    Abstract:
    TiN and C:N coatings are made on 20CrMo gears by PVD(Physical Vapour Deposition) technology and DFAD(Direct current Filtered Arc Deposition) technology. Then the authors puts forward the test rig, working under the conditions of 1 800 rpm,12 N.m for 50 h, and the observations by body-microscope show that reducing wear and anti-wearing performance greatly enhanced when C:N film is used, TiN coatings can however, because the hardness of gears is evidently decreased when coating was processing. Direct current Filtered Arc Deposition(DFAD) technology are used on gears to improve the performance of reducing wear and anti-wearing.

    Abstract:
    Micro bearings of Power MEMS are usually designed to work at an ultra high speed more than 10~(6) r/min in order to improve their specific energy. So the dynamic lubrication of micro gas bearings at an ultra speed is researched. First the micro structural characteristics of micro gas-lubricated bearings are investigated, and a method to caculate the load-carrying performance of micro dynamic gas-lubricated bearings is put forword. Then the designs of two typical micro dynamic gas-lubricated bearings that are used in micro gas turbines are vertified. Moreover, the parameters affecting the load-carrying performance of micro dynamic gas-lubricated bearings are analysed.

    Abstract:
    This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of double eccentric mechanism used in a special environment to realize the two-dimension precision adjustment, establishes its precise mathematic model, analyzes the theory model with simulation model, and researches it by test. All of which indicate that the operating principle and mathematic model of double eccentric two-dimension precision adjustment mechanism are right. Under the condition of some processing and control accuracy, the adjusting error can satisfy the requirement. Through analyzing on the test data, it shows the circular degree and eccentric errors are the main sources of adjusting errors.

    Abstract:
    An electrocardiogram (ECG) is an essential way for diagnosing the heart disease, and the test theories and systems work well with the practice application, whereas, as new technologies and devices come forth one after another, it allow us to acquire the ECG data more conveniently, more accurately, more comprehensively. The authors discuss the design of ECG data acquisition system based on the USB 2.0 protocol, and expatiates the system principle in detail. The system employs two AD73360 to sample the standard 12-lead signal simultaneously, which has a resolution of 16-bit. They utilize EZ-USB FX-2 as the USB interface device, which can transfer the data conveniently and quickly, and also permit the configuration of multi-system controlled by just one host. Considering the DSP as a powerful tool in the field of digital signal processing, ADSP-2181 has been chosen.

The popular wireless communication models are discussed, characteristics and features are also analyzed, which provide a guidance for designer.

    Abstract:
    With the analysis of the principle of time-recursive filter, the authors find that the nature of time-recursive filter is Weighted Mean Low-Pass filter and the relationship between filter coefficients and SNR and the artifact arising from the area where motion can not be tracked. One approach based on Automatic Control Method is proposed to solve the artifacts problem during the process of filtering and the authors designed the corresponding hardware based on FPGA and software respectively. The experimental results show that the time-recursive filtering is good at digital video image denoising and reduces the random noise of digital camera system.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes the structure and line current waveform of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit. As an application of 3-phase AC voltage regulation circuit, a high-frequency welding device's simulation model and harmonic analysis of line current are presented. Results of simulation are compared to field measurements. The two are in a good agreement, so this simulation model is correct. Two single-tuning filters and one second-order HPF are designed according to the device's harmonic condition. Simulation results of the circuit with filters indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution.

    Abstract:
    The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. The traditional BP neural network can diagnose the single fault effectively. If we diagnose the multiple faults by using the BP neural network, we must train all samples of multiple faults, which is will increase the number of training samples and the burden of learning greatly. So the diagnosis can not be performed easily. This paper introduces a method based on SOM neural network, which is studied by using the single sample and diagnosing the multiple faults according to the position of output nerve cell. By analyzing the examples, the method is proved to be available for diagnosing the multiple faults of Turbogenerator set.

    Abstract:
    Based on the study on the properties of Magnetic Inrush Current and Fault Current of power transformers, Saber is applied to realize the simulation of such conditions as no-load closing and all the fault conditions including turn-to-turn fault and turn-to-earth fault. Grounded on the wavelet analysis theory, a new method is proposed which can differentiate effectively the internal and external faults and detect the turn-to-turn fault. The simulation result shows its effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    Morphologies of precipitation phases along grain boundary of the as-cast Mg-6.0Zn-0.45Zr, Mg-6.0Zn-(1.2Y) and Mg-6.0Zn-0.6Zr-1.0Y alloys are studied by using the methodologies of metallurgical phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis and energy diffraction x-ray(EDX) analysis. The experimental result indicates that the main precipitation phases along grain boundary of the as-cast alloys Mg-6.0Zn-0.45Zr is Mg-Zn binary phase. There are two kinds of precipitation phases along grain boundary for Mg-6.0Zn-1.2Y and Mg-6.0Zn-(0.6)Zr-1.0Y alloys. One grew at triangular grain boundary, which is fish-bone -like and contained Mg-Zn binary phase and Mg-Zn-Y ternary phase. The other distributed mainly around the grain, which is net-like and contained Mg-Zn-Y ternary phase. In addition, there are lots of granular phases, extending to the interior of the grain, at the rim of grain boundary phases. Finally, Y can intensively change morphology of precipitation phases along grain boundary of the as-cast Mg-Zn-Zr alloy (ZK60) alloys.

