Abstract:The switching cam profile variable valve timing(VVT) mechanism is able to control valve lifting and timing system through higher and lower intake rockers at different engine speed.In this paper,multi-body dynamics and the(finite) element method(FEM) analysis method were combined to study the VVT mechanism.The analysis results indicate that intake rockers satisfy for design requirements and the dimensional discrepancy of the switching piston little(affects) on the VVT mechanism performance.

Abstract:Creating a suitable driver model is one of the most important parts in the closed-loop system of driver-vehicle-road.Several kinds of driver models have been created based on the traditional control theories such as transfer function,optimization control and the compensation control.But owing to the driver's characteristics of nonlinear and time-variable,it's difficult for those proposed driver models to mimic drivers' action.While accounting for the inherent manual control characteristics and limitations of the mankind,the intelligent control methods have been applied in creating driver models based on the fuzzy control,neural networks control and fuzzy-neural networks control theory.

Abstract:Considering the difficult of acquiring and transmission the signal from the moving equipment, a new fault diagnosis monitoring system is presented. The system acquires the state signal from the moving equipment by data acquisition module that based in W77E58 high-speed SCM, and transmits the data fast by wireless mode. The signal data can be use for fault diagnosis and precise analysis. The system has the ability for acquiring abundance of data with a high speed, the ability for high accuracy data conversion, and has a function of programme controlling gain and programme controlling low-pass filtering. The successful application of this system on the vibration monitor about the material-transporting bogie in an iron works of a domestic steel enterprise proves the stability and credibility about the design project, also testifies its practical value and versatility.

Abstract:The device of testing rotational speed is very important to dynamic-balancing testing system.Requirements for the device of testing rotational speed include: high-accuracy,stabilization,credibility,and shorter testing time.To the development of high-speed rotor dynamic-balancing testing system based on DSP(digital signal processing),the way of picking-up rotator reference signal,testing rotator speed based on DSP and the design of software are introduced.This new way of testing rotational speed in high-speed rotor dynamic-balancing testing system based on DSP is accurate,simple,convenient,the range of rotational speed which can test is broad,and the new way is very suitable to pick-up the amplitude and phase of vibration caused by unbalanced amount.

Abstract:自适应滤波是应用在时变的未知系统中的关键技术,基于高斯-赛德迭代的快速仿射投影算法(FAP)是自适应滤波中解决输入信号相关性较高问题的一种较优算法,通过对这个算法的深入研究,以变换矩阵运算为基础,提出了一种应用于FPGA设计的优化方法.优化后的算法与原算法相比,运算更加简单,并易于在FPGA上实现.以ALTERA公司的CYCLONEⅡ芯片为目标设计芯片,为利用该芯片上集成的嵌入式乘法器对优化后的算法进行模拟设计建立了基础.

Abstract:The ranging performance of radar is based on its performance of echo detection.Generally the echo signal of radar is too small to detect,in order to detect the small useful signal,it is a method to accumulate the echo wave within video-frequency or within mid-frequency.This paper analyzes the increased ratio of echo's SNR(signal-to-noise rate) and the according pulse accumulation method is designed and realized by digitalizing the echo and synchronously accumulating them in FPGA(field programmable gate array),which improves that the SNR of accumulation of ten time-cycles is ten times than that of no accumulation.Although the method of accumulation is used in the field of radar,it can be used in the other fields,such as,in the research on biological medicine electric measurement.

Abstract:Alumina content in Nanjing Steel blast furnace slag is up to 19%, which results in worse slag fluidity, higher furnace operating temperature and higher silicon content of hot metal. Therefore blast furnace strengthening is reduced. Aiming at this problem, an by laboratory experiments the viscosity of simulating Nanjing Steel BF slag samples are measured after adding MnO, which are made up of analytically pure chemical reagents. And according to the experimental results, the influence of MnO on the properties of high alumina content BF slag is analyzed and the methods of reducing silicon content of hot metal in Nanjing Steel is educed. The results showed that the addition of MnO in high Al2O3 content slag has stronger effects on viscosity decreasing, and the decreasing of slag viscosity would make it possible to reduce the operating temperature of the blast furnace, which would result in decreasing of silicon content of hot metal.

