    Abstract:
    Vehicle shock absorber vibration is classified and analyzed. It shows various Gaussianity and symmetry under normal or abnormal sound. The theory of bispectra analysis is reviewed and vibration signal selected bispectra for vehicle shock absorber are plotted. A new method of fault feature extracting for shock absorber vibration based on the selected bispectra. Thus achieving the diagnosis for the abnormal sound of the vehicle shock absorber by the means of the discriminance of mahalanobis distance. The faults diagnosed accord well with the actual situation, shows that method presented is of practicality and reliability. It is useful for understanding the mechanism of shock absorber abnormal sound and for its control.

    Abstract:
    To the photo-solidification rapid prototyping technology, the precision of parts relate directly to their size and structural characteristics, not to their complexity. However, variant prototyping processes bring about variant surface shapes and dimension precisions. The authors compare its prototyping precision and prototyping time by testing a thin-shell exterior trimming part at variant laying angles and under variant bracing conditions. And then reduced model is founded, warping deformation of variant bracing diaphragms and sheet metals at optima laying angle are surveyed, finally the process to upraise the rapid prototyping precision of the thin shell parts is set up. Experiments are then done to test the process.

    Abstract:
    转子轴心轨迹和轴心位置的变化是判断转子运行状态和故障征兆的重要依据.根据秦氏模型的原理,研究了智能控件化虚拟仪器的原理和形成过程,将智能控件化虚拟仪器这一全新的仪器概念引入到轴心轨迹分析系统中,在VMIDS系统上开发出智能控件化虚拟式轴心轨迹分析仪,可实时显示轴心轨迹和轴心位置,还可以显示两路相互垂直振动信号的波形和频谱.利用快速傅立叶变换(FFT)实现了轴心轨迹的分量分解和分量合成,能清楚地得到转子轴心轨迹的组成成分,判断一些常见的旋转机械故障.

    Abstract:
    The authors study on Elevator Group Control System(EGCS) based on the field knowledge, the dynamic optimum control method is proposed and the analysis and design models facing the object are built. Using the MFC frame construction in VC, simulation is proceeded successfully to the EGCS with dynamic optimum control. And contrasting the general method assigning the signals invoked inside the hall at the same condition, the method gets the satisfied control result.

    Abstract:
    In order to improve waveform performance of light HVDC system, a lot of switches which operate in high frequency are used, which causes large switching losses and results high cost. A new Buck type voltage source converter(BVSC) is proposed. The new BVSC comprises a dual-buck converter and a three-phase inverter operating in grid frequency. Only two high frequency switches are used, which results good output waveform performance. In order to reduce the high frequency switching losses, a novel improved double-frequency Buck type voltage source converter(DBVSC) is also proposed. An additional dual-Buck converter is added to the BVSC, the added dual-Buck converter deals with the fundamental power that operates in low frequency, and BVSC only deals with harmonic power that operates in high frequency. The output waveform is enhanced and the switching losses are reduced in DBVSC, and the power rating is also increased. The DBVSC is very suitable for large power rating application. The one cycle control theory is adopted to control the proposed DBVSC with analog circuit, which is very simple. The proposed DBVSC and control method are verified by simulation.

    Abstract:
    The assessment of health state of power transformer is a key step to realize Condition-based Maintenance of transformer. Research on health state assessment of transformer has very important actual significance. Transformer can be recognized as a typical grey system. The assessment of its healthy state using grey clustering decision-making method is put forward. The grey classes of transformer are given, the whitenization weight function of grey classes is established, the information involved in assessing the state of transformer is analyzed, and finally steps of state assessment of transformer using grey clustering decision-making are presented. The analysis of actual example demonstrates that the method has provided a new method to assess the health state of transformer.

    Abstract:
    在运用同伦算法进行逆变器PWM消谐方程实时求解过程中,矩阵求逆是关键.通过对上三角矩阵求逆算法的研究,提出了一种适合ASIC实现的基于二维心动阵列的矩阵求逆并行结构.运用硬件描述语言(VHDL)对其建模,并通过Synopsys的Design Compile综合和Cadence的NC-Sim对其进行综合后仿真.仿真结果表明,该并行结构能够在2n 1个时钟周期内完成n阶矩阵求逆,而传统的串行计算至少需要n3个时钟周期.

    Abstract:
    In order to calculate and analyze the effect of two transmission lines in parallel on the reliability evaluation of bulk power system, a model including independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of these lines is deduced and a new algorithm corresponding to the model is presented. Two transmission lines in parallel including common mode outages and dependent outages can be really simulated as a multi-state component. While reliability indices are calculated, the probability and frequency of independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of a system failure state can be calculated at the same time, and computation complexity is reduced. The proposed model and algorithm are applied to the RBTS system, IEEE One Area RTS96 system and a real power system for reliability computation and analysis. Results show that the new algorithm is credible and validity.

