    Abstract:
    Cone enveloping cylindrical worm in traction machine as instance, theoretical analysis on cylindrical worm transmission has been theoretically analyzed, and efficiency test and load capability test of traction machine with YJ240 cylindrical worm have been done on open power gear experimental instrument. According to the experimental data, it indicates cylindrical worm have some weaknesses on load capability, efficiency, adjustment possibility of tooth backlash and so on. Therefore, on purpose of improving integral performance of traction machine, face worm with variable tooth thickness may be used as primary drive mechanism in traction machine instead of cylindrical worm.

    Abstract:
    The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.

    Abstract:
    During the study of noise emitted by accelerating mini-vehicle control, using theory of sound intensity measurement, it is actualized spotting the noise sources with the mini-vehicle engine. In the procees of the contour of sound intensity and frequency spectrum analysis, main noises of the engine are from oil sump tank and delivery menifold shield and two-way branch exhaust pipe shield. These noises are produced from the engine combustion. According to all analysis, the authors bring forward methods of modifying structure of shield-shell parts and consider them as main methods of reducing noises.

    Abstract:
    Relationships between the complete set of parts and product BOM are researched in assembly process for complex products.With regard to the discrete manufacturing industry,delivery BOM model is put forward based on technical process and manufacturing BOM in Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP) application system. According to the BOM model,the task of material delivery is implemented,the complete set ratio of parts for assembly producting schedules can be achieved. In addition, dynamic attribute information of parts and products can be recorded accurately.

    Abstract:
    The theory of control chart, the key part of Statistical Process Control(SPC), has been an important tool in quality management. The state of process can be analyzed and judged by using control chart that adopts mathematical and statistical methods. The Embedded Quality Management Device has been developed to meet the needs of field quality management through the integration the theory of control chart with the embedded system. The Embedded Quality Management Device is an integrated one by integrating data acquisition with statistical analysis. Data writing, data storage, data disposal and creation and display of control chart are the main functions and so it is necessary to be studied separately. The paper deeply studies and realizes the contents above, and resolves the questions about the Embedded Quality Management Device. The results above make preparations for on-line real-time quality management.

    Abstract:
    How to select the factors that have more great affection on the condition based maintenance and how to make sure the relation among them are two key problems. A new method's proposed for vacuum circuit breaker's condition based maintenance, which combines electrical endurance quality criterions and condition recognition arithmetic based on artificial neural network. The paper proposes a model based on electrical-endurance quality criterions by applying ANN in vacuum circuit breaker's condition based maintenance. The simulation indicates that the criterion selected in this way are reasonable and the network with new learning error function has a much better generalization ability.

    Abstract:
    The process of solidification is numerically simulated with control volume method. The authors study the nature convection in the liquid phase and flow pattern of nature convection during the process of solidification. The result of simulation shows that there are the global flow cells inside the liquid phase, and the local circumfluence exists in the global cells. Especially, the authors analyze transformation of the interface between phases under the effect of free convection on the process of solidification.

    Abstract:
    The authors conduct the experimental study and optimal computing for the condenser of automobile air conditioner. The especially the properties of heat transfer and flow at the side of air when using shutter fin. The authors the influence of several combinations of fin's geometry parameter to heat transfer and flow resistance. The maximal heat transfer is used as a criterion relation to select the fin's geometry parameters in the same facing air area of condenser. Furthermore, a program is designed to conduct optimal computing, and the computing results are basically consistent with experimental results. It shows that the optimal method is reasonable and the results can be applied to engineering practice.

    Abstract:
    基于分析有利于合金非晶化的热力学因素,从非晶形成的热力学观点出发,综合应用Miedema理论和Toop模型,并考虑纯金属在不同温度下的自由能,在此基础上提出了一种定量预测三元非晶合金形成范围的方法:通过比较晶态的自由能和相应非晶态的自由能来确定成分范围.用该方法计算Mg-Cu-La三元合金系的非晶形成范围,并与已有的实验数据进行比较,发现二者符合得较好.该方法对于定量预测二元及三元甚至是多元合金系非晶形成范围将有一定的指导意义.

