The threshold is set for wavelet coefficient in all scales. If the coefficient of signal is higher than the threshold, it is PD signal. Otherwise it is noise interference. A threshold-based wavelet packet transform (WPT) algorithm is put forward to suppress white noise interference in PD signals. The results testifies that it has a favorable adaptability to extract PD signals using WPT.

The C/ S platform is developed with the Powerbuilder 7.0 and SQL Server 7.0, and the B/ S platform is developed with ASP and IIS5.0+ SQL Server7.0.     Abstract:
    同塔双回500kV线路的导线排列方式影响其电晕损失、无线电干扰等,论文以川渝电网某500kV同塔双回线路的典型杆塔为例,利用EMTP程序进行仿真计算,从优化导线排列的角度出发,对其电气特性进行了深入研究,得到该线路的无线电干扰水平约37-40dB,同等条件下导线采用逆相序排列方式,地面场强最小,且不会超过6kV/m,线路间不平衡度为次好,地线感应电压和电流最小,综合效果来看,导线逆相序排列为同塔双回线路的最优化排列。

    Abstract:
    Beryllium is a light rare metal, which is broadly used in nuclear energy, aviation and aerospace industry. As a structural material, the residual stresses in it during processing have a harmful influence upon its products in use. So it is very important to measure the residual stresses. Overcome the shortcoming of traditional X ray residual stress measuring techniques, X ray computer tomography is presented. This technique used in the present analyzer can non-destructively measure light metals' residual stresses with depth resolution, such as beryllium, by altering measuring and evaluating method. The residual stresses at the surface nearby welding of arc Beryllium weldment , the depth of 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm under the surface are evaluating by X ray computer tomography, meanwhile the stress free lattice spacing, d 0 , of beryllium (103) plane is calculated with this technique. The result shows that d 0 is closed to the one calculated by the lattice spacing formula of crystallograqhy.

    Abstract:
    The experimental study of the flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics are conducted for water and ethylene glycol solution (66% Wt) flowing in the heat exchanger with small rectangular microchannels . The heat exchanger having the channels of 0.4 mm in width, 2.0 mm in height, and 20 mm in length is heated by a hearing rod at the bottom surface, the upper and two side surfaces are adiabatic. During experiments, the Reynolds number are ranged from 2 to 2 500. The experimental results show that the flow friction factor decreases and Nusselt number increases with increasing Reynolds number for water and ethylene glycol solution. At a fixed Reynolds number, the Nusselt number for ethylene glycol solution with larger Prandtl number is greater than that for water. Meanwhile, the correlations of flow resistance and heat transfer in the heat exchanger with small channels are obtained for engineering application.

    电炉炉尘中富含Zn、Pb、Cd等元素,简单地将这些炉尘倾倒野外或填埋,Pb、Cd等重金属元素的浸出会污染环境,而直接将炉尘返回钢铁厂内循环使用,Zn在高炉内富集会缩短炉衬寿命,而又这些元素向钢水的转移还会降低钢材品质。为减少电炉炉尘对环境的污染和实现其综合利用,必须寻求经济高效的新方法脱除炉尘中Zn、Pb、Cd等有害元素。通过热力学计算分析了采用FeCl2去除电炉炉尘中Zn、Pb的可能性,比较了不同反应条件下的作用效果。计算结果表明,在600-900℃下,炉尘中ZnO、ZnFe2O4、CuO、PbO和CdO几乎全部转化为气相氯化物。对于CaO含量较高的炉尘,添加SiO2有利于提高炉尘中有害元素的脱除效率,Zn的脱除率约96%-98%。当反应温度超过950℃,炉尘中Zn的脱除率有降低的趋势。

    Abstract:
    在基于视觉诱发电位脑机接口研究中,需要在强噪声背景下迅速准确地提取出微弱的视觉诱发电位信号。对信号进行小波分解,分析诱发电位信号及噪声在不同尺度上的分布特点,选择诱发电位信号能量相对集中且能较好反映信号主要特征的频带设计了小波时频滤波器。小波时频滤波器结合少量次累加平均,可提高信噪比,提取出视觉诱发电位信号。实验表明,平均刺激9-20次就能提取出信号。本方法能准确快速地提取出有明显特征的诱发电位信号,有利于提高脑机接口通信速度及正确率。

