  • 1  Creation of an Experimental System for Testing the Dynamic Tensile Stress of Cells Using Membrane Variable Stress Wave

    Abstract:
    The constitution, design ideas and working principles of the DDC experimental system for testing dynamic tensile stress of outside body cell using membrane variable stress wave are discussed in detail. A new design measure is put forward, i.e. using airtight liquid for transferring pressure, and a space mechanism which is made up of two moveable linking axes and controlled by DDC for producing dynamic tensile stress with variable stress wave. The space mechanism is made up of two moveable linking axes, the first axis is controlled by an alternative current servo system, at the same time it drives the modulating modulating disc, and its rotation velocity is uniform and adjustable, so the rotating velocity of the disc can be controlled. Second, the hydraulic pressure worktable is driven by step electric motor. By dynamically changing the relative position of the modulating disc and the worktable, the journey of the piston in hydraulic pressure vat can be changed accordingly. The resultant motion of the modulating disc rotation and the radial direction relative movement of the piston can create liquid pressure with variable frequency and amplitude range, and the pressure can be changed into membrane tensile stress with variable frequency and pressure amplitude range using pressure fine tuning, and muhi-path disporting pressure. The system is proved to be simple, reliable, economic and controlled expediently by the experiment conducted.

    Abstract:
    The full name of variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission is. Backlash adjustable plane worm gear with variable tooth thickness enveloping worm transmission, which is a new kind of accurate power transmission that is intervenient between traditional motion transmission and power transmission. Tooth surface equations of the variable tooth thickness plane worm gear transmission are deduced based on the theory of engagement. Basing on the result, the authors create a finite analysis model of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm with perfect tooth shape by using I-DEAS software, and then has done finite element analysis of backlash adjustable variable tooth thickness plane enveloping worm transmission. Finally, the author drew a conclusion about distribution of principal stress and load distribution between teeth, which offer some references for strength and performance analysis of worm transmission.

    Abstract:
    The impulse value of a impulse mechanism has a notable influence on the dynamics capability of impulse variable speed device. Basing on this point, the authors take crank-rocker mechanism in series with slider-crank mechanism as impulse mechanism when we design the impulse variable speed device. The link used to adjust the speed is applied in slider-crank mechanism which has no quick-return characteristic, so the advance-to return-time ratio keeps stable when we adjust its speed. The speed fluctuation also keeps invariable. The new method overcome the default that this kind of impulse variable speed device has a notable speed fluctuation. At the same time, ADAMS software is used to optimize and show the real motion law. From the simulation result we can get the speed fluctuation is down to 18% in the whole process. The change of speed fluctuation is down to 1%. The result is better than other mechanism like this category.

    Abstract:
    Based on the relation between the incipient yield pressure and the limit of yielding in cylinder according to the elastic disabled rule, a laboratorial method of determining limit of yielding of material is designed and a set of experimental data were gained by the method. The incipient yield pressure of the cylinder is gained by analyzing the experimental data, and then the limit of yielding is gained. The laboratorial method has a good reliability as the experimental value has a little error to the theory value. It has a definite engineering signification and theory value to research the mechanical capability of material and the disabled rule of high pressure vessel.

    Abstract:
    The CMOS image sensor has developed from passive pixel sensors and active pixel sensors to digital pixel sensors(DPS),which is the trend of image sensors.The advantage of DPS is that the imaging system can be integrated on a chip as imaging system-on-a-chip,decreasing the cost and power consumption,improving the imaging quality.The A/D conversion is the key component of the CMOS sensor.The authors analyze and compare the theories,performances and features of the chip level,column level and pixel level integrated ADC of the image sensor.They present the present and the future trend of the development about digital image sensor in the home and abroad.

