    Abstract:
    A distributed Client/Multi-Server system is developed, in which the multi-server system controlled the collaborative clients by the mechanism of collision arbitration. This is made to avoid collaborative clients to become completely dependent on the single server and to improve the stabilization and reliability of the server system. A mathematic model of multi-server system based on queuing theory is presented. The solution of mathematic model is analyzed, which includes the average utilization frequency of servers, the length of queuing and waiting time. The theory system, which is intuitionistie and convenient, is redounded to reflecting the dynamic data change of the system, reasonably organizing the system and optimizing the design methodology of the multi-server system.

    Abstract:
    An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing parameters is developed according to the structural characteristics of small-medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, a cycle simulation model of VVT mechanism for motorcycle engine is created. The control strategy of variable valve timing and lifting running-model are carried out at idle speed low negative load, middle negative load, low speed high negative load and high speed high negative load. It has been proved that the performance of JH125 motorcycle engine can be effectively improved by loading the new type VVT system.

    Aiming at the problems in the development and implementation of Networked Sale and Customization system by small-and-medium enterprises, the study on ASP development supporting Platform of Networked sale and Customization system for small-and-medium enterprises has been done. The whole frame of ASP development supporting Platform of Networked Sale and Customization system for small-and-medium enterprises was proposed. Then a series of function modules of this platform was designed. At last, ASP-based service model and development service workflow for small-and-medium enterprises was created. And, this platform has been applied in dozens of enterprises.

    Abstract:
    The radiation field created by the transmission line stroked by lightning far from the lightning channel has been analyzed by the FDTD method.The authors we establish the calculation model and FDTD calculation method of transmission line,and discusses the import of lightning excitation source.The simulation of lightning stroked on a single transmission line in free space or stroked on three-phase high voltage transmission lines in actual environments has been done,and gives the distribution of transient radiation field around the transmission lines when lightning overvoltage wave transmits along the transmission line.The simulation result shows that: the effect of the transient radiation field caused by lightning over voltage wave done with environment is obvious,and the high frequency component of transient radiation field may disturb or do harm to the electronic facility or communication facility around the transmission lines.

    Abstract:
    According to the requirements of communication power supply, such as high reliability, wide application and high availability, the authors raise a new remote control design for a multi-output power supply for communication equipment based on TCPIP protocol and embedded technology. Then the hardware design is given for the system is discussed based on Ethernet professional chip PRTL8019AS and related circuits. The firmware software design for the salve-computer based TCPIP technology, and the soft design of communieation and control for the master-computer are proposed based on Winsoek and MFC technology in detail A test machine is built to do the testing, the test results prove that the test machine works stably and well, satisfies the design rules and also provides a feasible method for the remote supervise in communication power supplier whose requirement includes remote supervise, no-people on duty and so on.

    Abstract:
    Recent research progresses are summarized about the High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC) transmission system in control methods and modulation of HVDC transmission system,coordinated control of multi-infeed HVDC transmission system and AC-DC system.Some outsanding problems in current research are pointed out on such sides as system modeling,studying object,aim of coordinated control and engineering application.Based on the requirements of real systems and some latest research achievements on control technology and measure methods,some new research thoughts about HVDC transmission system for some problems of assessment and optimal combination of current control strategies,application of intelligent control methods and enhancement of coordinated control are proposed.

    Abstract:
    The very fast Transient over-voltage generated due to the switchgear in GIS switching off or on is very harmful to transformer insulation. The model presented is a winding hybrid lumped parameter model which combines the branch model based on parallel cables in one turn with grouped-turns model of two discs to efficiently simulate the very fast transient in the coil. Under quasi-stationary electromagnetic field, network topology and element size are derived from the geometry and properties of the transformer, whose inductance and capacitance are assumed to be passive and to have linear characteristics, however which have an inherent feature of a medium, which propagates waves. The formula of parameters are obtained. Based on the built winding model, the voltage gradients between discs and turns are found out, according to the simulation results, the reasonable winding insulation design can be made.

    Abstract:
    A hybrid power supply is composed by both a linear and a switching source connected in parallel and it can improve the dynamic response. But the hybrid power supply cant not effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. A hybrid power supply based on one cycle control theory is proposed in order to improve the capability and the control precision. A switching source based on one cycle control is adopted in the hybrid power supply. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid power supply can effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. And the analysis results also show that not only the control precision is improved, but also the control circuit is simple. The simulation resuits given verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

    Abstract:
    There are background noises and interferences in the signal acquired,due to partial discharge(PD) detection system covers a broad frequency band.To suppress periodic narrowband signal which is a quite serious interference in PD measurement,the existing suppression method is introduced,the new method of wavelet packet transform is mainly studied to de-noise the periodic narrowband in XLPE cable PD detection system,which is based on the db4 basic wavelet using soft threshold.The results of the experiment show that wavelet packet transform is effective in restraining the periodic narrowband interferences to extract the PD pulses in XLPE cable PD monitoring system.

