    Abstract:
    Aiming at the application of PDM in design domain, an oriented dynamical data PDM system is researched and developed. Characteristics of research organization is analyzed from project management and function management, and the coupling process is presented for dynamical data management. By analyzing dynamical data and engineering requirement-driven, PDM application frame is set up including person managing model, product object model and process managing model. The results indicate the application configuration is feasible.

    The character of automobile supply chain is analyzed, and the part supplier relationship evaluation system-SRES-is presented. Due to the drawback of AHP method, the ANP is applied to evaluate part suppliers. The case study proves the availability the proposed method, which helps to distinguish the part suppliers of different levels.

    Abstract:
    Based on the superiority of artificial neural network (ANN) in identification of non-linear system,according to parameters of automobile,dynamic performance and fuel economy gained by experiment,evaluation criterion of(system) identification accuracy is analyzed.Furthermore,initial weights,initial biases and nodes of BP ANN has two(layers) are gained.Then,performance database of automobile is established.This model can realize forward prediction and backward reasoning,and it can decrease the development cycle of automobile.At last,validation is carried out by means of example.

    The authors introduce the requirement of exciting signal for ultrasonic motor testing,research on direct digital frequency synthesis(DDFS) technology basing on personal computer.According to the requirement of ultrasonic motor testing,DDFS is realized for sine wave and periodic chirp signal basing on personal computer.The output signal is(tested) and analyzed.DDFS basing on personal computer,convenient to utilize the software and hardware resources,is fit to application in the test system.

    Abstract:
    Aiming at insufficiency exists in the process of machinery fault diagnosis at present, the paper takes consider of the application of information fusion technology in fault diagnosis to make fault diagnosis effectively. The applications of information fusion methods based on neural network, the Bayesian theory and the D-S theory are discussed in detail. Example is also given to explain the validity of information fusion technology in diagnosis analysis.

    This paper describes a PC controlled brake valve automatic testing system which uses industrial control(computer) and Advantech powerful date acquition card PCI-1710L,and chooses Advantech PCI-1730 as the I/O card,(uses) FUJI servo systrm as the transmission mechanism.The system monitor the brake valve's quality based on analyseing the static characteristics of the brake valve.The authors also introduce the principle and structure of the system,hardware and software design process.The system works well in practice.

    Abstract:
    Due to lack of estimation during initial stage of traditional physical design process for industry product, the efficiency of conduct development is low with high cost. A basic framework of twisted blade virtual design is set up based on the theory and method of product virtual design, and aiming at the thermodynamic process of middle or lower stage of steam turbine. The molding rule of twisted blade is found by thermodynamic computation program. The study of blade virtual design is carried through from 3-dimensional modeling to simulation test. The combination of thermal power theory, computer simulation technology and CAD system forms a kind of design method with the superiority such as high efficiency, low cost and good decidability is represented in the virtual design of turbine blade.

    Abstract:
    Silicon oil fan clutch has many merits such as saving energy, mitigating yawp, keeping temperature and enhancing the life of engine. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the performance of silicon oil fan clutch and optimizes the key configuration. A kind of silicon oil fan clutch has been developed, performance and experimental data of silicon oil fan clutch are summarized through bench testing. The test results show that the optimized clutch can make a rapid response to temperature and has less consumption of power.

    Abstract:
    Shot detection is the most fundamental operation and very important step in content-based video retrieval. After discuss how to retrieval every frame from video data, the sliding window algorithm is adopted to detect both abrupt and gradual shot. At last, a shot detection system is realized based on DirectShow. The experiment results show the abrupt detection is excellent and the gradual shot such as sliding, fade in and fade out, wipe, etc. , can also be detected. As DirectShow is introduced to deal with video, system is universal and has good interface. It can meet requires of content-based multimedia retrieval system.

    Abstract:
    Widely concerns of the influence of the HVDC system on the Three Gorges power station have been shown so far. Based on the understanding of the mechanism of the non-characteristic harmonics introduced by HVDC system, the influence of interharmonics on the shaft of hydro-generator unit is studied. A MATLAB simulation model for the Three Gorges hybrid AC and DC transmission system with considering the effect of generator-unit shaft is established. Through time-domain simulation, the influence of the minor-associated component of interharmonics on the generator-unit shaft is analyzed, which arise from the asynchronous operation of the HVDC system. Also, the complex torque coefficient method in frequency-domain is used to analyze this problem. Same conclusions can be drawn from the results of timedomain and frequency-domain analyses.

