  • 1  Collaborative Levels and Effecting Factors Analysis for Web-based Product Development

    Abstract:
    The collaborative levels in modem web - based product development processes are diversed in a large degree. However, current researches are lack of systematic approaches to analyze the appropriate level of the collaboration. Aiming at the problem, the collaborative levels and effecting factors are studied in the paper. First, a primary framework of the effecting factors analysis is proposed, which defines the input, output, and components of the effeeting factors analysis. Next, a collaboration hierarchy model is set up, which is constituted by message level, data level and application level. Based on the model, the effecting factors of collaboration levels are analyzed systematically from technology, organization and business aspects. Detailed indices are abstracted from these aspects and an evaluation factors set is formed systematiclly. According to the framework, hierarchy model, and the factors set, a methodology for factors evaluation and analysis is developed, which contains analytical hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gap analysis method. The methodology has characteristics of quantitive analysis, easy to oprerate, and optimization support capability. A case study is provided to illustrate the analysis process based on the application of the methodology in a collaborative product development project of a furniture enterprise. The case study shows that the methodology can help enterprises to determine the collaboration level effectively, and can also find out the critical factors which impact the collaboration on a large extend. As a result, the develop process, working efficiency and the outcome of the collaborative project can be highly improved.

    The concepts and principles of intelligent virtual controls(IVC) and virtual instruments based on them are introduced.The quintuple systematic model based on computer is discussed.By deep researching into the intelligent controls-oriented virtual instrument(ICVI) and its development system,the quintuple systematic model based on computer is introduced into ICVI systems,the uniform model of ICVI is built up and dissertated it in detail.The model builds uniform rules and methods for developing and using ICVI,and normalizes the development of ICVI.

    Abstract:
    A wheeled vehicle to be fitted with common rubber - tire do not adapt to the desert area because of the wheel slip sinkage. It is important for improving the mobility of vehicle in sand to develop a new running gear of vehicles . Based on the mathematical models and mechanical models for interaction effect between wheel and sand. the influence on the interaction effect between running gear of vehicles and sand on traction performance are analyzed by using the theory of granular limit equilibrium. The results show that the interaction modes between wheel and sand is charged and the mobility of vehicle in sand is improrld.

    Abstract:
    It is usually need to supervise and control gathering data and working status of PLC in industry control.There are some ways such as VB,DELPHI,PB to carry out the requirement.Visual C++ is an exploiture tool for Windows application program and has quite strong function in the aspect of image processing and database managing etc.It has faster speed to realize bottom communication control.Using Visual C++ and MFC,the authors implement the serial communication system between PC and PLC.The paper introduces the communication protocol and software design method and realizes data's sending and incepted rapidly,real-time auto-control accurately and quickly.This system is simple,economical,and reliable and has an application value,which has been applied successfully in real system.

    Abstract:
    With the development of biology identification technology, fingerprint identification becomes more and more mature and gradually develop from the online machine system to embedded system. At present the fingerprint capturing module generally uses optical sensor in embedded fingerprint system. The volume of this kind of sensor is big and it is diseommodious for integration in embedded system. The article puts forward a kind of new method and uses semi - conductor fingerprint sensor FPS200 to capture fingerprint images. It studies the hardware connection of FPS200 and the processor chip TMS320VC5416 ,the initialization of FPS200 and the programme of fingerprint capturing. The article gives finally the fingerprint image that FPS200 captures. The experiment proves that the image veins is clear, the background noise is small and the speed of capturing fingerprint image is quick. These can satisfy the requirement of the embedded fingerprint identification system .

    Abstract:
    The vibration characteristic of engine mounting system is analyzed, the vibration model of engine mounting system is established, and calculation method of natural frequency and main vibration mode of mounting system is put forward. Then an engine mounting system with double - lined type isolator is presented. Isolation performance of engine mounting system is improved greatly by selecting elastic coefficient of isolator reasonably.

    Abstract:
    In accordance with the shortage on the application of the traditional calibration Solution of environmental test equipment, this paper proposes a solution of flexible field calibration , which can be applicable to all sorts of environmental test equipments widely. The frame of system hardware and software is presented firstly through the system requirement analysis, then the key matter - - flexible calibration is analyzed and expatiated more deeply. Through actual test , it is shown that the solution put forward in this paper have notable applied values and spread significances.

    Abstract:
    The eutrophication of water body will destroy the balance of ecological environment.To determine the total nitrogen content in water body exactly,is one of the most important evaluating indicators that whether the water body has been polluted by eutrophication or not.After the foundation of the Three Gorges Reservoir,current velocity lowers and it may result in the eutrophication of water body.In terms of the Lambert-Beer Law,the authors adopt potassium sulpersulphate oxidation-ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the total nitrogen content in the Three Gorges Reservoir.By analyzing a variety of possible factors,they bring forward a method to determine the total nitrogen which can be used in lab and also have high performance.With this improved method,the authors determine the factual water samples of the Three Gorges Reservoir in the main urban area of Chongqing,and the result is that the total nitrogen content is(0.6~1.0) mg/L,less than the limiting value(2.0 mg/L) in national standard.So the water body of the Three Gorges Reservoir still eutrophication does not take place.So eutrophication does not take place in water body of the Three(Gorges) Reservior.

