    Abstract:
    This paper discusses the structure, design and key techniques of testing system, and expounds the design and development of hardware and software based on virtual instrument technology. The design of hardware includes signal conditioning module and data acquisition module. The design of software includes interface program and upper layer program. Combining the hardware and software effectively, a testing system for ABS test-bed is set up, which has multifunctions of developing, debugging, inspecting and performance valuing to ABS. Having crucial meaning in engineering, the development of this testing system will make ABS tested in the lab mainly, thus improve the security and make the test more economical.

    Abstract:
    In order to make personal subjectivity of organizational design more less and make decision-making of organizational design more scientific,the influencing factors of organizational structure design in integrated management are analyzed in detail.According to the fuzzy cluster analysis on influencing factors of organizational structure,this paper presents the sequencing of the principle and subordinate factors on influencing factors of organizational structure.Thus quantitative analysis and evaluation on influencing factors of enterprise' organizational structure design in integrated management is formed, thus provides a reliable quantity basis for enterprise to design organizational structure in integrated management.Different influence upon the organizational of a certain corporated by a case study,which provides important references for its organizational structure reform in integrated management.At the same time,the rationality and feasibility of this method is demonstrated by the case study.

    Abstract:
    In the base-knowledge economic age,as far as how to improve work efficiency of knowledge worker is concerned,this paper analyzes influential factors of work efficiency of knowledge worker on the whole,and classifies them into four sorts: individual factor,task factor,management factor,environment factor.The authors establish concept model in crucial influential factors according to interrelated theory of management and psychology.The interrelation and workable mechanism of influential factors are analyzed according to the characteristics of knowledge worker and individual behavior model on the bases of theory of achievement and motivation.The result shows individual factors affect work efficiency directly,task factor,management factor and environment factor which support and restrict individual factor indirectly affect work efficiency.

    Abstract:
    It is very difficult for small and medium sized motorcycle engine to use the combination of closed-loop control electronic fuel injection system and three-way catalytic converter for emission controlling due to the high cost. In order to strengthen emission controlling of the carburetor motorcycle engines, the metering characteristics of carburetor are adjusted, combustion chamber as well as intake and exhaust ducts are further optimized, and secondary air injection system and oxidation type catalytic converter are developed, and moreover a simplified positive crankcase ventilator is employed to eliminate the gas blowby from crankcase. It is verified by test cycle testing that pollutant emissions of the carburetor motorcycle engines can be effectively controlled within the emissions limits by taking the above technical approaches.

    Abstract:
    The structure and principle of double-channel elliptical crystal spectrometer are presented.The whole process of manufacturing dispersive element with natural muscovite is specified.The instrument was applied to diagnose plasma produced by laser on "XG-II" facility and the spectrum of flat Au was obtained.In order to analyze the reason of unsatisfactory pattern in which spectral lines interveined each other,X-ray diffraction experiment and observating surface of muscovite were conducted.The experimental results show that using such natural muscovite as dispersive element is the real reason for interlaced spectrum.

    Abstract:
    The basic principle and the composition of optic fiber F- Pstrain measurement system are introduced, and it is practically utilized in the strain measurement of Dafoshi Yangtze River Bridge. The results show that, the acquired data from F- Pstrain measurement system can effectively describe the strain variation upon the temperature change, the measurement system is working sound and effectively.

    Abstract:
    Dynamic analysis of a new Nano-CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine with nanometer resolution) structure is introduced,including vibration characteristic analysis and vibration response analysis.The aim is to assess and analyze dynamic accuracy of structure.Modal and harmonic analysis were made by ANSYS software based on establishing equation of vibration,so as to achieve natural frequency and fundamental vibration mode of structure,and also the displacement and stress of structure under nanomotion motor driving.Moreover,the analysis and comparison of rectangular-bridge and arch-bridge are made in order to prove the superiority of dynamic accuracy of the symmetrical-bridge structure.

    Abstract:
    A new method is introduced to measure the conductivity of brain. This method uses magnetic excitation to induce eddy currents inside the brain matter and measures the magnetic field caused by the induced eddy current. The theoretical basis of this method is analyzed and the measurement system is introduced. The aufhors do the experiment and draw a conclusion that the method provided is feasible.

