    Abstract:
    According to the character of PD in GIS, the authors design four kinds of GIS defection models. The GIS gray intensity images are constructed based on mass specimens gathered by the ultra - high frequency and high speeds systems, Aiming at the PD characteristics and its defections, A PCA-FDA method is put forward based on PD images. The principal component analysis is employed to condense the dimension of PD images, then the optimal sets of statistically uncorrelated discriminant vectors are extracted, and the minimum distance classifier is constructed as classifier. The identified results show that this method can effectively elevated the discrimination of the four kinds of defects in GIS PD.

    Abstract:
    This paper constructs complex wavelet which used for suppressing white noise in PD,and then analyses some disadvantages of several existing wavelet threshold and presents a method of Effective Wavelet Coefficient(EWC) according to the characteristic of modulus maximum of PD signals.Then it is compared with maximin theory threshold selection and Stein unbiased risk estimate theory threshold selection.The findings suggest that the method of EWC is adaptive,and it can suppress noise completely with small distortion of PD signal.

    Abstract:
    The main electrical scheme of a station is principal part of power system electrical connection,and its structure not only determines whether customers can acquire enough electric energy,but also influence economical efficiency of construction and reconstruction of a station.3/2 Connection and 4/3 Connection have been widely used in large scaled station.Three groups of alternative designs are chose in the article,of which the first group is single unit connection,and the other two are combined unit connection,and in each group there are one 3/2 Connection and 4/3 Connection plan.A reliability analysis system of main electrical scheme has been applied,to compare and analyze the reliability and economical efficiency of these two kinds of connection comprehensively.The result involves adequacy,security,economical efficiency indices and sensitivity analysis of component dependability parameter of each design.The result shows both 3/2 Connection and 4/3 Connection has its own relative merits,but 3/2 Connection has well applicability: Failure rate of generation has most obvious influence on reliability of the main electrical scheme.And quantified calculation of reliability is necessary in planning and choice of main electrical scheme of station.

    Abstract:
    A new method is presented to calculate the non-uniform of current distribution on grounding electrode. Based on the equivalence of low frequency current field and static electric field, the electrode is simplified to he a line charge model with limited length. The charge distribution on the model is calculated by solving equilibrant equations, and the current distribution along the axis of electrode was got. The current density at the end of electrode can he several times of that in the middle, the non-uniformity get worse with the increasing of electrode length and numbers. This is what lead to several problems on grounding systems such as inefficiency, the partial overheat and the severe corrosion of electrode.

    Abstract:
    The paper discusses a wavelet network for the ECG data compression and proposes the method for choosing its wavelet neuron.According to the spectrum range of the ECG data,we decide the time-frequency field of ECG.And the time-frequency field of wavelet is also determined by the spectrum range of it.The wavelet neuron is fixed preliminarily by the first two steps.Then the preliminary wavelet neuron is screened by using OLS algorithm.We choose Morlet as the mother wavelet,and use the ECG signal to validate by the method.The result demonstrates that the number of Morlet whose spectrums locate at the ECG's is up to 152.But after screening by the OLS algorithm,it reduces sharply.This method can make the size of the wavelet network driving to optimum and also reduce the training time of the wavelet network sharply.

    Abstract:
    Condition assessment on power transformer is an important approach to improve reliability of transformer and provide proper decision-making for condition-based maintenance. For long, static assessment method used in the past has already not adapted to the development of modem electricity transmission and distribution technology. So based on the deficiency of fuzzy synthetic assessment method, matter-element synthetic assessment method is introduced. The method can evaluate transformer condition not only in quality but also in quantity. Because each index weight can be given fairly and fast through improved analytic hierarchy process, which need not carry on consistency chec accuracy of assessment can be improved. Examples analysis has proved that assessment method of power transformer condition based on matter-element theory is rational and effective.

    Abstract:
    In order to reduce the operation cost and optimize the unit commitment,the fast algorithm about unit commitment based on revised BP ANN(Artificial Neural Network) and dynamic search is discussed.The BP ANN is trained with Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm,which aiming at its drawback of the storage of some matrices that can be quite large for certain problems,and a revised algorithm is presented.The BP ANN is used to generate a pre-schedule according to the input load profile.Then the dynamic search is performed some stages where the commitment states of some of the units are not certain.The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can reduce the execution time and memory space without degrading the quality of the generation schedule.

