    Abstract:
    The possibility of UHF (ultra high frequency) method used in partial discharge detection in GIS is analyzed, and the UHF sensor, simulating passive filter, detecting the method of wide-band and narrow-band are studied, in order to avoid interferes of low-frequency. The authors develop an inner loop sensor in GIS model and investigate UHF method detecting partial discharge in GIS. The results indicate that the UHF system of detecting PD can effectively detect partial discharge and avoid outer corona interfere and Periodic pulse interfere. At the same time, narrow-frequency PD detection is an effective detection method to restrain UHF interferes.

    Abstract:
    Dot-matrix LCD makes a feature of low power dissipation,small volume,and displaying more information,also widely used in automatic instrument.To provide more better user interface, dot-matrix LCD is used as a displayer.The interface circuit for dot-matrix LCD with MCS-51 singlechip microcomputer and the design of software corresponding are described in detail.Meanings of sixteen signal wires of a port is explained.the initial program of LCD is given,and the principle of Chinese charater and menu display is introduced. The hardware design of speech terminal is simple with a LCD module,while the user interface is more beautiful with the technology of chinese character and menu display. The adjustment of LCD contrast is discussed,and the solution is given.

    Abstract:
    Mathematical model of power frequency electric field is established based on Charge Simulation Method(CSM) to analyze power frequency electric field caused by EHV lines with overhead ground wires and its effect, which are entering the megalopolis. Calculative method on the electric field under the transmission lines is analyzed and validated. According to the criterion of environmental evaluation, the distributing characteristic of electric field is summarized, in case of various arrangement manners of lines. At last, some advice and methods of eliminating electric field under the transmission lines entering the megalopolis is proposed with regard to protecting environment.

    The mechanism of television interference is discussed from High voltage transmission line. Then the computational model is established, and scattering fields are calculated with the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method, and the results are visualized. The scattering effects of High voltage transmission lines on horizontal polarization waves (corresponding to TM mode) are greater than on vertical polarization waves (corresponding to TE mode).

    Abstract:
    Double-ring gear reducer with Central inputting shaft is studied. The basic structure of reducer as well as testing equipment, probe spot and testing method of Structure-borne noise and air-borne noise is presented. Based on frequency spectrum of each point, amplitude spectrum of structure-borne noise and testing results of air-borne noise, the authors analyze the vibration characters and latent faults of double-ring gear reducer, coming to the value and the cause of the noise, providing theoretical basis for proper design of the double-ring gear reducer and method of reducing its vibration and noise.

    平面二次包络环面蜗杆因具有承载能力大,润滑性能好,传动效率高等优点而得到广泛应用,但这种蜗杆传动对误差和受载变形的影响敏感.在实际工况条件下,作者基于传动副的实体模型,采用3-D接触有限元方法综合分析了平面二次包络环面蜗杆的母平面倾斜角β、蜗杆分度圆直径系数k1、主基圆直径系数kb和I传动比对传动副啮合性能和承载能力的影响,认为选取较大的母平面倾斜角β和较大的蜗杆分度圆直径系数k1对传动副的传动质量有利.这为在工程实际中结合具体工况优选设计参数提供了参考依据.

With Integrated Starter and Generator(ISG) as a auxiliary power source, batteries and battery control module and power manage module as a Load leveling Device (LLD), two prototype HEV separately equipped Manual Transmission (MT) and Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) was successfully developed.

    As the synthetic reflection of many characteristics' development in modernization process, urbanization indicates that the social structure, social relationship and economic relationship has changed deeply. The development of automobile industry has close relation to these changes of macroscopic environment. Based on the changes of environmental factors in urbanization process, this paper researches into how urbanization process affects the sales of automobile. It founds an indicator system of environment, which reflects the level of urbanization, makes correlate analysis between the environmental independent variables and the sales of different kinds of automobile to quantify the degree of effects. All in all, this paper provides an available basis to the research in basal characters and developmental trend of mini-automobile's consumption.