    Abstract:
    Many heating process with smoking gas involves the uniformity problem of flow distribution with larger flux in multi-branch pipe. The authors do the experiments and numerical simulation of flow distribution with larger flux in multi-branch pipe, which gets flow regulation in distributing pipe and the methods to improve flow distribution uniformly. Experiments have shown that improving the frame of distributing pipe may realize the flow distribution uniformly to the pipe with larger flux and multi-branch.

    Abstract:
    用X-ray衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了铸态Mg-Zn-Y合金的显微组织.实验结果表明:铸态Mg-Zn-Y合金的显微组织主要由粗大的α-Mg和少量枝晶处的共晶产物构成.实验中发现,铸态组织中的α-Mg晶粒内有一种近平行四边形的颗粒状合金相沉淀析出.通过电子衍射分析确定出该合金相具有面心正交结构,与镁基体间存在着一定的取向关系.求出了该合金相的晶格参数以及α-Mg基体与该合金相的转换矩阵,根据取向关系做出镁基体和该合金相的极射投影图.

    The fluid flow mathematic models in converter combined blown are set up.It is simulated for flow state and velocity distribution of gas and stir action in different behaviours of bottom blown,top blown and combined blown by software PHOENICS(Parabolic Hyperbolic or Elliptic Numerical Integration Codes Series).In normal operation condition of ejection guns,the fluid flow in bath is axisymmetric three-dimensions flow.The results reveal out dynamic main area and slowness cyclone zones,also asked dead zone abating or erasing in practice.These shows that bottom blown gun ought to 0.5~0.7 circumference diameter of fused bath using top-bottom combined blown process.

    采用燃烧法合成了新型红色长余辉发光材料Y2O3:Eu^3+,Ca^2+,Ti^4+.用X射线衍射仪表征了其结构,用荧光光谱仪测试了激发与发射光谱.XRD证实样品为立方相的Y2O3.随着激活剂Eu^3+掺杂浓度的增加,样品的激发光谱明显红移.讨论了尿素用量与Eu^3+掺杂浓度对余辉性能的影响;结果表明,当尿素/硝酸盐=1.5(重量比)、Eu^3+掺杂浓度为5% mol时余辉效果最好.该样品经紫外线激发后,在暗室里肉眼观察到的红色余辉长达90min.

    Support vector machine is the uniform method of statistical learning method,and has become more and more popular in research field.Support vector machine has achieved excellence in pattern recognition and text classification for its high performance in veracity.Support vector machine method was used to process several Binary image and Gray scale image and got a good statistical result.A strategy to select feature vectors has been found out,and the criterion to judge the results are discussed.Compared with other methods,the important conclusion was draw: it performs perfectly in statistic when using support vector machine to detect the image edge.

    Abstract:
    支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)分类方法在实际二类分类问题的应用中显示出良好的学习和泛化能力,已被广泛地应用于多类分类问题的研究.以车辆轮廓特征为对象,将二类分类支持向量机SVM应用于多类车辆类型的识别,并与其它分类器的分类结果进行了对比.通过9次交叉验证实验,结果表明SVM对车辆数据样本的测试准确率达到了85.59%,其分类性能优于其它分类器.

    Abstract:
    Apache Struts is one of the most popular open source framework for Web applications and developments using MVC Model2 architectural pattern. Using the Information Technology to improve the efficiency of education service is emergent. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the design and realization of a platform system software based on Apache Struts framework. By briefly analyzing the extra requirement in higher education service, an architecture based on MVC design pattern is presented. Some core technologies used in the platform system software, such as Struts Tiles and Struts Menu etc, are proposed in details by the end. Because of its struts-based fundamental architecture and running mechanism, the platform system software made a certain performance advantage and largely reduced the developing period.

    Abstract:
    The basic idea of Software Defined Radio is to structure a general hardware platform to make the most of the software to complete variety of communication functions. As one of the key technology of Software Defined Radio, Digital Upconverter modulated the input data in kinds of modes and converted it to intermediate frequency, It is difficult to implement it on Digital Signal Processor, so we should use special IC to achieve DUC. AD9857 is a Quadrature Digital Upconverter chip manufactured by ADI corporation with features such as programmable, small package, high speed and high performance. First, the authors introduce the principle, architecture and application of AD9857, and then analyse the characteristic of Software Defined Radio modulation, at last they give an instance in which they design a plat of general digital modulation system integrated FPGA and AD9857.

