Abstract:The data acquisition and processing system are proceeding towards faster, more powerful, easier to use and more cost effectiveness. This paper discuss the design of the high speed and convenient data acquisition and processing system based on DSP and USB 2.0, and expatiates the principle and method of the virtual instruments system in detail. The system employs an ADS8346 to sample the six channel signals simultaneously with a resolution of 16-bit.It utilizes EZ-USB FX2 as the USB2.0 interface, which can achieve the high speed communication between the host and the system. It uses TMS320VC33 (dsp) as the core chip, which can accomplish the function of the main control and real-time digital signal processing. The system enhances the virtual instruments' advantage more by the combination between software and hardware.

Abstract:As an optimal method, Genetic Algorithm has obvious advantages, which is based on the nature selection and genetic transmission mechanisms such as high collateral,stochastic,self-reliance. but when in practical application, it usually has problems of premature convergence and result swing near optimum value.To solve the problem of premature convergence, the method called Monte-Carlo is adopted to prevent the algorithm from local optimal, and to the problem of result swing, the method changing the hunting zone dynamically is proposed to improve the accuracy of the optimal result. Further more, it devises programs to optimize the test functions of two famous optimal methods. The test results indicate that the improved Genetic Algorithm is valid, which can not only avoid local optimal but also improve the accuracy of the optimal result.

Abstract:The electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is a recording of the electrical activity on the body surface generated by the heart frequency of which is weak and low. Many researchers devote themselves to get more perfect ECG in many ways. This article introduces the characterize of an ECG signal , then discusses the requirements for the sampling circuit of an ECG. Since there are some shortcoming in common design means, the authors give an effective circuit. The system is composed of a low-cost , low-power and high-performance MCU C8051F020 , amplifier AD620 , right-leg drive circuit ,communication circuit and power management circuit. Then software design is given which is used to sampling and filtering ECG signal. Levkov filter arithmetic and smooth filter arithmetics are used in this design. In the end , the authors advance a distributing and networking ECG monitor system.

Abstract:The study of motorcycle's acoustic signal shows that gears noise take a great proportion on the whole acoustic of motorcycle.So how to control the noiseof gears is very helpful for reducing the whole motor's acoustic.This paper discusses the engine matching with transmission system in reason,primary transmission and gear geometry design parameter & the mend of tooth body(tooth form & tooth direction) how to influence the acoustic of motorcycle.The study shows that the gear transmission System's matching with engine in reason can notable improve the efficiency of motorcycle.In the meaning time the exactly choosing the primary transmission gear geometry design parameter and the mend of primary transmission gear's tooth body can effectively reduce the acoustic of motorcycle.This paper has engineering practice sense.

Abstract:The reasons of the power performances reduction for gasoline/natural gas engine have been analyzed when natural gas is used. Every measurement and their technical states for improving the power performances of the engine have been summarized. It is a workable and economic measure that a mixer is designed optimally and the intake system is matched carefully with engine and the ignition-advanced angle is increased slightly. The measure of boosting and cooling induction gas can increase the performances and worth being studied further.

Abstract:With Chinese entry to WTO and the development of global economy,equipment management more and more tend to networked and remote, so networked remote equipment management is the developing trend of equipment management mode. Aiming at the new development trend, the mode of networked remote equipment management system has been structured based on Internet and Web. This mode consists of two levels that are the equipment networked management level and equipment remote management level, and the key problems of the mode include information communication networked system and the establishment of system consultation and export support analysis center. Finally, characteristics of Internet and Web and the problems promoting this mode have been discussed from four points, which include the understanding of operator, open management consultation and export system based on Web database, self-study management system, and the contradiction caused by traditional equipment management mode.

Abstract:The nearest points in phase space are determined by Euclid distance in chaotic local prediction. The prediction accuracy depends on quality of the nearest points. But the shortest distance does not imply better forecasting effect. While false nearest neighboring point or high embedding dimensions appear evolvement track of some nearest neighboring point should be apart from prediction point. Because it is difficult for Euclid distance to reflect the correlation degree between the nearest points and prediction point. So the idea of combining Euclid distance with correlation degree is put forward. The method is applied to short-term electrical load forecasting. The result of load series forecasting by the presented method is more effective to improve prediction accuracy.

Abstract:To reset transformer excitation flux reliably,reduce the switching losses and improve influence of EMI noises in high frequency forward converters,several kinds of methods have been proposed,including RCD snubbers,active snubbersand resonant converters,and so on.These methods have many shortages.In consideration of these shortages,this paper puts forward a passive lossless forward converter with current double rectifier(CDR).The circuit does not require an extra switch or additional control circuit,and can resets the transformer excitation flux reliably,and does not include lossy components.So the circuit has higher reliability and higher performance/price ratios than above several kinds of methods. The paper analyzes the frame and operating principle of main circuit in detail.The key parameters design principles of the circuit are given.The simulation results confirm validity of the theoretical analysis results.