    Abstract:
    The current Natural Language Processing (NLP) means is chiefly grounded on the principle of language rules' description pattern, which lacks comprehensive semantic representation capability, and therefore it can not efficiently process the real texts in the layer of semantic meaning. This paper presents a semantic representation approach based on term connection samples. This method promotes the idea of describing fundamental language samples, and can analyze comprehensive semantic representations. So far it has been applied in project CAPC (Computer Aided Poetry Composing) funded by the Chinese Natural Science Foundation.

    Abstract:
    The algorithm about incremental generating decision function is built by modifying the definition of discernibility matrixes. So it is programmed effectively in the computer. The discernibility matrixes is not generated because the great quantity of data is fetched one after another. The lack of memory is solved by handing data in large database. The algorithm is adapted to the dynamic data and is able to deal with dynamic learning. The time of Data Ming decreases because of information reuse. At the same time, the question of learning about multi-classes is solved in essence by using the incremental generating decision function.

    On the present condition of fire control, we propose the fire intelligent monitor scheme based on Internet, which aims at urban fire in a large range. Then the overall structure and primary function modules of the system are discussed. Contrast with traditional fire-fighting mode, our system can identify and location fires automatically, shorten rescue time and increase operation efficiency through the application of intelligent fire identification and GIS.

    The circular polarization microstrip antenna is one kind of low cut plane antenna element . Researching circular polarization microstrip antenna property is very important in antenna design. And how to find the feed place is the key to design. Researching makes a detailedly analysing and expounding of the pentagon circular polarization microstrip antenna in view of the single ended side. The microstrip antenna realization means is introduced. The way to analyze polygon microstrip antennal is given, which is named finite cell. By adjusting the 5.6 GHz pentagon circular polarization microstrip antenna, we give out the circular polarization microstrip antenna design processing. The feed place is found with the right means. Adopting HFSS software to optimize the design , and carries on imitation , give out the right imitation result .

    Abstract:
    The security of stream cipher, which is known as one of the main cipher techniques, dependents completely on the quality of generated pseudo-stochastic sequences. Chaotic systems can produce the pseudo-stochastic sequences with the properties of excessive dependence on initial conditions and the difficulty in forecasting, therefore, these systems are suitable to the stream cipher. A new encryption algorithm is proposed by analyzing the principle of the chaos encryption algorithm based on logistic formula. Moreover, the security and performance of the proposed algorithm is also estimated. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate our method via the Visual C++.

    A design scheme using IEEE1394 serial interface to achieve communication between PC computer and DSP controller is introduced, which is used in real-time imitating for car-engine integrated controlling system. First, the rule of high speed IEEE1394 serial communication using TSB41BA3/TSB12LV01B interface is discussed. Further, the design scheme of software and hardware of communication sub-system is probed. The application effect is good in the car-engine integrated controlling system developed.

    Abstract:
    The molecular electronegativity-distance vector (MEDV)descriptors were used to characterize the chemical structure of 102 phenols. The MEDV descriptors were employed to establish the quantitative relationship models with respect to retention indices of gas chromatography (RIGC) for 102 compounds examined. The correlation coefficient of the ten-variables models obtained from multiple linear regression (MLR)is R=0.943 6, and that of the nine-variables model obtained from stepwise multiple regression (SMR)is R=0.943 6, the correlation coefficient value of in cross-validation by the leave-one-out procedure (LOO)is R_(CV)=0.844 8. The satisfactory results showed the constructed models were provided with excellent estimation stability and favorable predictive ability.

    The purification efficiency of trickling biofilter with waste gas subsection-inlet is numerically computed based on the capillary model. The studied trickling biofilters involve the one with several subsection-inlets but only one exit and another with several subsection-inlets and exits. The purification efficiency of the trickling biofilter with several subsection-inlets and one exit is lower than the traditional trickling biofilter with one inlet and exit under the same operational conditions. As the number of subsection-inlet increases, the purification efficiency decreases. For the trickling biofilter with several subsection-inlets and one exit, the number of subsection-inlet has very little influence on the purification efficiency that is very close to the purification efficiency of the trickling biofilter with one inlet and exit.

