    Abstract:
    The calculative precision of the cutting breadth has a significant effect on the machining precision and the machining efficiency for free-form surface machining. For traditional arithmetic, there are two oppositional approaches to calculate the path interval. One approach is very simple, but its veracity is not enough for complex surface. The other approach is very complicated, so its calculative efficiency is low. A new approach is presented to calculate the path interval. A spline of circle is adopted to approach the transversal of surface. Then the arithmetic based on the spline is proposed to calculate the path interval. In the proposed methodology, the calculative efficiency is fully improved on the condition of meeting the need of machining precision. Furthermore, the algorithm's time needed by calculating path interval is steady. So it is suitable for periodic interpolation. Two study cases verify the applicability of this new approach of Constant Scallop-height tool-path planning.

    研制了一种新型的诊断0.2~2nm的激光等离子体X射线的聚焦型椭圆弯晶谱仪,根据椭圆光学自聚焦原理给出了弯晶谱仪的结构设计方案,创造性的提出了利用激光测距仪完成瞄准和测距两个功能的瞄准对中关键技术.通过在上海"神光Ⅱ"靶室上的装调及打靶实验,利用X-CCD成功的获取了谱线的图像,数据分析的结果证明实测谱线波长与理论值吻合.

    Abstract:
    The dimension of nano-particles is close to the dimension of colloid particles. The dispersion system of nano-particles is colloid. The sedimentation rate of nano-particles dispersed in water is calculated, and it is shown that the sedimentation rate is very slow and the nano colloids have high stability on dynamics. Those conclusions are approved by tests. The influence of electric characters of the colloid and macromolecule was introduced. The results of the study maybe out of the image of most people and are useful to change their attitude of the kinetics stability of real nano particles colloid.

    Abstract:
    某公司外滤式真空过滤机在工作过程中真空度不稳定,达不到生产工艺要求的大小,导致过滤后的精矿含水份量过高.作者分析了产生这种现象的原因,在不改变原真空过滤系统配置的情况下,通过改变射流泵的结构,采用环状射流取代现有的多喷嘴聚焦射流等途径,使工作真空度提高了近50%,脱水率由原来的11%提高到10%以下.取得了较好的经济效益.

    The computer monitor and control system for hydropower station is always a structure system of laminate distribution and open style. The system can adjudge active power and inactive power of water turbine according to the requirement. The operators in active-control level give the value of active power and inactive power for water turbine by computer workstation. PLC of LCU run the power control procedure by net communication in order to realize power adjust. The power adjust of water turbine mainly by speed control system and magnetization system. The 2-D Fuzzy PID Control Model is proposed in order to carry out power adjust of water turbine . In this new method the parameter of PID can self-neaten on line according to power deviation and power deviation rate. By means of this procedure the machine unit can obtain given power value rapidly, exactly and stably. It can make the power adjust of monitor and control system obtain good control characteristic and robust, and it is benefit to extend the work life of machine unit.

    Abstract:
    The issue of exponential stability for TS-model-based fuzzy chaotic control systems with constant or time-varying delays is investigated. A linear-feedback fuzzy controller is designed using parallel dispersal compensation technique for a large class of chaotic control systems. By means of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach in combination of the linear matrix inequality and differential inequality techniques, the criteria for exponential stability of the TS-model-based fuzzy controller are derived, and the corresponding control laws are presented. The results are easy to be calculated numerically because of the linear matrix inequalities representation.

    Abstract:
    The prediction of network traffic flow is a problem of great significance in the research work of resource allocation and congestion control. Based on this accurate prediction, the scheme of resource allocation and control can easily adapt to dynamic variations of incoming traffic flow. So the goal of optimal network performance is achieved. There are many sorts of traffic flow of self-similarity characteristics in high-speed network, and some research work has showed this self-similarity keeps in close contact with the attractor of chaos system. A rate prediction of self-similar traffic sources in high-speed network is proposed as well as the maximum of predictable time by applying the technology of phase space reconstruction about chaotic time series. This method has a simple prediction mode, and the result of simulations indicates it also has highly accurate results.

    How to remove the background , to eliminate the misdetection caused by vehicle changes road or it covers the detection window of the road detected partly, is a big problem to be handled in vehicle detection system.This paper presents an improved frame-difference method based on Video,and describes how to detect and count vehicles in detecting zone dynamically.With this method, we can count the vehicles passing by accurately, collect the traffic flow of each roadway reliably.We provide real-time traffic parameters for the ITS.