    红豆杉树皮是一种最重要的提取紫衫醇的原料,但其生长缓慢,资源匮乏,而曼地亚红豆杉的自然杂交品种叶片中的紫衫醇的含量很高,生长迅速,可通过大力栽培解决原料不足的问题。在引种栽培蔓地亚红豆衫的试验过程中,抗寒性是决定其是否能够引种栽培成功的关键因素之一,而半致死温度能较直观,准确地反映植物的抗寒能力,半致死温度的测定常采用电导法。采用电导法对引种栽培的2个曼地亚红豆衫(T.media)品种Hicksii和Dark Green Spreader(DGS)进行低温半致死温度的测定,并与其生境中的自然温度变化相比较,结果表明,在自然降温的过程中,两个曼地亚红豆衫杂交品种的低温半致死温度随气温的下降而不断的降低,两品种的低温半致死温度分别为-13.3℃和-12.6℃,均对引种栽培地低温有较强的适应性,又Hicksii品种比Dark Green Spreader品种的抗寒能力略强。因此从理论上讲,两种曼地亚红豆衫品种均可在栽培地及与栽培地相同的生境下栽培成功。

    Injection of conidia solution of Metarhizium anisopliae isolate CQMa102 into the hemocoel of Periplaneta americana caused significant changes of the total hemocytes of the cockroach. P. americana eliminated large amount of the spores efficiently by phagocytosis and nodulation.The experiment shows that the immune system of the cockroach was hardly injured after injected with high dose spores, and the higher dose of spores was injected,the higher mortality of the insect was. However, low dose injection strengthened the immune ability of the insect in certain degree. The saline slightly induced the immune reaction of the insect.

    Abstract:
    Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is an effective method to evaluate many comprehensive problems and is widely used in environmental engineering, mining engineering and so on. The popular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed and some irrationality is found in its max-min algorithm and maximal subordinate degree principle. An altered arithmetic is proposed, and a technique of synthetic grade is introduced as the final evaluating result. The application case proves that the evaluating result with new method is more reliable.

    Abstract:
    In order to clarify the mechanism of rockburst, using the specified loading equipment and the CT machine, the real-time computerized tomography testing of coal under the uniaxial compression was completed. Through CT scanning, the clear CT images which included the stage from the microcrack clousre to the microcrack growth, bifurcation, development, failure and the post-failure stage were obtained. According to the CT values, the meso-damage evolution of coal under uniaxial compression was analysed, which provided the basis for the meso-damage evolution.

    Follow in precursory relating documents, several equations of one dimension Large Strain Consolidation (LSC) and consolidation coefficients were discussed firstly. Based on this, a Finite Difference Method (FDM) equation was derived, which was the physical described LSC equation with variable displacement. Moreover, the initiate and boundary condition were dispersed by FDM, and the boundary of different layers of super soft soil was disposed of continuity. Finally,nonlinear group equations of LSC FDM solution was deduced for multi layers super soft ground by repeated method, and a FDM program of 1D nonlinear LSC analysis was compiled. Finally, a case showed a satisfied analysis result by LSCFDM.

    对铌钽矿的富锆尾矿与碱石灰在一定温度下熔融 ,经过一系列化学处理来制备ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O的方法进行了研究。结果表明 :在用氧化钙熔融法分解富锆尾矿过程中加入少量NaOH可以大大提高锆的浸出率。进而提出了用廉价的生石灰作原料 ,以少量固体氢氧化钠作为反应助剂来分解富锆尾矿 ,生产氯氧化锆的新方法。确定了相应的反应条件为 :NaOH :CaO :尾矿的质量比 =0 .2 :1 .5 :1 ;熔融温度为 1 2 5 0℃ ,时间 2h。

    Abstract:
    The detecting method for low concentration of TNR by derivative polarography was proposed. Quantitative detection was carried out at selected polargraphic peaks,-0.5 V and -0.75 V. The relative standard curve, linear range and detection limit were obtained. Meanwhile, interference and recovery experiments were also studied and experimental conditions were optimum. The results show that this method have a wide linear range and lower detection limit.