    The Kalman filter algorithms can not solve the problem of the time-frequency localization, and it often switches between the low-frequency filter and high-frequency filter by the mobile detector (The changeable dimension filter algorithms) or Markovian transfer probability matrix (VD algorithms), so it has delay and some influence of the the mobile detector and Markovian transfer probability matrix. Hence, the filter error of the Kalman filter algorithms is obviously big. This paper brings the new mixed filter algorithms (WK algorithms) of the 2D Wavelet transform and Kalman Filter, which has the characteristics of the well time-frequency localization and real-time. The WK algorithms is used to process the radar information and makes the filter estimated data to approach the true track.

    In the course of recording heart sound, it is inevitable that many kinds of noise will be merged in the main signal. These kinds of noise disbennifit the heart sounds, even import awful influence to analysis result. So, before further processings of phonocardiographic records, noise must be suppressed. Because heart-sound is a highly nonstationary signal, this paper presents the application of adaptive filter method to the elimination of noise,and at the same time, employs the datum of heart-sound plot as the reference noise. With simulink, a modeling and simulation tool for dynamical systems, the model of LMS adaptive heart-sound enhancement is established.Tests prove this method makes effective denoising and heart-sound enhancement.

    Abstract:
    Fractal image coding techniques usually partition the input image into small range blocks. This artificially introduces boundaries into the image resulting in the unpleasant blocking artifacts in the decoded images especially at high compression rate. Because the effect is especially responsible for the restrictions of the block-based coders, the solutions must be sought to reduce this blockiness. Recently two possible schemes have been proposed by other researchers: One may try to use overlapping blocks in the fractal transform, and the other to employ the combined fractal wavelet approach. An alternative solution is proposed, which employs the bilinear interpolation techniques and the resolution independence of fractal coding, in the sense that an image can be decoded at higher or lower resolutions than the original. Experiments show that the proposed scheme can eliminate the blocking artifacts.

    Encryption is vital for protection of data and intelligence property, which is often used to encrypt products by software.However, software encryption has some shortcoming such as mass operations and easy being simulated. Hardware encryption has high security because this method can relieve burden of MPU and has physical protection layer.We can use high randomicity of chaotic algorithm as generator for cipherkey in order to combining software and hardware to realize respective value.Through VHSIC hardwaredescription language to design FPGA, cryptography can use hardware to realize chaotic algorithm and software to manage hardware by sending control signal.The experiment has proved that this method can enhance operating efficiency of algorithm and strengthen security of cryptography.

    Abstract:
    Desulfuration process is a very sophisticate reaction which is not only diverse but also non-line. A RBF algorithm based on generalized genetic optimization is proposed after studying the standard genetic and RBF algorithm. The authors also introduce its application in prediction Model for molten Iron Desulfuration. The algorithm perfectly resolve the problem of random selection of RBF cluster center number. Furthermore, it also reduces the time which GA uses. Comparison between the simulation results of RBF and RBF algorithm Based on GGA optimization further proves the efficiency and precision of its application in Prediction Model for Molten Iron Desulfuration. Finally the result of the test shows that after adopting the algorithm, the end-point hitting ratio can reach eighty-five percent. This indicate the algorithm has the engineering practicability.

    讨论了现有的用于分类的支持向量机(SVM)所确定的边界在抗干扰方面的局限性.在此基础之上提出了一种新型支持向量机,即基于边界调节的支持向量机,并利用K-T条件得到了这种支持向量机的对偶目标函数.通过对人工数据集和真实数据集的仿真实验表明,相对于L1-SVM而言,基于边界调节的支持向量机具有更少的支持向量和更好的推广性能.

    In order to implement the security management of management information system (MIS), a target-based security management architecture is proposed. For MIS users, the user interface (UI) is the only way to interact with the MIS system, so all the objects (targets) which need to be managed on UI is registered first, thus for every target the state such as enabled, not enabled, visible, not visible, readonly etc., is assigned. For some users, a set of targets with some state is assigned so that the management granularity in MIS can reach any degree. This approach provides a very flexible way to the security management in MIS.

    基于层合板五层等效约束模型(Equivalent Constraint Model,ECM),建立了基体开裂下的层合板残余强度的分析方法.基体开裂导致层合板内部应力重分配,使得主受力层(0°层)应力或应变条件恶化.认为0°层控制层合板的最终失效破坏:当0°层失效时,整个层合板发生失效破坏.对不同材料体系和铺层结构的复合材料对称层合板的强度进行了预测.计算结果表明:这种强度准则的预测值与实验结果吻合较好.

    Aimming at the characterristics of fire explosion accidents occurred in the storage tank district of petrochemical enterprises, and following the principles of scientific nature and practicability, the authors adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique to analyze all factors which have influenced the fire safety of storage tank district in petrochemical enterprises from fire safe management, fire-fighting equipment and fire explosion hazardous area. Futhermore, it has defined the evaluation index of fire safety of storage tank district in petrochemical enterprises,and built up a fuzzy mathematic evaluation model. Finally, the authors put this evaluation technique into practice.

