    Abstract:
    对DNP-MSBR工艺中生物膜硝化区的挂膜启动、硝化影响因素、出水NO3--N产率、系统中同步硝化反硝化现象进行了分析,从而得出好氧区硝化能力对缺氧区反硝化除磷效果的影响.结果表明,保证生物膜硝化反应区氨氮负荷小于0.12 kg/m3.d,COD负荷小于0.5 kg/m3.d,DO为5~6 mg/L时,可以减弱硝化区好氧反硝化脱氮现象发生,保证硝化系统硝酸盐产率,使得DNP-MSBR工艺中缺氧区取得较好的反硝化除磷效果.

    Abstract:
    With the development of economic and society,more and more waste landfill gradually threaten to the development of the city.Some special tests are done to study the relationship of the Municipal solid waste(MSW) strength and the stability of MSW landfill structure.A geo-technical test with the soil samples collected at the scene is done in the laboratory through direct sheared device and the thri-axial sheared device,the disciplinarian and factors are analyzed.The results are referenced to the design and construction of new-built MSW and finished rubbish field.It is shown that some parameters such as composition,particle magnitude,water content,compressing method,intensity and time,will greatly affect the strength character of MSW.

    Abstract:
    The effects of flooding and subsequent air-drying on NH_4~+ adsorption and the release of nitrogen of typical soils adsorbed ammonia in Three Gorges reservoir were studied in the laboratory.The influence of adsorption and release of soils in Three Gorges Reservoir on Aquatic Environment Quality was also studied.The results show that: 1) The adsorption ability is enhanced by flooding and subsequent air-drying.The capacity of the ammonia adsorption capacity was increased from 666 mg/kg to 833 mg/kg.2) Nitrogen,which has been adsorbed by sample soils in drawdrown area of Three Gorge area,is released under simulating flooding condition.The more the soil adsorbed,the more the nitrogen released.The ratio between aerobic condition and anaerobic condition is 1.2~1.4.3) The soils in drawdrown area of Three Gorge Reservoir can adsorb nitrogen from surface runoff,and during submersion periods the nitrogen is released.The risk of Eutrophication is increased in Three Gorges Reservoir.

    Abstract:
    The one-dimensional flow model based on Saint-Venant equation is developed.Then,it is applied to calculate the holistic hydraulic characteristics in the natural condition of the Three Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing region,which is the 500 km-long mainstream beginning at Cuntan and ending at the boundary of Chongqing.Further,the model is applied to predict the hydraulic characteristics of the calculating zone at the time of the second stage of the dam construction(156 m storage level at the dam) and the completion of the project(175 m storage level at the dam).When the reservoir is operated at the storage level of 156m,the river-width of most corss-section increasing 2 times and the cross-section average velocity is reduced by 2/3 compared with these in the natural condition.When the reservoir is operated at the storage level of 175 m,the river-width of most cross-section increasing 2.5 times and the cross-section average velocity is reduced by 3/4 compared with these in the natural condition.The validating result indicates that the model properly reflectes the holistic hydraulic characteristics.This model is an effective tool for the assessment of the environmental impacts of the Three Gorges operated at the different storage level.

    为研究新型建筑给水管材的输水性能,对典型管材PP—R管、铝塑复合管、钢塑复合管进行了阻力特性与能耗特性的实验研究.通过实验研究,分析得出PP—R管输水中,当Re〈3326,沿程阻力系数A与雷诺数Re满足幂函数分布;Re〉3326,沿程阻力系数与雷诺数呈线性分布;PP—R管输水能量耗散率叼与雷诺数船呈幂函数分布.铝塑复合管的沿程阻力系数与雷诺数呈对数分布,其耗散率与雷诺数呈多项式分布.钢塑复合管的沿程阻力系数与耗散率和雷诺数关系均呈幂函数分布.此研究弥补了新型建筑给水管材阻力特性的空白.

    Abstract:
    This paper proposes a new method of structure control that to set damping braces in a top - bear arch bridge. Lumped damping can be introduced to structures to reduce seismic response. The FEM analysis of Nimu bridge which is braced with viscoelastic dampers had done. The results show that the viscoelastic damping braces can remarkably decrease displacement within the arc plane, which is an efficient structure control method.

    Abstract:
    Identification and adjustment on the disfigurements of original data of VISAR are probed by developing software for VISAR data reducing based on measure theory. Then the software is applied to plate impact experiment of ceramics. The disfigurements of light intensity data are identified and adjusted through Lissajou~ figures. The results indicate that VISAR data are reduced quickly and effectively by the software, and the exact free surface velocity history is obtained.