    Abstract:
    大型厚壁钢结构建造中,研究温度对焊接接头断裂韧度的影响十分重要.笔者对65mm厚S355ML钢板,编制自动埋弧焊(WPS017)工艺和手工电弧焊(WPS016,WPS016A)工艺,对其焊接接头进行常温(15℃)和低温(-20℃)裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)评定.发现自动埋弧焊(WPS017)接头焊缝低温CTOD最小值比常温低13.9%,焊缝低温CTOD均值比常温低8.0%;热影响区CTOD断裂韧度值高于焊缝和母材,且对温度变化不敏感.手工电弧焊接头焊缝低温CTOD最小值只有常温的34.5%,焊缝低温CTOD均值只有常温的25.9%;热影响区低温CTOD断裂韧度也很低.在常温(15℃)下,自动埋弧焊焊缝CTOD值比手工电弧焊焊缝CTOD值大得多;在低温(-20℃)下,自动埋弧焊的焊缝和热影响区的CTOD值,都远远大于手工电弧焊CTOD值.

    Abstract:
    According to the tests and researches on model sample, this paper analyzes the effects of flashover voltage when the silicone rubber surface has one or more water drops and observes the flashover process of the clean silicone rubber surface covered with condensing water in a controlled fog chamber with a high-speed video camera. The results show that water can only exist as discrete drops on the silicone rubber surface because of its hydrophobicity, and the field is intensified at the interface between the water drop, air and silicone rubber, it will produce intense partial discharges and intermittent partial arcs. Then water drop will be elongated by electrical field force because of part loss of hydrophobicity around the drop. Consequently the field will be intensified further and it cause the reason unknown flashover.

    Abstract:
    Higher-order statistics method is an overhead subject in the fields of signal processing in the world in recent years. The pulse signals are analyzed by applying parametric bispectrum estimation. Non-Gaussian AR model is for calculating the bispectrum of pulse signals for 15 heroin addicts and 15 healthy persons. Characteristic parameters of magnitude bispectrum of the pulse signals are obtained by using horizontal slices of magnitude bispectrum. Characteristic parameters of bispectrum phase of the pulse signals are obtained by using horizontal slices of bispeetrum phase. Moreover,two primary criterions are also obtained by using the characteristic parameters. Exactness ratios of two pnmary criterions reach 93.3% and 90%, respectively. The research result shows that parametric bispectmm estimation for analyzing pulse signals of heroin addicts is really an effective method.

    Abstract:
    In the measurement of EEG signals ,the pre - amplification electrical signal of brain is the most importantant and key link. Whether the design is excellent or inferior is related to the electrical signal detection system of brain directly. The design of this circuit has been paid attention to by domestic and international expert all the time. On the basis of existing biological electricity amplifier which is studied, the authors consult the electric amplifier circuit of living beings designed , such as reference , improve and design a new-type and high performance electrical signal characteristic of brain in . The circuit has prevented the traditional design from enlarging the miscellaneous simulation of the circuit and straining the wave link, otherwise, this circuit is of simple structure , low cost, and convenient debugging. The paper has detailed theoritic analysis and experimental results to prove this circuit, which offered a new train of thought for reseach and development of brain electrical amplifier and other faint biological electricity amplifiers . This curcuit has be expected to win extensive application.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a hybrid method of the Finite-Difference Time-Domain(FDTD) and the method of moment(MoM) to compute the radiation from the aperture.The FDTD is a commonly used electromagnetic simulation way.It can solve the question with complex dielectric,but it is difficult(even cannot) for FDTD to calculate the far field because of large compute time and computer memory.So the authors can make use of the FDTD to get a large number of near electric field intensity,and then use the MoM,which based on electric field integral equation to compute the far field.Using this procedure,the authors solve the radiation of the box with apertures on one or more sides and reduced the compute time and the computer memory.

    Abstract:
    This paper summarizes two kinds of fault detection techniques for distribution automation, that is with and without communication in fault detection, and then analyzes their merits and shortcomings. Moreover, according to the development tendency of distribution automation techniques, this paper presents an approach, through which the noncommunication FTU devices can detect transient fault voltage of distribution systems effectually. To detect transient fault voltage without standby batteries, the PIC Single Chip microcomputer with low power consumption and DSP chip with powerful data processing capabilities are adopted to form a dual CPU system. To realize the communication between the two CPUs, the general I/O port,s of the DSP chip are firstly used to simulate the UART communication of the serial ports and communicate with the PIC Single Chip microcomputer. The novel FTU devices based on this approach are tested in static and dynamic simulation experiments, the results are satisfied.