    Abstract:
    In LCIPT system, the selection of system operation frequency has a relationshi Pwith the cost and power transfer capability of the power supply. Due to the development of Power device and system efficiency requirement , it is restricted to increase the system operation frequency . This paper presentes a topology which transfers power through LC oscillation. When the voltage of the capacitor is less than reference voltage, the switch is turned off and the capacitor is charged, which makes the switching frequency far less than the syntonic frequency. Thus the system efficiency is improved, and the system cost is reduced. This is verified by the time domain and frequency domain simulations of Saber. This topology not only can be used in LCIPT, but also in other convertors.

    Abstract:
    The aufhors calculate and analyze the arcing grounding overvoltage of 10 kV power network in case of neutral ungrounded and grounding through nonlinear resistance using EMTP, with a actual 10 kV power network of a substation in Guizhou province as an example. The emulational calculation results show that the grounding method which grounds through nonlinear resisitance has the advantages of the other two methods, can better limit the arcing grounding overvoltage and can not stop the power supply .even one phase is grounded by fault, so it can ensure the security of the power networkg supply . the network neutral grounding through nonlinear resistance needs more deep study and analysis as a new network neutral grounding mehtod.

    In order to find the most appropriate connection mode of 10 kV distribution network, a new approach is put forward ,in which the comprehensive weight method is applied to power system planning. At first, the main kinds of connection mode of 10 kV distribution network are introduced,then,basing on the information of subjective weights and objective weights, the performing process of the new approach is presented. It can choose the most appropriate connection mode of 10 kV distribution network sufficiently and can be calculated easily. At last, the validity and practicability of this new approach is testified with a sample.

    Abstract:
    A new principle and scheme of a Feeder Automation based system protection using the channel of communication is proposed. The conjoint protection devices exchanging fault signal with direction information and the fault can be cleared instantly. These information can hel Pto isolate the fault zone and restructure the network rapidly. The recover is used for instantaneous faults. The optical MODEM disjoins the SCADA communication and Boolean signals functions using coding technology. So the fault flags can be exchanged rapidly peer-to-peer and special optical cables are not needed. Frames between optical MODEM are sent automatically. This scheme presented is successful through physical simulation experiment and has operated for about two years in a real distribution network.

    Abstract:
    The price of electricity is one of the key questions in the electricity market. As the widely used theory of marginal price of electricity in the power system, its marginal price of electricity predicts that should fully consider the uncertainty of load, uncertainty of generating set forcing stoppage and uncertainty of the quotation to power generator at random. Through redefining effective capacity state and derivation polymorphism sets, the systematic effective capacity function of prohahility is found out by applying probability sequence operation theory to generate electricity, a kind of other method of the systematic effective capacity function of probability has been found. Based on this function of probability distribution and the definition of system marginal price, the authors fully consider various uncertainty factor of effecting system marginal price, accurate forecast system marginal price. Numerical example analysis have proved the correctness of theoretical analysis, show the precision of algorithm forecast get raising.

    In order to study the principle of liquid sterilization by high-pressure gas,the Orthogonal experiment based on the value index of time,pressure,solution concentration and sterilizing medium was conducted.The experimental results confirm the rupture mechanism by comparing the rate of inactivation among the different medium.The dissolved CO_2's acidity has no influence on the rate of sterilization.It also show that the rate of sterilization will increase when time,solution concentration and pressure raise.

    Abstract:
    In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. The simulation result under ste Pdisturbance can be used to analyze unit changes and provide some guide and it also can supply performance reference data to boiler design.

    Taking SiCp/6066Al composite as an example,calculate and analyse influence of interface performance parameters(interface/matrix modulus ratio,interface Poisson ratio and interface volume fraction) and meso-structural parameters(particulate shape,arrangement pattern and dimensional variance mode) on elastic modulus of particulate reinforced aluminium matrix composite.It is proven: Components' performances and interface performances influence elastic modulus of the composite remarkably,meso-structure does not influence obviously.In engineering practice,effect of meso-structure can be negligible.Under the precondition of guaranteeing specific elongation of the composite,the approach that can enhance elastic modulus of the composite at maximum efficiency is to improve interfacial bonding situation of composite.The satisfying result can be obtainable when interface modulus is 20% ~ 30% of matrix modulus.

