    Abstract:
    For the requirement of building up the battery management system of hybridelectric vehicle,the method of quick charge of batteries is investigatedunder the conditions of ensuring natural life of batteries. The characteristics of the general charge methods areanalyzed, and existing problems of these charge methods are discussed. In order to solve those problems, a new quick charge method for HEV batteries is proposed, which can shorten charge time under the variable-current condition of the battery pack,andcan sustain the state of charge (SOC) of batteries within the scope between 50% and 80%.

    Abstract:
    There exists muchinterference in machining internal spiral groove with big lift angle and small size, whichis a difficult problem. The design and calculation of tool section is analyzed in this paper while differentcutters are utilized to machine the groove when the tool axis is parallel or skew to that of the work piece. The approximating method of using circular-arc cutter is put forward, which is proved by the calculation and analysis to be a feasible method within range of the permissible error. The digital simulation of machining internal spiral groove which is finished by different methods, such as simulation of tool path, error analysis, verification of the cutter design and so on, has been done through typical software such as the Program files function of I-DEAS and the Manufacturing Module of UG.

    Abstract:
    The new technology to produce high purity SrCO_3 by with industry carbonate,hydrochloric acid, vitriol, sodium hydroxide as raw materials is investigated. The Sr(OH)_2 is mainly purified by crystallization separatingmethod. The authors Use ammonium bicarbonate in the reaction of carbonation, the high purity SrCO_3 is produced under the ultrasonic action. The solution concentration of Sr(OH)_2 and reaction temperature have important effects on the reaction of carbonation. The results show that the purification of Sr(OH)_2 is 99.78%; The paratcles of the high purity SrCO_3 distribute equably and the average particle size is small. The light concentration and te low temperature can enhance the ultrasonic cavitating reaction, and then the physical and chemical characteristics of it is improved.

    Abstract:
    This paper has explained the characteristics,virtue of sound intensity measurement and the principle. And compare with traditional sound pressure measurement. The principle and composing of virtual sound intensity measurement system based on two-channel FFT analysis are researched. The sound power of large turbogeneratorin operating site is determined by means of sound intensity measurement and sound pressuremeasurement. Itis demonstrated that the method of sound intensity measurement of engine is practicable and the measuring data are valid and the method conquers the problems of traditional method of sound pressure measurement which is apt to environmentinfluence and sound power measurement need to especially acoustic environment. It is proved that the sound intensity method is especially suited to determine highaccuratelythe sound Power level of the electrical machines operating in situated conditions especially in case of acoustically worst environments or on loadand themethod is so superiorityin noise measurement.

    Abstract:
    The authors define spacial-plane-overconstraint and theoretical-plane-overconstraint, and analyze sensitivity of the two kindsof overconstraints to errors of mechanisms with theoretical-plane-overconstraint. Ananalysis method of the overconstraints of the mechanisms is present, and the overconstraint numbers and its characteristic is obtained. The analysis results are useful of designing for self-adjustable mechanisms without overconstraint. With this understanding,a synthesis method of self-adjusting structures without overconstraintis given.

    Abstract:
    AZ31B镁合金铸态组织晶界处存在粗大的"骨骼"状Mg17Al12相以及凝固过程中产生的成分偏析,严重影响了铸锭的成形性能.为改善其成形性能,对铸态试样进行了均匀化退火试验,其保温温度为380,400,420 ℃以及保温时间为6,15,24 h.均匀化退火后Mg17Al12相呈细小的颗粒状分布在α-Mg基体上,枝晶偏析大部分得到消除,镁合金的塑性得到改善.根据均匀化退火后的组织与性能变化确定了最佳的退火工艺为400 ℃×15 h.

    Abstract:
    The paper Inspects the Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions in vivo Wistar mice cells stimulated by steep pulse field, and puts forward the mechanism of steep pulse inducing apoptosis. Bcl-2/Baxprotein expression positive rate and apoptotic cell rate are determined by using immunohistochemical technique and TUNEL in 18 Wistar mice transplanted with Walker-256 cell line. Compared with control group, protein expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in treated group decrease and increaserespectively. Apoptosis occurrswhen tumor tissue are impulsed by steep pulse field.