    Abstract:
    To construct data warehouse with heterogeneous, self-governing and distributed database system is a challenge. Two problems have to be solved: one is how to collect data from heterogeneous data sources by an effective method, the other is how to clear up and change the format of the data collected from data sources. The opening and the interact-operation property of Web Services is Analyzed. A Data Collection System based on Web Services, which communicates with heterogeneous data sources with SOAP and HTTP, has been designed. A Data Collector is introduced to clear up and to transform data with composition technology. The pivotal XML technology of transforming and loading up the data are discussed.

    Abstract:
    采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枳实与枳壳挥发油,用GC-MS对其成分进行定性、定量对比分析.鉴定出枳实挥发油成分中的15个化合物,占提取所得挥发油总量的93.81%.主要成分为柠檬烯(41.20%)、芳樟醇 (26.10%)、异松香烯 (7.32%)、1,3,3-三甲基-2-乙烯基-环己烯 (5.56%).鉴定出枳壳挥发油成分中的51个化合物,占提取所得挥发油总量的99.87%,主要成分为柠檬烯 (40.90%)、芳樟醇 (13.13%)、2-十一烷酮 (10.80%)、γ-松油烯 (8.66%).研究结果表明枳实与枳壳挥发油的化学成分大部分相似,柠檬烯是枳实、枳壳具有理气作用的物质基础.

    Abstract:
    Support vector machines based on positive feedback are put forward with the analysis of both advantages and disadvantages of current support vector machines based on Gaussian kernel function(including support vector machines based on K-nearest neighbors) and the essence why support vector machines is capable of describing data sets'distribution characteristics, thus the rigor constraint is overcome that maintains "corresponding parameters ofkernel function support vectors should be equal". The learning algorithm of support vector machines based on positive feedback is given. Simulation experiments of artificialand real data proves that support vector machines based on positive feedback is be obviously superior to current ones in its generation capabilities. Though, only the support vector machines based on positive feedback for pattern recognition is discussed, the idea included in support vector machines based on positive feedback is using kernel functions with different corresponding parameters to construct support vector machines, and is adaptive to other types support vector machines.

    Abstract:
    In-beaker flocculation experiments are performed on the treatment of thick organic wastewater from sodium glutamate production. The effects of different flocculantand its dosage, pH value, and the effects of the composition between the inorganic polymer flocculants and the organic polymer flocculants are investigated.The best flocculation effect is achieved by adopting an inorganic polymeric flocculant PFSS(self-made). Under the condition of pH value within (7.5) to 8.5, the optimum dosage of PFSS is 20 mg/L, the COD_(cr)removal ratio was 68%, and the turbidity removal efficiency was over 89.7%. While, the organic polymer flocculants can synergistic coagulation effects when it is compounded with PFSS. The results demonstrate that the application of such flocculation technology to the pretreatment of thick effluent from sodium glutamate production is effective and economic.

    By properties of a real function, fixed points problem on two complete metric spaces are discussed.The result generalizes corresponding result of Fisher.Moreover, this result provides a general convergence rate estimate. Meanwhile, we discuss the existence of fixed point on two normed linear spaces under the condition of weak topology, and we obtain a new fixed point theorem.

    A method of preparing the spinel LiV_(x)Mn_(2-x)O_(4) with liquid phaseis introduced at a low temperature. With cyclic voltammogram and discharge-charge tests at content current, we find that the doped vanadium leads to the spinel structure more stable, the reversible behaviors of LiV_(x)Mn_(2-x)O_(4)is improved, and the capacity fade on cycling is reduced.The cycle life of the battery based on LiV_(x)Mn_(2-x)O_(4)is also found improved.

    While design the fuzzy controller, it is very important to determine the membership function of fuzzy variables.The data can be broadly classified as fuzzy sets by using the classification property of the BP neural network. The author selects a BP neural network with one hide layer and uses S function to the input and hide layer, and linear function to the output layer.Advanced BP algorithm isused to train the BP neural network in the environment of MATLAB . The nearer to the target values is the better the last output is.With the trained BP network , the membership values of the inputs can be got ten. This method has high rate and low error.

    To solve potential scheduling problems in production after renewal of continuous casting process in Vanadium-extracting and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation (PISCO), how to model and simulate logistics system in steel-making processhas been discussed. A series of simulatingtests for logistics system in steel-making processhave been conducted based on inputs of presentsteel-making processof PISCO. In the tests, cases of regular schedule case and cases with repairing converter have also been regarded as essential simulation condition. It has been shown that three casters can not start at same time in order to ensure continuous hot metal supply for casters when three kinds of steel are made. It has also been shown that the simulation system for logistics system in steel-making processis valid and can be used for simulating logisticsin upcoming 100% continuous casting process of PISCO. The better schedule scheme of production and reasonable match of converter-caster in time and capacity can be achieved with the help of using simulation approach.

