    Abstract:
    Ecologic compensation system is the important policy and guarantee in returning the grain plots to forest. This article explains the necessity and significance of ecologic compensation in returning the grain plots to forest with externalities theory and supply-demand chart, analyzis currently ecologic compensation system, and points out some problems in ecologic compensation system nowadays. On the basis of above argumentation, the article brings out the improvement measures of ecologic compensation system ,designing the calculation method of scientific compensation standard.

    Abstract:
    The properties of the Impulse electroflotation equipment are introduced briefly ,and the factors that influence the treatment effect of Impulse electroflotation are analyzed. The mathematical model of the Impulse electroflotation reacting tank which determines the height, volume and treatment capability of Impulse electroflotation is provided on the base of the basic equations of electroflotation. A calculate software for the design of Impulse electroflotation reacting tank is developed and the source code is given.

    Abstract:
    This paper studyies the method of controlling SC6360B's accelerated vehicle Exterior noise. First, the main noise is found, which is from engine compartment and from exhaust noise by the identification of vehicle noise resource. Second, this paper carris out the farther noise identification experiment on engine and the insert-loss experiment on the exhaust gas muffler. In the end, the authors make sure that the noise is mainly infected by direct leaked noise from engine compartment, radiation-noise caused by the vibration of engine accessories and loud exhaust noise because the muffler has dficient elimination . The corresponding methods has been adopted according to the analysis. Through the test, the noise is lowered 2.5 dBA than it was and reach the new requirement.

    Abstract:
    The work principle and abnormal noise test method of hind vehicle hydraulic shock absorber are analyzed, Based on experiment data and signal character analyse ,a test method is found to distinguish the abnormal noise of rear hydraulic shock absorber. Practical validates that the reliability rate of this test method can be over 98 percents, and it can be satisfied with the request of the factory. At last, the reason of abnormal noise is analyzed and simulated, the reason of different signal attenuation is explained, and the research conclusion is educed.

    Abstract:
    This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.

    Abstract:
    An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing was developed according to the structural characteristics of small medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, the effects of the VVT mechanism structural parameters, control parameters and operational parameters on the engine performance were analyzed by embedding the VVT mechanism operational mode and control strategies in the engine cycle simulation. Optimum design for the late intake valve closing, the valve lift, as well as the switching speed of the VVT system was carried out. It has been proved that power and torque of the JH125 motorcycle engine can be effectively improved by loading the new type VVT system.

    Abstract:
    Grounded on the theory of power equilibrium, a novel single phase series active power filter (APF) is proposed . By analyzing the power equilibrium character of series APF, the control algorithm and equation are deduced. In the proposed control strategy, instead of the fundamental current detection and complex computation, only the capacitance voltage and the source current on d.c. side are needed. The clear control loop has been realized with simple circuit and the series proposed APF can compensate both reactive and harmonic current simultaneously. The simulation results show the excellent compensation effect and confirm the validity of theoretical analysis.

    Abstract:
    Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem, which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods. The authors put forward Multiple Population Immune Genetic Algorithm (MPIGA)for optimal planning of distribution network structure, and do optimal search to different aspects of optimization goals. During the genetic evolution process, biologic immune mechanism is introduced to do some immune operator operation on chromosomes of each population, which can interact mutually by the shift of excellent units. By this way, it can effectively prevent population retrogression, promote diversity and the whole optimal searching ability of genetic algorithm. In order to minimize network annual expenditure, a mathematic model is established. The optimal solution is obtained by this algorithm, which has been illustrated effectively by specific examples at the same time.

    Abstract:
    Using studied ECG sampling system, the analog signals of electrocardiograph is magnified and filtered,sending into the sampling card in computer, the sampling frequence is 1 000 Hz, the 5 minutes sampling signal is saved to hard disk. Using modern spectrum analysis method and FFT, the specific value VLF/HF of Heart Rate Variability (HRV)of 19 healthy individuals and 10 hyperthyroid is analysed .It is found that the significant difference of the specific value VLF/HF between the healthy individuals and hyperthyroid.There are no especial advantage and distinctness by using the modern spectrum analysis method or FFT to study balance the specific value VLF/HF between the healthy individuals and hyperthyroid. The result shows that the spectrum analysis method is relly an effective measure to analyze independence nerve abnormalities of hyperthyroid.

    冷喷涂过程中,由于基板的存在,板前有激波出现,从而对喷涂粒子的运动产生影响.文中建立了二维的气固两相流模型,得出在基板存在的情况下,输送气体、粒子密度和粒子直径等对喷涂速度的影响,并通过调整基板与射流管道出口的距离,找出这一距离对整个流场、粒子速度的影响.