    Abstract:
    贡嘎蝠蛾(Hepialus gonggaensis)幼虫是名贵中药材冬虫夏草(Cordyceps sinensis)的优势寄主.研究贡嘎蝠蛾幼虫肠道菌群,对研究蝠蛾的营养生理,提高幼虫成活率,进而人工培殖冬虫夏草具有重要意义.实验以四川康定采集的贡嘎蝠蛾为实验材料,对贡嘎蝠蛾幼虫的肠道细菌进行了分离和鉴定.实验结果表明,贡嘎蝠蛾肠道细菌都属低温菌,最适生长温度15 ℃,在15 ℃培养2 d后才长出典型菌落.从肠道中分离纯化出12个不同菌群,其中优势菌群为葡萄球菌,菌群数量为2.05×109 mL-1,检出率100%,应为幼虫肠道中的常住菌群,其它菌群检出率均低于50%,可能为肠道中的过路菌群.生化鉴定大多数菌群的符合值都较低,这与蝠蛾生活于高海拔高寒地区,其肠道微生物与常见微生物菌群有较大差异一致.

    Abstract:
    The scheme of rapid protection will be possibly implemented by using the channel of communication, as the communication network of distribution power system being increasingly perfect and particular foundation of optical cable. The feeder protection based on communication can quickly and selectively isolate fault section and restructure the distribution network. This method is the direction of distribution automation. The action principles of feeder protection using blocking and allowing signals of directional over-current are analyzed. The directional over-current protection utilizing blocking signals is suitablefor distribution automation. The scheme can locate the fault section and instantly separate it. When feeder terminal unit (FTU) fails to act or communicate is interrupted, the feeder protection in the substation can backup.

    In order to survey the degree of stability of dangerous rock slope and get reliable theoretical foundation about the slope restoration, earth stress measuring is performed in the engineering project through drilling on the slope surface. The survey is conducted by means of complete temperature compensation and automatic recording. In terms of experimental data, the computing ram of earth stress works out the magnitude, direction, inclination of the earth stress and their distribution.     With the expanding of software scale and the intricacy of its structure,a higher demand on the code securityis required. As a new programming methodology, AOP provides a new approach forsecuringprogram design. Using this approach, the secure codescan be abstracted as an individualmoduleand the secure policy can be applied freely, and then, the secure codes take effect to core concern by weaving. Thus the reusebility and security of a program will beenhanced. The main idea of AOP is introduced and the design approach of AOP-based secure program is discussed. At last, an example is illustrated.

    Abstract:
    Corner detection in planar curves is a basic problem in image processing domain. The authors start from concluding corner's intuitive characters, introduce fuzzy set theory, and propose a multi-feature based algorithm which contains fuzzy subjection degree to achieve the goal. First, two simple fuzzy characters are addressed which compile with human perception. Second, three formulations corresponding to corner features are presented, and they are synthesized and summarized into a principle used to detect and locate corners. At last, by comparing computed results with existed results, robustness and effectiveness of our algorithm are proved.

    Thetraditional power steering by fluid drive has many defects such as producing extra steering, oil pollution and consuming excessive resources. Electric Power Steering is servo-control system which can supply power by motor which is controlledby micro-processor-embeded controller. So the application of Electric Power Steering Systemin vehicleis the developing direction. Based on the deep research of power steering system for vehicle, aiming at the complexity and uncertaintyof road and the difference for driver operating habit, the paper presents a sort of new algorithmthat is stronger in robustness, better in adaptability. The algorithmhas been applied in the physical vehicle steering system. The engineering practice shows that the algorithmtakes care of both control effect and person's feeling, and it is satisfactory to control effect.

    Abstract:
    Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC) codes are first introduced by Gallagerin 1960's,and independently rediscovered by both MacKay and Neal. In past few years, LDPC codes have received a lot of attention and many new developments have been brought in this area. This paper has designed a class of Low Density Parity Check(LDPC)codes based on ITU. Our design is for 6-bit quantizaton with a code rate of 0.7572 and a block size of 276 bits. This paper brings forward the architecture of the partly parallel decoder and the corresponding parallel encoder based on CPLD technology. Also we have derived the encoder scheme. And this LDPC code is used for ADSL transmission.

    Collecting real-time traffic flow information is a foundational function in intelligent transportation systems. Video based traffic monitoring system has advantage of installation and maintenance, so it iswidely used for traffic monitoring on main road and crossroad. Shadows result from roadside building or trees are one of the factors that arise errors in video based vehicle detection. An improved method based on edge information is proposed for vehicle detection and shadow rejection. Finally vehicle counting is achieved based on the edge detection method.

    Abstract:
    The multicarrier-code division multiple access (MC-CDMA),which is the combination of direct sequence CDMA (DS-CDMA) and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) techniques, offers various advantages over single-carrier CDMA system. Some of the advantages are that MC-CDMA systems possess can remove the intersymbol interference (ISI) and enhance narrow-band interference suppression capabilities. So the MC-CDMA technique becomes a focus in the field of mobile communication. The authors introduce the typical MC-CDMA system model, discuss the decision statisticalvariable in Rayleigh fading channel included the CW interference, and give the expressions of probability of error in uplink. An approach is proposed with Modified Equal Gain Combining (MEGC) to decrease the effect of CW interference. Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the anti-CW interference performance of MC-CDMA system can be improved used the MEGC approach.

