    Abstract:
    Frequency refining is an important spectrum analyzing tool, and is one of the main function of signal processing and the virtual instrument. This paper introduces several typical frequency refining analysis methods including DFT and multiple modulation and so on. It also probes into their advantages and disadvantages, and proposes a new frequency refining method combining subband decomposing DFT and multiple modulation, which inherits the advantages of multiple modulation, needs not to design a specific filter, reduces the amount of calculation, and is fit for real-time refining analysis. At last, it exhibits several frequency refining algorithm and their effects with applications in virtual instruments.

    Abstract:
    Self-adjusting planetary gear rational mechanism can eliminate the influence of various uncertain errors in mechanism. Therefore ,it's method of self-adjusting designing is attented by machine designer. For seeking a simple, regular, and widely realizing self-adjusting designing way, this article uses approach of the follow text to design no over-constraint and self-adjusting mechanism. First, the article advances the conception of planetary gear structure muster and it's plotting basis, through using for reference the strategy and method of self-adjusting structure groups in planar linkage mechanism. Second, it designs the self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster, through analyzing the constraint and freedom of planetary gear structure muster. Third, it designs the self-adjusting mechanism, through adding aptitude rotational links outside of self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster. This mechanism can realizes the self-adjusting in the interior of muster and self-adapting in the exterior of muster. This designing plan possesses a series of excellence, such as, theoretical, simple, feasible, widely self-adjusting. Consequently, the mechanism can eliminate the working capability influence of various errors.

    Abstract:
    Network Organization is an organization built by some rules among organizations for some purposes or some tasks. For example, many organizations work together to develop a new product. The technology of directed graph and fuzzy design structure matrix are used in the development of a new product in the network organization. Base on this, the methods of task de-coupling, matrix exchange and partitions are used to optimize the design activity. It can improve the rate and efficiency of the product's development, reduce the problem of design iteration, short the development periods, make the members of the network organization work concurrently without damaging the quality of the products.

    Abstract:
    Based on fuzzy Petri nets, a fuzzy reasoning Petri nets (FRPN) model is defined. And then, combining fuzzy Petri nets with matrix operation, an algorithm of formalized fuzzy reasoning process is proposed. Based on the fuzziness and uncertainness of the knowledge in the disassembly process of products, a decision making model in disassembly process is established. Furthermore, taking realistic disassembly as an example, an algorithm of decision-making in disassembly sequence is discussed. The result shows that the model of decision-making has strong parallel operation ability in the disassembly process sequence. It also can make intelligent decisions based on the product information originating from each disassembly step.

    Abstract:
    The frequency band of conventional partial discharge (PD) measurement systems is selected just within several ten kilohertz. With the development of computer and digital signal processing techniques, wide frequency band (WFB) measurement systems have been used to detect PD in electrical equipment for its higher sensitivity. Nevertheless, the WFB measurement systems are easy suffered from the interference of strong field electromagnetism noises. A set of PD online monitoring system with frequency band from 50 kHz to 1 megahertz used for transformer is developed, in which pre-processing device and cascaded 2nd order IIR lattice notch digital filter are mainly used to suppress periodic narrow-band interference. With analysis of field monitored signal at a 220 kV substation, it is shown that the monitoring system not only can detect and extract the discharge pulse signal effectively, but also has the powerful capability of suppressing interference.

    Abstract:
    It's always difficult in technology to eliminate power interference of 50 Hz in Brainwave Data Acquisition System .Though traditional ways to eliminate it can also gain some effects, they have drawbacks such as high cost and low currency at all time. The use of trap filter of 50 Hz may solve the question radically. Through the authors' repetitious experimentation, it is proved that trap filter of VCVS not only eliminate power interference of 50 Hz farthest but also have merits of simple circuit structure, convenient coupling and upper reliability. The authors offer collected brainwave in strong power interference environment. It may be seen that it is very clear and clean. Because power interference of (50 Hz) exists in almost all Data Acquisition System, this type of trap filter possesses better currency, it is expected to win extensive application in medical apparatus of measurement of other biological electricity signals and industrial observation and control system.