    Abstract:
    The ZLD11 alloys containing Sr have been prepared by adding AlSr master alloy and the refinement effect of Sr on the microstructure are investigated with different contents of Sr in the finish alloys such as 0.04%,0.06%,0.08%and 0.10% Sr to change the grain size of ZLD11 alloy in mass, both microstouctve observation and gain size statistical analysis have been used to discover the proper additions of Sr. The effects of the main alloying elements on properties of ZLD11 alloy, as well as the smelting process are introduced. The results indicate that AlSr master alloy as a crystal refiner with X metal mold casting process has an effective grain refinement for ZLD11 alloy, the best refinement effect were obtained with addition of 0.08% Sr.

    Abstract:
    Most of the former study for metallurgical molten slags (MS) was on the assumption that MS is newtonian fluid, and show lots of limitation. For the reasons such as the existence of gas-liquid phase points, MS shows a property of non-newtonian fluid. For this reason, the advances in some areas are conducted, including the measurement method, the factors influencing the MS and the viscosity computed models, which is prepared for the further research of the physical-chemical properties of blast furnace slag bearing titania.

    在使用粉煤灰水泥时,常常担心粉煤灰水泥因二次水化反应消耗掉水泥水化产物中的Ca(OH)2,使粉煤灰水泥的护筋性欠佳.通过测试掺入粉煤灰的水泥水化28 d的pH值,可以看出即使是粉煤灰掺量在70%时,其水化28 d的pH值也大于11.5,不会导致粉煤灰水泥的碱度过低,影响其护筋性.采用浸烘循环法直接测试粉煤灰水泥在粉煤灰掺量为50%、60%时的护筋性,经过30次的循环,胶砂试件中钢筋的失重率与硅酸盐水泥处于同一水平.试验结果表明,粉煤灰水泥具有良好的护筋性.

    Abstract:
    随着计算机通信技术的迅速发展,数字水印技术在数字产品的版权保护领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,数字水印技术的研究也成为了一个重要的研究领域.笔者提出了一种基于原图像的基本特征的视觉掩盖水印嵌入及提取检测算法.将原图像进行8×8的分块,再将分块进行DCT变换.对每分块的DCT系数进行图像特征量的计算,对图像变化剧烈的地方加重水印强度,反之减轻水印的加入强度.最后根据HVS空域掩盖特性,对加入水印后的中间图像进行自适应掩盖,得到最终的水印图像.实验表明该算法具有良好的水印不可见性和鲁棒性,尤其是本算法对抗JPEG压缩攻击有很好的效果.

    Abstract:
    作为一种基于对象阶跃响应的预测控制算法,动态矩阵控制在性能指标函数中通过对跟踪误差的优化及对控制量增量的软约束来保证控制的性能,指标函数中并没有考虑跟踪误差变化率对系统动态响应的影响.为了使对象具有更好的动态响应,笔者基于优化性能指标函数中的跟踪误差项,在指标函数中引入跟踪误差的微分项,提出一种改进动态矩阵控制算法,使得对象的动态响应更加平稳,闭环系统的鲁棒性更强.理论分析和计算机仿真结果表明了改进后的算法使系统具有更好的控制品质.

    基于模板匹配的跟踪算法具有提取信息全面、算法简捷的优点,但目前采用固定模板匹配的算法在实际跟踪过程中容易发生误判,作者经过研究提出了自适应模板匹配的算法,该算法能有效的克服上述的问题,在此基础上作者给出了初始模板的捕获和目标物位置预测的具体算法,采用了基于自适应模板跟踪算法的"DX-1"系统在实际跟踪过程中取得了很好的跟踪效果.

    Abstract:
    The initially designed deposits of the Longdu tailings pool is the mixed tailings of iron ore and covelline. However, the fact that no iron ore tailings have been infused into the pool during its employment directly influenced its stability. By making use of 2D limited meta-softwares, the authors study the seepage features of Longdu tailings pool based on the tested data and material for it. According to first dam penetration, dry slope's length and different atmosphere rainfalls, the seepage field of the tailings pool is analyzed so they can conclude seepage rules for the fine grained tailings pool under different conditions and then study the stability features of the tailings pool. The result shows that change of the deposits gives ill effect on the stability of the pool, and the tailings pool will not run normally if no proper reinforce measure is taken in time.