    Abstract:
    A fully digitized electric vehicle direct torque control system with DSPTMS320LF2407 controller is described. The system hardware and software structures are presented. The performance of the direct torque control system is studied by simulation with MATLAB. Based on the simulation of the induction motor, waveform of current, speed, torque and flux are obtained. The testing results are also presented. Experimental results show that the design is feasible.

    Abstract:
    Through applying the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),this paper describes the numerical simulation of a typical HVAC in vehicle air conditioning system for improving on the structure of HVAC,shortening the time periods of product design and reducing the costs of design. By applying CFD to simulate designs and improve on the inconsepuential designs,it can make the symmetrical distributing of velocity and temperature of air in HVAC,obtain a proper value of velocity and reduce the yawp value.From the result of simulation,the numerical model has been optimized.It advances the capability of air-conditioning system.While applying CFD to the design of HVAC,it carry the purpose of shortening design the periods of HVAC and reducing the costs of empolderings and tests.

    Abstract:
    Hot metal silicon content in blast furnace is a main parameter by which product quality is measured and energy utilization ratio of blast furnace is reflected.The precise predicted results of hot metal silicon content can be used to direct batch operation and smelting operation of blast furnace.And the purpose of reducing hot metal silicon content is realized.The equations of thermodynamics and dynamics were deduced based on the reduction mechanism of silicon. And the predicting model of hot metal silicon content was obtained.With this model and the calculation methods of blast furnace's materiel and energy balance,the predicting system of hot metal silicon content was programmed.Real materiel conditions and operation parameters wre inputted into the system.And predicted values of hot metal silicon content were gained.Compared with measured values the deviations of predicted values were small.So it is testified that this predicting system has credibility in practice.

    Abstract:
    With high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent technological properties, Magnesium Alloy plays a more and more important role in automotive industry. But the inferior high temperature creep resistance limited its application to power components such as engine and transmission cases. In order to investigate the cyclic creep behavior of Magnesium Alloy at high temperature, creep tests of plate specimens AM50 were conducted. Through the analysis about the microstructure and defects of AM50, an isotropic and scalar damage parameter was introduced into an existing creep constitutive model. Furthermore, a Fortran code based on numerical algorithm was developed to simulate plasticity, cyclic creep, and recovery phenomenon observed. Comparisons between calculated results and experimental data show good agreement.

    Abstract:
    During the melting and processing practices, an accurate knowledge of liquidus temperature is necessary in the determination of process parameters relating to a given alloy. Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) modeling method has been used to improve accuracy of prediction for liquidus temperature based on the compositions of Al-Si series cast alloys. The developed fuzzy inference system could extract Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy rules from data directly, and has a feed-forward network structure with supervised learning capability. In order to adapt the parameters of the model, the proposed fuzzy inference system is trained over a wide range of compositions from the published data of industrial alloys. The result shows that, the developed ANFIS model can capture non-linear relationships between compositions and liquidus temperature, and then provides better prediction than the reported multiple statistic analysis. The developed model can be used to predict the liquidus temperature needed in computer modeling and thermodynamic calculation, which are needed in the aluminium alloys casting industry and research.

    Aiming at the urge demand of a large amount of real-time data transmit in industry and academy fields, the authors analyze the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of present protocols, take advantage of UDP protocol and standard 802.4 of Token Bus. The real-time network protocol is presented based on UDP protocol and virtual token. And this paper illuminates the principle of real-time quality and reliability about the protocol, giving the frame format of the protocol and the format of Virtual Token. It demonstrates the capability of the protocol with a point-to-point transmit example that constructed according to this protocol.

    A approximate algorithm is presented by which satisfactory results of two dimensional optimal layout belonged to NP complete problems can be obtained efficiently and rapidly. The algorithm integrated with widespread of computer network has been applied to the distributed cutting stock system Adopting Heuristic search and Knapsack algorithm, the algorithm makes each layout optimal locally and obtained the approximate optimal solution.     Abstract:
    The product codes using linear block codes set up a mirror in the realization of long codes and hold the outstanding performance for random error and burst correction. It can gain very excellent error-correcting capability when a product code performs decoding with the method of turbo codes based on iterative decodes. The paper describes a new iterative decoding algorithm for the product codes, its feedback method is completed by a linear combination of soft output of encoder and the receipt information is different with the traditional turbo iterative decode. When decoder obtains the soft output matrix built -1 and +1, the complexity can be reduced greatly and the performance can be lost little by reducing the number of candidate code words and omitting the complicated operation of LLR.