    Abstract:
    The exhaust manifold cover is the main source of surface radiate noise of a 6 360 vehicle's engine.By using the finite element analysis technology,a finite element model of the cover is established,and then the modal analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.On this basis,the transient response of the cover under the excitation of engine block's vibration is analyzed.The result show that the free edge is the main source of radiate noise,because its normal velocity is maximal.The improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the cover.The analysis of the improved structure shows that the measures are effective,the radiate noise of the cover is decreased distinctly.

    Based on the introduction to the rotor-balance-measuring theory of digital correlation filtering.The amplitude value and phase of sine wave are picked-up by Matlab software in noise.It is realized in magneto balance-measuring system by using single-chip computer and this paper gives a concrete means.The calculations show that the digital correlation filtering has highly precision and strong ability of.It can apply in all kinds of rotors' balance-measuring.

    Abstract:
    By using one-cycle control theory, a novel voltage source inverter is proposed. The conventional one-cycle control technique needs that the integrator is reset instantaneously. But it is very difficult to realize with hardware due to the finite time constant of the reset circuitry. Therefore, based on the one-cycle technique, the paper gives a new control scheme to resolve the problem with dual switched integrator, and the performance of the integrators is close to ideal. The paper also uses the dc offset to implement the voltage measurement. Furthermore, the amplitude and frequency of the output voltage are effectively adjustable. The one-cycle control technique not only provides fast dynamic response, but also can admirably suppress the perturbation yielded by dc source and abate the undesired harmonic contents. Simulation studies were performed to prove the proposed scheme. The results show that the one-cycle control based voltage source inverter makes good use of dc source that is 92.8% and THD is only O. 255 9%.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a method that can non-invasively detect artery compliance using oscillometric method.There are also researches about Windkessel theory,and analysis of the combination of Windkessel and oscillometric method.Then the authors summarize a method to calculate artery compliance and introduce the clinical effect in the hospital.Compared with traditional sphygmomanometer,they get the pertinence of SBP is r=0.918 5(P<0.001).And the pertinence of DBP is r=0.899(P<0.001).Then it is compared with ultrasonic method,the pertinence of compliance is r=-0.820 9(P<0.01).This proves that the diagnose of blood pressure and artery compliance is effective and artery compliance is an important index in cardiovascular clinical measurement.So this paper makes the oscillometric method to be applied to wide ranges in calculating cardiovascular indexs.

    Abstract:
    对城市生活垃圾循环流化床焚烧炉炉内冷态流场及生活垃圾颗粒冷态分层特性进行了数值模拟.结果表明:密相区和稀相区的流场存在较大差异,密相区u、v、z值较稀相区大得多,湍流强度大,扰动强烈;稀相区流场横向扰动很弱.不同粒径的垃圾颗粒在炉内存在明显的分层现象,流化风速1.5~2 m/s时,小于1 mm的垃圾颗粒集中在炉膛上部,大于5 mm的垃圾颗粒沉积到炉膛底部.风速从0.8 m/s增加到2 m/s时,风速越小、粒径差异越大,分层越明显.随着风速的增加,不同粒径垃圾颗粒分布趋于均匀,分层现象减弱.当风速小于1 m/s,炉内整体流态化及循环状况较差,1.5~2 m/s的流化风速对生活垃圾流化床较为适合.

    Abstract:
    A two-dimension,steady-state,multi-component transport model is presented to investigate the cathode performance of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell with an interdigitated gas distributor.Darcy law is used to describe the flow in the porous media.Subsequently,the model is applied to predict the pressure,velocity and mass fraction distributions in the electrode and explore the effect of the change of differential pressure between the inlet and the outlet,electrode thickness and rib width on the performance of fuel cell.The results show that: current density creases with the higher differential pressure between the inlet and outlet,but the increment is diminishing;electrode thickness has an optimum value which depends on the electrode morphology and the gas distributor design parameters;using narrower electrode rib can improve the performance of fuel cell.