    介绍已经完成的钢筋混凝土框架节点抗震性能试验研究系列中的7个中等偏高及较高剪压比接近足尺试件的试验结果.其中得出的主要结论有:1)按我国规范9度区抗震抗剪设计方法设计的中等偏高剪压比(Vjh/fcbjhj=0.20~0.28)框架节点具有足够的延性,其所在的组合体的非弹性耗能能力也是可以接受的;2)节点核心区水平箍筋对该区中沿2个对角线方向交替斜压的混凝土发挥了重要约束效用,且约束效应随节点区非弹性变形的增大而提高;3)轴压比增大虽对贯穿节点梁筋段的粘结及滑移发挥一定的有利作用,但在大于0.25的剪压比范围内,随着剪压比的增长,轴压比的增大所带来的减小节点发生剪切破坏时位移延性的作用将越来越显著,从而对控制节点抗震性能的这一关键指标具有越来越大的不利影响.

    Abstract:
    Based on a non-classical theory of plasticity and the continuum damage mechanics, a damage evolution based on an ellipsoidal void model for mixed hardening materials is obtained. The damage evolution law is embedded in the adopted constitutive equation, and a damage constitutive equation is obtained for the ferrite phase. The overall constitutive description for a pearlitic colony is derived from the combination of constitutive models respectively for ferrite and cementite phases and the geometric characteristics with a mixture theory. And the constitutive model for the plasticity and damage description is further derived based on the Hill's self-consistent scheme. The comparison of the results for damaged and undamaged model also demonstrates the validity of the developed damaged constitutive description.

    作为目前最轻的金属结构材料之一,镁合金在汽车、航空航天等行业具有广阔的应用前景.但其模铸构件表面粗糙,循环加载时极易产生疲劳裂纹并加剧扩展.因此在工业生产中常对其进行喷丸处理以提高表面质量进而实现改善构件性能的目的.在MTS试验机上对铸造镁合金AM60在不同温度条件下的应力应变关系进行了研究,并利用ANSYS对喷丸处理时不同速率(80 m/s,120 m/s,160 m/s)的钢丸冲击铸造镁合金板的过程进行了模拟分析.结果表明,铸造镁合金板残余应力和塑性应变在温度相同时,随着冲击速率的增大而增加;而在冲击速率相同时,随着温度升高塑性应变增加而残余应力减小.

    By the experimental study on a full-dimensioned prestressed frame of two spans, the relative factors are analyzed such as relative height of equivalent compression zone in critical section, secondary moment, ratio of beam rigidity to column and development of cracks in the top of columns etc., which influence the moment distribution of the post-tensioned prestressed concrete frame from the side of internal force redistribution. It is believed that that the factors of relative height of concrete equivalent compression zone and secondary moment influence the moment modulation in most degree, and ratio of column rigidity to beam also plays a part in the moment modulation to some extent. Second, the plastic joints of frame with excessive spans exit in the span which endure the whole load, at last the whole frame is destroyed because of the destruction of the loading frame, the influence to the non-loading span is little.

    Abstract:
    Based on fuzzy sets theory, a kind of method for analyzing the sensitivity in engineering structures of which design parameters are fuzzy variables is presented. The structural response sensitivity is analyzed by means of "simulate load" method and "virtual load" method, and a formula for calculating the fuzzy displacement sensitivity and fuzzy stress sensitivity is developed. The example shows that the presented method is rational and efficient.

    A sufficient and necessary optimality conditions is established for vector extremum problems with set constraint by applying the alternative theorem under generalized subconvexlike maps in orderd locally-convex Hausdorff spaces. Then, several optimality conditions are obtained for differentiable vector extremum problems with set constraint by applying the sufficient and necessary optimality conditions and the properties of the twice G-differentiable functions. And finally, the vector-valued Lagrange duality is obtained for the vector extremum problems.

    Abstract:
    笔者在标准模型下计算了两个光子的碰撞过程中产生top夸克对和一个附带的中性Higgs粒子的最低阶的散射截面.该过程从理论上可以在新一代的线性对撞机上实现.ttH的产生是探索中性Higgs粒子和Top夸克耦合与Higgs粒子质量关系的唯一的直接途径.讨论该过程对于理解higgs-top耦合具有重要的意义.通过理论计算得到的结果是当质心能量的取值在0.5~2 TeV之间,而Higgs粒子的质量在120~200GeV时,其散射截面大致在1~3 fb之间.在实验条件达到相应的条件时,利用理论计算结果能为实验上寻找Higgs粒子提供帮助.