    Boiler is an important facility in power plant , the safety and economy of unit is affected by it. Studying the dynamic of boiler can improve the knowledge about boiler , which is important for. Features of MMS are introduced based on MMS simulation setting, and the real time capable module and non real time capable module are compared from principle. Real time capable dynamic model of boiler and non real time capable dynamic model of boiler of 330 MW unit are established . The experimental results show that the dynamic process of two type model accords with the mechanism of the object , at the same time, the validity of real time capable module is discussed .

    Abstract:
    Based on model parameters estimating, a kind of algorithm of pole-zero placement self-adaptive temperature control is put forward according to closed loop apices distribution of resistance furnace temperature control. The mathematic model is presented by discursion for the controlled object, at the same time, the algorithm is illustrated identification method of model parameters, compute formula and simulation result of controlled parameters. Simulations and practices of the model proved that the algorithm is of rapid constringency speed , satisfactory effect on the object with time changing especially for the controlled objects of the high current and low voltage characteristics. The algorithm has been applied in the temperature control of intelligent slag measurement equipment of a iron-steel graduate school.

    Abstract:
    为提高纺织钢领的耐磨性,提高其使用寿命,对预先经过碳氮共渗处理的纺织钢领进行了化学镀N i-P合金强化的研究.采用正交试验等方法选择了合适的络合剂与稳定剂;通过分析不同浓度的还原剂对镀液稳定性的影响,优化了镀液中的还原剂浓度;讨论了镀后热处理工艺对钢领性能的影响.结果表明:柠檬酸、苹果酸和丁二酸3种络合剂按一定比例混合使用,并在镀液中加入少量的硫脲,可得到性能优良的镀层,而且镀液的使用寿命达到6个周期;340℃×8 h的镀后热处理工艺可使磷含量较高的镀层表面硬度达到HV1 000以上.

    在先通过引入线性超树的对应二部树的特殊对应性质来刻划超树的顶点与超边的结构,得出了线性超树的孤立点数目的计算公式和一系列推论,从而进一步揭示了度序列与线性超树的关系.然后给出了求线性超树悬挂边数目的可行算法,其算法复杂度仅为O(|E(T)|^2).这对于充实超树的计数理论与应用实践均是有益的.

    Abstract:
    The authors introduce a sort of novel adaptive penalty gene, transform the constrained problem into unconstrained problems. An solution is given for this unconstrained problem with genetic algorithm, and then it is used as initial values for the constrained variable metric method to get precise solution. The numerical experiments illustrate that this hybrid genetic algorithm is more efficient than the genetic algorithm, and at most situations globally optimal solution can be gotten.

    The STM three dimensions surface shape appearance figure and scanning tunneling spectrum(STS) of nano-meter diamond are obtained by STM.IPC-205B developed by the authors.Insulator diamond films being transacted into nano-meter diamond particles,the STM three dimensions surface shape appearance figure of nano-meter diamond is gotten under a certain bias voltage.Then nano-meter diamond microstructure is observed.And the STS of nano-meter diamond is gained.Also it exhibits the energy gap breadth of nano-meter diamond.At the same time,the STS and conductive mechanism are analyzed.STM/STS studies can not only explain the spectrum study mechanism of conductive capability of nano-meter diamond and expand application field of STM,but also they may act as the important study means for nanometer crystal particles structure and energy spectrun character analyse after insulated material turns into nanometer crystal particles.

    The method of small parameter and setting up model of dumbbells are used to calculate the gravitational radiation of Double Satellite,and the expression of quadrupole radiation power is obtained.The calculated results is coincident with the astronomical observed results.At the same time,the method of calculation is simpler and easier than the others.The high-order gravotational radiation(higher than the octapole radiation) can be discussed with the method of small parameter,so a new method and a way is supplied for the theory calculation of the high-order gravetational radiation.

    从腐烂苎麻周围土壤中经过初筛和复筛得到具有脱胶能力的枯草芽孢杆菌菌株B10。采用PCR方法对B10的木聚糖酶基因进行克隆.在木聚糖选择平板上用刚果红染色法筛选出阳性克隆,对阳性克隆的重组质粒进行鉴定和测序.结果表明,该木聚糖酶基因全长642个碱基,编码214个氨基酸。与已报道的来自枯草芽孢杆菌木聚糖酶的基因只有2个碱基的差别.该基因在大肠杆菌中表达。过夜培养物中胞外、胞内和胞质间的酶活分布分别为22.7%,28.2%和49.1%.该木聚糖酶的最适作用pH值为6,最适作用温度为50℃。具有较宽pH范围和较好热稳定性。

    It has been reported that two Schiff base transitional metal complexes with morpholine ring were synthesized and characterized,and two complexes with same agent and different metal ion were used in the catalytic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate acetate as a simulant hydrolase of carboxylic acid ester.Kinetics and mechanism of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis are studied.The kinetic model of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis is proposed.The kinetic and the thermodynamic constant on the catalytic reaction are calculated.The result of the study shows: two complexes revealed good catalytic activity in PNPP catalytic hydrolysis.The rate of the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis is increased following increasing pH value of the buffer solution and affected by the polarization action of metal ion of complex.