Abstract:为了了解超导材料YBa2Cu3O2-x(Y123)Czochralski法晶体生长时的流动、传热与传质特性,利用有限差分法对Ba-Cu-O熔体中单相Y123晶体生长时的流场、温度场及钇浓度场进行了非稳态二维数值模拟,模拟计算的格拉晓夫数范围是Gr=4.91×105~3.92×106.结果表明:当Gr数较小时,流动为稳态流动,随着温差的增加流动将失去其稳定性,转化为振荡对流.

Abstract:The steady flow resistance in the Three Catalytic Converters(TWC) with guide components of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas)cars is simulated.The location set guide flow equipment has great impact on pressure losing which can be adjusted to the optimal while adopting some measures.Pressure losing by adding combination flow-guide plate which can evidently improve flow field uniformity has a little impact on engine.Pressure losing will be small while adopting optimal location and guiding-flow construction.

Abstract:A macroscopic and microscopic coupling mathematical model for solidification process of twin-roll thin strip is developed. In the model, the latent heat is treated by the enthalpy method, and the grid and node are divided by assumed streamline boundary. The heterogeneous nucleation and the columnar-equiaxed transform(CET)model are introduced, together with the revison of the dendrite growth dynamic model of KGT. With the help of solid fraction, the coupling of the macro/micro aspects is realized by using different grid-sizes and time-steps, macro and micro, together with the columnar dendrite front tracing. The columnar dendrite arm spacing and deflection angle calculated by proposed model are in agreement with the experimental ones. Therefore, the model is proved to be reliable, and it can be used to predict the effects of the processing parameters on the solidification structure of twin-roll thin strips.

Abstract:以Al-Ce-Ni共晶合金作为研究对象,采用熔体净化剂与循环过热相结合的方法净化合金,循环过热通过高温效应熔解、钝化异质形核质点,熔体净化剂通过化学溶解、物理化学吸附及其组元与异质形核衬底的化学反应去除异质形核质点与衬底,并减缓金属熔体的氧化.实验中使用不同的净化剂进行研究,发现使用80?O3 20%Na2O(mol%)净化,在850℃×5 min循环过热,熔体发生深过冷的效果最好.

Abstract:In binary phase diagram there are many stable compounds. Hereby a new method for calculating activities of compounds from binary phase diagram involved stable compounds is presented. Based on the available formula for calculating activities in binary phase diagram, the activities of the two pure components are gained. And the balance constant K~0 can be obtained from mass action law. Thereby, the activities of stable compounds are obtained from the activities of the two pure components. By using this method, the activities of stable compounds in In-Sb system are obtained. It proves that this method is feasible.

Abstract:ZL107合金具有良好的铸造性能和较高的力学性能,应用非常广泛,但目前还不能满足现代工程结构中大型、复杂、高强度重要铸件的要求.实验在原有成分的基础上,通过添加微量合金元素、混合稀土变质和选择合理的热处理工艺来进一步提高ZL107的综合力学性能.实验结果表明,改进后的合金经过金属型浇注、T5处理后的力学性能:σb为324.2 MPa,δ5为4.1%,HBS为102,比原ZL107合金分别提高了19.7%、46.4%和8.0%.改进后的ZL107合金不但具有较高的强度和硬度,而且具有良好的塑性,有望成为大型、复杂、高强度结构铸铝件的优选合金之一.

Abstract:Being the largest mass of man-maded material, concrete demands much to resource and energy as well as affects much to environment. Whether concrete can be the dominating constructive material, the key is whether it can become green material and protect the environment at the same time. The important approach of developing is using industrial castoff largely in concrete. The tests note, that high performance concrete used of large mass of fly ash is doable. By grinding fly ash and adding high-efficient water reducer, when the dosage of cement clinker is only 25% and the dosage of fly ash is 70%, concrete with a good workability that 3 day and 28 day strength are bigger than 20 MPa and 50 MPa respectively can be achieved, which later strength develop very well. The large mass of fly ash concrete can utilize fly ash largely and reduce the dosage of clinker, that is very advantageous to protect environmental.

Abstract:通过动态水热合成方法,采用低成本的硅藻土与生石灰作原料,在120℃恒温恒压,并分别在4 h、7 h、10 h的蒸压制度下制备出水化硅酸钙纳米粉体.并用XRD、BET、SEM、TEM等现代测试手段对制得的水化硅酸钙粉体进行了性能测试.结果表明:该纳米粉体结晶度很低、比表面积极大,粉体颗粒的粒径大小主要在50 nm左右;硅质原料和钙质原料的水热合成反应机理主要为溶解-沉淀反应;恒温时间对水热合成产物影响较大,恒温7 h时Ca(OH)2反应殆尽,恒温10 h时,原料中还有少量的SiO2尚未反应完毕;恒温10 h时,纳米粉体的主要产物为水化石榴石、半结晶态的C-S-H(1)、硬硅钙石的前趋物以及Al2SiO5.