    Abstract:
    Jointing of titanium alloy and stainless steel is very often in the fields like aviation, chemical plants etc. The combination of materials has the advantages of both titanium alloy and stainless steel and will reduce the consumption of titanium resource. The phase transformation diffusion bonding of TA17 titanium alloy to 0CriSNigTi stainless steel are carried out on Gleeble - 1500D. The effcet of maximum thermal cycle temperature, the tensile strength, the fracture surface and microstruture of the joints are investigated. The results show that TiFe and TiFe2 intermetallics and some solid solutions are formed along the interface, when maximum thermal cycle temperature increase, the area proportion of intermetallics in the fracture surface increase, which are detrimental to the mechanical properties of the transition joints.

    Abstract:
    Segmentation Ambiguity is an important factor influencing accuracy of Chinese auto-segmentation system. Time words include expressions both indicating exact time positions and those scattering in a treriod of time. On the foundations of modern Chinese corpus processing principles and certain type time word segmentation ambiguity, this paper proposes problem, a statistical language model and corresponding approach based on maximum likelihood to solve the ambiguous and it reaches a 90% accuracy which shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.

    This paper analyzes the current situation of university students' credit evaluation and set up an evaluation index system of university students' credit to compensate a loan.Based on this index system,this paper sets up a matter-element evaluation model on the individual credit of university students loan by means of extensible engineering method.The grade of individual credit and the index for evaluating the level of individual credit are made as matter-element,meanwhile,the classical field,the segment field,the weight coefficient are obtained.Dependence function is established based on the grade of individual credit and then the grade is judged by calculating the synthetic dependence degree.Finally,this paper presents the evaluation method by giving an example.This method is simple in calculation,reasonable in evaluation with high applicability.

    This paper discusses the guaranteed cost control of a class of linear stochastic systems on the research of uncertain linear systems.The authors give the definition of this linear stochastic systems' guaranteed cost control,by using Ito formula and linear matrix inequality,combined its square-stability,under the supposition of the square stability of this kind of linear stochastic system,gets the accordingly guaranteed cost control condition.The conclusion is,if the linear stochastic system is square-stability,then its guaranteed cost control exists.Finally,the problem of designing a optimal guaranteed cost control can be turned into a convex optimal problem.

    A kind of sampling circuits of piezoelectric biosensor is designed based on the CPLD devices. It is realized that 10 MHz high frequency signal measure and sampling, data display and data serial communication etc. The system has been proved to have high reliability, good real-time performance.     Abstract:
    Joint Detection technology is a hot point in the research of TD-SCDMA system. Because of a SNR degradation, JD can not reach the need of system performance when system loads is close to the spread factor. MSJD and iterative multi-user detection are put forth to overcome the problem. When iterative MUD is adopted, the research shows that system performance is close to single user performance after 3 iterations, but its computational complexity grows exponentially with the number of code channel. When MSJD is adopted, complexity is reduced compared with iterative MUD, but system performance of code channels numbered K is only close to system performance of code channels numbered K/2 as JD is used. Considering computational complexity and system performance, multi-step iterative multi-user detection technology is brought forth based on iterative MUD and MSJD. According to simulation, the result can be concluded that complexity is reduced compared with single iterative MUD and system performance is improved compared with single MSJD.

    Abstract:
    The Activated Sludge Models were widely applied in Europe and America since they were put forward, however, for an accurate simulation of the activated sludge treatment processes, reliable wastewater characteristic parameters such as COD components were needed. The conventional parameters such as COD can not differentiate the carbonaceous organic matters of wastewater, so they need to be divided again. Therefore, the fractionation of influent COD components in the Activated Sludge Models is introduced, and the physical-chemical and biological characteristics of each COD components are analyzed. The measurements of influent COD components are reviewed and some evaluation is made. The issue in determining the influent COD components is discussed. The idea of establishing a characterization guideline is put forward at last.