    Abstract:
    Phase is a kind of important wave parameter of periodical signal. Making use of the combination of MCS-51 single-chip computer and external circuit and using its fiat resource fully, this paper has realized the high accuracy measure of phase difference by using the precision measurement technique such as over zero appraisal phase method, fill count by the pulse of high frequency and multiperiods etc. It also introducs systematic principle and the realization method of hardware and software emphatically.

    Abstract:
    Along with enlargement of scope of distribution, algorithms of reconfiguration for distribution networks become difficult to satisfy real-time require of engineering applications. This paper provides a new algorithm a fast algorithm based on partition-hierarchical model. It is found that partition of loads is relation of the smallest load of vertex that is bigger than average and the biggest load of vertex that is smaller than average. The method reduces the numbers of switches combination by searching smallest load of vertex that is bigger than average and the biggest load of vertex that is smaller than average and realize a fast algorithm of the loads global optimal equalization for distribution networks by transferring the loads. Results of test show that the method presented is applicable and efficient.

    Abstract:
    By using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD), a surface with gradient surface energy is fabricated based on the treated silicon chip. The dodecyltrichlorosilane (C_(12)H_(25)Cl_3Si) and Octrytrichlorosilane (C_(8)H_(17)Cl_3Si) are used as the source of silanization. By using the measurement of sessile drop method, the surface with gradient surface energy was characterized by measuring the contact angle of small water which lied on the surface of the treated silicon chip. The experiment shows the liquid droplets are driven to move from hydrophobic to hydrophilic zone on the gradient surface which is placed horizontally, the diameter of the droplets are 1~3 mm, and the single droplet reached the maximum velocity of up to 0.9 m/s. Based on the experimental results, the mechanical of the movement of the liquid droplet on the gradient surface is researched.

    Abstract:
    The manipulators pay fully attention to the running state of raceway looked into tuyere peehole in blast furnace in its production process. And it is important for judgement and control the blast furnace. The pulverized coal feeding and burning cases can be supervised by peehole in tuyere. Temperature distribution can be studied by brightness and numerical simulation of pulverized coal combustion. The recent research of temperature examined and supervision technique of the tuyere and raceway in blast furnace are set forth at home and abroad. A method settling supervision and control the state of tuyere and raceway in blast furnace is put forward by coalescent numeric image process technique to numeric simulate two dimensional imaging technique.

    Abstract:
    Fe - C - Si - Mn alloys are used as blades in hydroelectric generators contained network structures after some heat treatments. It is found by metalograph and TEM analysis that annealed network structure is pearlite with very fine slice while the normalized is martensite or bainite. Experimental results together with theoretical analysis prove that the network structures are resulted from segregations of carbon and manganese atoms in the interdendritic areas, higher heat treatment temperature or longer soaking time can enlarge the grid size and finally eliminate the network structure. The network structure has some effects on the strength, and the smaller the grid size, the higher the strength.

    Abstract:
    Smoothing techniques are mainly used to solve the problem of sparse data for statistical language model. The present smoothing techniques deal with the data sparse problem using different discount and compensate strategy, and they have different merit or shortcoming on complexity and rationality. This paper presents a new kind of smoothing technique based on global discount for Bi-gram model. The model parameters, probabilities for bigram, are discounted according to frequency of bigram, and are compensated according to lower-level model for unseen events in the model, whose rationality is indicated by minimizing the perplexity. Experiment results show that the technique is superior to commonly used Katz smoothing technique.

    Abstract:
    Critical information system in Interact is in face of increasingly security problems. More attention has been focused on the survivability of information system, which is the capability of system to continue its mission even in the presence of damage to the system. The authors first introduce the definition of survivability. According to four function properties of survivability, which are Resistance, Recognition, Recovery, and Adaption, the authors design a model of survivable system structure and then explain survivability requirement, survivability strategy in this model. Additionally, they provide possible technical solutions for the survivability of systems, categorized by different aspects of our survivability strategy.

