Abstract:The strategies of OEM and authorized automobilemaintenance station in auto service parts supply are analyzed by game theory. It is salmost impossible to eliminate the phenomena of immoralbusiness behavior by constructing the models of one - stage game and multistage games. And the equilibrium strategy is deduced. Some key factors including the sum of economic punishment that the automobile manufacturer monitoring regulation punishes maintenance stations and monitoring cost are also analyzed.

Abstract:Recently,distributed intelligent systems based on multi-agent have been applied to many fields successfully.the multi-agent technique is introduced into the rotating machinery fault diagnosis system.With the combination of CBR technique,Basalstructure and development approach of the system are analyzed,and better cooperation among agents is realized.As a result,the system overcomes the limitation of single fault diagnosis method,and solves the contradictionbetween versatilityand adaptabilityof diagnosis software.Furthermore,a reference can be used for the research and development of multi-algorithmdiagnosis system of rotating machinery.The application in a factory's Networked Online Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System for Turbine Fan shows that the system can diagnosefault rapidly and exactly.

Abstract:After investigating into the design of classical FIR digital filter, a method of FIR filter design based on proximate best uniform approximation is proposed. The paper introduces the theoretical basis of the proximate best uniform approximation theory in detail, and applies it to the design of FIR digital filter. The procedure of designing a FIR filter with the proximate best uniform approximation method is given. The example shows that the filter designed by this method is of good performance in both pass band and eliminated band, and comparatively little calculation related, and hence it is of promising prospect to be applied.

Abstract:Commutation failure is one of the most common faults in HVDC transmission system, which is affected by many factors. This paper analyzes the effects of some major factors, such as voltage of commutation bus, DC current, advance firing angle, short circuit impedance and ratio of converter transformer, on the commutation failure in the inverter in HVDC transmission system. The obtained general rule of commutation failure in the inverter in HVDC transmission system is helpful to practical operation.

Abstract:The utilization of Flexible AC Transimssion System(FACTS)technology has significant impact on power system reliability performance.Series FACTS devices such as Thyristor Controlled Phase Shifting Transformers(TCPSTs) and Thyristor Controlled Series Compensators(TCSCs) can change the natural allocation of the power flow and effectively alleviate transmission congestion.Parallel FACTS devices such as Static Var Compensators(SVCs)can provide reactive power support and maintain voltage stability.So it is important to quantitatively evaluate their benefits to the power system reliability.The traditional models of the composite generation and transmission system reliability evaluation are mainly focused on conventional generation and transmission facilities.This paper researches the power flow model of TCPST and TCSC,and then presents the optimal load shedding model incorporating TCPSTs,TCSCs and SVCs and effectively incorporates them into the reliability evaluation model.The proposed method is tested on the RBTS and the obtained results show that the system reliability can be improved effectually by FACTS devices.

Abstract:提出均匀传输线原始参数的求解方法.在均匀传输线终端开路的状态下,测量终端、始端以及其他各个测试点的电压,根据均匀传输线的正弦稳态解,利用madab求解非线性方程组,计算出不同频率下的衰减常数β和相移常数α,进一步求解含原始参数的非线性方程组,得到均匀传输线的4个原始参数.均匀传输线电路模型原始参数的确定为传输线的理论研究提供了计算的依据.用实验的方法获取均匀传输线的原始参数,比利用软件仿真获取的结果更具真实,更符舍实际情况,经过实验验证,提出的均匀传输线电路模型参数的测试方法是正确有效的.

Abstract:The extra high voltage(EHV) power lines are not only a power frequency electromagnetic pollution source but also a RF electromagnetic pollution source because of the partial discharge such as corona.In order to get the distribution of electromagnetic in different frequency of the EHV power lines accurately and the reasonable width of the secure aisle,the authors measured the electromagnetic environment below the 500 kV single loop EHV power lines,which are arranged in triangle and get the distribution of electromagnetic environment in different frequency.After comparing the measuring result with some electromagnetic radiant secure standardsof national prescripts,the reasonable secure aislewidth of the single loop 500 kV power lines are profosed,which are arranged in triangle,and the RF fields have been taken into account.

Abstract:The apertures or slots on shielding enclosure are the main factor to influence the shielding performance.The simulation for thin slots in the electromagnetic shielding analysis has been a bottle-neck.Subcellular models of thin slots in the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method are investigated.A 3D thin-slot algorithm based on contour path(CP) method is presented for the application to shielding enclosure.The accuracy and the applicability to the slot width are validated with finer mesh model or capacitive thin-slot formalism(C-TSF) for slot models with different width.