    Abstract:
    The Viscosities of TiO2 -water nanofluids are obtained experimently, which are much greater than the calculated values of the existing viscosity formulations of suspensions. By analyzing the solvation effect of the solid/liquid interfacial layers, a concept of effective volume fraction is introduced into the usual viscosity formulations, the correction equations of which can correctly predict the magnitude of the viscosities of TiO2-in-water nanofluids.

    Abstract:
    Incineration has been used to dispose municipal solid waste(MSW) in the world.Attention is paid to the secondary pollution from municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI).Especially the safe and effective disposal of MSWI fly ash becomes an environmental and social problem which should be urgently resolved.The paper focuseds on the properties of MSW fly ash.The different kinds of technology of MSW fly ash are analysed in details.The main disposals of MSWI fly ash are filling,solidification and stabilization,and distilling heavy metals.The innocuous disposal of MSW fly ash which is compatible in China is impoldering advanced incinerator controlling the MSW and research effective and inexpensive stabilization chemicals and effective technique of distilling heavy metals to reduce the secondary pollution caused by the heavy metal of MSWI fly ash.

    Abstract:
    Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.

    Abstract:
    研究了皮江法炼镁工艺过程中影响镁收得率的主要因素.合格的球团,白云石煅后的活性,炉料的配比,还原剂的添加量和种类,还原时间和温度以及真空度和炉料的粉碎粒度对镁收得率有很大影响.找出还原时间和温度的最佳配合点尤其重要.实验结果表明:在温度为1230℃,还原时间为10h,还原料比例为1.15的情况下,镁的收得率最高,平均收得率大于75%,与国家精镁标准相比处于一个比较好的水平.通过分析,此工艺生产金属镁经济效益可观.

    Employing the Gleeble-1500D thermal analogue machine and the STA449 synthesis thermal analyzer,the study on hot ductility and parts of thermology performance of 20CrMo steel has been carried out , many consulted foundation data has been obtained, the optimum ductility temperature arrange has been found, contraction of cross sectional area is only 30% between 600 degree and 775 degree, but contraction of cross sectional area is more than 80% between 800 degree and 1 250 degree, contraction of cross sectional area drops to under 60% rapidly between 1 350 degree and melting point,a curve is drawn showing the relationshi Pbetween heat capacity and the variation of temperature for the first time, the counting formulas of the heat capacity are regressed by disjunction. A curve is drawn showing the relationshi Pbetween the coefficient of thermal expansion and the variation of temperature, and their application in continuous casting is discussed herein.

    Abstract:
    The two-level handstand pendulum system based on fuzzy control is designed. It is impossible to adopt classical control theory, for the mathematical modeling of the system is nonlinear, the fuzzy control is proposed to improve the former linear control algorithms. For the key to fuzzy control is control rule, it becomes most important to design suitable fuzzy rules. Two methods, one based on experience and the other based on system simulation, are presented to set u Pan effective rule base. The practice proves that the control result is of well stability. A control example for two-level handstand pendulum system shows that the control law is efficient and more robust than the classical state feedback optimal control law with respect to errors produced by the external disturbances.

    采用核子N(反核子-↑N)与中性介子π^0相互作用的Lorentz不变耦合模型,对N—-↑N图图传播子在“动量重整化方案”中的“动量正规化”作了深入细致的分析与考证,发现可以采用“矩阵函数展开法”来替代通常采用的“传统减除法”,并由此对N—-↑N圈图传播子函数中的“发散量”与“有限量”作了十分简捷有效的分离,获得了“重整化有限量”的一个具有“明确计算含义”的表达式.进而,又对所获得的结果采用“大动量积分极限法”作了十分有效的计算处理,获得了可供作“严格解析计算”的一个“一维积分计算表达式”——这将为“精确计算”N—-↑N圈图传播子重整化有限量提供出简捷可行的有效计算途径与方法.

    The authors discusss exciton energies in a thin film with d thickness and influence of the edge polarization upon the excitons.The polarization is described as interaction between electron(hole) and its image charge.It is found that the interaction decreases the exciton energies to some extent and the influence of the interaction upon the films possessing different dielectric constants and with different thickness are different.

    在FEL实验中,电子束通过摇摆器,一方面由于周期性磁场作用,电子束轨迹要周期性的摆动,另一方面还要辐射同FEL辐射波长一致的自发辐射,该辐射谱反映电子束、摇摆器集成后的参数.在CAEP远红外100μmFEL实验中,自发辐射谱是通过Ge:Ga低温探头和远红外100μm光栅谱仪测量,这里侧重从实际摇摆器磁场分析远红外100μmFEL的自发辐射谱.

    经过驯化,从铬渣中获得较强解毒能力的混合菌.混合菌含有3种菌株,单茼的解毒效果远不及混合菌。采用正交实验设计法研究了温度、pH、摇床转速对铬渣解毒的影响,确定了用该混合菌解毒铬渣的最适条件为:温度30℃,pH=7.0,摇床转速150r/min.温度对解毒效果的影响最大,pH值和摇床转速的影响较小.通过测定该混合菌的生长曲线和解毒时间曲线,证明Cr(Ⅵ)的去除主要发生在微生物生长的对数期,生长进入稳定期后,液相中的Cr(Ⅵ)浓度保持很低,而渣相中的Cr(Ⅵ)Ⅰ不断溶出并迁移到微生物中.铬渣加入量不同,解毒效果也不同,但是差别不是很明显.