    Mobile Ad hoc NETworks(MANET) is a totally new concept in which mobile nodes are able to communicate together over wireless links in an independent manner,without needing any fixed physical infrastructure and centralized organizational/administrative infrastructure.However,the nature of ad hoc networks makes them very vulnerable to security threats.Generation and distribution of shared keys for CA(Certification Authority)is challenging in security solution based on distributed PKI/CA.Those solutions that have been proposed in the literature and some issues are discussed.This paper propose the solution of distributed generation of shared CA keys based on threshold RSA cryptosystems,with which the security and robustness of system is enhanced.

    Abstract:
    The heterogeneous nature of metallic materials result in residual microstress fields during plastic deformation.The energy stored in the residual microstress fields affects the subsequent plastic deformation. Based on this concept, a nonclassical constitutive model is developed. On the other hand, it is found that there exists difference of dissipative plastic energy between different plastic strain paths. A dissipative plastic energy based hardening parameter is proposed and introduced into the hardening function, which isthen embedded in the non-classical constitutive model. The stress responses of 304 stainless steel subjected to biaxial non-proportional loading are analyzed and the results coincide well with the experimental results.

    By analyzing the characteristics of magnesium volatilization and linear growth kinetic of Al/ Al_2O_(3 )in directed oxidation of Al-Mg alloy, as the formation process of MgO is considered to be the process of which Al_2O_(3)dissolved in the scale MgO and MgO is partially n-type oxide, formation condition of Al_2O_(3)is established easily in the coure of oxidation. Volatilization of magnesium is to promote the growth of p-type MgO in the surface layer and the formation of Al_2O_(3 )in the inner layer of n-type MgO, and to promote the transformation of MgO toMgAl_2O_(4).MgAl_2O_(4)plays an important role in the formation process of Al_2O_(3), growth stress between MgO and MgAl_2O_(4)cause the formation of cavity in the MgAl_2O_(4 )and aluminum alloy melts is easier to transfer to oxidation front by means of this cavity. The transformation velocity ofMgO to MgAl_2O_(4 )depends on growth kinetic of Al_2O_(3),the faster transformation velocity of MgO to MgAl_2O_(4)is main reason that growth kinetic of Al/Al_2O_(3)transformation exhibits linear relationship.

    Abstract:
    A new kind of evaporative heat transfer experiment for the cooling process of condensers is conducted. The test coil is immersed in an air-water bubbling layer. The air-water two-phase flow passes through the heating tubes of the coil. Due to the motion of the air bubbles in the water, a thin water film forms on the surface of the heating tubes. As the air bubbles passing by the tubes the water is evaporated into the air. The tubes of coil reject heat to the water film, and the evaporation of the water film then rejects heat to the air bubble stream. This heat transfer mode significantly increases the heat transfer coefficient between tubes and air. The consumption of the power of a water pump can be decreased. Moreover, the airflow rate required is less than that of an air-cooled condenser.The pressure drop of air through air-water bubbling layer and the heat transfer between the tubes and water are experimentally investigated in the paper. The results show that the factors affecting the pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient involve the pore geometry of sieve plate, the height of the air-water bubbling layer, the air flow rate through the sieve plate and the heat flux of tubes. The heat transfer coefficient between tube and water is two times larger than that of falling film of water on the outer surface of tube.

    On the basis of sufficient discussion of hydrogeologic condition of geothermal water in the Xaoquan area, authors a mathematical is studied with MODFLOW model is established, and then the geothermal water is studied with MODFLOW program. Andthe mathematical model is identified. The authors compare the simulative water level with actual water level. The MODFLOW program can study geothermal water,when the simulative water level approximated to actual water level, and the mathematical MODFLOW model is right. Geothermal water under condition of different exploitation is stndied with the MODFLOW program. Sustainable exploitation is achieved.

    The project of boilertransforming from using coal into using natural gashas been launched in mainly city zonein Chongqing in order to cut down atmospheric pollution .The article points out that the transforming is the best choice of improving contaminative status in mainly city zonein Chongqing and brings forward the aim of the transforming. At the same time, by surveying and classifiying the scale and the range of the transforming, the authors analyze the technical and economical feasibilityof the transforming, primarilyanalyze and research environmental benefit that comes from the transforming. In the end, the article comes out the conclusion that implementation of the project not only brings definiteeconomical benefit, but also greatly cuts letting quantity of atmospheric contamination, which has effectively allayed atmospheric pollution in mainly city zonein Chongqing.