    Abstract:
    To accurately measure the ascendant time of a high-voltage steep pulse, the pace and precision of counter is highly challenged. The authors put forward the design of high-speed count system based on CPLD and DSP. In this system, the outer crystal oscillator of CPLD act as low-frequency clock whose frequency division and phase invertion are done by D-trigger group designed with CPLD, and finally,they get the counter with 200 MHz i. e. 5ns per period by the method of frequency difference multiply. The counting pace and precision are promoted, and meet the demand to measure the ascendant time of high-voltage steep pulse. It can be extended to measure the descendant time of pulse, pulse width and periods.

    Abstract:
    To find the corrosion of the grid ,large area cutting has been adopting in practice for a very long time. But this method is blind, difficult and influences the system operating. The erosion diagnosis method in the past is effective for the smaller grid. To the brand ones, it can not take effect. The method of separating the grounding grid into several parts and diagnosing step by step is discussed by lots of simulation about middle or brand grounding grid erosion diagnosis. This method makes the brand grounding grid erosion diagnosis quick and truly without power cut and digging large area, satisfies the demand in practice. Putting this optimized diagnosis method into practice , the result is good.

    Abstract:
    The effects of DG on the protection of radial distribution system are discussed. With MATLAB/simulink software it builds distribution system model and DG model and calculates the current protection, according to the size and location of DG the effects on the short circuit current and protection of distribution system. The result shows the size of DG affects protection and makes it lose selectivity probably, DG upstream protection makes it amplify protection range, DG downstream protection makes it reduce protection range, and the original protections are necessary to install directional element.

    Abstract:
    Three polymorphs of calcium carbonate(calcite,aragonite and vaterite) were grown by gel method in the present paper.The effects of reactant concentration and inorganic impurity(Na~+) on calcium carbonate crystals were studied.The results show that the different polymorphs can be obtained by altering growth conditions(such as reactant and reactant concentration).Meanwhile,it is found that the crystal growth operates by the advance of step bouches(macrosteps) and the stacking faults are observed by using the Atomic Force Microscope.

    Abstract:
    The chemical compositions analysis and proximate analysis are carried out experimentally for seven kinds of biomass in Chongqing, corn stalk, corn cob, broomcorn stalk, rice straw, wheat straw, yellow Jue tree and bamboo. Furthermore, the thermogravimetric experimental are carried out on the pyrolysis performance of seven kinds of biomass by the thermogravimetric analyzer. The effects of biomass species, particle size, heating rate and pressure on the pyrolysis characteristics are discussed. Temperature corresponding to the maximum pyrogenation rate and the pyrolysis kinetic parameters such as activation energy, frequency factor, and so on are presented.

    Abstract:
    Gel growth is the best method for growth of potassium perchlorate single crystals.The effect of concentration of reactants,concentration of gel,temperature,pH value of gel on crystal nucleation density,size,form and quality has been studied by experiments.The best growth parameters for growth of large size,well defined and transparent potassium perchlorate single crystals are obtained.The crystal morphology and the relative importance of crystal faces of potassium perchlorate single crystals are quantitatively analyzed for the first time,and the results are in satisfactory agreement with experimental observations.The theory of periodic bond chain(PBC) is verified in the experiment.

    For achieving the high-fidelity simulation of steam-turbine generator on the real-time simulator of coal fired plant, the paper establishs a group of state equations based on Parkg equation, which can accurately describe its transient process. Then a kind of time-saved numerical solution in terms of four-order Runge-Kutta method is proposed through the modified processing to the time-dependent system matrix A and control matrix B. Finally a program is coded to simulate the emergency load process of one 360MW steam-turbine generator, the result indicates that the method of this paper can exactly apply on the generator model of real-time simulator.

    Abstract:
    Aiming at the urgent requirements of project management from roadway design enterprises, key technologies and application of networked roadway design project management are studied. First, requirements analysis and a general technology scheme are proposed for networked roadway design project management. Next, key technologies are studied systematically, including workflow analysis and improvement, networked and dynamic project monitoring and coordinating, and integrated project information management. Based on the key technologies, an application system of networked roadway design project management is developed and applied in some real projects of roadway engineering design. A case study is presented to illustrate the management process based on the networked project management system. The engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the management efficiency, reasonably configure and optimize design resource, monitor and coordinate project plan and schedule, and accurately evaluate the performance of design team members.

    The acoustic field,flow field and temperature field inside a muffler are studied by the numerical analyze method.And an improved design is made aiming at the existent problem.The comparison of the computationally predicted and the experimentally measured transmission loss shows a good agreement.It is indicated that the numerical analysis method can simulate the exhaust muffler's characteristic accurately.So it is an effective method to predict exhaust muffler's performance and have an improved design.

The noise sources of this type compressor mainly include noise of electromotor, outlet noise and intake noise. Electromotor noise and outlet noise among them have most influence on the compressor noise. This is the further basis of noise control for rotary vane compressor.