Abstract:Based on the Navier-stokes equations in hydrodynamics,quasi-static flow governing equations for magneto-rheological(MR) fluids in plates channel are theoretically set up by analyzing force equilibrium on fluid element and making several rational simplifications.Analytical velocity profiles of MR fluids though the plates channels are obtained via solution of the quasi-static flow equations mentioned above using Biviscous constitutive model,those boundary conditions and compatibilities.The formula used to calculate damping force offered MR fluid damper is formulated and damping performances are predicated in order to determine design parameters.In the light of technical requirements for front suspension for ChangAn mini-bus,MR fluid dampers are designed and fabricated in Chongqing University.Measurements from sinusoidal displacement cycle by ShanChuan Shock Absorber Ltd.reveals that the analysis methodology and design theory are reasonable.

Abstract:通过扇形件拉伸试验,分析了板料在受压失稳前的变形特征以及板料厚度、宽度、皱纹半波夹角对失稳的影响,给出了失稳临界条件表达式,确定了广义折减模数Er*结果表明,板料在失稳前沿受压方向产生压缩变形和挠曲,失稳的临界条件近似与板料厚度的平方t0^2成正比、与半波夹角的平方α^2成反比、与宽度H无关,广义折减模数Er适用于板料弹性变形、塑性变形以及弹、塑性变形情况.

Abstract:An experimental research on the Alkylbenzene heater tubes material which has been operated for about 100 thousand hours is carried out. In addition, the corrosion product of heater tube has been examined by using an electronic probe and probe into the corrosion Mechanism of heater tubes. Based on the fault tree analysis on the heater tubes by using the FTA technology, the paper finds the main factors affecting the failure of the heater tubes, discusses the failure model of the heater tubes, put forward the mathematical mode of life prediction and failure model of the heater tubes.

Abstract:Dynamic mathematical model,which is based on the character of power-plant boiler system,is established by the means of modularization. On the basis of dynamic mathematical models,simulation model of the object is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.The simulation model helps to evaluate the influences that the dynamic process in steam/water's side brings to the boiler's operation and have some directive significance to design method of boiler and optimize run.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the fluid flow and heat transfer of the heat exchanger, and obtainsd the distribution of fluid field, heat field and pressure field in heat exchanger. According the analysis result, some modify measure is adopted, such as decreasing the number of tube bundle, the size of baffle plate and increasing the diameter of exchange heat tube. In the new heat exchanger, the resistance decreased 32.3%, is 103.2 Pa and the temperature of the exit is 130 K. The new heat exchanger satisfies the requirement of exchanging heat. The study indicates that adopting the numerical simulation method could get temperature, pressure and fluid - velocity of anywhere of the heat exchanger, and understand effecfing of structure parameter on fluid flied and heat flied of the heat exchanger. Therefore, it provides a new method for optimization design of heat exchanger.

Abstract:As a new type of meshless method which has appeared in recent years, the Reproducing Kernel Particle Method has such meshless features as the need for nodes only without classified units, and is advantageous in the process of calculation. The present study introduces the Reproducing Kernel Particle Method and applies it to the research of nonlinear dynamic mechanics. The dynamic process involves different kinds of nonlinearity. The study assumes that deformation of dynamic analysis belongs to small one and that the material nonlinearity has been taken into account. When under small strain, the increment constitutive law and the total Lagrangian model of calculation are adopted to deduce the dynamic control equation by the Reproducing Kernel Particle Method. The instances of calculation demonstrate that this method is effective in the analysis of dynamic problems.