Abstract:In order to upgrade traditional industry and realize the automation of furnace condition judgement and standardization of operation, an expert system for various furnace conditions and breakdown judgement and operation guidance on blast furnace are developed based on the theory of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering. The system is fulfilled through C++Builder and combined with the actual production picture. The system has efficient and convenient man-machine interface by using menu operation method. The testing and operation of actual production data in simulation system indicate that the system is exact and reliable and can provide both the warning of various furnace breakdown and corresponding operation guidance.

Abstract:在分布式协同设计中,为了防止并行操作出现冲突常常采用加锁机制.图案协同设计是分布式协同设计的重要应用之一,有与其相适应的特定加锁方式.提出一种新的基于预测的智能锁,这是一种系统预测锁(SFL),系统采用扩展锁定集合预测法帮助在线操作用户预测其在未来的操作区域,并提前锁定该区域,当锁定时有冲突发生,则启动相应的冲突解决策略.通过该锁机制,系统可以在一定程度上智能地协助用户提前加锁,从而保证用户实现设计的流畅操作,并预防可能发生的操作冲突.这个机制已经应用到原型系统CoDesign.

Abstract:Engineering design exists a great deal of similar topology relational graph. Abstract:One new auto-optimized fuzzy control model of car-engines based on genetic arithmetic was introduced aiming at the problem that the parameters of car-engine are of the discreteness, the nonlinear and the uncertain characteristics, with which it is difficult to control accurately the excess air coefficient and the spark advance angle in dynamic procedure when using a conventional control model. The rule of the design scheme of the controller achieving the model based on embedded operating system is discussed. Further more, it is probed that the fuzzy control parameters are optimized automatically using GA based on on-line real-time simulation. The results of experiments show that the dynamic indexes and the fuel economy indexes are all improved greatly and the advantage of the model on reducing fuel consumption is obvious.

Abstract:The consistency of view maintenance and drill-down at the warehouse span multiple sources is studied. So the wide strongly consistent algorithm M-Glide is introduced, which imposes an action list to record the updating sequel sets, and uses version control and compensating mechanisms, along with acknowledgementmechanisms, to synchronize the data refreshments between data sources and data warehouse. The authors illustrate the application of the algorithm by a typical example.

Abstract:This paper presents a model for freeway traffic flow simulation and prediction. The model uses cellular automation theory to model complex traffic behavior. The advantage of the cellular automata approach is that the roadway to be modeled is quantized into simple homogeneous cells, time is quanitzed into discrete steps, and physical quantities take on a finite set of values. Also, the state of the cells is updated at each discrete timestep by using a vehicle update algorithm that combines a few vehicle motion models, governed by a relatively small set of parameters. Then vehicles just move one or several cells at each discrete timestep according to the self-defined rule. This approach makes the computer operation feasible. At last, the paper puts forward a suppose that if the simulation system is equiped with the self-study system of NN (neural network) module according to the statistical data from the transducer fixed on the freeway, it can predict the traffic status ahead of 10 minutes.

Abstract:The structure and properties of fuzzy matroids are investigated further. By generalizing the idea of crisp matroid sums to fuzzy matroid, the fuzzy matroid sum is defined. The properties of fuzzy matroid sums are studied in detail, and the comparison of properties between the crisp and fuzzy matroid sums is taken in. Particularly, several results, which are important to study the structure of fuzzy matroids, are obtained for close and regular fuzzy matroids.

Abstract:通过次氯酸盐氧化法可稳定合成纯度98%以上的高铁酸钾(K2FeO4).稳定合成高纯度高铁酸钾与原材料选择、投料顺序、反应时间、温度等多种因素有关,试验研究结果表明其优化合成条件为:Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、过量NaClO溶液和自制复合稳定剂在饱和NaOH溶液中,20℃下反应1.5 h;除盐后,滤液中加饱和KOH溶液,20℃下反应15 min,即可析出粗产品高铁酸钾;经重结晶、有机物洗涤、干燥等后处理工序纯化后得到高纯度高铁酸钾.稳定合成K2FeO4的关键是自制复合稳定剂的加入,得到高纯度K2FeO4的关键是后处理纯化条件的控制.

Abstract:The pathogenicity variation mutant PX1 that had lost pathogenicity to cultivar Tsuyuake was obtained by screening a REMI transformant library of Magnaporthe grisea P131 strain. The mutant has no difference with wild type P131 in conidia germination,appressorium formation and other biological characteristics(including sporulation capacity and colony morphology)except significantly reducing appressorium penetration on onion epidermis. Genetic analysis revealed that the mutation phenotype was cosegregats with the insertion marker, and that the mutation is due to the marker insertion which can be used for cloning the gene.