    Abstract:
    Based on the theory of boundary layer theory and vortex theory of fluid mechanics, a self-suction self-excited oscillation pulsed jet aerator is introduced . This new type of jet aerator adopts self-excited oscillation cavity to replace the traditional mixing tube, and forces air and oxygen-demand water to intermix, compound and oxygenize violently in the cavity under the effect of self-excited oscillation, eject through the special shaped tail tube in the pulsed mode. Theoretical analysis and preliminary industrial experiments show that the new type of jet aerator has an excellent effect of intermixing, compounding and aerating, and that the oxygen-demand water ejected through the special shaped tail tube has an intensive pulsation effect.

    为解决MOCVD设备温度控制的非线性、时变性以及大时滞等问题,提出改进的基于误差反向传播算法(BP)的神经网络控制方法.在传统BP算法基础上附加一个使搜索快速收敛全局极小的惯性项,在微调权值修正量的同时也使学习避免陷入局部最小.该方法不仅具有自学习自适应能力,而且具有自调整比例因子功能.仿真和试验表明,神经网络控制器具有很强的鲁棒性、自学习功能和自适应解耦.在整个温度控制范围基本误差可达到l℃%。,有效的改善MOCVD系统温度的控制性能,对实际温度控制具有较好的指导意义.

    By using advanced accuracy design concept,Nano-CMM's structure is designed,which is set-up by choosing high degree of accuracy components.The traditional Abbe error is solved due to the design of the structure of the Nano-CMM.By studying the modern accuracy ensuring theory and technique,the nanometer level's analysis of total error source of the Nano-CMM is processed.The uncertainty calculating formula is deduced.The reasonable error distributing and design are done according to the given accuracy target.The needed nanometer level calibrating instruments' technic index are put forward.The result of accuracy design meets the measuring accuracy demand of Nano-CMM is made.

    Abstract:
    To solve the problem of lane detection in intelligent auxiliary driving system and as the common ways have some shortcoming such as less real-time and adaptive, the paper raises a new way. Based on the edge being extracted, the feature model of lane markings is built by combining the Median of the Intercepts and the spline. One effective and real time method in highway surface searching and following is presented. The result proves that the method can figure out the way stretching correctly. And therefore, it provides reliable information for the vehicle to be self-anti-deviation. At the same time, it also supplies some valuable discussion on problems existing in its experiments.

    Abstract:
    There exist potential problems in current region-based image retrievals. This paper proposes a novel approach to object semanteme based image segmentation and classification. First, a hierarchical region growing image segmentation is established using HRGSeg algorithm, which can effectively get rid of weak object semantemes and play down the side effect of over-segmentation. Based on it, low-level features like color, edge and texture are extracted mapped into high-level object semantics hierarchically by using SVM. A fairly good experiment result is achieved and shows the feasibility of our approach.

    One ML timing offset estimation method for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM) systems is presented.The performance of our timing offset estimator are compared to that of H.Minn's estimator in terms of estimator variance error in both AWGN channel and multipath fading channel. Because no performance floor exists under high SNR condition,the new estimator can get more accurate estimation result with low computational complexity even under multipath fading environment.

    In wireless communications,mobiles emit signals that arrive at a receiver with multiple paths,each with its own direction of arrival(DOA),path delay,fading,and Doppler shift frequency,which influence the quality of communication seriously.These parameters should be taken into account in array signal processing.Based on CDMA signal,a novel Space-Time approach is proposed to estimation the DOA,time delay,and the Doppler shift frequency.Because utilize special signal model about space-time-frequency of mobile communications.The proposed algorithm has simpler structure and high quality of division.The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

    With the goal of the sintering of magnetite concentrates without carbon,the effect of quality,inert atmosphere and Fe_3O_4 addition on microwave sintering of magnetite concentrates is studied.It is shown that: With the same basicity(CaO/SiO_2=2.5) and microwave heating condition(1000W,2.45GHz,20min),the centre temperature decreaseds with a increasing sample mass;There is no great difference between with and without inert atmosphere in microwave sintering of magnetite in a same microwave heating condition.When 100g sample(CaO/SiO_2=2.5) is heated by microwave irradiation(1000W,2.45GHz,20min),the more Fe_3O_4 is added,the less liquid phase is produced,which is bad for microwave sintering of magnetite concentrate.

    Abstract:
    In order to increase decision accuracy of the intermixing slab length and position, and decrease the slabs which are offgraded or scrapped. Water model experiments were conducted to simulate the continuous casting grade transition process of No. 2 continuous caster at Bao Steel. The dimensionless concentration profiles along slab length with different continuous casting conditions were measured. Based on the profiles a mathematical model was developed to predict the final composition distributions and length of intermixing slab. Comparison of predicted dimensionless concentration profile with plant data shows that the precision of the model is considerably satisfied to meet the need of steel grade transition evaluation.