    Intrusion detection system is an essential component of network security protection mechanisms. Most intrusion detection system can not adapt the variation of network environment. Aiming at this problem, an adaptive strategy that composed of condition space and strategy space is proposed. The condition space describes the network environment and the strategy space describes the strategy. There is an exclusive strategy corresponds to a certain environment state in condition space. On the base of the adaptive strategy, an adaptive intrusion detection system based on agent and data mining is designed. The simulation experiments indicate that the adaptive strategy is effective.

    An improved cosine window is put forward, which can reduce the spectrum leakage and can be easily implemented. The center of the method is to apply an exponent-m-to the usual window function. A proper value can be chosen for the exponent in light of the particular emphasis on frequency resolution, amplitude precision or sidelobe suppression and we can modify the characteristic of the window function through altering the value of m. Cycle of different times is effect.Carried out to implement it in DSP with software. The result of the emluator makes it clear that it is a method with good effect.

    Abstract:
    In many special filtering system, the direction of arrival(DOA) should be evaluated for the received signal. MUSIC algorithms is a classic one and is applied widely, but its computing load is very large because there exist many transforms of matrix. As the number of uniform circle is, the data are cyclic in the searching of peak in MUSIC algorithm for 2-D evaluation of DOA. The authors discuss how to use DFT to reduce the computation load. At the same time, the simulation of performance shows that the proposed algorithm improves the efficiency by fifty percent, that is important for the project reality.

    Abstract:
    The boundary integral in Boundary Element Method affects the precision and the speed of the method. If the boundary integral with constant element, the nonsingular integrals are popularly calculated by the Gauss numerical integral, and the singular integrals are popularly calculated by the analytical integral. This paper presents an alternative way with Gauss formula to transform the double integral in elastic problem on 3-d into the linear integrals on the boundary of each subdomains, so that all the singular integrals and nonsingular integrals are calculated by analytical method. The example indicates that this method makes the precision and the speed of BEM improve.

    In the Lorentz Invariable Coupling Model of interaction between pion and nucleon (antinucleon), by applying the complex function integral method, the authors have strictly calculated the one-dimensional integral, which is derived from the great momentum integral limit, of the renormalized finite quantity of one-loop propagator and chain propagator in the momentum renormalization scheme and gained the finally strict analysis result. At the last, they have detailed these numerical results of the renormalized finite quantity, and also done the relevant discussion about these minute radiation corrections.

    The laser induce damage threshold electric field instensity strengths of different materials used in the ultraviolet region, have been calculated by the model of multiphoton absorption ionization, avalanche model and a combination of the two. Avalanche model can not be used in the ultraviolet region, the result of the combination model can be used as reference. The authors analyze the relations between the laser induce damage electric field strengths to optical thin film and laser frequency, pulse duration. The relations between materials band gap and damage threshold electric field strengths is analyzed.

    The authors calculate the cross-section with one-loop electroweak corrections to electron-positron pair production via two photon collisions in the standard model (SM), including virtual corrections and soft photon radiative correction. The relations between the cross-sections are discussed in tree level (and one-loop corrected cross sections) and center-mass energy in the luminosity measuring ranges of GLC. At last, the authors acquire the relation curves between differential cross section and the outgoing electron angle.

    Ti_(4)O_(8) super cell are formated and geometry optimized.The band gap, Fermi level, density of states of TiO_(2) doped by Fe(III) have been simulated with relativistic density functional theory and Plane Wave Pseudo Potentials (PWPP). The band gap of TiO_(2) doped by Fe(III) become narrow, and density of states are enhanced. It can decrease composition of e~(-) and h~(+), Photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2) are enhanced by doped Fe(III).

    肿瘤的转移是一个复杂的多步骤过程,它是恶性肿瘤致死性的关键因素.粘附分子与内皮细胞的粘附在此过程中起着重要作用.E-选择素(E-selectin)是粘附分子中的一类,仅表达在内皮细胞上.E-selectin的结构和功能及在肿瘤转移方面的研究表明:静息时,内皮细胞上的E-selectin含量甚微;当内皮细胞受到炎症介质白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-alpha(TNF-α)、细菌脂多糖(LPS)等刺激后,E-selectin的表达4 h可达高峰,24 h下降.唾液酸化的Lewis血型抗原(sialyl-Lewisx)是E-selectin的配体,它和E-selectin相互作用共同在肿瘤转移过程中起着重要作用.