    In the seal verification system of bank, the precondition of identifying the seal on notes correctly is the seal Abstracted must be with high quality and low noise. On account of those facts such as the complexity of note background, the shade of inkpad, the randomicity when people seal and the noise cause by sampling, we have more difficulties in stamp Abstracting and mending. After analyzing both the advantages and disadvantages of the RGB and HIS color space model, the authors build a new stamp Abstraction model and propose a new fill algorithm. Experiments indicate that with this Abstraction model they can Abstract the seal with high enough quality and reduce the noise to the least at the same time, and with this fill algorithm they can restore seal better and avoid over-fill at the joint of stroke. So, the requirements of the subsequent seal imprint verification can be met.

    The conventional driveline with manual gearbox and dry clutch can be retro-fitted to manipulate automatically,so that the electo-mechanical components or the Automated Mechanical Transmission has been obtained.The clutch engagement position for automotive start-up process can be controlled by the fast-low-fast speed.How to control the clutch engagement during the slipping stage is the key to clutch control.The mostly influent factors of the clutch engagement during start-up process have been analysed thoroughly from the practical point of view.The strategy of clutch control has been proposed on the principle of lessening the start-up jerk and the friction work.It is successfully applied to Santana model,which can be proved by the road test of the vehicle on the slope.

    The fact of tunnel smooth blasting is those reduce over break and minimize fracturing of the rock at the boundary of an excavation. The select ruler and assured method of smooth blasting parameter are discussed, and the quality check standard of the smooth blasting, based on the under and over-break (5~15 mm), the circumferential hole mark ratio (>50%) and rock fragment, are found. A good benefit is gotten as these used in one tunnel.

    There are a series of city environmental problems especially in the mountain city along with the city fast development. In recent decade, many scholars have studied the urban heat island, the urban temperature, the urban wind field, the precipitation and the urban visibility etc. But the urban thermal environment has not been settled radically. All the measures have not been used in the practice. And the researches in thermal environment of the mountain cities are very few. So the authors consider Chongqing as the researching object. Chongqing is one of the typical mountain cities in the semi-tropical. Sequentially we find out the characteristic of the thermal environment in the mountain city. Further the authors seek for the measures to plan and build ecological city. They conclude that CFD can be used in the simulation of urban environment, and use the result of simulation in urban planning is possible. The thermal environment in the center of Chongqing needs to be improved.

    Taking the deposited-layer rock and compacted-layer rock as study target,by elastic wave experiment and uniaxial compression experiment,the physics mechanics parameters and acoustics parameters of these rock are worked out; Based on it, by the correlativity is established between dynamic and static value of elastic modulus in rock of different lithology taking nonlinear fitting,it offers reference for the study of the drill and measuring well in the exploitation of oil.     The phenomenon of denitrifying can be found under the condition of anaerobic/anoxic(A/A) in the biological phosphorus removal. It is found through the test that: The ability of denitrifying phosphorus removal in the system of A/A-SBR is lower than the system of A/AO-SBR, and along with the time increasing in the system of A/A-SBR, the ability of phosphorus removal would weaken, Ys will also decrease gradually from initial 0.22 gMLSS/gCOD.d to zero or even minus. The result of test indicates that the key to make the system oprerate steadily is increasing the latter aerobic time. However,the longer aerobic time will result in the accumulation of NO_3-N, and restrain the system of A/AO-SBR from removing phosphorus. It is also found in the test that the latter aeration for 0.5 h would ensure not only steady operation, but also good effect of phosphorus removal in the system of A/AO-SBR.

    Abstract:
    Water level has risen considerably since the impounding of the Three-Gorges Reservoir in year 2003 and that might cause serious geologic hazards, including landslides. Primarily using GPS technique, the landslides wireless monitoring in the Three-Gorges Reservoir is developed in rapidnly. To collect data and monitor in engineering more rational, the system model of GPS technique and its application in landslides monitoring are analyzed. Focusing on the data collection in monitoring, the authors discuss the method of embedding control in the monitoring model. By connecting the character of the monitoring system and landslides, the control signal is produced. At last, the experiment is performed with analogy software in monitoring system including control. The experiment indicates that the control signal is reasonable and valid. In actual engineering, this method is made progress.

    在单体浓度为0.4 mol dm-3,苯胺与邻甲氧基苯胺的摩尔配比为3∶1的条件下合成了聚苯胺-邻甲氧基苯胺,对其在不同酸度介质的电致变色性能进行了研究,结果表明在0.5 mol dm-3的HCl溶液中,聚苯胺-邻甲氧基苯胺具有很好的电致变色性.并对其电致变色机理进行了初步的探讨.