    To compare the difference of air influences in Fuling county between adopting Central heating at Longqiao power station and dispersing the heating all around the county,the authors simulate the distributing of the city air pollution(SO_(2),PM_(10)) with the computational fluid dynamics software-PHOENICS.The simulation results show that the pollution source are much wider.Because the main reason infecting the diffused of pollution is the city dominant wind,the decrease of the pollution along the side of city dominant wind is tremendous,the percentage of the pollution recedes from 5% to 1%,and the polluted area of the central heating is 20% of the area of separate heating,especially the pollution of the area with high population is decreasing remarkably such as the residential area.The simulation has proven the advantage of the central heating on the point of the air pollution.In the meanwhile,computer simulation is an accurate and convenient means to help analyze air pollution of urban.

    为了建立考虑高应变低周疲劳性能的混凝土受压本构模型,利用全数字化电液伺服式试验机及其位移控制加卸载功能,在已经完成的混凝土棱柱体等应变幅多次重复受压试验(最大应变以不同幅度超过ε0,ε0为与峰值应力对应的应变)的基础上,进一步完成了压应变上限逐步加大的混凝土棱柱体多次重复加卸载试验,获得了其独特的低周疲劳特征及加卸载应力-应变规律.结果表明,有必要根据实测结果对以往假定的卸载-再加载本构模型作出重要调整.

    Abstract:
    Temperature-depended resistivity of carbon nanotube film is measured and the results show negative temperature effect because the resistivity is decreased as the temperature increased. An electronic transport model for the carbon nanotube film is set up and the resistivity calculation formula is deduced, whose calculating result is compared with experimental datum. It shows that theoretical calculation is well contented with experiment results. Then, the relationship between resistivity and diameter of the carbon nanotube is discussed.

    Abstract:
    以p型单晶硅作为研究对象,采用电化学阳极氧化方法制备新鲜多孔硅以及与十二碳烯进行氢化硅烷化反应形成烷基化多孔硅,利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪等表征烷基化多孔硅的形态、组成、光致发光、耐碱性等.结果表明,新鲜多孔硅表面呈微米级长方形块状结构,含大量Si-Hx(x=1, 2, 3)键,而氢化硅烷化反应后其表面则变为岛状结构,且出现与烷基有关的C-H键伸缩振动峰;延长氢化硅烷化反应时间,所得多孔硅光致发光峰值强度增加,峰位蓝移,耐碱性有明显提高.

    Abstract:
    For effecting of SOD on apoptotsis of arsenic compound induced, active oxygen is found to be involved in apoptotic progress affected by exogenous SOD and measurement of SOD in cell sap. Arsenic compounds cause a decrease of SOD in cell, promoting active oxygen to produce in mitochondria, ceil apoptosis and active oxygen to react with SOD. Quantititive SOD are ccpsume by arsenic compounds. It is exacdy the decrease that make plenty of active oxygen gather in mitccnondria, and starts the apoptotie progress. It is result that SOD protects, ceil in apoptosis. The analysis of SOD values shows that active oxygen has an effect on apoptosis.

    Selecting manager by market and improving team cooperation efficiency are two basal tasks to construct an effective human resource management system of commercial bank in China,but there are the limitations the traditional methods in explaining the players' cooperation.The paper constructs a market targeting model of selecting manager of commercial bank and a game model of team cooperation based on stock option,and then the talent identification mode and team cooperation mechanism in commercial bank are established.It is concluded that talented managers is selected but talent-less is refused owing to stock option incentive mechanism,and employee and managers holding stock plan is an incentive force to whole team if residual remains of shareholder is less than half team residual remains.

    Abstract:
    Time of use(Tou) price is one of the most efficient measure for modern demand side management(DSM).But a scientifically pricing is based on understanding the function of pricing mechanism and comprehensive analysis to social benefit.The authors develop a pricing model by game theory based on analysis of consumer's response to the time of-use price and analyze the pricing regulation of government for maximum social benefit.A conclusion is drawn,which suggests that government should let the electricity corporation to pricing, but just give a regulation on the average price level.