    Abstract:
    对干冰在尺寸为Ф159 mm×840 mm的圆柱体密闭容器中进行了绝热条件与有热交换、有空气与排出空气这4种过程的升华实验,获得了干冰升华过程的温度-压力曲线.结果表明:在干冰升华的过程中,随着压力的上升,温度也随之上升;同时,干冰升华所产生的二氧化碳气体在竖直方向上存在着明显的温度分层现象.

    Abstract:
    With the help of the calculation of adiabatic temperature and thermodynamic analysis of the reactive system the autaurs discuss possibility about system of V 2O 5-TiO 2-Al by Self-propagating High-temperature synthesis(SHS).Hydrogen Storage V 3TiNi 0.56 Al 0.2 by SHS is studied by XRD,SEM and scanning electron microscopy.The experiment result indicates that it has same microstructure between synthesization by SHS and other ways.PCT curve indicated that alloy has certain hydrogen storage capability,saturated capacity of hydrogen storage is 0.092 L/g,which is a little lower than alloy by other ways.

    On the underground booster and leakage of the city water network pipe,a remote leakage monitoring and locating system based on GSM/GPRS is developed .The parameters of tap water pipe network ,i.e., flow, velocity, direction and pressure are collected by monitor terminal ,the data transmission is realized by GSM/GPRS network .Aiming at the feature of the underground booster and leakage of the water pipe, with the GIS technology and the signal processing methods ,such as negative P wave and flow detecting, accurate and prompt positioning of leakage location can be detected. The system can not only realize the leakage detection of low cost, city area, networking by GPRS network but also provide a emergency platform of tap water pipe network .The system has been used in practical tap water pipe network with excellent results.

    Abstract:
    The interconnection network used in a multiprocessor system provides an effective mechanism for the data exchange between the processors and is one of the dominating factors of performance of the system. The fault tolerance of an interconnection network can be measured by the probability that the network keeps functional in the presence of failures. The authors examine the fault tolerance of four regular interconnection networks (i.e. hypercube, crossed cube, Moius cube, and locally twisted cube) with the probabilistic approach. Experimental results show that all these interconnection networks display excellent fault tolerance. Moreover, the crossed cube enjoys the highest probabilistic of connectivity among them.

    Based on the analysis of timeslot synchronous process in the upstream channel for HFC network ,the mathematical model is built for the process of timeslot synchronous in the upstream channel, while the system is undergoing fault recovery. The paper emphasizes on the analysis of the average time in which the HFC network can complete the timeslot synchronous in the upstream channel. The experimental results under different conditions, such as network scale, parameter value of competition resolution algorithm and bandwidth allocating scheme for the upstream channel are given, and the optimizing methods are proposed.

    The development of E commerce is booming. Now the management of some domain is converting from tradition to E commerce, this needs the application and integration of the latest information technologies for the maximum usage and share of network information resources. As a modeling language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is well defined, easy to specify, powerful in function and applied widely. Business model concentrates on the business around the system, not every project requires business model. However, there are many situations where business modeling adds a great deal of value. Establishing system business model is the primary task when people make use of UML to establish E commerce system model and develop software system. By E commerce system the authors expound the use case, and propose how to use correct method to establishing E commerce system business model.

    Abstract:
    In elastic mechanics, it is common practice to calculate critical loads in buckle of thin plates by means of double triangle series. The calculation process is more complex, this method has not facility in engineering application. In many cases critical loads of thin plates can not obtain precise analytic solutions. It is very important to solve approximate resolutions of critical loads of plates in engineering. The method of weighted residuals is an available measure to solve proximal resolutions of differential equations and has extensive application in egineering. In order to simplify calculation process and obtain profitble result, by means of method of weighted residuals and Cantorovich variational principle, taking the second Tchebychev's polynomials as trial functions, it was calculated, critical loads of rectangle thin plates in different supporting conditions. Calculation results indicate that this calculation method is simple and has some precision, it is applied conveniently in engineering.

    选用多元插值原理对φ-(p,cs)表进行细化和扩展,对传统遗传算法加以改进.在此基础上提出P-Ⅲ型分布参数估计的混合遗传优化适线法.通过研究表明:该法简易通用、适应性强,可精确地对、cv、cs 3个参数进行估计;克服了适线法未能解决、特别是cv的估计精度,以及计算过程与结果受人为因数的影响等不足,为准确估计P-Ⅲ型分布参数提供了一种十分有效的方法.

