    Abstract:
    The iterative Lanczos-reduce method for sensitivity analysis, the Guyan condensed method and the iterative synchronous vector methods in finite element modal are studied in order to solve the dynamic characteristic of complicated machine system. The primary reasons influenced on calculation precision are pointed out. The principia of master freedom for Guyan condensed method are put forward. The calculation precision of three methods is compared with the same standard finite element model. The iterative Lanczos-reduce method for sensitivity analysis is proved to be optimum analysis and the eigenvalue of arm in work device of hydraulic excavator in finite element model is solved with iterative Lanczos-reduce method for sensitivity analysis. The theory basis is provided for reasonable choose to solve the dynamic of complicated machine structure.

    Abstract:
    The objective of decision-making of Networked Cooperative Product Development is analyzed. The objective system of decision-making is proposed, which is constituted of six decision-making factors including T (time), Q(quality), C(cost), R(resources), S(security and secrecy) and K(knowledge). Basing this objective system, the TQCRSK decision-making model is constructed. Finally, a case study in which a practical decision-making problem in an application of Networked Cooperative Product Development is analyzed and solved successfully with the model shows the TQCRSK model is practical.

    "一步法"高纯碳酸锶制备工艺主要包括还原、浸取、纯化、沉淀4个关键环节.通过对高纯碳酸锶制备过程的中间工艺环节--SrS浸取过程进行试验研究,主要研究该过程中S2-的行为分析及其影响因素.结果表明:在浸取过程中,随着浸取温度的升高和pH值的降低,锶的收得率升高,但是却导致SrS的水解和H2S气体的溢出;SrS的最佳浸取温度范围为80~85℃.

    Abstract:
    The intensity and efficiency are two centrally technical indicator of the firewall. The function of state checking of network's fire wall is to check the coming data pack, to judge if those connected entities are accordant with the rule of TCP/IP exchange. Attacks of DoS/DDoS send large numbers of short data packs to firewall in a short time. Those attacks may make firewall's iptables overflow and refuse new connection. The traditional solutions often increase the burden of the firewall. This paper puts a new temporary way to solution this problem in emergent state.

    Abstract:
    The principles of image monitoring system for bridge's deformation is proposed. Based on linear system theory, the whole system comprises linear shift-invariant system composed of atmosphere, optical sub-system and camera. The modulation transfer function of each component is analyzed, especially for the atmosphere. For a special system, modulation transfer functions on different weather condition such as sunny, cloudy, rainy and fogy weather are analyzed.

The product's welding quality meets the design standard. The high productivity and profit are obtained with the new welding methods. The labor intensity of welding is reduced also.

    Abstract:
    The powertrain of a new type of zero emission electric vehicle is researched, which powered primarily by air-breathing proton exchange membrane (PEM )fuel cells with gaseous hydrogen as fuel,and with Lead-acid battery as assistant power.The fuel cell system provides power for the vehicle while the vehicle travel at a cruising speed,and the exceed power will charge for battery.The fuel cell and the battery system will together provide power to the vehicle during periods of peak power demand such as vehicle acceleration or traveling at a high constant speed.At the same time, the powertrain parameter of this fuel cell vehicle are matched reasonably.At last, the dynamic of an electric vehicle is simulated, and the result shows that the dynamic performance perfectly meets the need of the design target.

    In viewpoint of the fourth strength theory, the authors derive a theoretic formula for calculating the optimal radius of elastic-plastic juncation in auto-ferttaged thick-wall cylindric pressure vessel, then derive a theoretic formula of the allowable maximal operating pressure for the pressure vessel with autoferttaged. In the end, the authors propose a restrictive prerequisite of maximum operating perssure for engineering.

    Abstract:
    The basic characteristic of electric field is that the substance in the field is in operation by the stress. Under steep pulsed electric fields, there is strong distribution of electric fields on the inside and outside surfaces of cell membrane. In virtue of the difference of the permittivity among membrane, cytoplasm and extracellular medium, there must be the electric field stress on the surface of the membrane. The calculation results showe that cell membrane is stressed from two directions of cytoplasm and extracellular medium under external electric fields. The stress on tumor cell membrane is greatly larger than normal cell membrane, so the tumor cell is more sensitive than normal cell. Tumor cell membrane certainly will be destroyed by electric field stress, then its survival environment and germ plasm will be injured and accordingly the cell will be damaged.