    Abstract:
    pH对大肠杆菌L-天冬酰胺酶的产生有很大的影响.通过对不同缓冲体系试验和对摇瓶发酵过程pH变化的分析,了解摇瓶发酵过程中pH对L-天冬酰胺酶合成的影响.采用流加磷酸自控L-天冬酰胺酶发酵过程的pH,可延长发酵周期,有效地防止菌体的过早自溶,大大促进L-天冬酰胺酶的合成,较分批发酵提高产酶83%,达到110 u/mL.发酵动力学特性分析表明,该发酵方式L-天冬酰胺酶的合成与菌体生长不相关,控制比生长速率μ为0.15~0.30 h-1,均有利于L-天冬酰胺酶的合成,可使比产酶速率的最大值Qpmax达到3 922 u/(g h).

    Abstract:
    In order to study the mode that the Regional Innovation Network (RIN) influence to the regional industry innovation, Firstly, the key factors of RIN have been put forward from the view of innovation. Manners of regional industry innovation have been divided into two kinds: to create new ability and to create new industry. Second, the influence of each key factor of RIN to the two kinds of innovations has been studied respectively. After that, the modes that RIN influence to the regional industry innovation are concluded with the numbers systematically. The result indicates that to study the two ways of industry innovation form the visual angle of RIN' key element respectively can announce the influence that RIN to the regional industry innovation more scientifically. It can also offer the theoretical foundation for the government to improve the innovation ability in the area through optimizing RIN. At last, taking the 128 highways of industry's gardens in U.S.A. as the case, the authors validates the conclusion above-mentioned, and they give several suggestions to the regional industry innovation.

    Abstract:
    The paper constructs an econometric model of economic growth, basing on the total quantity description of economic growth of Chongqing. Using the section data, time sequence data and panel data of Chongqing from 1952, especially from 1978,the authors analyze the factors of the economic growth of Chongqing, and investigate influence mechanisms and contributions to economic growth which are made by technology progress, physical capital, human capital, the change of industrial structure and so on. Then they test whether the district and county economy of Chongqing converges, and obtain a result that it has a positive relation.

    By analyzing the achievements the TTX company and QI company gained on the basis of strategic alliance, this paper proves that strategic alliance is an effective mode of foreign market entry by Chinese enterprises, especially, private, small and medium enterprises, and they can actually promote their competence and acquire profit upon restricted resources by making an alliance with partners. This paper also discusses the problems exist in the alliance and the threat TTX faces, and put forward effective countermeasures.

    Abstract:
    Under the conditions of shortage of demand on goods, the prices of goods and the economic benefit of enterprise will fall. The enterprise should adjust management and decision-making and some employees whose output values are lower than their wages from the enterprise will be fired. The layoff mechanism from the enterprise can provide an efficient way for these employees to leave voluntarily. As long as the total value of reword outward of the enterprise can exceed their total output values, the layoff mechanism can be put in practice. There is the economic game on the final price for the layoff during the process. In the cases of reaching consistent agreement on it or not between the employees and the enterprise, the results of game such as Nash equilibrium and stratagem are respectively discussed. The degree of uncertainty of the faith on the price from the arbitrator will affect largely the equilibrium when the arbitrator is involved.

The analysis is conducted by employing the methods used in the information economics and the signaling game model. Furthermore, basing on the analysis results, the article proposes some constructive suggestions.

    Abstract:
    Administrative monopoly in China is analyzed with microeconomics tools such as rent-seeking theory, comparative advantage theory and game theory. A rent seeking model is given to study administrative monopoly. Futhermore, the authors propose that the barriers brought by administrative monopoly not only increase consumers burden, but also make enterprises run with high cost and low efficiency, and optimal resource distribution can not be done. Administrative monopoly can not be eliminated unless administrative monopoly is regulated within anti-monopoly law and its legal liability is enhanced, which is proved with game theory. In order to solve administrative monopoly, China should construct a law system concluding anti-monopoly law and administrative law as a reinforce.

    Abstract:
    Based on the outcomes of scientific research on ELSP, the authors put forward a mathematic model to solve Single-machine Economic Lot sizes Scheduling Problem under capability contraints. For ELSP is a NP hardness, we solve the problem with GA (Genetic algorithm) according to the charictistics of the model and achieve the numerical results by phi. The results indicate that our results are better than literature. At the same time our results approach the results under no capability contraints that sufficiently prove the validity of our algorithm.