    Abstract:
    Methanol-concentrated wastewater is chosen to optimize the conditions of imbedded immobilization of microorganisms through a series of experiments. Activated sludge is imbedded in some little balls with the imbedding materials of Sodium Alginate and PVA, then orthogonal experiments of methanol wastewater treatments are done based on the decomposition of the indicator of COD. Whereafter, the optimum imbedding conditions of Sodium Alginate and PVA are determined and the performance of immobilized ball is improved under those conditions. Meanwhile, the study analyses the performance of the ball based on such parameters as the specific surface area, penetrability and electronic-microscope photo. It is concluded that reaction time is the most important factor, both SA and PVA are reticulations and their structures are suitable to grow for microorganisms, and the mechanical performance of the PVA immobilized ball is improved to a large scale after adding some chemicals.

    Abstract:
    The comparisons for choosing the better plantletes are made among different organs (internodes, stem cross-section, heat leaves and leaves) with various hormone combinations on callous induced and plantlets regeneration. There results show that the callous induced of stem cross-sections and heart leaves is higher than the callous induced rate of the internodes, the callous induced rate is not obviously different between the internodes and leaves, the stem cross-section is high in the regeneration rate and is better than others for tissue culture.

The authors summarize recent trends and results about the increase of the production of secondary metabolites in medicinal plant hairy roots. The change of culture conditions and the application of biotechnologies can enhance the production of secondary metabolites in hairy roots.

    Abstract:
    The Matrine and Oxymatirne are two kinds of alkaloid, and have many kinds of pharmacological functions. In recent years, their anti-tumor mechanism has been paid more attention. This article is a summarization of the research progress of Matrine and Oxymatirne in the anti-tumor mechanism. Now people have found out that the Matrine and Oxymatirne can restrain the multiplication of tumor cells via restrainning the synthesizatinon of DNA and the enzyme activity and effectting the normal cycle, and they also can restrain the transfer of the tumour via controlling the expression of the genes, and induce the death of the tumour cell and induce the tumour cell to differentiate into the common cell via controlling the expression of the genes and effecting the telomerase activity.

    Abstract:
    With the theory of stochastic differential equation, the authors discuss a problem of a class of risk investment portfolio with stochastic character. With the selection of appropriate utility function and combines the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation, under the assumption that an optimal portfolio exists, and by using the Homologous Lagrangian function, some quantitative results of this risk optimal investment portfolio are given. With these quantitative results, some qualitative results are got. These results concord with the results of the theory of risk investment.

    Abstract:
    It is a hot question in recent years in China about the urban house dismantlement and development, and the low compensation standard of the urban house dismantlement has been thought to be the main reason that cause dispute of the urban house dismantlement. After a two-player game model is built, the paper solves mix-strategy Nash equilibrium of game and analyzes the influence of improving compensation to game equilibrium. It is concluded that, if government only improve policy of compensation standard to issue, the resident ready to move with their house to be dismantled can enjoy the great benefit shortly, but the long-term policy result is to reduce the incidence of the urban house dismantlement and slow down paces that the old city transforms.

    This paper mainly analyzes the theory of light-rail. A few optimal fare-pricing models is established based on different objects. The authors combine the benefits of Society, Orbit company and the passengers to establish an AHP model for assessing the fare-pricing models. Finally, they establish an optimal fare-pricing scheme with light-rail. This model is applied to light-rail line 2 in Chongqing. A scale ticket price scheme of this object is given.

    This article briefly introduces the principle and the character of the leverage buyouts since the rate of finance lever and the risk is high in the LBO, this article gives a game-theory analysis on the financing process between the purchaser and the investor in LBO by using the ROSS model. It is expected that some beneficial proposal to either side can be put forward by parting the equilibrium.in the last, it poses that LBO can be a way of broadening the financing channel on the annexation between the enterprises in our country.

    Abstract:
    Natural monopoly is characterized by economies of scale and production cost subadditivity in the traditional and new theory of natural monopoly.The paper thinks that they are incorrect in the method of judging some industry as natural monopoly.They neglect some important transaction(system) cost factors.Once giving up the old analytic framework, the authors find that economies of scale and production cost subadditivity are neither necessary nor sufficient for natural monopoly.Based on the analysis on weaknesses of the traditional and new theory of natural monopoly,the paper discusses the essential character of natural monopoly and educes some corresponding revelations about the reform of network industries.