    A series of experiments were carried out on the coke sprayed with ZBS of Anyang and Kunming Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd on the reaction electrical furnace.The microstructure of coke before and after spraying with ZBS were investigated with SEM and HY-4 Automatic microdensitometer.Coke reaction index and coke strength reaction were investigated according to the GB/T4000-1996.The results are as follows:Compared to original coke sample,the pore space become relatively little and small,and the coke hole rate is reduced.The ZBS carbide with brilliant white rib formed around the gap,existed in the coke reacted 2 hours,and it can improve CSR.ZBS can obviously improve coke thermal properties.The worse coke thermal properties are,the bigger the margin improved by ZBS are.

A free curve of created method which discussed by the author have been used to approach the edge of image region. Since the free curve pass through the given points and need not converse compute, the speed of creating curve is very quickly. Also the curve are smoothness and fairness, the curve is close to edge of image region. The experiment presents the efficiency of the method.

    A video Monitor &Control system of tunnel based on DSP/BIOS is proposed,which is different from traditional video Monitor & Control system.It uses DSP to process image,and uses enhanced video input processor to qcquire image.This system satisfies all requirements of video supervision,and is a low cost system.It has a good application foreground.The system has been confirmed as a good veracity and practicability system through testing in the Zhongliang Mountain tunnel of Chongqing.

    A new class of generalized nonlinear set-valued variational inclusions involving H-monotone mapping are introduced and studied. By using the properties of the resolvent operator associated with a H-monotone mappings in Hilbert spaces. An existence theorem of solution for the generalized nonlinear set-valued variational inclusions involving H-monotone mappings is established and a new algorithn is constructed. The author proves the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm strongly converge to its exact solution. Our results improve and generalized known corresponding and results.

    Abstract:
    The authors investigate a more practical transportation problem under fuzzy environment, that is , capacities of supplies and demands in the transportation problem are fuzzy variables. To obtain a directive decision, the authors construct a mathematical model for the fuzzy transportation problem based chance constrained programming and dependent chance programming in fuzzy environment. In addition, since there are many complex fuzzy variables in the mathematical model, the authors design the genetic algorithm to solve the model based on fuzzy simulation. Finally, they give a numerical example to show the efficiency of the algorithm.

    Rice cultivar Luxiang 90A has morphological characteristics with transforming plant shape,with larger leaf included angle in its early growth stage and smaller leaf included angle in late growth stage.A study on heredity of transforming leaf morphology of Luxiang 90A is carried out by conventional crosses between Luxiang 90A and two rice restorer lines Shuhui 527 and Luxianghui No.1 which have normal leaf morphology.F1 population and F2 population are identified,investigated and analyzed statistically.Results show that all F1 progenies have morphological characteristics with transforming plant shape,while segregation isobserved in F2 population.F2 progenies segregate to fit 3:1 ratio(transforming shape/normal shape).The result suggests that the morphological characteristics with transforming plant shape of rice cultivar Luxiang 90A is controlled by a single dominant gene.

    Differential breeds were collected in 4 counties(or divisions) in Qianjiang rice region during 1996-2000 and 203 single conidia isolates are obtained.The isolates were assessed on 7 Chinese differential varieties,and 6 groups and 39 races were identified.Among them,grou PZB were the predominant races with 66.50% of isolated frequency,ZA13 is the frequency of 7.88%,ZB1.5.13.15.16.32 are the frequency of 5.91%,4.43%,20.69%,7.88% and 4.43%.They are all important races.38 races are detected that show grou PZB are 86.84% in all races.

    The authors determine the index system and the index weight of capability of real estate by applying Delphi method and AHP method, and found the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of capability of real estate. They creates the model of capability Vs. price based on value engineering theory. The authors analysis detailedly deciding method of capability Vs. price of real estate combined with a practice example and application. The method adapts to a house as well as the type of the house. The method resolves the problem which capability Vs. price of real estate was only described by qualitatively for ages, which supplies theory basis to developer and consumer.

