Abstract:Material failure is an important stochastic factor in manufacturing process, based on which, the concept of valid surplus is put forward. The relationship between surplus and valid surplus is discussed. Taking example of the one machine one part type unreliable manufacturing systems where the occurrence of material failure is submitting to Bernoulli distribution,, a controlling thought based on valid surplus is presented. By applying this thought into control of one machine one part type unreliable manufacturing systems, an optimal control model is formulated with valid surplus being the status variable and productivity being the control variable. An optimal control policy is obtained.

Abstract:The datum line and mainly three profile height parameters of surface roughness are briefly introduced and the operation principle and system structure of AFM. IPC - 208B with high-resolution, which was successfully developed by Chongqing University, are described in detail, and the emphasis is laid on its application on the nanometer scale surface roughness. Taking stainless steel for example, its micro-structure was observed, and the surface data were analyzed and transacted by special evaluator and the values of three profile height parameters were obtained. Finally the experimental results are briefly analyzed.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the principle of THS(Traditional Holo-Spectrum) technique,and in allusion to the deficiency of THS that only can be used in stationary signal,a new holo-spectrum technique based on order tracking is proposed.By order tracking sampling technology,non-stationary signal in the time domain is transformed into stationary signal in the angle domain,then the THS technique can be applied.Through this way,the influence of non-stationary to THS is reduced and the application of THS is extended.The paper researches the principle of order tracking holo-spectrum and verified by a simulation experiment.The simulation result and error analysis demonstrate that this method can be valid used to analyze the non-stationary signal.The spectrum is distinct and the effect is apparent.

Abstract:Revolving heat pipe is brought into the MRF soft-starting device as the heat dissipating tool. The centrifugal force generated by rotating motion is utilized for the return of the liquid in the revolving heat pipe with comer. The structure and heat dissipating principle are introduced. By making use of momentum theorem and Clausius-Clapeyron equation, the model of temperature distribution along the axis of revolving heat pipe with comer is given, the important theoretical bases of reliable design and performance analysis of the revolving heat pipe are put forward.

Abstract:The force feedback technology is a new kind of tele-operated robot,and it is of broad practical foreground to study in this aspect.In A novel force feedback bilateral servo system is presented through studying and analyzing traditional force feedbck control systems in this field,which regards the difference between the master's manipulative force and the master's resistance as command signal,simultaneity,the difference between the slave's displacement and the master's displacement is fed back for driving movement of the slave.The arithmetic takes on control briefness,constringency rate rapidness,real-time well,and improves dynamic characteristic of system.

Abstract:为开发铸造性能优越、成本低廉、中温性能略有改善,并能满足摩托车曲轴箱服役环境的新型镁合金提供材料基础,通过往AZ81合金中添加富铈混合稀土,考查稀土对压铸镁合金AZ81组织和性能影响.结果表明:少量加入稀土能起晶粒细化和固溶强化作用;随加入量增大,稀土以晶界和穿晶条状脆性相存在,对合金强度的损伤作用大于强化作用.因此,压铸AZ81的常温和150℃抗拉强度和屈服强度随稀土加入量的增加先略有提高,然后持续降低;室温延伸率随稀土加入量增加而连续下降,对150℃温度下的延伸率无明显影响;但富铈混合稀土的加入显著提高合金的蠕变抗力.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of inlet temperature,velocity and water methanol molar ratio on methanol- steam reforming for hydrogen production in microreactor, we carry out 3-D simulation of methanol-steam reforming for hydrogen production in self-designed plate microreactor with the application of general finite reaction rate model in CFD software of FLUENT, The kinetics used are DE and SR model, The results show that, At the conditions of inlet velocity, temperature and water methanol molar ratio are 2.88 m/s, 493 K and 1.3 respectively, methanol conversion at the reactor outlet reaches 79.8%. Through the simulation, we can see that in microreactor it can be maintain higher hydrogen molar fraction and methanol conversion at high reactant flow rate.

Abstract:According to the type of the DG,the working situations of the reclosing are studied.The actual parameters of DG's rated capacity and transient reactance are adopted.According to the location and capacity of the DG, the possibility of auto-reclosing is analyzed,and the parallel feed inverter used in this system and its control method is presented.The system model and calculation results are given in MATLAB.It shows that the auto-reclosing technique is feasible in the distributed generation system and for some DGs connected to the net by inverters,the current instantaneous feedback control can realize the switching condition.

Abstract:Voltage fluctuation and flicker is one of the main causation that imperils reliability of power supply. Steelmaking EAF with large load of distribution network produces large impact and interference on the public electric network in operation. STATCOM possessing high response speed is an effective measure to mitigate voltage fluctuation and flicker of distribution network. Here, comparing to static var compensation, many advantages of STATCOM are analyzed. Abstract:The distribution system planning is performed with a loop configuration constraint from scratch.With Evolutionary Algorithm,a sample distribution network is designed with a loop configuration,in which the system is operated as radial configuration.It firstly introduces the mathematical model for distribution network planning,then the application of Evolutionary Algorithm for the planning of distribution network.By using the theory mentioned above, Visual C++ is applied to develop the distribution network optimization software.Finally with the optimization process of 17 nodes system being showed,the presented algorithm's utility and validity is verified.