Abstract:用高压静电场分别处理干的水稻种子和30℃预浸种吸水24h的水稻种子,计算种子的活力指数、发芽指数、幼苗干重,研究电场处理对2种水稻种子活力的影响是否有差异.结果表明:水稻种子吸水24h后,种子吸胀结束,开始进入萌发阶段,经电场处理后种子的发芽指数、幼苗干重和活力指数显著高于对照.而经电场处理的水稻干种子活力与对照相比无显著差异.种子的吸水程度显著影响高压静电场对水稻种子的生物学效应.

Abstract:Evoked EEG signal can be obtained by flash stimulation in the extraction of flash visual evoked potential(FVEP).Experiments show that the width,frequency and flash times of flash pulses will play key role for extracting FVEP.Aims at the feature of VEP extraction and its correlation factors,the flash stimulation method with pulse width modulation(PWM) technology has been discussed,and the realization methods based on hardware and software are studied,then the output of precise PWM with special integrated circuit is realized.So the parameters of flash stimulation can be adjusted based on the material conditions of FVEP extraction,then VEP can be extracted effectively.Experiments show that it is of better effectiveness for FVEP extraction by using the method based on the output of precise PWM to control the flashing stimulation.

Abstract:利用自行筛选、鉴定的Acetobacter Z127,纯化出高活性的乙醇脱氢酶,并对该酶的生化特性进行了初步研究.试验表明:粗酶液通过硫酸铵分级沉淀、透析脱盐、Sephadex G-100层析分离,纯化出一种以NAD^+为辅酶的ADH,经SDS-PAGE电泳检测其分子量为28KDa;ADH反应的最适pH值为7.0,最适温度为60℃,K^+离子对其酶活有促进作用,二价金属离子对其活性有抑制作用,Fe^3+极易使ADH产生沉淀.研究为ADH的应用及其新用途的探索提供了理论基础和可靠的工艺参数.

Abstract:The aim of the paper is to investigate the technics of isolating the immune-active polysaccharides from Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae(PHS) by ultrafiltration.PHS were extracted and isolated through decoction,ultrafiltration,(removal) of protein and ethanol precipitation et al.The total contents of saccharides in the extraction and sample were(determined) by the methods of sulphuric acid phenol and sulphuric acid anthrone.The protein contents were determined by colorimetric method of coomassie brilliant blue G 250.Some hazel powder was gained.The purity,the contents of protein,and the recovery are 53.5%,1.2%,and 6.43%,respectively.Ultrafiltraion is a kind of method,which can isolate PHS simply,quickly and effectively.

Abstract:实验室已经克隆了金龟子绿僵菌中性海藻糖酶基因(NTL)的编码序列(GenBank登录号:AY557612),为了解该基因的上游调控信息,采用Panhandle Polymerase Chain Reaction Amplification方法获得了长为982bp的中性海藻糖酶基因上游序列.序列分析表明,该序列含有5个CAAT启动子元件和一个压力反应元件(CCCCT).经PCR和Southern杂交验证表明,利用panhandle PCR法成功地获得了金龟子绿僵菌CQMa102中性海藻糖酶基因上游序列,并且该基因在金龟子绿僵菌基因组中以单拷贝形式存在.

Abstract:The stress on the surrounding rocks affects severely the stability of tunnel. To estimate the stability of tunnel needs the transformation tendency of the stress on the surrounding rocks. After the transformation tendency of the stress on the surrounding rocks and the factors affected it are analyzed, the neural network model for predicting the stress on the surrounding rocks is created. The model is applied successfully to predict the change of the stress of the Guanyingyan tunnel in the Qiwan expressway, which proves that it is feasible to predict the stress on the surrounding rocks with the neural network model. The method is convenient and correct.