Abstract:Distribution management utilizes the technique of electronics, computer, and automatics to supervise, control, or manage the distribution equipments and user equipments for improving the distribution management. Because the distribution management needs different systems of cooperation and realization of information sharing, realizing inter-application integration is difficult for electrical information system at present. On the background of distribution management system, through the analysis of the principle and character, feasibility of integration for disparate system, such as DMS, is discussed. The analysis results show that the information communication between disparate system, and the decoupling between interfaces and networks are realized by IEC61968. So it is feasible to integrate the disparate system by utilizing IEC61968.

Abstract:The unbalanced nature of 35 kV distribution system due to capacity values is difficult in neutral operation, which can not meet the demand of voltage balance in static state and arc distinct in fault. This paper proposes a new neutral operation as neutral insulation in static state and resonance grounding in fault , along with EMTP simulation acts. Simulation indicates that new neutral operation method can improve lightning withstand level and decrease trip-out rate of grids.

Abstract:According to non-Gaussianity and randomness of the Pulse Signals, the bispectrum estimation is used to analyze the signals for the purpose of extracting the unusual information of the signals of-the drug abusers and educing the judgment of how to distinguish drug abusers from healthy persons. The phase of bispectrum carries the important feature information in signal processing. The feature vector of the average phase information based on the indirect nonparametric bispectrum estimation is extracted and used to analyze the Pulse Signals of 15 heroin addicts and 15 healthy persons. It is found that the average phase Ph of heroin addicts on a specified frequency region is generally lower than that of healthy persons. Using the average phase Ph as characteristic parameter, a critical parameter is determined that is used to classify heroin addicts and healthy persons. Thus, all of the 15 healthy addicts are identified. Only one heroin person is misjudged. Experiment results of classification show that the method is feasible and effective.

Abstract:A theoretical model is developed for the dropwise condensation heat transfer on the horizontal circular surface with radial gradient surface energy based on the heat transfer model of individual condensate drop and the size distribution model of condensate drop on homogeneous condensation surface.The effect of variation of contact angle on the gradient surface on condensation heat transfer and condensate drop size distribution is taken account of in this model.The theoretical calculation method was obtained to predict the dropwise condensation heat transfer coefficient on the horizontal circular surface with radial gradient surface energy under various wall subcooled temperature,contact angle profile on wall surface,and working fluid.The effects of surface energy gradient,wall subcooled temperature,and thermophysical properties of condensate on the condensation heat transfer are discussed respectively.The calculation results show that the condensation heat transfer coefficient increases slightly with the increase of wall subcooled temperature.As latent heat and surface tension increasing,the condensation heat transfer coefficient increases.A larger surface energy gradient induces a larger condensation heat transfer coefficient.

Abstract:In order to research the state of energy bands and gain and loss of electrons on the surface of ZnSnO_(3),it is put forward that Pinning theory of Fermi energy is applied to development of gas sensitive materials.The relative position between surface state and conduction band on surface of zinc tin complex oxide(ZnSnO_(3)) gas sensitive material has been investigated by utilizing oxidation redox couple,FeCl_(2)/ FeCl_(3),which have high surface state.Fermi energy is pinned at about 0.2 eV below conduction band E_(cs)on the surface of ZnSnO_(3).It has been determined that additives doping ratio,addition concentration and working atmosphere have no effect on this value.Therefore,pinning theory of Fermi energy has been verified by using this method.

Abstract:In mechanical design and application, in order to calculate torsion angle and shear stresses of prismatic bars with seetorial cross-section undergoing extemal couples, the numerical method is presented. The torsion equation is nonhomogeneous partial differential equation. First, using the method of separation of variables, torsion stress function is acquired in polar coordinate. Then, the method of boundary collocation is improved to calculate the undetermined parameters. Finally,approximate numerical solutions of stress function and shear stresses in cross-section are obtained. It is given the several calculation results of shear stresses of prismatic bars with different vertex angles. These results show that the method has some precision and application feasibility in engineering design. The method of separation of variables is combinied with the method of boundary collocation simplified calculation process.

Abstract:Based on a simple mechanical model and an appropriate definition of generalized time,a constitutive equation is obtained for coupled plasticity and creep behavior of materials.A damage evolution based on a spherical void model for mixed hardening materials is obtained by means of Gurson's model.The damage evolution law is embedded in the adopted constitutive equation,and a damage constitutive equation is obtained for coupled plasticity and creep behavior of die-casting magnesium alloy.The response of magnesium alloy subjected to cyclic loads is analyzed.The validity of the proposed model is demonstrated by the satisfactory agreement between the experimental and calculated results.