    Abstract:
    In order to decrease the consumption of the limited bandwidth resource and the electronic power of mobile battery, fixed paging area strategy is adopted in most mobile communication networks currently. Although its application is very simple, it cannot reach the best performance. In allusion to this problem, we introduce four kinds of improved mobile paging strategies, and analyze their concrete implementation methods briefly. Their performances are compared with fixed paging area strategy. Moreover, the benefits,the drawbacks and the range of application of each scheme are pointed out for future study.

    Abstract:
    It emphasizes human-centered and robot collaborating with human when robot is employed in dynamic, unstructured environments or those tasks which can not be fulfilled without human. To achieve constancy interaction, WearComp-based interface devices should be adopted. This paper analyzes and compares the status quo of multiple output modalities, interfaces and devices including display, sound, vibration, tactile and force, and sums up the character and limitation of multiple WearComp-based output technologies and devices and the methods to avoid it. To prevent VR from shielding local environment and monopolizing the bandwidth of transmission and the resources of WearComp-based output devices, AR should be introduced to enhance human awareness of local environment with filtrated information of tele-environmental and tele-robot.

    Abstract:
    In order to reduce quench deformed of car gear, a new kind of microdistortion gear steel is developed and its fine microstructure is discussed by SEM. The results show that the tested steel can obtain carbide free bainitic ferritic laths with fine microstructure under air-cooling condition. The bainitic ferritic laths, sublaths and subunits are surrounded by retained austenite, which can insure the gear steel possesses high strength and toughness, the impact toughness has increased remarkably. The good mechanical performance of the steel can meet the service demands of the gear.

    Abstract:
    采用均匀试验设计方法,讨论了木聚糖酶在苎麻脱胶过程中,温度、pH值和酶浓度对其酶活力的影响.通过回归分析,得到回归方程和最适酶作用条件:当pH=9.0,酶液=51 mL(即生苎麻/g∶酶液/mL=1∶17),温度=50 ℃时,Y即残胶率是17.629%.经过微量稀碱处理后,残胶率下降到2%左右,达到纺织工业的要求.

    Abstract:
    Effects of hemorheology on pathogenesis and key role endotoxin playing in endotoxaemia as well as Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) have been discussed. The close relationship between endotoxin in blood and hemorheological characteristics has been discovered through discovering hemorheology in endotoxamia. There is no effctive medication for endotoxaemia in clinical application. Hemoperfusion with Polymyixin B immobilized polystyrene microbeads can remove endotoxin of blood and improve hemorheology. Thus, polymyxin B immobilized polystyrene microbeads have a bright future in emergency trearment.

    The main synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTS) on a large scale and in higher purity is investigated. To analyse the characteristic of different synthesis and the major parameters whose variety influence the product. The kinds and ratio of carbon source and catalyst influence the preparation of SWCNTS obviously.The factors such as current and voltage,the kind of inert gases and pressure and the cooling rate of electrodes play important roles in synthesis of SWCNTS by arc discharges. The intensity of laser bean,environmental temperature,the kind and the velocity of flow of catalyst and the frequency and interval of impulse act important parts in SWCNTS produced by laser evaporation. The flow rate of carbon resource, the grain sizes of catalyst,reaction temperature,the gases pressure and flux and matrix materials etc play key parts in SWCNTS synthesized by chemical vapor deposition.

    Abstract:
    A novel coronavirus has been identified as the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The viral main proteinase (M~(pro), also called 3CL~(pro)), controlling the activities of the coronavirus replication complex, represents an attractive target for therapy. A homology model for SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV) M~(pro), which is based on crystal structures for human coronavirus (strain 229E) M~(pro) and for an inhibitor complex of porcine coronavirus (transmissible gastroenteritis virus, TGEV) M~(pro) are reviewed. The structures reveal a remarkable degree of conservation of the substrate-binding sites, which is further supported by recombinant SARS-CoV M~(pro)-mediated cleavage of a TGEV M~(pro) substrate. Molecular modeling suggests that available rhinovirus 3C~(pro) inhibitors may be modified to make them useful for SARS therapy.