Abstract:建立了一种柱前衍生高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定血浆总半胱氨酸的方法.以tris-(2-carboxylethyl)-phosphine(TCEP)为还原剂,7-fluorbenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole-4-sulfonate(SBD-F)为衍生剂,N-乙酰半胱氨酸为内标,C8色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=3.0),梯度洗脱,385 nm处检测.线性范围为8.3~1042.6μmol/L,最低检测限为0.42μmol/L,日内精密度为1.67%~1.86%,日间精密度为2.08%~3.06%,平均回收率为98.1%~103.2%.

Abstract:It is a burgeoning application field for the biotechnology that to apply the technique of plant tissue culture breed seedling. The authors study the responses of Echinacea purpurea to different proportion plant growth hormone or auxin through adopting the culture tissue technique on the MS. The integrated seedling of Echinacea purpurea can be cultivated by callus, subculture, differentiation and rhizogenesis. The surviving rate of Echinacea purpurea seedling transplant are improved by appropriate sound stimulation appropriate. Study harvest offers the gist for the large-scale breeding seedling and the officinal resource exploitation of Echinacea purpurea in our country, and avoid some traditional handicap in breeding seedling of Echinacea purpurea, such as the difficult of seed collection, low burgeoning rate, and the disadvantage for large-scale propagation.

Abstract:采用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜及岩石力学试验系统等仪器设备研究了煤层顶板砂岩在常温到1200℃范围内的力学特性和破坏机理.结果表明,煤层项板砂岩在加热过程中强度急剧降低的温度与岩石内部裂隙形成和晶体形态变化的温度基本一致,说明岩石微观结构在高温下的变化对其力学特性有显著影响;煤层顶板砂岩中有机物在高温下的分解和析出,对砂岩中裂隙形成与发展具有一定的影响,该砂岩在高温作用下的破坏是晶体晶型转变和膨胀等产生的热应力及有机物析出共同作用的结果.

Abstract:In deviated deep hole directional drilling operation, drill collar and heavy drill pipe are used to provide enough weight on bit in order that penetration of rock can be conducted and drill-string stability can be maintained. However, as a result, this practice usually puts overloaded torque and tension force on the drill-string and hence results in early fatigue failure of drill-string. Based on the elastic deformation and stability analysis of the bottom hole assembly of drill-string, a discussion on the critical condition to keep drill-string in stabilization and the planning criterion to determine bottom hole assembly is presented . Optimized planning of BHA can be achieved by making the drill pipe partially work in compression state, which may considerably reduce the torque and tension force on the drill-string with the weight reduction of drill collar, and therefore reduce the failure possibility of drill-string.

Abstract:The test of functional groups of microorganisms in Spiral Up-flow Reactor System and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main environmental factors are studied.The results show that the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable.The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients are found.The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD is 0.949.The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP is 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH_3-N is 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN is 0.653.

Abstract:应用改进的时空守恒法对一维溃坝洪水波进行了数值模拟,从计算结果与分析解比较可知,该法能够很好地模拟溃坝洪水波,甚至对于下游为干河的情况,依然能得到满意的结果.而且,此方法精度高,有较强的溃坝涌波捕捉能力,可展示溃坝波的运动特性,为溃坝引起的灾害预测和分析及防灾减灾提供一种有效的数值模拟.

Abstract:The research theme of this paper is about how third-party logistics provider design a kind of effective incentive mechanism which can not only avoid the moral hazard behavior of the subcontractor , but also promote subcontractor to raise the serving performance constantly, until obtaining the best TPL performance .Through building bilevel programming model where constructing the Nash equilibrium model this paper, the anthors assume subcontract decision variable as endogenetic variable first, and then analyze the optimal solution with the restraint of Nash equilibrium at the time of decision variable as exogenous variable, push the subcontract relationship research at the principal-agent level into the lay that principal-agent combining with whole contract performance optimal decision.

Abstract:Based on the VMI model with completely backlogging and without backlogging, the authors develop a new VMI model with partial backlogging and time-limited free back-orders, including a single vendor and multiple buyers. This model modifies the backlogging cost proposed by some documents, and takes account of the deterioration cost in the analysis of the total inventory cost. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for VMI system to make management decision.

Abstract:A capital asset pricing model and the corresponding investment strategy are investigated for the financial market with asymmetric information structure. Suppose that investors can be defined with three kinds: informed trader, under-reaction trader and over-reaction trader; all traders use Bayesian principle to modify their prior distributions. The anthors obtain the equilibrium price of the risky asset in the short run and the rational investment strategy.

Abstract:The maintenance and gain of enterprise value have something to do with human capital.