Abstract:The deformation characteristics and the plastic-loop of the fine-sandstone is studied under the loading and(unloading) condition at the three different deformation-rates and the two different stress-levels,the results show: 1) There is really the plastic-loop in the deformation curve for the loading deformation curve is different form the unloading deformation curve.But the plastic-loop is nearly unchangeable since the second circulate loading.2) There is different for every imitational parameter between the first deformation curve and the second deformation curve at the different stress-levels and the different deformation-rates,but every imitational parameters become more and more invariable gradually since the second circulate curve.3) With the change of the deformation-rates and stress-levels,the imitational(parameters) will change with it.4) The imitational parameters are different for loading section and unloading section of the fine-sandstone deformation curve at the same circulate curve under the same deformation-rate and stress-level.

Abstract:The rotor's dynamic performances largely depend on bearing's parameters.On the base of former eight-parameter model,an improved model is advanced which calculates the ununiformity force due to the tiny obliquity of rotor axis.By simplification to the center of bearing,a force and a moment are educed.An example is given to compare the results of two models by calculating the rotors critical speed through the FEM(Finite Element Method).The results indicate that an obvious error will be brought about if the rigidity of bearing were much larger.Therefore,it is necessarily to introduce the improved model to the rotor's dynamic design,which has a significant meaning to increase the precision of calculation in rotor's system design.

Abstract:为了确定侧向流曝气生物滤池(LBAF)的运行周期,采用了测定进出口间水头损失与出水水质关系的方法.实验表明:1)LBAF的运行周期是根据进出口间水头损失结合出水氨氮浓度来确定的.2)LBAF的水头损失与竖向流曝气生物滤池不同,经历了"稳定-增高-再稳定"3个阶段.3)在水力负荷分别为0.45 m/h、0.73 m/h和1.1 m/h时,LBAF的运行周期是21 d、8 d和5 d,与传统曝气生物滤池相比,采用侧向流曝气生物滤池(LBAF)可以适当延长运行周期.

Abstract:The n-dimensional locally twisted cube(LTQ_(n)) is a newly introduced interconnection network for parallel computing.First, the authors illustrate that there exists deadlock in the minimal routing algorithm.Second,by employing the common virtual network dividing technique,a new routing algorithm is presented,which is proved to be deadlock-free.By exploring the property that one LTQ_(n) consists of one n-1-dimensional hypercube(Q_(n-1)) and one n-1-dimensional 2-twisted cube(Q_(n1,2)),the authors apply the existing adaptive routing strategies for Q_(n-1) and Q_(n-1,2) to induce an adaptive routing scheme for LTQ_(n).So the algorithm can route adaptively in the Q_(n-1)0 or in the Q_(n-1,2)1.

Abstract:This paper studies the key technology in the 3 - D digital city construction, and puts forward a new method to construct and realize the 3 - D digital city. Subsequently, to solve the problem of that the 3 - D topograph dates are greater than the 2 - D topograph, the bulk-dates optimization of 3 - D digital city is realized through the choose of appropriate DEM of linenumbers and column numbers, the 3 - D model modeling specification, the using of nodes replace, the optimization of LOD modeling. The successful operation result of Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone 3 - D digital city project illustrates that, this system can realistic mimic status in quo of the Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone, the system operates smoothly, and its effect is also well.

Abstract:The Causality Diagram theory,which adopted graphical expression of knowledge and direct causality intensity of causality,overcomes some shortages in Belief Network and has evolved into a mixed causality diagram methodology coped with discrete and continuous variable.But it is difficult that the structure of Causality Diagram given by expert.Because the complexity of causality diagram structure goes up exponentially through the number of the vertex's increasing,it is NP-hard problem to find the most possible structure from a set of data.The authors discuss approaches and present Genetic Algorithm,to find the most possible structure from a set of data.Experiment shows the method is effective.

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes methods and technology of three-dimensional terrain with terrain module in MultiGen Creator2.6.According to character of real-time,accuracy and reality in terrain modeling,it gives the application scheme based on the terrain of space launch site.An new source data of terrain(grid map) conversion method is proposed.The authors sum up paste texture with contour strip and also put forward an method of combining Polymesh/Irregular Mesh algorithm with sampling mesh predigestion algorithm.Projection method and ellipsoid,setting LOD are chosen,an effective 3D terrain application project is given.This paper generates a three-dimensional terrain of space launch site with perfect visual effect,and the terrain has been applied to the three-dimensional simulation system.