    Abstract:
    Cu is used as the mesosphere material in the experiment, and the diffusion-bonding experiment of Be/Cu/HR-1 stainless steel is made on the Greeble1500 hot stimulation test-machine. The interface characteristics of the diffusion bonding are studied by means of the Scanning Electron-Microscope, the X-ray Diffraction and the HV-1000 Micro-hardness Tester. The results show that Cu can countercheck the mutual diffusion between Be and Fe, as well as the diffusion of Ni and Cr from the stainless steel to Be, resultingly, restrain the formation of the intermetallic compounds among them, but the Be_(2)Cu is formed because of diffusion of Cu, and the intermetallic compounds is firstly formed along grain boundry and distributed as net-like, and the diffusion of elements is made along the grain boundry and their diffusion is non-uniform, and also does not form the layer of the single intermetallic compound. The fracture of the sample lies at the Be/Cu interface area.

    The steady flow in the catalytic converters of CNG was simulated. The gas can breakaway in the entering pipe and the flow of the gas can convergence well in the exhaust pipe. The flow distributing mainly depends on the flow capability of the expanding pipe. The pressure falls apparently in the carrier of catalytic converters. The noble metals in the center of the catalytic converters are consumed more quickly than the edge zone.

    The reliability and reality of load historical data is the foundation of load forecasting.But,the impact load in running power system,and the disturb data in collecting load data through the SCADA may cause much fault data in load historical data. Focusing on solving this problem, a method through adjusting amplitade of its wavele modulus maxima and processing the wavelet decomposed detail signal by soft threshold based on wavelet analysis and singularity theory, then fault date can be eliminated,so that,the real historical imformation and regulation data can be gained by load forecasting.

    In the smart bar-beam structure with piezoelectric strain actuator active control function to vibration, the thickness effect of paste layer is considered and strain is assumed linear distribution along the thickness direction of each layer. The piezoelectric actuator point force model of Crawley and Luis is refined, a more general point force model is established to the smart beam with strain actuator. Point force model calculation formula is educed to smart beam with two-side symmetry paste actuator or one-side paste actuator. The computer simulation is done and the result reveals modified point model is right. The modified model is more common, as is important to design piezoelectric smart structure.

    Abstract:
    Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm is dynamic cluster algorithm whose result often is local optimal decision. There often exists insignificant clustering in the result of Fuzzy c-means algorithm when traditional union, Intersection and inclusion work in fuzzy set. Our research indicates there are no insignificant clustering in the result of Fuzzy c-means algorithm over genetic algorithm and partial optimal solution can be avoided with this algorithm to a certain extent. The coding, select, corresponding crossover and mutation operators are designed. Finally we compared the performance of GFCM and FCM with testing data. Results show that the performance of GFCM is far better than FCM.

    The MEDV descriptor used to characterize the 55 alcohols is employed to establish the quantitative structure-retention relationship between the vector and its chromatography retention indices.By means of alternative tests of MLR and SMR,establish the Quatitative structure-retention relationship(QSRR) within the vector of molecular electronegativity distance and the gas chromatography of 55 compounds.The correlation coefficient of the ten-variable models obtained from MLR is 0.995 0,and that of the 7-variable model obtained from SMR is 0.989 6, The value of R_(CV) in LOO is (0.970 0). The results show the constructed models are provided with estimation stability and favorable predictive ability.

    A new adsorption purification process of curcuma oil are obtained with the ginger residue. Effective factors on the produce ratio of curcuma have been studied. Antioxidant potential and reduction property of curcuma oil have been researched. The results show that the production ratio and properties of the curcuma oil is similar to that with CO_(2) exceeded critical extraction method. The process is simple in operation, and its cost is low. There is reductive carbonyl group in curcuma oil. Curcuma oil has a function of antioxidation.

