    Abstract:
    A quarter - car suspension system in which the MR fluid dampers are used as the semi - active control actuators has been proposed and developed based on the theory analysis of MR fluid dampers characteristic. A adaptive fuzzy logic controller is developed. The completed system is simulated via SIMULINK Toolbox of MATLAB 6.1. Compared to the passive suspension system and simple fuzzy logic controller, the adaptive fuzzy logic controller markedly reduces the vertical acceleration of the sprung mass and effectively improves ride comfort of automobile.

    Abstract:
    At present, when the enterprises that have implemented the SCM chose co - vendors, all kinds of methods have been employed to appraise them. These results are always influenced by the members' subjective attitude at any rate. Based on the fact that the cost is the most important factor when choosing, and according to the requirement of the enterprise on the supply chain, the authors research the cost's component on supply chain. The cost includes: quality cost, price cost, stock cost, OOS cost, transportation cost and other cost. By calculating the products'practical cost synthetically , the enterprises could choose the vendors whose cost is cheapest as their co - vendors. The calculate cost is an objective and feasible method to choosing vendors reasonably. Finally, some examples and related discussion are given.

    Abstract:
    According to the field theory of additional deformation on pre - stressed configuration , in the paper , the ordinary expression of the governing equation and variational equation of elastic buckling are brought forward . Under the theory system, through lowering dimensions, the governing equation and variational equation for the critical condition solution of elastic buckling of a plane arch are deduced, and the eigenvalues problem of the linear homogeneous differential equations corresponding to the equations are concluded While Abandoning the plane assumption and considering shearing deformation, the linear finite element method arithmetic of bending bar's cross section containing six degree of freedom is given. The process of derivation and calculational results show that, under this system info, the finite element equations of bending bar deduced are accurate and easy to be used to numeric calculations, and the conclusion achieved is more practical.

    Abstract:
    This paper proposes a face novel recognition method based on Weighted PCA, which combined weighted features with PCA. At first, we calculate the weighted subspace for each class by minimizing the weighted reconstruction error. Then a test example is classified by the distance from weighted subspace. The experiments on Cambridge ORL database show that our Weighted PCA method can improve the recognition rate significantly without increasing the computation, when compared with PCA.

    Abstract:
    Some thoroughly research on the basic method for load state detection in MIN is introduced. Load sources of SCP and SSP in MIN are analyzed in detail after investigating the relationship between inter resource and load state in the system. And load detection parameters and model are presented. Moreover, a novel strategy to detect system load state based on fusion of multi detection data is presented. By some test, the theory and method are proved most feasible. Our research show that load state of MIN can be recognized by detecting utility of internal resource utilizing of single node in MIN, and multi redundant detecting data fusion is effective approach to improve the reliability and trust degree of the result.

    Traditional abnormal detection methods need a reference model with a profile of normal action, but building the character profile and specifying threshold of abnormal alarm are difficult. So this paper puts forward intrusion detection in combination with clustering and data processing . This algorithm comes true dynamicly updating the center of cluster and the biggest distance within cluster with fast convergence. The effect is better with the help of pre-processing the data. By means of simulated experiments, this algorithm is proved feasible and efficient for unknown intrusion detection.

    Abstract:
    VPN is a technology that realizes the security transmission of private information through the public network. As one of key technologies, tunnel technology resolves the mobility problem of mobile nodes. Firstly, L2TP and IPSec have been compared based on these two tunnel principles introduction of VPN. Secondly the advantages of IPSec in security have been introduced. Then, the problems of mobile host and two models of tunnel in VPN have been introduced. Lastly, the advantages of utilizing the mobile IP to resolve the problem of mobile host have been analyzed, and this technology has been compared with VPDN.

    Abstract:
    In the interest of realizing carrier communication using LVPL, it is sticking point to analyse and design the coupling circuit of the communication. Higher efficiency of loading carrier signals is necessary. On the other hand, disturbs from LVPL should be overcome. Penman commendably resolved the difficult problem with the "complex-coupling-technology" of combining " electromagnetism - coupling" to "RC-coupling". Based on the " complex - coupling-technology" , "the interface circuit of the communication is analyzed and designed with LVPL. Simulation results and experimentation results show : the coupling circuit not only has higher efficiency of loading carrier signals but also can completely close off 50 Hz signal from LVPL. Therefore, the coupling circuit can apply to communication systems on LVPL.

    This paper presents a three-phase four - wire active power filter based on one-cycle control. This method need not sense the three phase load currents or the three phase voltages, need not use any multipliers. It has simplified circuit , and the controller is composed of four integrators with reset along with several flip-flops, comparators and some analog components. The main circuit switching frequency is constant, which is desirable for industrial applications. Analysis and simulation are carried out with the four-arm inverter, the simulation results verify that the APF with one-cycle control can dynamically and effectually compensate the harmonics, reactive current and zero sequence current.