Abstract:The direct boundary integral equation of two-dimensional Laplace equation for Dirichlet problem is(con-sidered).It is deduced by Green's formula and the fundamental solution.The most-used numerical method for solving(direct) boundary integral equation is collocation method,and seldom have been used the Galerkin scheme in this case.The direct boundary integral eqution is changed into the variational eqution.Using linear element,it is solved by Galerkin boundary method.In the variational eqution double integrations shall be carried out.The paper presents the analytical formula to calculate the inner integration and the Gaussian quadrature is used for the outer integration. The numerical experimentation proved thefaesibility and the efficiency.

Abstract:主要致力于全欧氏空间上部分耗散反应扩散方程的解的长时间行为的研究,证明了该方程的紧吸引子的存在性,同时对该吸引子的正则性做了详细的研究.发现该方程组的吸引子实际上是H1×L2的紧集,它吸引L2×L2中的有界集,这大大提高了B Wang关于该方程组吸引子的正则性结果,即此吸引子具有更高的正则性.由于方程本身的复杂性,这已经是关于这类方程组的吸引子正则性可能的最好的结果.

Abstract:1,3,4-oxadiazolines are found to possess significant biological activities such as antibacterial,antifungal effects.According to these,we designed and synthesized some new 1,3,4-oxadiazoline derivatives.First,Ethyl 4-methylbenzoate was prepared by reaction of 4-methyl benzoic acid with anhydrous ethanol in the presence of sulfuric acid.This propound reacted with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of anhydrous ethanol as solvent to give 4-methylhydrazin(1).In the presence of anhydrous ethanol,(1) reacted with aromatic aldehydes to produce corresponding hydrazones(2a~2j).Then 2a~2j cyclodehydrated with acetic anhydride to afford the title compounds(3a~3j).The mild reactions and good yields are the merits of this method.The title structures of 3a~3j were confirmed by elementary analyses,IR,~(1)H NMR,and MS spectroscopy.

Abstract:Knowledge sharing is the important way in which enterprises create organizational knowledge and obtain competition advantage.Scholars always have difference viewpoints about the motivators in knowledge sharing.This paper(analyzes) the incomplete information game and the choice of the motivators in knowledge sharing.If the knowledge(acceptant) offers motivators to the knowledge owner,knowledge sharing might make the participants obtain knowledge-sharing incomes.If knowledge-sharing incomes can make up the participants' costs,knowledge sharing can be caught through.Because the information of knowledge's value is incomplete,enterprises need knowledge managers and organizational additional motivators promote knowledge sharing.

Abstract:Enterprises require more and more on the control of distribution channel,so many distribution resource planning(DRP) systems have been implemented.However,few of them are successful.This paper analyzes the risks existing during the implementation of DRP system,and the countermeasures have been put forward.The implementary characteristics of Distribution Resource Planning(DRP) system are analyzed firstly.Then the risks during each phase of the(implementation) of DRP system are put emphasis upon,and the countermeasures of risk control are studied.An implementary method based on risk elusion is put forward.At last,the method is used in the implementation of DRP system of an enterprise integrating farming,industry and business.For varies kinds of risks have been considered beforehand and countermeasures have been taken,it worked well on risk elusion.

Abstract:农民工城市化是指农民工融入现代城市文明的过程.农民工的城市化已经成为中国城市发展不可逆转的趋势,也是社会稳定、公平和持续发展等诸多目标实现过程中不可忽视的一环.通过对重庆市1 083位农民工状况的实际调查,将所收集的数据运用SPSS统计学分析软件进行二项logistic模型分析,从而证明农民工城市化的现实状况和影响因素.通过对影响农民工城市化的经济因素、教育因素和社会文化及心理因素的分析,提出相应的公共政策调节措施.