    Because a few bytes are utilized to denote the fixed node addresses in wireless sensor network based on Zigbee protocol,there is lack of the fixed addresses for node addresses.In order to realize flexible adjustment and solve insufficiency of node address distributed in wireless sensor networks adapting to the demand of system on chip(SOC),the reconfigurable silicon intellectual property(IP) core for address adjustment in wireless sensor networks is put forward.The mathematic model of the reconfigurable silicon intellectual property core for address adjustment in wireless sensor networks is described.Through module partition technology and hard description language,the IP core is synthesized through electronic design automation(EDA).The simulation result shows that address reconfigurable IP core is fit to(address) adjustment in wireless sensor networks.The IP core offers more meaning to system on single chip (SOC) in wireless sensor networks address adjustment.

    In terms of the design of Traditional Embedded Real-time Operating System(ERTOS),the authors make use of the integration and big Kernel structure,which has the limitation in some aspects,such as the retractable,portable,supportable for hardware platform with new structure and open for interface standard and so on.Based on the analysis of RTOS,a sort of design model of embedded multitasking real-time operating system is proposed.First,the hardware(abstract) layer and operating system kernel are studied.Then,the highly scalable,real-time,transplantable and application programming preface design of ERTOS are presented.This design model takes use of the hardware Bard Support Package(BSP) to support the transplanting in sorts of OEM board or hardware system board,therefore solves the questions in traditional system,and last meets the current need for ERTOS.

    Abstract:
    Additional time delay of arrival resulted from non-line of sight(NLOS)propagation and muti-path effect in(cellular) environment is the dominant factor resulting in TDOA location error,study on the statistical property of TDOA error is useful for improving the accuracy of TDOA location.Based on the exponential distribution property of NLOS propagation delay,and considering the system error resulted from the signal detection,the authors establish a statistical model of arrival time and a model of TDOA error distribution by statistics when non-light of sight and multi-path propagation exist.The models reflect the statistical property of arrival time and TDOA error in cell network,the simulation shows that the proposed models have a good accuracy and a satisfactory behavior.

    Abstract:
    The growth of LNG trades has grown dramatically around the world year by year. It has become one of the primary energy sources in imports of China, followed oil. Then, it comes to an important problem that how to use it safely. To resolve the potential releases of LNG and other problems involved in safety during storage and transport, computer models based CFD, such as MTB, DEGADIS, FEM3A are applied. By using small scale physical experiments for verification, economical and perfect results can be achieved, and the problems is avoided that traditional physical modeling on spot is hard to control and very expensive. Based the summary about the difficulties that the physical experiments contain, it is proposed that solving method is using ULS wind tunnel in the research of the new model FEM3A for more complex obstacle arrays and non-uniform terrain. A higher order turbulence closure model is given.

    The authors study on condition and mechanism of eutrophication in Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA) in Chongqing,aiming at the importance and complexity of nutrition restrictive factor and eutrophication.By AGP experiment,the nutrition restrictive factors of the Changjiang and Jialing Rivers interjunction is confirmed is confirmed.The experimental results show that: Single nitrogen is not an obvious stimulus to growth of algae,while phosphorus acts as the limiting factor of that;When TN/TP is high,the standing crop of algae is small;when TN/TP is low,the standing crop of algae is large;The concentrate of phosphorus in the water is higher,the effect accelerating algae and increaseing through adding phosphorus is more strong.The experimental results provide us with important parameters to understand the conditions of eutrophication and analyse its mechanism.

    Abstract:
    The whole reliability index of a slope is derived through using the strength reduction method in the finite element analysis, which can make use of the former finite element program and can be used to both linear and nonlinear finite element analysis. The affection of the evaluation of derivative and the selection of reliability analysis methods is discussed, which shows that it is very important to select the type of limit state function of the slope stability. A new iterafive formula, which can consider the correlation of fundamental parameters, is proposed for FORM, and the convergence is very well.

    A whole 3D finite element model of a Large Steel Structural Factory Building is established. Then dynamic characteristics and dynamic responses are calculated by importing the seismic excitation in different three directions to evaluate its earthquake resistance. Compared with the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings, the results show that this factory building meets the requests of seismic fortification intensity 7. All the work is helpful for engineers to design similar buildings.