Abstract:In With one-storey, two-span prestressed frames, a comparative study is done between under vertical and horizontal loads. The studies include the pattern of the plastic hinges occurring and, the demanded and available rotational capability of the hinges in critical sections. The relative height of compression zone and prestressed degree are considered. The result indicates that there is much difference in the pattern of the plastic hinge occurring when each plastic hinge has enough rotational capability. The beams can finish a full redistribution of internal force under vertical loads, but not under horizontal loads. Moreover, as increasing of the relative height of compression zone, a stronger rotational capability of hinges will be demanded to finish a full redistribution under vertical loads when a weaker rotational capacity will be needed under horizontal loads.

Abstract:How to achieve the most efficient rock-breaking is the research direction of the rock-breaking technique. According to this problem, a series of experiments relating to the rock-breaking efficiency of cavitating water jets were carried out for different nozzles within different pump pressures and ambient pressures. The results show that the erosion depth increases proportionally with the pump pressure and decreases as the ambient pressure increasing on the same experimental condition. Erosion happens in the first few minutes, and after that, erosion does not increase with time. The erosiondepth of the convergent-straight nozzle is much lower than that of the convergent-divergent nozzle.

Abstract:A plane - strain apparatus for investigating the deformation and failure features of rock was altered and constructed on a passive stiff-frame concept, further, a new device inducing confinement on both sides of the prism specimen was designed and built, which can not only impose varying confining pressure on the specimen, but dynamically monitor the change in confinement due to deformation of the specimen during testing. Theoretical analysis and test results show that for rock specimens with Youngt modulus below 17.4 GPa, the apparatus can provide an acceptable planestrain condition and be of practicability.

Abstract:Different population size is differentin consumption of water resources,different town scale have effect on water demand to a great extent.So studying on influence of population size on characteristic of water using is important to reveal characteristic of water consumption.This paper makes small town into three grades as large,medium,small-sized,according to township population of small town,chooses typical town to investigate,and receives water demand level of typical town through statisticcalculation.Also,to study the relationship between population size and the change of water consumption by analogism,and suggestthat coefficient of daily variation is from 1.75 to 1.95,while hourly variation is from 2.0 to 2.4,and higher as population size is smaller.

Abstract:A new method of knowledge acquisition based on fuzzy - rough set is proposed. The continuous attributes in the decision table are fuzzified with the fuzzy membership functions. Lower and upper approximation of fuzzy - rough set are obtained by defining fuzzy equivalence relation. According to them the decision rules are acquired. At last, an example is illustrated and proves that the approach is effective.

Abstract:Heart sound is non-stationary signal, some of its important characteristics can be obtained by time - frequency analysis method. The criteria of different time-frequency representation concentricity of spectrogram, coverage, MSE and regularity of time envelope axe proposed, the performances of Short-time Fourier transform, Wigner - Ville distribution, continuous wavelet transform, and S transform in study on heart sound are compared based on these criteria , and concrete example of application is given.

Abstract:On the algorithm of the network maximal flow, the paper provides a method of achieving it. The concrete procedure is to achieve the algorithm by using stack and structural array. First of all, an adjacency list should be established and its composition chiefly includes orientation, capacity, flux and so on. Afterwards the labeling method is adopted to find the augmenting chain according to the adjacency list. In the process, some spots are stored in the stack by means of the depth superior traverse and range superior traverse and the course way is also conserved in the array. Abstract:Based on Feltham-Ohlson Model,this paper has set up a model that enterprise net assets change with time and brings the accrual of impairment provision into it.Through an analysis of the model,the authors find the follows: In general,the realization of maximum of enterprise value has nothing to do with voluntary accounting changes based on impairment provision.Whether there are voluntary accounting changes or not,the refinancing constraints will reduce the IOS,i.e.enterprise value.On the condition of refinancing constraints,that the enterprise adopts voluntary accounting changes of reducing the accrual of impairment provision in order to meet the demand of refinancing will cause the further decline of IOS,i.e.enterprise value.

Abstract:There are obvious differences in attracting FDI between the East and the Midwest of China. The investment environment is the main reason. To the Midwest, it is important to analyze the factors to affect FDI in order to improve the investment environment. At present, most of the researches about location determinants of FDI are focused on the location modeling and using Statistical data. The authors designed indexes to describe the location factors and investigated the foreign invest companies in Chongqing by questionnaire. Then analyzed the data collected from questionnaires by Principle Component Analysis and abstract the main components finally. The CITC and at suggest that the location factors are reliable. A system is constructed including six main components and 17 descriptive factors.