    Based on disturbance method of electrical current field, numerical calculation about dynamic imaging for brain hematomas have been studied on a 3 - D sphere model. With current injected, we have found the law of the brain boundary potentials'change while the volume of brain hematoma changed. Some studies about the effect of brain skull with poor electrical conductivity to the brain boundary potentials. The results show that we can know the change of brain hematomas in terms of the measurement for the change of boundary potentials. The injected current can penetrate through the skull. These results are valuable to help doctor to accurately diagnose the brain hematoma and realize the noninvasive monitoring the brain hematoma.

    Spatial load forecasting is a process distributing the total forecasted load to all partitioned area, and involving more spatial information and more factor influencing application of the future small area, which need a great deal of memory space and longer operation time. Rough set is new method of data analysis. It need not be provided with any advanced information except data set. But attribute reduct is its main algorithms. Division matrix approach on rough set used to reduce the attribute related to land - use decision in order to remove redundancy attribute and then the rules of small area land - use decision is distilled. The method obtained better effect and enhanced the total load forecasting efficiency.

    Abstract:
    We integrate the problems of deduction of intersecting grooves and bases in the constructional engineering into the problem calculating the intersecting body volume of irregular polyhedrons, and put forward the stepwise decomposition algorithm of the intersecting body volume of irregular polyhedrons based on computer graphics. The method takes advantage of the basic algorithms in the computer graphics and improves one of the algorithms which can be used to judge whether the dot is in the plane or not. By analyzing the method, we have developed the calculation formulae. Winth the segmentation function, the stepwise decomposition algorithm can be used to compute the intersecting body volume not only of the convex polyhedrons, but also the concave polyhedrons. By programming, the stepwise decomposition algorithm has been carried out, and its accuracy has been testified by a typical example.

    It is necessary to transmit and review medical images effectively in PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System, PACS) , and multi -resolution encoding can improve image compression efficiency. The progressive property of 2D image wavelet transform is studied, and a multi - resolution medical image encoding method is described. This encoding method means that, the lower frequency subimage in wavelet domain should be encoded prior to those higher frequency subimage. Also, in the medical image process of transmission and reviewing, the same order will be followed. The experiment has improved that the proposed method can speedup the medical image transmission and reviewing in PACS effectively.

    The paper expatiates the principle of the pilger mill roll groove. A math model for optimization is set up based on various factors concerning the roll groove including the deformation theory, design process and selection of the parameters, etc. Meanwhile, the CARD techniques are combined. As a result, a software for the roll groove optimization is developed that provides such functions as groove data management, groove profile plotting and groove data printing, being a basis for relevant technological decision and groove optimization. Meanwhile, the principle and realization of complex curves are discussed. The 3D modeling is achieved by the exchange of data that is based on the CARD system.

    Abstract:
    The dynamic changes of morphology on the { 100} face of EAFP(eucommia antifungal protein) crystals were examined by in situ Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) in their mother liquor. According to the AFM results different supersaturations are responsible for these morphological changes. At hight supersaturations the EAFP crystals grow very fast and the density of growth steps is very high. At higher supersaturations the formation and development of 2 - D step dominate the growth of EAFP surface. At lower supersaturations the anisotropic spiral dislocations are major growth on the EAFP crystal surface. At very low supersaturations the EAFP crystals grow very slow and there are many holes in the surface which indicate the incomplete growth of the surface. Meanwhile the effects of scanning rate and scanning direction are studied here.

    The robot techniques development is making over in an astonished velocity. Today ,all kinds of robots have different shape and function appear in everywhere. The robot that used the turning theory of human being and the motion theory of cankerworm is introduced. Micro-robot is an important offset of robot technique. This paper has solved three problems of this kind of micro-robot. One is the mechanical structure design, and the second is controlling circuit design, the third is measurement system design. Two new pattern micro-robots have been made which not only can move on the smooth armor plate, but also can turn its body quickly and freely. This new pattern micro-robot has strongly driving power, which also can be refitted another walking-type robot. At the same time, it also succeeded in controlling the robot through the microprocessor AT89C52 and the other new type controlling circuit. Taking the chip of LG9110 as the positive and negative driver, and the chip of SN75451B as the driver of the other parts, not only the design of circuits become easily, but also circuit board become simply. It provides some diagrams of program. In short, through the experiment, it gains some important data of making this kind of robot on the other hand, the experiment proves that the project not only can control the robot freely, but also offers a new idea for the studying of this kind of micro-robot.

    The paper reviews the research status of the secondary clarifier model from one-dimensional model to three-dimensional model. The one-dimensional model based on solid flux theory was outlined by discussing how to choose model parameters such as settling velocity function and the number of layers. Based on the achievement of actived sludge model and the development of wastewater treatment technology, it is suggested that the development of the secondary clarifier model should focus on the establishment of some clarifier model including biological processes and the enrichment of hydraulics phenomena modeling.

    Combining the resource-based view and corporate governance perspective and strategic management theory, the paper studies the effects of internal governance mechanism on technological innovation of the stated-owned enterprises. It is found that a significant and positive association among technological innovation, firm' s ROA, leadership structure and asset-debt ratio. Although the ownership concentration provides a negative effect, it is no evidence thats firm' s technological innovation is related to the firm' s shares holded by top management.