    Abstract:
    For a further understanding of biofilter, a mathematical model is developed based on the analysis of the main effects on the up flow anaerobic biofilter(UFAB), which can characterize not only the substrate removal dynamics but also the gradual biofilter clogging. The model considers three aspects: the biological reaction, deep filtration and hydrodynamics, and consists of flow rate of UFAB, the substrate and suspend solid concentration in the influent, and diameter, surface area, porosity of support medium. By applying the model to the experimental UFAB, and contrasting the simulated and experimental data, the authors prove the model can simulate availably the performance of the biofilter, which is operated on different loading and environment. The model can be used as an effective tool for the wastewater treatment plants operation management and the biofilter optimizing design accurately.

    There is a low frequency and great amplitude on Benfield frame of Jianfeng chemical plant. With finite element modal, the reasons and mechanism of the vibration on Benfield frame are analyzed and confirmed. And a method of vibration control about the main vibration resource (100V10) is proposed to reduce the amplitude of Benfield frame vibration.

    Abstract:
    Two kinds of singular signal's characteristics of upper part serious damage piles encountered in the examination of structural integrity of piles are presented. Based on vibration and wave theories, the principle of identifying the existence of the upper part serious damage piles and the method of identifying the damaged positions and severity of piles are worked out. The structure integrity of a pile including damage type and position should be identified by vibration theory of single severity of freedom from its oscillating signs of low frequency,and the damage type and position should be respectively detected by vibration theory and wave theory from the oscillating signs of high frequency. The method is of great practicability in engineering field.

    Using the Star cd with UG software, the 3 dimensional external airflow around a car body is numerically simulated.The results are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the air flow adjacent to the lower surface of the car separates immediately at the front of the bottom, and the resulting disturbance makes the boundary layer increase speedy; and that the flow adjacent to the upper surface of the car separates at the very front of the rear window, which makes large part of the tail of the car immersed in the separated flow, and that due to pressure difference and wrapping of main flow, some complicated Vortexes produce in the wake region.

    介绍了用金属有机气相沉积(MOCVD)制备Mo2C膜的过程和对膜的颗粒粒径的测量结果,建立物理模型,导出粒子脱附激活能的计算公式,探讨了Mo2C膜的脱附激活能随沉积温度的变化.结果表明:沉积温度低于380 ℃时,Mo2C膜的脱附激活能随温度升高而增大较快;而高于380 ℃时,激活能随温度升高而增大的速度变小.

    The p order balance and interpolatory property is introduced to M band multiwavelets. Balance conditions for M band multiwavelets are investigated in time domain and frequency domain respectively. The balanced order is equal to its approximation order for M band interpolatory multiwavelet.

    Abstract:
    The process of actin polymerization and depolymerization have some relation with its function,the activation of such process is compatible to its functions. The polymerization progress is divided into four steps: The first step is the activation of the monomer actin. The nucleation of actin nucleus forms in the second step which limits the polymerization speed. The elongation of the F-actin filaments happens in the following step. In the last step, a steady-state is attained, the length of the filament does not change because the polymerizing rate in the barbed end is the same with the depolymerizing rate in the pointed end. Some factors which affect the polymerizing process, such as nucleotide, actin related proteins are discussed. The aim is to know more about how to assemble the complicated system with biomacromolecule and what to function.

    Abstract:
    The state of the commonness technique investment in the Regional Innovation Networks (RIN) directly decides the whole Regional Innovation ability. In order to analyze the characteristics of the commonness technique investment made by the manufacturers in the RIN, this article establishes an investment model in the RIN. After analyzing the model, this article puts forward a new conclusion that under the entire market investment mechanism, RIN can reduce the commonness technique investment level in the region,which makes the gap of the region with the RIN in the aspect of the commonness technique investment bigger than the gap of the region without the RIN, and the whole practical effect of the commonness technique is much greater in the regions with RIN.

    This paper makes an empirical study on volatility feature of Chongqing economic system and a comparison with that of national economy. The result is: The volatility of Chongqing is high persistent and symmetric which is similar to that of national one. The volatility of Chongqing is of self-stationalizing mechanism, which is the opposite of that of national one. The evidence is not found for the municipal government to interfere economy.

    Abstract:
    The quality difference of the exchange and cooperation on information in RIN is the main reason of the different innovation abilities of different RINs. In order to measure the intensity and coordination of the information exchange in RIN, according to the data stream analysis, the authors use the intensity and coordination of the fund flow between innovation units to reach the goal indirectly. And they design a conceptual model and index system which can comprehensively describe the intensity and coordination of information exchange in RIN .This model and index system can serve as a basis to make a further analysis and comparison of RINs athwartships or lengthways.

    By using the co-integration testing and error correction model (ECM), this paper investigates long-run and short-run linkages between stock exchange index and GDP. Through exploring the data from the Chinese economy, the authors get the evidences that suggest the equilibrium between stock exchange index and GDP has been broken. Then based on Expectations Theory, they reveal the reason of the stock market down-going with the increase of GDP. Then on the light of above analysis, some adviec is given.