    Abstract:
    The term Cleaner Production(CP)and Estimation of Cleaner Production Potential are introduced, meanwhile their importance are pointed out. Three kinds of cleaner technologies are put forward-Best Available Technology(BAT), Best Economic Attractive Technology(BEAT), and usually used new technology, combined with some CP casesat home and abroad. several cleaner technologies are compared, and the results show that the implementation of CP can greatly reduce consumption of resource and energy and pollution emission, There are obvious environmental, economic and social benefits. The great potential of CP in industrial pollution control are estimated and demonstrated ultimately.

    Abstract:
    Since China adopted formalized and standardizedprocedures of tender and bidding in the construction industry, many illegal actions have been prevented effectively. However, the together-conspired bidding, a new illegal activity,recently emerged in many regions of China. It is widely believed that the establishedfair competition system will be frustrated and the healthy development of the industry will be harmed, if the together-conspired bidding can not be controlled. This paper firstly introduces the background of the together-conspired bidding and stressed the necessity of preventing together-conspired bidding. Then, the whole procedure of together-conspired bidding is studied and ananticipated profit model fortogether-conspired bidding is provided from the economic angle. According to the analysis on interactions between the economic factors and the anticipated profits, some strategic methods to prevent the together-conspired biddingare recommended.

    Abstract:
    Taking-over market, the main component of external corporate governance, affects the performance of corporate governance significantly. Through taking-over activities between companies, the market assumes its role in the governance mechanism. This paper analyzes the taking-over market of listed company in China from the view of ownership structure. By looking into the indirect taking-over activities between companies, the authors research the impact of specific ownership structure on the effectiveness of external corporate governance deriving from such activities. It is concluded that innovation of ownership structure is the key for taking-over market to take its role in external corporate governance more effectively.

    Abstract:
    When studying on the supervision on listed company performance manipulation, the administrator's role has been emphasized increasingly. By setting up a game model, the article analyzes the performance manipulation made by the listed company's administrator. The analysis shows that the optimal performance manipulation strategy taken by the administrator is determined by the profits obtained by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the prior probability of the listed company performance categories made by CSRC, while the optimal supervision strategy taken by CSRC is determined by the final profits of the listed company. Thus, it is obvious that there is a mutual guessing and influencing relationship between the listed company's administrator and CSRC. Finally, the game model constructed is further analyzed by employing it in the real cases.

    Abstract:
    Credit risk, the major risk of bank, is more and more intense during the period of economic restructuring in China. In view of the flaw of present risk measurement system, Conditional Value-at-Risk is used for the credit risk measurement which is better than Value-at-Risk. This paper creates the model ,while gives the method and procedure for solving it. So CVaRof credit combination is produced, which is just the early warning value of credit risk. At last, it is concluded that the CVaRrisk measurement is too difficult to use widely at present in china, then some advice is provided.

    Abstract:
    This paper studies the response of A-share market to the announcement on the related-party transactions, with the method of excess earnings and multiple regression analysis. The evidence shows that stock market makes weakly positive response to the announcement. Results also suggest the surplus announcement is of informational content. Finally, some reasons resulting in weak response are presented.

    应用微观相互作用玻色子-费米子模型的形式体系, 构造出唯象核芯 两准粒子模型的一个微观实现,微观sdIBM-2 2q.p方案. 基于唯象模型和实现方案, 导出原子核的一个d玻色子从退耦、拆散、占据闯入轨道,直到参加顺排所需的最小能量值;据此讨论了核高自旋态的微观结构及其拆对顺排次序.对104Cd核的计算结果显示微观方案较满意地描述了该核的低自旋态和部分高自旋态;核的一个d玻色子的突然拆对不会引起前后状态的显著改变. 最后,本方案指认:这些高自旋态是构建于ν(h11/2)2和π(g9/2)2上的顺排态;而实验上观测到的81 、82 和83 态则很可能分别属于两准质子顺排态、两准中质子顺排态和基态.

    Cytosinearabinoside(Ara-C) is an important agent used for treatment of leukemia, but its mechanism of action at low dose is not clear, maybe is related to its effectson differentiationor apoptosis of cells. The authors investigate The relationship between bcl-2, p53 expression and apoptosis of HL-60 cells induced by low-dose cytosinearabinoside (10~(-8)M) by means of TUNEL method, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The results show that low-doseAra-C could inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis, and the effects might be related to increase of P53protein and decrease of bcl-2 mRNA expression.