    用普通活性污泥在SBR反应器中富集好氧氨氧化菌,反应器的运行周期为1 d,瞬间进水,曝气21.5 h,沉淀2 h,排水0.5 h.pH控制在7.8~8.3,DO控制在0.8~1.2 mg/L,温度控制在30±2℃.采用人工配水,初始人工配水中NH 4-N的浓度为50 mg/L.待稳定后逐渐增加进水氨氮浓度至250 mg/L,每次增加幅度50 mg/L.为定量判定富集过程中好氧氨氧化菌数目的增长情况,每隔15 d对SBR反应器中的污泥进行最大可能计数法(MPN法)测试和MLSS测试.富集培养120 d后,好氧氨氧化菌浓度提高300倍.对比试验证实,pH和温度对好氧氨氧化菌的富集有明显影响.

    Abstract:
    The relative motion law of the particles in slurry, with respect to the processed surface of the silicon, during the chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) of microelectronic materials is firstly discussed. The equations depicting the scratching traces of the particles in slurry on the surface of the silicon, which depend on the rotational velocities of the silicon and the pad, are obtained. It is concluded that when the silicon and pad rotate with the same rotational velocity, the material removal rate (MMR) is proportional to the rotational velocity. As an example, the scratching traces of the particles on the processed surface of the silicon are given out in the case that the rotational velocities of the silicon and pad are the same.     Abstract:
    In order to grasp the trend of land-using structure transition, adjust social and economical development strategies, and optimize the land-using structure, the land structure in latest years is forecasted, based on the analysis of land using actually and the first-hand data of the year 1995~2001. The theory of Markov chain is used to construct the transition probability matrix. The character of land structure transition is analyzed. The result shows that the plough reduce rapidly,the land is not fully utilize and the traffic land increase slowly.

    Abstract:
    Calculation of the energy release rate with finite element method (FEM ) is conducted. The concrete beam model is meshed using a method without need of considering the crack-tip singular element. Two columns of nodes, which belong to the right-and left-parts of the beam, respectively, are generated on the central line of the model and released one after another in a proper sequence. Energy release rate is evaluated based on the virtual crack closure technique. Comparison between the calculated values and theoretical values is made, which shows that they are in good agreement.

    Abstract:
    Based on the elastic finite element analysis of the RC beam-wider-than-wall joint, two large-scale specimens of the direct anchoring beam-wider-than-wall joint are designed to test the joint behavior. The stresses and slips of longitudinal bars in the beam, load-bearing capacity and destruction form are observed and analyzed. The analysis and test results show that: The wide beam should be extended through into the wall for some length to make the flexural stress uniform along beam section width, thus the beam's bearing capacity can be achieved. The anchorage condition of the upper longitudinal bar in the beam outside the wall's width is poor, thus the anchorage length prescribed in the current CODE is not enough to ensure the bearing capacity and ductility of joints. The beam stirrups are very important to the anchorage of the upper longitudinal bar in the beam outside the wall's width. If the quantity of the beam stirrups is not enough, the wide beam in the joint area would have more cracks which decrease the bearing capacity and ductility of joints. Finally, a novel spatial truss mechanism model for the beam-wider-than-wall joint is put forward.

    By using the Lorentz invariable coupling model of interaction between neutral meson and nucleon (antinucleon), Feynman convergence integral method is often used to deal with the finite quantity of one-loop correction scheme. On the basis of analyzing, discussing and researching the method, a new method is found. That is the large momentum integral limitation method. With the effective method, we obtain the integral convergence formulation for the finite quantity, by deducting-dimensionally calculating the finite quantity gained after renormalizing the meson loop propagator.

    Abstract:
    The critical phenomenon in rock failure is analyzed with renormalization model on the assumption that strength of rock fallows probability distribution and self-similar characteristic. The experimental results are introduced. The calculation results given by renormalization model are in good accordance with experimental results. This show that the theoretical failure point of rock and evolutionary process of rock mass can be simulated accurately by renormalization model. Normalization model can be adopted to judge whether the rock start to fail or not.

    Serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE) is a powerful technique designed to analyze the information of gene expression. It can not only immediately analyze thousands of genes in detail, but also find new genes. Therefore SAGE is an effective tool of qualitative and quantitative research for gene expression. Recently the SAGE method is widespread applied in cancer research, understanding pathways involved in tumorigenesis and identifying novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets. It is implied that SAGE in implications for cancer research, diagnostic and targeting process will have a great impact on cancer research.

    The authors establish an original inventory model based on BP neural networks in dynamic environment using the inventory history data, and overcome the net overfitting problem occurred with insufficient samples by using early stopping method. After a simple-relation inventory model training is attained, they get inventory model and analyze it dynamically by reconstructing the model after getting new sample data. An example is provided to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.

This paper builds some incentive regulation models on the price, which are based on the compare of the two species of electricity price regulation model and considers the characteristics of the electricity power market in China. The models can feedback the electricity demands by mimicing compet market and can give the Chinese government some advices how to regulate the electricity price.