    This paper constructs a model of refrigerant thermodynamic properties calculation for simulation of refrigeration and air condition system based on the parametric equations of state of refrigerant. The Visual C++ 6.0 language is used to develop this model, which has a friendly user interface (UI). This program is easy to learn and use and it has reliably function. Compared with the data provided by the standard graphs and tables of refrigerant thermodynamic properties, the calculation results of this model have certain precision and meet the expectative requirements.

    Abstract:
    The main purpose of researching and designing(R&D) anticoagulant biomaterials is to find a polymer material which possesses some special properties, when it attatches to the blood or tissue of human body, it could not cause clotting, thrombus or inflammation. The properties of anticoagulant biomaterials mentioned is correlated with its surface property. So, the surface property of anticoagulant biomaterials need to be characterized. Seven general surface analysis methods and one novel nuclear method which are used to characterize anticoagulant biomaterials are summarized. The typical references for the application are listed to introduce the theory,advantage and disadvantage of each method. At last it is pointed out that only making full use of these methods can we comprehensively know the surface structure of anticoagulant biomaterials, and then use these information to guide our research.

    Abstract:
    This article has investigated the principle and method of smelting CuMn35 master alloy by fusion alloying. And some questions about deoxidation and removal of hydrogen has been discussed. We have found the best process conditions after a series of orthogonal experiments and obtained uniform components by chilling technique. Elsewhere, we use carbon and cryolite as covering agent and refining agent to reduce oxide inclusion greatly and improve the surface texture and the yield of copper and manganese, attained 99.99% and 99.31% respectively. The results of the experiment show that the process is advisable.

    ZnO is formed in the course of directed nitriding with Al-Zn alloy, and that the effect of zinc and magnesium on the directed nitriding process is big different. The long fibers which diameter are far less than one micrometer, short bar-like and tetrapod-like zinc oxide is obtained. The three important stages of initial growth kinetic of ZnO approving ZnO have growth mechanism of VS, they are stage of accelerating, linear and parabola, are discovered. Experimental results show that the volatilization of zinc play a very important role in the growth of ZnO,the growth of ZnO is controlled by the diffusion of zinc in the Al-Zn alloy , and the morphologies of ZnO is depend on the saturation level of the vapour.

    ZnO:Al薄膜是一种N型宽带隙半导体材料,由于其大的载流子浓度和光学禁带宽度而表现出优良的光电特性.采用射频磁控溅射工艺,在室温下用氧化锌铝陶瓷靶(3wt%Al2O3)溅射沉积透明导电ZnO:Al薄膜,研究了各工艺参数,如氧流量、工作气压和射频功率对其光电特性的影响.实验结果表明:通氧量与靶材中含氧比例存在紧密联系,本实验在氧流量为0 sccm,射频功率400 W,Ar气为0.7 Pa,溅射时间为2.5 h的条件下,制备的ZAO薄膜最小方块电阻为65Ω/□,薄膜表面略显黄色.

    The casting technology of 7050 alloy bilits is researched. that are used to produce slabs for air materials.Because the composition of 7050 alloy is very complex,the Cu and Zn elements contents are higher and Fe and Si impurity elements contents are controlled lower, at the same time ,the specification and the width-thickness ratio are large ,all of above result the tremendous crack trend when casting and bad casting formation performance . The formation performance of 7050 alloy has been improved and qualified billits are obtained by optimizing the composition of 7050 alloy, including raising Fe/Si ratio and Zn/Mg ratio ,reducing Cu content and adopting the joint refinement with block and silk shaped Al-5Ti-1B.

Especially, the secondary moment will governing the modulation when the relative height of equivalent compression zone is large enough.

    The heat transfer of steel fluid in continuous casting mould is a stable process and can be depicted with three-dimensional stable heat conduction equation depending on tension speed. The corresponding finite element equation, including the first, second and third boundary conditions, is deduced out with Galerkin residual method. The coded FEM program is used to analyze the temperature distribution of Q235 steel in continuous billet casting mould. The method proposed is a foundation of thermo-mechanical coupled analysis for the formation of solidified shells and stress in the shells in continuous casting.