It is possible to transform the frame of V 0 into Riesz base of it (of course, the orthogonal bases are also Riesz bases),so that the irregular sampling theorem on the frame is changed into the one on the Riesz bases, in other words, the irregular sampling theorem on the Riesz bases is extend onto the frame. The irregular theorem on the frame can be used to the signal process.

    Abstract:
    Professor Venzo de Sabbata is a famous Italian physicist in the world. He is engaged with a series of creating research works about the general relativity theory applying to astrophysics, and achievies glorious successes. The author pays attention to his works in this field, especially his paper titled "Is it dark matter necessary to explain galaxy rotation curves?"In order to coincide with the astrophysical observations, Milgrom adopted a new foundamental acceleration a 0 to modify the Newtonian Dynamics (MOND).Meanwhile Sabbata explored another approach wisely by introducing the innate related torsion with intrinsic spin of the particle into the general relativity theory, and showed penetratively that without use of dark metter for explanation,the foundamental accelerations a max and a min will be derived from the quantum effect yielded by the torsion. They are the nice results which can be derived from an accurate solution of the related equations in the Einstein Cartan general relativity theory.

    工业控制中许多对象都具有纯滞后特征,对纯滞后系统的控制问题进行研究,具有理论意义和实际应用参考价值。在纯滞后系统中,由于对象存在纯滞后时间τ,因此常使人觉得,对这类系统的控制,采样周期选择为τ控制效果比较好,而一些文献也执此观点。为探讨纯滞后控制系统中采样周期的选择问题,用数字仿真方法,对选择不同采样周期的控制效果进行了计算,对采样周期的合理选择问题进行分析。数字仿真结果表明,对纯滞后控制系统,有关文献给出的采样周期T选择为纯滞后时间τ的结论是不合适的,其控制效果并不好。

    Articular cartilage, which is composed with a solid phase of collagen fibers and proteoglycan and a pore fluid phase, can be depicted with two-phase porous medium model based on mixture theory. This paper analyzed the creep and stress relaxation responses of confined compression problems of articular cartilage with the developed finite element method. The obtained responses of velocities of both solid and fluid phases and the effective stresses of solid phase as well as the pore pressures during the creep and stress relaxation processes of articular cartilage tissues under confined compression can be used as a theoretical reference for man-made cartilage materials, and behave important significance for the research in bio-mechanical engineering area.

    This paper constituted the FEM(finite element method) model of sticky steel reinforcement beam and the model was used to analyze the reinforcement effect of the beam sticking different layers' steel plate. The result shows two layers of steel is better than others, which agrees with theoretic analysis. It illuminate that the FEM model is in point for sticky steel reinforcement beam without crack.

    To expose the motive of strategic cooperation of firms, a comparative analysis, of the different outcomes of the strategy of purely competition and the strategy of cooperation, had been done by the application of the Arms Race model and Insecurity Alliances model under the conditions of short-term hypothesis and limited open competition. The analysis reveals , that is the market share of the stable state when the firm joining in the cooperation is more than the one of the stable state when the firm selects purely competitive strategy, i.e., the strategic cooperation not only make the two firms, who are competitive matches, go to symbiosis, but also common stronger, and it is proved that the positive benefit come from cooperation exists. So the motive of strategic cooperation of firms comes from the cooperative benefit.

    Abstract:
    The combined housing mortgage loan is different from the pure housing accumulation fund loan and the commercial housing mortgage loan because of the special requests of applicant, gage, term of loan and rate. To study the combined housing mortgage loan, we established a theory model for it. Through this model, we can work out the term of loan, the repayment of capital and interest every year. Then we suggested the current mode of repayment be changed from average repayment to increased repayment by degrees according to the increase of family income. The term of loan can be lessened by this repayment mode. At last, we established a combined housing mortgage loan model containing savings contract loan. Through it, the model out the term of loan, the repayment of capital and interest every year can be worked out including the savings contract loan.