    在MgO稳定的氧化锆管内装金属银与金川炼镍弃渣,于l873K温度下置于碳饮和铁液中,组成如下原电池:石墨|[O]Fe+C饱和|ZrO2(MgO)|(FeO)(slag)+Ag(1)|Mo.其中碳饱和铁液作阳极,渣中的银液作阴极.将原电池短路,电子通过外电路在两极间传递.通过电化学分析仪测定外电路的短路电流,监测金川渣电化学还原变化.该方法利用还原剂碳非接触式电化学还原金川渣,提取金川渣中的有价金属铁、镍、铜等,获得无碳铁合金,提供了一个从冶金弃渣中回收有价金属的新途径.

    Several destruction methods of chemical and biological warfare agents are summarized, high-temperature destruction of Chemical Agent conventionally including incineration, plasma pyrolysis, hydrogenolysis, supercritical water oxidation, supertropical Bleach and Low-temperature decontamination of chemical agent involving hydrolysis, reaction using amines, electrochemical oxidation, solvated electron technology, photochemistry oxidation, non-aqueous substitution et al. In actual combat, high-temperature incendiary, SNL foam may be employed. To neutralize deep-buried chemical and biological weapon, nuclear agent-defeat method might be adopted, low-yield nuclear explosion will bring high-temperature,high pressure and strong radiation, with these effects chemical and biological warfare agents may be effectively destroyed in situ, the casualties from these effects would be fewer than those from the dispersal of large quantities of bioagents.

    Abstract:
    To investigate the effects of human soluble TRAIL(sTRAIL) on cell growth and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721.After treatment of sTRAIL,the cell proliferation and apoptosis are determined by invertible microscope,trypan blue exclusion test,MTT assay,terminal deoxynucleotidly transferase mediated labeling(TUNEL)and DNA fragmentation assay.Chromatin condensation is observed by invertible microscope,Proliferation of SMMC7721 cell is significantly inhibited after the treatment with sTRAIL,TUNEL results show in comparison with control,the difference of the apoptosis index of cells treated by sTRAIL is significant,and DNA ladder is observed.The results indicate that sTRAIL can induce apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721.

    To investigate the effects of human soluble TRAIL(sTRAIL) on cell growth and apoptosis of hepatocellular carThe electrochemical oxidation of aqueous phenol at pure carbon nanotube electrode has been studied by cyclic voltammetry.The results have shown that in the potential region of water stability,fine oxidation current curve can be obtained.The electricity of oxidation peak is partly linear with phenol concentration.Comparing with traditional carbon electrode,better results have been obtained with the pure carbon nanotube electrode.Depending on it,it is possible to obtain the complete combustion of phenol to CO_2,which can avoid electrode fouling and poor repeatability.

    The study in molecular morphology is given with a highresolution Atomic Force Microscope AFM.IPC-208B.By taking TiN thim film prepared by magnerton sputtering method and polymide(PI) fibre for examples,the preferenthal growing plme of TiN thin film,the atomic arranges of TiN thin film on the preferential growing plme and the surficial micro-structure can be ascertained form the three-dimensional images obtamed by AFM.IPC-208B.These experiments not only identify small structures of the materials,but also affirm that AFM.IPC-208B holds the precision of atomic level and potential application in micro-structure field,at the same time it establishs the groundwork for the application in micro-process kingdom.

    Considering atomic anharmonic vibration, the authors have figured out the expression of free energy and relaxation of single-domain ferromagnetic granule in magnetic field. They have discussed the influence of damping parameter and temperature on the relaxation of particle magnetization intensity. As a result, atomic anharmonic vibration will affect the free energy of single-domain ferromagnetic granule, but not the relaxation. In a word, the relaxation should augment with damping parameter. It is less influenced by temperature if damping parameter is on the small side or in midst. And the influence should augment with the damping parameter. If the damping invariability is given, the relaxation should augment when the temperature is lower.

    An indirect method is used to study bifurcations of limit cycles at infinity for a class of seventh-order polynomial differential system.First,the problem for bifurcations of limit cycles in the system at infinity is transformed into that at the origin.By the computation of fist 98 singular quantities,the conditions of the origin(correspondingly,infinity) to be the highest degree fine focus are derived.Finally,the system that bifurcates nine limit cycles in the neighborhood of infinity is constructed,which is proved that ten limit cycles can bifurcated at infinity for a class of seven-order polynomial system firstly.

    This paper presents an exponential time-varying demand production-inventory mode for deteriorating items with variable lost sale factor and backlogging rates relative to the inventory level and production stages during shortage period. The unique optimal solution is found by Mathematica 5.0. It is proved that service level and deteriorating rate have a greater impact on inventory total cost than demand increasing factor and lost sale factor by sensitivity analysis. The factors must be considered for inventory decision-making of production enterprises.