    Abstract:
    H, 264 is the new standard for video coding, it can save 64.46%, 48, 80% and 38.62% bit-rate compared with that of MPEG-2, H. 263 HLP and MPEG-4 ASP respectively under the same decoded picture quality, But the high encoding efficiency is at the cost of heavily increased computational complexity. The multi-prediction macroblock mode search and rate-distortion optimization mode decision that achieve high encoding efficiency are introduced firstly. Then experiment researches are performed to analyze their effect on encoding efficiency. Results show that these two kinds of technique can only achieve slightly improvement on encoding efficiency, but computational complexity increases heavily. This provides an important reference for the parameters selection when H. 264 is used in the practical application of video coding.

    Abstract:
    正确区分电力变压器励磁涌流和内部故障电流是变压器保护中一个尚未得到完善解决的问题.本文利用仿真软件Saber,综合考虑电路、磁路2个方面,建立了考虑磁滞效应和饱和效应的变压器仿真模型,可以实现对励磁涌流和包括匝间短路的多种故障情况进行全面系统的仿真计算.提出一种基于小波变换来正确区分励磁涌流和内部故障,以及区分内外部故障的算法,在大量的仿真基础上,提出了该算法的整定值,并对该算法的灵敏度以及其所需的采样频率进行验证.从理论角度得出CT饱和不影响该算法的结论.

    应用支持向量机(SVM)在中药药方的识别和新中药药方的预测方面进行了有益的探索.介绍了支持向量机的应用领域,以及多味传统中药组方的数据样本的收集、草药的特征向量构造方法,给出了SVM^*对4味-10味复方的训练及测试结果等.被预测为假阳性(Falsepositive)的样本极有可能是迄今为止人们尚未发现的新药药方,因此将具有提供给中医药学者进行进一步研究的价值.

    Monitoring the material decay make use of the technique of video, computer image processing and pattern identify to detect, process and manage the external material decay image. The color character of the external material decay image are analyzed. The statistics character of the material decay image is pick-up by color histogram, color coherence vector and color correlogram. The comparability of the material decay image is presented by Euclidean distance of the color character. The match and query system of material decay based on image retrieval technology is implemented.

    Abstract:
    Information inspecting and evaluating in information are the important aspects for microteaching development. The design and realization of microteaching compositive evaluating system by using database and software technology, and the method based on fuzzy compositive judgment to design the evaluating system, which provides a science and impersonal evaluating method are deeply disscussed. The system structure, which is compositive form of C/S and B/S, function model and realization method are described in detail. C/S part is mainly in charge for computing, statistics and evaluating, and B/S part mainly for issuing the result of evaluation and querying the information of system. It is proved to be true that this mixed structure gets good effects in the system development and usage.

    Multi-Arc Ion plating technology is an improved method of Ion plating and it is a surface coating technology that uses arc as the fountain of vaporizing. It plats rapidly with fine-tissued coat. It can be applied to many aspects such as high-rigidity coating of tools and mould and decoration coating more widely and occupy a more important place.     Abstract:
    The sintering parameters, such as sinter trolley speed, stuff thickness and ignition temperature etc. have important influence on sinter section image character distribution, and the sinter chemical ingredient have complicated nolinear relation with sintering section image characters. The paper applied Mixed-F statistic analysis to determine the optimal class number of Fuzzy cluster of sintering section radiant image, and fuzzy partition entropy analysis to verify whether the class number is optimal. It is be proved that the algorithm is right and effective, and its application is helpful for the online forecasting sintering FeO range.

    Abstract:
    A method of measuring eyeglass lens power is proposed. A position detector and 3 beams of ray are used to measure the prismatic, spherical and astigmatic powers. Based on the method, an automatic focimeter with simple structure can be developed. The measure errors of prismatic and spherical powers are analyzed, from which it is concluded that the precision of the position detector is the key to the method.

    The paper explains the data transfer mechanism based on the PASS-THRU channel of S5933, and gives a method to develop data acquisition system based on PCI bus, the problem of designing the PCI interface controller is avoided, saving time and cost of development production. The use of CPLD makes the stucture of the system more integrated. The 32-bit data acquisition system,the speed of data transmission is faster,the CPU resource and PCI bus resource are spared.

    Abstract:
    It is necessary to analysis the structure elastoplastic deformation subjected to rare seismic action and the present methods are mostly based on the rigid foundation assumption, which give rise to the method considering the soilstructure dynamic interaction. Adopting the plan pile-soil-structure elastoplastic finite element models, the influence of soil- structure interaction for the structure elastoplastic deformation in the horizontal earthquake has been analyzed. Through analysing we found, considering interaction, the muhilayer-frame elastoplastic displacement was discounted, elastic displacement was minished in the weakness layer and the possibility of break was reduced. The elastoplastic deformation computed by the Code is conservative.

    ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the penetration process of B900FD - 1 bulletproof armor plate, Comparisons and analysis were made between numerical simulation and experiment results. The numerical simulations shows that the Johnson-Cook constitutive model could simulate the physical and mechanical behaviors of ductile materials under shock-loaded. The ultimate-thickness of B9OOFD-1 bulletproof armor plate under 500m/s impact velocity is analyzed by more numerical simulations.

    Abstract:
    "Strong column with weak beam","strong beam with weak column" and"column & beam with equal strength"can be existed in one-storey prestressed concrete frames and the top storey of mult-storey prestressed concrete frames.Through the test of four prestressed concrete frames under vertical load,three kinds of prestressed concrete frames performances are studied,such as ultimate load,deflection,displacement ductility,redistribution of internal force.When the relative height of equivalent compression zone is smaller enough,the test proves that three kinds of prestressed concrete frames can realize full redistribution of internal force and have better displacement ductility,the width of cracks and deflections can satisfy the rules of code for design of concrete structures.

    Abstract:
    The stainless steel has excellent properties, but it is difficult-to-grind material. Because belt grinding shows many advantages, grinding experiments with four kinds of abrasive grain on stainless steel are carried out. The correlation mechanism between the abrasive grits and the workpiece, and influence factors on material removal rate are discussed. A scanning electric microscope was used to investigate the surface micro-shape characteristics of abrasive grit and workface. The material removal mechanism and the wearing types of abrasive belt are also analyzed.

    Abstract:
    The mathematic model of solidification heat transfer process in continuous casting strand is useful for quantitatively analyzing heat transfer in continuous casting process, quality control and process control. The heat transfer in continuous cast strand in crystallizer and secondary cooling zone have been analyzed. The attention has been paid to basic logic and methodology in model building up. Typical methods determing solution condition and parameters for the model have been discussed. Some numerical methods at the present time for solving solidification heat transfer model, such as finite difference method, finite-element method and boundary element, have been investigated comparatively. In the future, working on solidification heat transfer model, which is more practical, and the integration of the control model will play an important role in the development of high efficiency continuous casting technology.

    Abstract:
    This authors uses a physical model of the rectangular channel with dimpled surface to simulate the flow and heat transfer situation. On the basis of actual flow and heat transfer in the channel, it made the interrelated hypothesizes and built up the math model. They adopted the turbulent model, appliy the algorithm to resolve the pressure-velocity coupling and use the experimental data model to check up the feasibility of the model. By the study, the thesis shows the principle of the flow and heat transfer in narrow channel with a dimple surface and gets the factors and the conditions that affect the flow and heat transfer. The results show that the geometry structure and rank distributing of dimple affect the capability of heat transfer evidently. When Reynolds number is low, the capability of heat transfer becomes better as the number increases, and when Reynolds number is bigger than a critical point, there is a little influence.

    采用正交实验方法,对东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria)血细胞裂解及其DNA和RNA降解的条件进行了优化.在优化条件下,不仅去除了感病东亚飞蝗血淋巴中的血细胞及DNA和RNA。而且成功地分离和纯化了绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)菌体.裂解血细胞及其DNA和RNA的最佳酶解条件为:蛋白酶K的浓度为1mg/mL,作用温度为26℃,时间为60min,脱氧核糖核酸酶(DNAase I)的用量为5U,核糖核酸酶(RNAaseA)的浓度为0.5mg/mL,作用时间为35min,作用温度为30℃.以蝗虫特异引物进行PCR及RT-PCR检测结果表明,从绿僵菌侵染后的蝗虫血淋巴中分离纯化无蝗虫DNA和RNA污染的绿僵菌菌体,为后续分离和克隆绿僵菌侵入蝗虫体内后表达的基因,研究它们在致病机理中的作用奠定了基础.

    Abstract:
    Now as a feedstock for the popular biodegradable industry, the L-lactic acid have became more and more important. L-lactic acid fermentation is studied by using Rhizopus oryzae as strain and cornstarch as carbon source. The results show that compared with PVA and cotton, vegetable sponge had the best immobilizing effect. The productivity of Llactic acid is 72 - 83 g/L when the carrier size was about 8 - 10 mm, the concentration of the cartier is 15 ml vegetable sponge per 50 ml seed medium. The immobilized cells can be steadily used in repeated fermentations for more than 4 times. Immobilized by vegetable sponge will have a well appliance in L-lactic acid industry.