    Abstract:
    Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrum is an effective method of investigating substance molecular structure swiftly while keeping the specimens intact, so it can represent the characteristic of the cancer at molecular level. Then all the differences of spectra between cancerous tissues and normal tissues are determined with FT-IR spectroscopy and analyzed with statistics of Logistic regression, the results show the pattern can be distinguished to lung cancerous tissues from normal tissues, and it is feasible to apply FT-IR spectroscopy in clinical practice.

    For the high-speed developing technology of supercritical CO2 extraction since recent thirty years, this paper summarizes its typical craft flows, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of those craft flows, which provides references for the similar studies. And then the authors discuss its major merits and the actuality of applications applied in the study of Chinese traditional medicine, and also discuss the key solving problems needed that Chinese traditional medicine walked into international medicine market in the future.

    With fiber beam-column element based on flexibility method of finite element, the RC specially shaped columns of different axial compression ratio under cyclic loading have been simulated and the analysis results have been compared in aspects of strength, stiffness and ductility in order to provide some suggestions for seismic-resistant design of specially shaped columns. The strength, stiffness and ductility of L,T-shaped columns are apparently different in different horizontal direction, but those of t-shaped column are close.

    The heat release rate is the key factor that determines fire hazards. In order to find out the characters of heat release rate and their relation with other parameters. The authors introduce the oxygen consumption principle which cone calorimeter applies, and then expound the calculation of heat release rate in detail. The heat release rate of several kinds of representative materials has been studied by means of cone calorimeter in the different irradiances. Test results shows that HRR and TFI^-1/2 vary linearly with the irradiances.

    结合螺旋升流式反应器(Spiral Up-Flow Reactor,SUFR)的特性,通过对比试验分析SUFR系统在较长泥龄时(主要在32d左右)运行的工艺特点.试验结果表明,SUFR系统(θc=32 d)出水COD和TN分别小于40 mg/L﹑10 mg/ L;SUFR系统(θc=32 d)除磷率随着泥龄的延长有一定的下降,但出水TP一直稳定在0.5 mg/L内; SUFR系统(θc=32 d)的SOUR值为10~18 mgDO/(gVSS·h)之间.这说明,接近活塞流特征的SUFR系统可以减轻较长泥龄对污水处理的负影响.该系统具有更宽的泥龄适应范围.

    Abstract:
    The activation of black soil (analog the lignite) by electro-hydraulic impulse is proposed. The abundant insoluble nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other organic elements in black soil are activated as the green fertilizer by this way. The new method is provided for activating sludge produced by treating wastewater. For several kinds of black soil, the experiment result indicates that electro-hydraulic impulse increases the percentage of absorbable nitrogen by 1 to 4 times and the percentage of insoluble organic elements by 4 times, which is a valuable reference to sludge treatment.

    Flows of the confluence of Yangtze River and Jialing River in the city of Chongqing are numerically simulated by using Delft3D Model with staggered grids and ADI integral method. The water level, flow velocity and drogue trace are studied. Comparing the numerical results with observed data shows good agreement. Therefore the computational model and the simplified parameters are of good accuracy and have practical meaning. The results show that the contamination will linger near the Caiyuanba area and drift to Chaotianmen and the right bank of Yangtze River upstream. The results can be used to forecast flood, inspect contamination and management of riverway in the city.

    Abstract:
    Clauses-designing of convertible bond is the main object of this article. Its final effect upon exchange market is analyzed by an empirical study, which ultimately reveals the relationship between clause-designing and the premium rate of the price on the first day. The authors select 22 pieces of comparable convertible bonds in domestic market as a sample pool, and design a regression model. Results demonstrate that market price of convertible bond is primarily determined by its value. In this case, proper designing in coupon rate, duration, or setting additional clauses, such as interest compensation clause and unconditional redemption clause, could significantly improve the premium of price on the first day. Moreover, it is precise to appraise the premium of price on the first day with the regression model, which proves that this model turns out to be a valuable reference for investors.