    The application of non-linear load produces a mass of harmonics. The AC voltage meter and the AC current meter used in power system are usually rectifying instruments, which adopt principle of responding to the average value of voltage and current and get the virtual value by using of the proportion between the average value and it. Because they are designed based on the 50 Hz standard sinuous wave, the principle error will occur when the voltageof power system and the current of loads include harmonic. Based on their working principle, this kind of error is analyzed quantificationally. And the result shows that it can not be neglected. The voltage and current meters with real virtual value are proposed.

    Contingency analysis is thekey computational issue in power system steady state security analysis and reliability calculations. This task requires a large amount of CPU time. In order to reduce effectively requirements of computationin outagesimulation ofbulk power system,a functioned link neural network (FLNN) classified model and algorithm employed to identify contingencies is presented. For the sake of gaining post-accident information of system states, a group of performance index (PI) is designed according to the performance characters relative to the changes of base case.Moreover, a neural network classifieris constructed. A varietyof the effects of PI and combinations of PI on the proposed classifieris discussed. That branch flow performance indices are better than the others is explanted. The resultsof classification by applied the FLNNclassifierto the IEEE-RTS24 show that it not only make network and algorithmsimpler, but also improvethe speed and accurate of contingency analysis.

    Abstract:
    The production theory and the production process of MnN by solid-nitration process with manganese power is introduced. In order to obtain MnN, manganese power has been nitrided by pure nitrogen at high temperature in pipe-type-oven at lab. Suitable nitration technical parameters, such as manganese power size, nitriding temperature and nitriding time have been gotten by a series of experiments. MnN production that nitrogen content is 6.94% has been obtained. In addition, three alloys composed manganese nitrogen (Mn_(3)N_(2), Mn_(2)N,Mn_(4)N) have been obtained and their distributions are observed by the way of XRD and SEM.

    Abstract:
    In machine cutting, the replacement of traditionalKGcutting solution with cryogenical cold air jet not only possesses a good cooling and lubricating efficiency, but also can avoid the occurrenceof environmental pollution. In order to clarify the manner and performance of discharged cutting chip under cryogenical cold air jet condition, an experiment was carried out for steel grade 45 in the dry and cryogenical cold air jet cutting comparatively. The effects of cryogenical cold air jet on the breaking of cutting chip are discussed. Experimental results reveal that, in the valid ranges of pressure and temperature, the cryogenical cold air jet can widen the chip broken region effectively. Different insufflating angle of cold air behaves different influence on the chip-break. From the experiment, it has been gained that the optimized jet insufflatingangle, temperature effecting range and pressure working range of cold air, which provides the foundation of industrial manufacturing.

    The paper introduces an example and its running data of applying conditioning-controlling water-water ejector heating unit developed by the author in heating system. It proves that: the hydraulic stability of the system is very good. When heating medium of heat source and heat consumer are respective high-temperature water and low-temperature water, the hydraulic stability of the heating system is close to 1; when the flow of any consumer of heating network changes, the flow and heating quality of other consumers are almost unchanged.

    Abstract:
    Using pure tungsten as target, WO_(x)films were deposited on ITOglass substrate by DC reactive magnetron sputtering. Through the XRD and STM methods, its crystal structure and surface microstructureare analyzed, and the relations between electrochromic properties and microstructure are discussed. The experimental results show that either in the colored or in the bleached state WO_(x)film deposited by magnetron sputtering method in such a condition is amorphous, as well as it is in the deposited state. The electrochromic action makes the color of the film change reversibly, and consequentiallyalso makes the microstructure change reversibly. The injection or extraction of Li~(+)does not make the basic structure of WO_(x)film change greatly, but makes the surface appearancedifferent, as a result, the accumulatemode of radical clusters tends to be more regular and low-energy mode.

    By using the method of characteristics, a shock fitting schemes for computation of gas dynamics is proposed and used to simulate the 1-D unsteady open channel flow of sudden dam break. The calculation results are compared with analytic solutions. It is demonstrated that high accuracy, good stability are obtained and good shock-capturing ability is shown.

    Geometry of port-combustion chamber has an important effect on the performance of gasoline engines. Methods and approaches in reverse engineering are introduced into surface reconstruction and modification of a port-combustion chamber structure. Free-form surfaces of the port-combustion chamber structure for a gasoline engine with 4-valves and dual-ball type combustion chamber are successfully reconstructed in the reverse way through data processing, surface modeling, surface verifying, surface re-modeling and smooth evaluating etc., based on laser-scanned point cloud data of a sample work piece. It lays a foundation for imitation innovation of gasoline engine by changing the local structural characteristics and dimensions of a prototype model.