    Abstract:
    The effects of purification highly salty reuse water quality are studied by three plants-scirpus tabemaemontanii Gmel, Typha and Canna indica Linn in Tianjin-Economic and Technology Development Area Landscape River. The resuits show that hydraulic retention time has obviously influence on the effects of purification highly salty reuse water quality. Moreover, removal rates of all kinds of contamination vary with HRT, such as removal rate of COD, TN, NH3 - N, NO3-N, TP, PO4-P is 14.47 % -45.09% 25.50% -71.00% ,39.96% -82.47 %, 27.21% -74.41%, 38.91% -90.01%, 38.55% -92.01% respectively. Both the three plants grow and effects of purification of the highly salty reuse water treatment systems operate very well while concentration of TDS is about 4 500 mg/L in the water; pH of effluent water plants is lower than influent. Removal rates of Phosphorus by Scirpus tabernaemontanii Gmel and Typha are higher than its by Canna indica Linn when the HRT is sameness. The reason that Scirpus tabernaemontanii Gmel and Typha are planted with wetland while Canna indica Linn grows in water, at the same time phosphorus is removed from water because of the function of soil adsorption and so on. The rates of removal contaminations else are invariable by the three plants.

    Abstract:
    This paper studies the fundamental theory of the generalized minimal residual algorithm(GMRES(m))in Krylov subspace and specially the relationship between residual vector and Krylov subspace.The relationship of the algorithm convergence and the subspace be selected is further researched according the linear system about residual vector.It is posed that the convergence can be slowed down because there are so many very small eigenvalue in magnitude.And a accelerated method(AGMRES(m)) is proposed to improve the convergence of the GMRES(m).Theoretical analysis and numerical results show the reliability and efficiency of the algorithm.

    Abstract:
    Attributes reduction based on rough set theory is an important but difficult task under incomplete information system. For the attributes reduction which is gained by the old attributes reduction algorisms , the attribute belongs to it or not . Nevertheless in the practice when there is the probability that the attribute can discern two objects , this shows the attribute may belong to the attribute reduction. Probability discernibility matrix is defined and corresponding discernibility function is given. Then a probability algorism for attributes reduction is proposed and an example shows the algorism is effective. The probability that the attribute belong to the reduction can be know from the reduction which is gained by the algorism.

    Abstract:
    Periodic solutions of reaction-diffusion systems with time delays are investigated. It is constructed that the - per and lower control function of nonmonotone reaction term, and it is showed that the function satisfies a global Lipschitz condition and quasimonotone. A sort of effective method of studying differential equation with nonmonotone reaction term is gained. By using the method of upper and lower solutions and fixed point theorem, it is shown that periodic solutions of this system exist when reaction-term is not monotone and the boundary value system has a pair of coupled-upper and lower solutions. Some methods for proving the stability of the periodic solution are also given. And some known resuits are extended.

    Abstract:
    During the research on automobile prize and punishment system, a novel method is proposed in terms of grouping by the history to claim the record, the ages of drivers and the types of the vehicle. When the factors are considered, the related data can be classified by homogeneity of risks and applied to design the prize and punishment system. Experimental results show that a more reasonable and fair system is obtained by using the above method.

    According to the problem that the independent incentive contracts relying on one's own output,which is given out by classical principalagent theory,only can realize the second best efforts,this paper analyzes the optimal contract under horizontal monitor by which independent agents can monitor each other,and comes to the conclusion that the joint incentive contracts relying on one's own output and others' can realize the first best efforts under horizontal monitor.The independent agents can sign implicit side contracts among them by the horizontal monitor and the dynamic joint incentive contracts,in which strict team incentive compatibility contracts are taken at the first stage and individual incentive compatibility contracts are taken at the second stage,make the retaliation mechanism regulated by implicit side contracts among agents feasible and credible,and hence can realize optimal incentives.

    In order to subdivide the market during the process of project planning and orient the group of client, then determine the sale price; on the condition that the traditional orientation procedure cant grasp the payment capability of the aim client, the anthors can adapt the powerful finance analysis ability of EXEL to design the procedure of determining the purchasing power and payments ability of the aim client, and shape a set of orientation system based on quantitative analysis method. The result is, the character of the aim client can be grasp accurately depend on this orientation system, and providing a scientific gist for the accurate orientation of price and lowing the risk of investment etc.