    对一典型单层大跨度预应力混凝土住宅结构体系进行了结构的有限元计算分析,结果表明:预应力的施加较好地改善了楼板的受力状态,明显减小了楼板挠度,有效控制了裂缝的出现.板上施加预应力对梁、柱产生了有别于一般预应力框架结构的影响,总体偏于不利.由于板跨较大,竖向荷载使梁截面承受的扭矩较大.一字形边柱其两主轴方向抗侧刚度相差较大.

    It provides several typical mega plane frame designs on condition that the variables are the combination of varying amplification factors of moment at bottom sections of ground floor columns of the minor frame on the major beams. The elastic-plastic dynamic analysis program Drain-2d+ of the plane structure is used to get elastic-plastic time-history analysis for each typical mega frame under the action of seism. The autuors obtain the information of the mechanical transmutation characteristics, the emergency of the plastic hinge and the weak point of the whole structure under the action of seism, from which the correct thinking of how to obtain the design value of amplification factors of moments at bottom sections of ground floor columns of the minor frame on the major beams is found. The reasonable design values are recommended in order to provide some suggestions for the design of the reinforced concrete mega-frame structure.

It describes their basic characteristics. It discusses controlling procedure of design variation and construction variation raised by contractor. In the end, controlling principles on civil engineering variations are put forward, such as double-effect principle, encouraging principle, layer and class principle and value principle.

    The listed companies have strong motivation earnings management beforerights issue (RI) in order to achieve the qualification of equity refinancing. After dealed with a positive study on earnings management of RI in 242 Chinese list companies, it is discovered that Chinese RI firms have earnings management that is much more than developed securities market and other emerged securities market before announcing year, but there is not earnings management after announcing second third year, and it is discovered credit business is a main tool of earnings management.

    The models of static game and repeated game in which industrial difference is considered are built. The degree of the industrial difference's effects on the level of optimal cooperation and the change of other factor's effect on the level of the optimal cooperation with the change of the industrial difference are analyzed. Some profound results on cooperation are obtained. These results are momentous current significance to explaining some recent economic behavior of Chinese enterprise and leading them to further deepen reform.

    Abstract:
    Project bidding and assessing aim at choosing the best bidder, and then achieve the best optimization of bidder's value aim. The current method of project bidding does not qualifiedly describe the connection among the quality, time limit for the project, and investment of engineering project, so it can not exactly evaluate the bidder's value aim. Consequently, this is not beneficial to achieve the best value. Value engineering is a function analysis method achieving the necessary functions at the lowest cost of total lifetime cycle. Based on the analysis of the existing issues in the valuating system, this paper provides some improvement on the current valuating methods and scientific basis for choosing the best bidder through calculating the value coefficient such as function, cost and value.

    Abstract:
    Information system audit is a product of combining both information technique and audit. Its generalized application can normalize the running of information system for various industrial department over whole life circle under the condition of high speed development, reduce information risk,and also guarantee profit to enterprise.Aiming at the different understanding on ISA generally used in China,we analyze and compare the difference between ISA and CAA(computer assisted audit),such as meaning,object,content,technique,method and operator,and so on.The paper shows that both ISA and CAA should be developped in audit field,that ISA is a new kind of audit to be different from CAA,and that there exists some disadvantage by means of computer audit summarizing CAA and ISA,so it is necessary to speed up to develop ISA.

    Abstract:
    When users try to get Information over the Internet, Information overload has become a serious problem.So we propose to use intelligent information retrieval IIR agents as a solution to this problem.Based on the analysis of the features of retrieval system, including intelligent search, navigation guide, auto-notification, personal information management, dynamic personalized Web pages, and tools for page reading-aide, we discuss the responsibility of each component of intelligent information retrieval agent and how to organize these components to perform various functions to settle above problem, referring to the modularization structure of agent. Intelligent agent is doable and efficacious to increase the efficiency of information retrieval and to lighten network jam by preliminary practice.