    The forecasting model of exponential smoothing is a valid method in forecasting and decision-making.Based on the practical datas and according to the characteristic(linearity trend) of the fact coal wastage in Chongqing(recently),the forecasting model of twice exponential smoothing model is set up and the model is applied to forecast the caol wastage in Chongqing.The forecast results show that the errors between the forecast values and the fact values error little and the model may be well applied on the forecast of the coal wastage in Chongqing.It also shows that the decision-making can based on the result well.

    Abstract:
    Based on the batch settling tests,the discipline of zone and compression settling activated sludge are studied.The parameters of Vesilind form used for estimation of stirred zone settling are determined by the experimental measurement and experiential formula,and the significant differences between them are found.According to the regression relation between height of the sludge blanket(SBH) and time,a mathematical model describing compression settling is(advanced) and the methods for its parameters estimation are structured.Furthermore,the validation of the model is(approved) by the experiments. From the model,the authors deduce a theoretical equation for determining the change-over point where the compression settling commences,and a new experiential velocity function of compression settling related to the settling time,initial sludge concentration and SBH.

    Abstract:
    银杏叶提取物具有多种生物活性.其中的黄酮是其主要药效成分.建立快速、高效、成本低廉的分析方法是非常必要的.在NANONSPACE SI-2型高效液相色谱仪上建立了测定银杏叶提取物(EGB)中总黄酮含量的方法.色谱条件:应用Shiseido MG C18色谱柱(1.5 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶0.5%磷酸(48∶52);流速200μL/m in;检测波长360 nm;进样量1μL.3种黄酮苷元有良好的分离度,并通过稳定性实验和加标回收实验,验证了方法的稳定性和可靠性.槲皮素浓度在40~200μg/mL;线性关系良好,r=0.999 8;槲皮素的平均回收率为99.2%.

    Abstract:
    The bioreactors are widely used in the cell culturing in tissue engineering. For the construction of similar structure and function tissue as in vivo, people begin to adding mechanical stimuli to the bioreactor. That is not only crucial for the fabrication of engineered tissues in vitro, but also can facilitate our understanding the characters of the live tissue. The review summarizes the major approaches for cell culture, using mechanical stimuli and bioreactors. Furthermore, the suggestions on the future developing of bioreactors are provided.

    Abstract:
    This paper researches the behavior difference among government,banks and enterprises and how it affects soft budget constraints of enterprises and non-performing loans of banks based with dynamic game.The game model suggests that government will give banks some assistance and let them refinance enterprises,especially government has strong(incentive) to sustain SOEs in China's transitional economy.Banks will do it if the assistance from government is more than the loss from refinance enterprises.In addition the value of liquidation of enterprises and the new loans affect banks' refinancing old enterprises.

    The strategies of portfolio insurance are introduced according to its principles and design thinking.The(authors) give the simple mathematical models and practical processes of option-based portfolio insurance(OBPI),constant mix(CM),constant proportion portfolio insurance(CPPI),and time-invariant portfolio protection(TIPP),and use risky assets containing 180 index's stocks of Shang-hai Stock Exchange and risky-free assets containing bonds to form portfolio to do empirical simulating.Based on the results,they analyze the above strategies comparatively,gives the(related) investment suggestion,and shows how to avoid risk without restriction on profit.

    为提高BP神经网络的性能,对网络的联接权值W和神经元的tan-sigmoid转换函数的参数T、θ进行调整,使信息分布存储于权值矩阵及转换函数中,比传统的算法具有更强的非线性映射能力.经严密的数学推导,给出了最终的改进算法公式和1个预测需求量的算例,结果表明,改进后的算法能有效地减少隐层节点数,且能加快收敛速度和提高收敛精度.

    Abstract:
    This article summarizes the theory achievements,arguments,the investment and ownership concentration model which studied in investment-cash flow and the stockholder's rights structure questions.The financing restraint is explained.The special social stratum shareholder is elaborated which influences relation between investment and internal cash flow by the financing restraint existing in the enterprise,the management opportunism hypothesis and the information assymetrical theory separately.Finally the authors induce and study the real diagnosis model of the supposition(above).The model is important for the empirical study of ownership structure influencing to corporate investment.