    Abstract:
    In order to push the informationization process of the building industry,promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China's building industry,the authors study BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design,which contains not only geometric data but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building.The authors also compare BIM technology with 2D CAD technology,and demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM,which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology,will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become a new driving force to push forward China's building industry in this Information Age.

    Abstract:
    Both tension fracture and shear fracture is the dominant mechanic mechanism for perilous rock in tension-shear fracture to rupture.On the basis of assumption of plane strain,the authors make testing research on development process of perilous rock in tension-shear fracture through model testing in laboratory.Some important results are as following: Damage and fracture of the perilous rock under action of loads is developing gradually from foot area to top area of cliff.Perilous and fracture of the perilous rock is in abruption.Control fissure manifests tension rupture in initial stage under loads while become shear rupture when end area of control fissure extend certain site to bottom of the perilous rock,etc.These studies provide some important testing evidences about researching on development mechanism of perilous rock in the future.

    Simulative experimental research and theoretic analysis on the characteristics of unfree inundation water-flow field and circular field in rock salt well water-mining have been done by glass equipment.The tracer particles spirally circumferentially ascend from bottom to stoma in the triangle vase flow field during the process of unfree inundation efflux flow by positive-cycle pouring water,and the tracer particles fast move up and down in the columnar flow field(jar) as the spouting interval,height of columnar flow field and diameter of the tracer particles are less.While contrary-circular pouring water is done,the water location of centric pipe flow water for the triangle vase is tangential with the down of telescopic pipe and steadily maintains the state.For the columnar flow field,water location is higher than the down of telescopic pipe while the circulation field is just formed and gradually drops until it is tangent with the down of centric pipe.Theory analysis and calculation show that the tracer particles spirally ascend owing to the competition between the up return rate(V_H) and the axial rate(V_m).The fanning orientation of pasting line is the vector sum between V_H and V_m.

    Abstract:
    Based on the former EPQ models with partial backlogging, this paper develops an EPQ model with exponential time-varying demand and different productivities. The existence of unique optimal solution is discussed by Mathematica 5.0. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis show that the impact of backlogging parameter on all the costs is greater than that of demand increasing factor and productivity during shortage period, and the impact of backlogging parameter on holding cost, shortage cost and opportunity cost due to lost sale is greater than that on setup cost and total cost.

    The hospital and patient are in the state of asymmetric information in the medical market. By developing game model, the authors analyze the game process and equilibrium between the hospital and patient under asymmetric information. The analyses demonstrate that asymmetric information can lead to low efficient equilibrium. Therefore, the hospital should set up medical information opening system and strengthen the communication between the hospital and the patient so as to relieve the situation of asymmetric information. Meanwhile, the paper puts forwad some measures about government regulation in medical marcket.

    Procurement for various items in enterprises is often implemented by combinatorial auctions, which is also called procurement combinatorial auctions. The authors propose MA-VCG, an efficient multi-attributes procurement combinatorial auction, in which agents will bid for combinational supply of items with truthful report. Besides incentive compatible, MA-VCG also holds the budget balance and individual rationality. Especially, the important characteristic of MA-VCG is that the mechanism focuses on the system gross utility as the optimization goal. The goal is and unique in procurement combinatorial auctions.

    Real estate hedonic price model is applied to determine the average sale unit price of newly built housing projeer. In order to solve the problems of the lack of sample and the high correlation of some of the housing characteristic factors with each other in this application, a housing project hedonic pricing model based on principal components analysis of housing characteristic factors has been established. Through a case, the author has analyzed the economical significance of the implicit prices. With the model, the average sale unit price of a newly built housing project can be determined by rule and line.

    The performance of open-end fund in China still could won over the composite when stock market was in bear market in 2003 and 2004.The yield investor got was higher than bank deposit rate of corresponding period.But funds were met investor's large redemption.The authors use the year panal data of 2003 and 2004 to study investor redemption behavior.The result are:(1) Fund net value and dividend are significant positive correlation with redemption rate.(2) Fund accumulative total net value is significant negative correlation with redemption rate.(3) The bond fund is significant positive correlation with total market redemption behavior,but stock fund is not.(4) Investor is unaware of investment cost,which represents the redemption rate and purchase rate didn't hold back redemption at all.