    Abstract:
    将模糊数学理论与可靠性分析相结合,建立一种结构系统模糊可靠性分析方法.同时考虑结构可靠性分析模型中存在的随机性和模糊性,利用分解定理处理模糊数,得到结构构件模糊可靠度各入水平截集下的区间解.利用这些区间解计算结构系统模糊可靠度,既有效地降低计算量,又保留了中间计算过程的模糊性,使结果更准确.具体推导了β约界法计算结构系统模糊可靠度的公式,算例表明,该模糊可靠度计算方法是有效可行的.

    Abstract:
    Magnetorheological(MR) fluids are the suspensions consisted of micron size magnetically polarizable particles and carrier liquid as well as some additives.They have broad potential applications such as dampers,brakes,clutches,engine mounts and so on due to their particular magnetorheological effect.This paper experimentally investigates the magnetorheological effect of Magnetorheological(MR) fluid.It shows the dependence of magnetorheological effect of MR fluid on the applied magnetic field,the particle susceptibility,the particle volume fraction,the particle size,the additive,and the confecting technology.It describes the response to these factors.The results provide the basis with developing MR fluids and engineering applications.

    Abstract:
    Modelbase(MB) takes an important role in Water Pollution Control Planning Geographic Information System(WPCPGIS),which endows the system with functions of water environmental simulation,data analysis,predicting,and providing feasible advices.Modelbase(MB) is the focus of this paper,with VB as the programme language,GeoMedia as the system developing platform and Microsoft Access as the database software.At the same time,the WPCPGIS Modelbase is applied in the water pollution control planning of Daxi River in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region,the water environment system relatively is simulated well,provicling planning-maker and decision-maker numerous useful informations:the distribution of pollution source,the situation of water quality,the environmental capacity of water,the situation of water quality in designing year,etc.The result of Modelbase can also be visually displayed in the digital map of GIS,therefore WPCPGIS can be directly applied to the decision-making of Water Pollution Control Planning.

    Abstract:
    对连续流间歇曝气技术在活性污泥-生物滤池一体化反应器(AB IR)处理城市污水性能进行了研究,考察了在活性污泥段稳定运行条件下,生物滤池段在不同曝气-停曝时间组合下的整个反应器处理城市污水的性能.研究表明,反应器温度为20℃,活性污泥段负荷为0.4 mgCOD/mgMLSS.d,滤池段C/N为1.32、DO控制在1.0 mg/L、曝气-停曝时间为2 h/1 h时,反应器出水COD、SS、NH4+-N以及TN值均能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准的B标准.

    On the basis of the theory of gray system, two models have been presented to forecast the coal consumed during 2005 -2011. The comparison between coal consumption over 1995 -2002 and the prediction show that the models enjoy a high precision and are practical,and the forecast results are reliable.

    Abstract:
    Masonry buildings with R/C frame- shear wall in the bottom storey have been widely used in city construction, which include two kinds of lateral force resistant system. However, the seismic behavior of the building is poor. Based on the characteristics that the rigidity of the upper masonry structure is much bigger than the rigidity of laminated rubber bearings and frame structure. It can be referred to as system having a two degree of freedom. The dynamic behavior of this building is analyzed, the isolated vibration mode controls the response of system. The authors give apractical method for dynamical analysis to masonry building with frame structure in the first storey with laminated rubber bearings between the first and second storey , which submits efficient path to found applicable design means and to generalize interlayer seismic isolation structure.

    According to the measurement during excavation of Jinzhou tunnel with four lanes in one cave which lies on the rebuilt highway from Shenyang to Dalian, this paper analyzes the rock deformation rule, discusses the reason of instability after a highway tunnel was excavated, emphasizes the necessity of the construction stability monitor and active control. The importance of support is Fresented with bolts and shotcrete to improve and enhance the carrying capability of the rock. It is necessary to insist on the rule of measurement and active control to ensure the safety and quality of tunnel construction.

    Abstract:
    Based on the data of the 319 listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange over the 1998-2003 period,the paper examines the relation among managerial ownership,investment and corporate value,focusing on the endogeneity of managerial ownership.OLS regression results show that the endogeneity of managerial ownershi Pmay affect the results.With the measurement of ROA corporate value,corporate value affects managerial ownership,but not vice versa.But with the measurement of Tobin's Q corporate value,investment affects corporate value,which in turn,affects managerial ownership.