    Abstract:
    Once the water level of the reservoir of the Three Gorges rises above 175 m, Yangtz River in Kaixian County will be changed into a lake-like reservoir which will be rare in the Three Gorges areas, and water pollution would be seriously deteriorated. In order to testify whether water quality meets the requirements of the function divisions, two-dimension water dynamics quality model and homogeneous-mixed water quality model are used to simulate polluted water disposal of Kaixian County before and after sewage purification. The analysis indicates that sewage disposal without any pretreatment will cause serious and continuous pollution; while sewage disposal after purificaiton up to standard, there are two kinds of results: in abundant and normal period , the water quality improves obviously, the water quality can meet the function of river area, but in dry seasons, the water quality improvement is not so effective, and still exceeds the control standard of the water function. To guarantee water quality of Xiaojiang River, it is proposed that, first, sewage treatment plant should run normally and continuously; second, other measures must be added to control sewage discharges in dry season.

    Abstract:
    Currently,the activated sludge models in which the ASM of IWA(International Water Association) have been widely used in the design rebuild and operation of the waste water treatment plant and the development of new technic. By analyzed the composition of water and modified the paramters of ASM2, we use ASM2 to simulate the removing of COD nitrogen and phospherus in the sprial up-flow reacto(SUFR) system. The result indicates that the simulation value tally the fact on the whole. It shows that the ASM2 can primely reflect the change of COD nitrogen and phospherus in SUFR system. When the operational paramters have been changed, the model will be an effective forecast platform.

    Abstract:
    Current online auction modes are all non real-time and have many defects. They are centered on auctioneers, forming star shaped information communication mode among auctioneers and bidders, and are actually the computerization of traditional auction mode. The power of Internet has not been fully utilized. In order to solve these problems, a real-time online auction mode is put forward. In this mode, bidders and auctioneers have peer-to-peer status, forming netlike information communication mode between two sides. The characteristics of real-time online auction are analyzed. The application of Multicast technology in real-time online auction and how to lighten the burden of bidders and auctioneers by intelligent Agent technology are elaborated. Finally, the application effect of real-time online auction is verified through an experimental system.

    Abstract:
    Trust is the most basic operation mechanism. From the embedded visual angle, the cooperation relation is considered as the inter-continuation.The trust relation in virtual enterprise is embedded in the network of social relation and will evolve dynamically. The interaction between partners, which is composed of information communion and learning, plays an important role in the creation mechanism of VE's trust . Firstly, this article starts with the time dimension of cooperation relation in VE, compartmentalizes the trust relation of VE as two parts: initial trust and continuous trust. Secondly, it argues that the prior experience of cooperation, reputation and commitment can affect the initial trust obviously, accordingly, the life cycle of VE, opportunism, interdependence and the distance of culture and geographic distribution can determine the generation and development of the continuous trust. Finally, it develops a dynamic process model based on information communion and learning, which perfects Nielsen's static conception model.

    According to Coase and Alchian's definition ,the corporation is a contract consisting of variety essential factors.The essential factors of the firm can be separated into human capital and non-human capical. The owner of the factors will be confronted with rearrangement of the property rights when forming a contract. At the same time, the firm is a special contract which different from other short-term contract. Therefore, its property rights arrangement is dynamic and its surplus distribution is dynamic ,too. By analyzing the arrangement process of the property rights and surplus, the paper draws a conclusion about distribution equilibrium.

    This paper studied how the auction processis influenced by bankruptcy probability, bankruptcy cost, and the corporatetax rate. The study found thatthe bidding price of the management is negatively associated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and positivelyassociated with the corporate tax. However, the expected profit of the outside investor is positivelyassociated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and negatively associated with the corporate tax. When the bankruptcy cost and probabilityis high enough, the acquisition market would be totally inefficient.

    Adopting organizational mode of networked manufacturing platform is an effective way of improving enterprise's condition to implement networked manufacturing. This kind of mode can make the architecture of enterprise collaborative work change from complex network architecture to a simple linear architecture. Based on the organizational mode, a Multi-mode running architecture of networked manufacturing platform was proposed in this paper. The Multi-mode can make networked manufacturing platform to fit different requirement of enterprises and industry. Integrated technology and related standardization technology were studied on the basis of this Multi-mode architecture.     Abstract:
    The author analyses the advantages and disadvantages of common indirect regulation pricing methods of public utility goods. It is pointed out that it results in high trade-cost and A-J effect binging in an excess of investment when capital yield method be used. It is not reasonable enough in setting PRI-X of PRI-X pricing method. An integrated indirect regulation pricing method is put forward which is to form a two-tier incentive mechanics both in expanding producing ability and improving efficiency. In initial stages of new public project, capital yield method should be used in order to activate investment motive. Upper-limit pricing method should be used in anaphase in order to improve the producing efficiency.