    Though the feed forward neural network based on GaussNewton algorithm and its derivation will converge with order two, it is only effective toward little residual problem. In order to solve the little and large residual problems at the same time, NL2SOL algorithm is introduced and combined with the GaussNewton algorithm so as to form a feed forward neural network based on GaussNewton-NL2SOL algorithm. The application shows that this neural network can solve the residual problem properly and the convergence and stability of it performs well.

By the game model, we analyze the game process and equilibrium between the hospital and patient under the condition of asymmetric information. The analyzing result suggest that asymmetric information in the medical market is harmful to the patient's benefit and the development of the medical market. Customer-orientation degree is a very important index for evaluating the condition of running and management. the principles of choosing index is completion, deputation, division, avail, correlation, economy and manipulation. According to the principles, An index system for synthetical evaluating customer-orientation degree is suggested. 28 indexes are measured off 4 parts that include the degree of understanding the customer-orientation strategy, the delicacy degree of responding, the degree of measuring implement and the degree of fulfillment. Finally, a two-layer fuzzy synthetical evaluation method is presented.

    Abstract:
    Through the equation of balance sheet between assessment and debt, this paper reformulates the function with two stochastic process of credit risk and interest rate risk under the full consideration of the profile of the losses of bad debts of the commercial banks, deduces the function of loan rate under the maximum utility of profit margin of commercial banks. The Beyer's estimation is used to analyse the changes of the loan rate when the extent of the risk averse of commercial banks. The risk averse extent is raised from the Arrow-Pratt risk averse to Ross risk averse. It is pointed out that the more risk averse of a commercial bank, the even higher the interest rate the bank charges to its borrower.

    Abstract:
    On the basis of comparative analyses of the capital-market oriented and the bank oriented financial systems in the world, thispaper discusses the specialties of our country's financial system. Under this background, this paper builds an equilibrium model to explain the financial behaviors of firms in soft-budget constraint,the research results show that the soft-budget constraint is the main cause that leads to excessive loans .Because the different targets of governmentand firm, it's hard to optimize the firm's financial behaviors only by banking credit mechanisms, therefore, it is necessary to reduce the soft-budget constraint and establish effective incentive mechanisms of state-owned banks.

    This paper first makes behavioral analysis of principle parts of engineering project, then analyzes shirking problems of the two agents and some problems among principal parts based on principal-agent theory. We establish an orientation about the principal-agent relationship among principal parts according to the reality in our country. aimingto establish an effective incentive mechanism. We find it effective to stimulate the agents and prevent the agents from coalition. At last we give an example to show its use.

    This paper investigates the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance in Chinese electronic enterprises systematically, using ROA as the dependent variable while ownership concentration and structure as the explanatory variables. The empirical results show that:Chinese electronic enterprises' strength is not balanced and their ownership structure is very concentrated. Each of state ownership,legal person ownership and individual ownership has no significant effect on firm performance.

    The structural defects of the heart are often reflected in the sounds that heart produces. Because of the non-stationary of the PCG signal, it is important to maintain its time-frequency character. We discuss the Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) method and the wavelet method. Some normal and abnormal heart sounds were analyzed by these methods. We can see the advantage and disadvantage of them obviously from the examples.

    Abstract:
    利用热释电红外焦平面阵列(IRFPA)进行红外成像是非制冷红外成像的主要技术途径之一,虚拟仪器技术的应用对新型器件的研制起到了积极的推动作用.采用基于虚拟仪器技术的IRFPA读出电路(ROIC)的参数测试系统,对新研制的128×128热释电ROIC进行了测试,获得了不同IC硅圆片上的ROIC芯片的主要参数,其中直流放大倍数Gdc≈10×,不均匀性NU<4.5%,动态范围Dr>64dB.测试系统具有良好的扩展性,为获得清楚的128×128热释电红外热像提供了技术支持.