    Abstract:
    Clustering algorithm based on wavelet transform is efficient, and which can detect clusters of arbitrary shape. It is insensitive to the outliers and the order of input data. However, efficiency of the algorithm would be degraded, and computation complexity of the algorithm would be considerable with increase of clustering dimensions. A bottom-u Pmethod is put forward to make the original algorithm fit to clustering in high dimension, and the scalability of the improved algorithm is enhanced by parallelization. The experiment demonstrates that the improved algorithm has no impact on quality of clustering and has a good efficient in high dimension clustering and in decrease of comnutation comnlexity.

    The mobile IPv6 protocol solves the mobile communication problems in the next generation Internet.The mobile IPv6 not only provides huge address space,but also strengthens handover ability of mobile user,and realizes route optimization.IPv6 will become the next generation Internet protocol;so the mobile IPv6 will be widely used in the next generation Internet.The moblile IPv6 will provide in the future network,a uniform transmission platform that transmits data,voice data and video data,or other services.People not only put forward more and more requirements for multimedia playing operation,but also bring forward higher request,which is interaction capabiliby communication,Because the long latency associated with mobile IPv6's return routability procedure of correspondent node binding,this paper presents a fast correspondent node binding of method based on early binding updates option.The method not only eliminates at least 50% of the additional delay that a standard correspondent node binding adds to the network stack's latency,but also reinforces the ability to support alternant real-time application.

    Numerous studies have shown that packet reordering is common,especially at wireless and Satellite networks where there are high degree of parallelism and different link speeds.Packets reordering decreases TC Pperformance,because it leads to over estimation of network congestion.The CETEN(Cumulative Explicit Transport Error Notification) has solved the overestimation caused by packet corruption.However,it does not consider the reordering at wireless network,which makes the LEAST(Loss Estimations AlgorithmS for TCP) loss rate value imprecise.The solution is based on explicit spurious retransmit notification at receiver side,and signals the sender packet loss caused by reordering packet.This mechanism can improve precision of LEAST and make the TC Pmore robust.The method is showed efficient in experiment.

    变精度粗集模型是一种有参数的粗集扩充模型.目前,基于变精度粗集模型知识约简和学习的各种算法中,参数届值都是作为领域的先验知识而被直接引入.而β值不同,约简的结果一般也不同,因此有必要寻求一种方法,实现从原始数据集本身出发完成对β值的估计和选择,从而摆脱β先验知识对结果的影响.结合决策表确定性度量和决策表相对辨识性方法,分别研究了β值的估计和选择以及参数β值对约简结果的影响.通过实例进行了分析,结果表明在利用变精度粗集模型提高系统容错度时,厣值选择是必要的。

    Abstract:
    With the development of the three-gorge project,a new large-area and distance monitoring model that use the internet as its information medium is presented under the request of national water quality monitoring work.This kind of model is a combination of the GIS,GPS technology,the network communication technology and the data-base technology.It can not only perform the auto-data acquisition and issue the information conveniently,but also carry out the statistic work and data analysis.So the ability of real-time monitoring could be promoted.It's also convenient to emergent locating with the GPS technology.And more proper redistribution though optimizing the distribution of the monitoring points with improved TOPSIS model and classifying monitoring points.Then,it is executed by lower cost.

    Abstract:
    The regular pattern of second order effects according to numerical analysis results in non-sway closed cell frame columns is reviewed . The second order internal force equation and additional displacement method based on the turn-angle equation are provided in second order effects analysis. The analytic solution of second order effects in non-sway closed cell frames is solved by this method, which has proved that the regular pattern of second order effects in non - sway closed cell frame columns is exact.

The authors analyze all kinds of factor and failure mode related to carrying capacity and find the result of numerical list by ANSYS program and code when the parameter of staging is determinated.     Abstract:
    General situation studying on new technology of biological nutrient removal is summarized, such as the principle of denitrifying dephosphataion and factors affecting it , such as pH, DO, SRT, MISS etc. The principle of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and factors affecting it are given, such as carbon source, DO, the property of activated sludge ect. The principle of shortcut nitrification -denitrification and factors affecting it is also given such as temperature, pH, the concentration of ammonia, DO etc. The principle of anaerobic ammonium oxidation and factors affecting if is proposed such as stayer, pH, temperature etc. The technics and its peculiarity of these new technology of biological nutrient removal is commented.

    With investigation and storey of indoor air pollutants of newly fitment residences in Chongqing , the average consistency of formalolehyde is 0.22 mg/m^3, and the over standard rate is 76.3%. The concentration of the third months after the completion of decoration is the highest , with those of the sixth month is the lowest. The result shows that the indoor-air pollutants caused by decoration should not be ignored anymore.