Abstract:为了减少水轮发电机定子线棒股线间的环流及其附加损耗和发热不均,提高发电机的可靠性和运行寿命,研究定子线棒的换位方法具有重要意义.文章对水轮发电机定子线棒的4种换位方法进行了分析对比,给出了360°延长换位时股线漏感电势的具体计算方法,利用所编制的优化程序对不同换位方法进行了计算,并对结果进行了分析比较.研究结果对水轮发电机定子线棒的优化设计具有较大的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of defect in oil-paper insulation of transformer, 5 corresponding PD models were made to simulate the actual defects existed in transformers. Aging experiment was carried out at different temperature and test voltage. The developing process of different types of PD was studied and the influence of temperature and voltage on PD in oil-paper insulation, were analyzed. Gray images show differences for different typrs of PD or one type of PD at different precedures. Gray images can be used to recognize PD patterns and discharge stage. The research resalts coutribute for further research on PD pattern recognition and insulation aging of transformer.

Abstract:In order to analyze and research the scattering problem of the ground penetrating radar under the ground, a hybrid method combining FDTD and MOMTD is constructed to solve the problem. The curve of current on central feeding point of pick-up antenna is obtained by simulating when different distance between the ideal conductor and the ground is considered, correctness of the result gained by employing the hybrid method is proved through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Abstract:Aiming at systems which are of characteristics of multi-input and multi-output, nonlinearity and time-variation in the industrial control fields, this paper presents a intelligent PID control method based on ameliorative RBF neural networks, which constructs RBF neural networks identifier on-line and identifies a controlled object on-line by means of adopting the nearest neighbor-clustering algorithm, and adjusts parameters of PID controller on-line and realizes decoupiing control of multivariable, nonlinear and time-variation system. The simulation result indicates that the controller can get parameters which are optimal under some control law, it makes the decoupled system, compared to the PID control method based on the conventional RBF neural networks, has perfect dynamic and static performances, possesses the advantages of high precision, quick response speed and is of great adaptability and robustness.

Abstract:Signal detecting is the first task for Burst communication. The paper proposes an improved double sliding window algorithm to detect burst signal based on the feature of preamble sequence. Additionally, theory analysis and computer simulation of the improved algorithm are also made in several typical channels. At last, the algorithm is realized with FPGA, and the result indicates that the improved algorithm can detect burst signal only within the time of 6 symbols, obviously improving the capability of signal detecting algorithm.

Abstract:In the most algorithms of adaptive DBF, the number of the snapshots used to estimate the covariance matrix decides the estimation error directly, and it also effects the SINR of the system. The relationship between the number of snapshots and SINR are present here with maximum likelihood estimation and spatial smoothing estimation algorithms, which is important for the system designer to take the fight number of snapshots.

Abstract:The equivalence between fuzzy neural networks model for max-min fuzzy operator and S.Stoeva's is proved by studying the fuzzy neural networks model for max-min fuzzy based on S.Stoeva's.Then the paper proposes the fuzzy backpropagation learning algorithms for changing fuzzy power and probes their convergence properties.Finally,it simulates experiment such as state monitoring of turbo-generator set.The results show that the fuzzy backpropagation learning algorithms presented are convergent on condition that the output of training sample is between maximum and minimum of its input.

Abstract:In order to get a method of decision-making in the program for Chinese little towns' sludge utilization,an index system is set up for evaluation the direction of disposal and utilization of the sludge from Chinese small town according to the result of investigation and research.In this system,Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),Delphi method and entropy method are comprehensively used to confirm the weight of every evaluative index,and the Fussy Comprehensive Evaluation is applied to make the decision of.The result indicates that composting and agricultural use are the best optimum for the Chinese little towns' sludge utilization,landfills and land application are the seconds,incineration is the last one.

Abstract:为了解重庆嘉陵江主城段营养盐与藻类的关系,探索富营养化发生的机理,笔者运用生态学中的生态幅原理对该段水体营养盐限制因子进行了系统分析.分析结果表明:磷是试验段水体的限制因子,随总磷浓度的提高,藻类现存量增加,两者成正相关;试验藻对磷的生态幅表现为单峰型,耐性限度0.005~100 mg/L,磷浓度0.005~0.150 mg/L为藻类增幅最大区间;氮磷比值在10.0~40.0内藻类增幅最快,13.5为藻类生长的最适氮磷比值;试验段水体总磷浓度年变化区间为0.065~0.128 mg/L,总氮年浓度变化区间为1.52~2.24 mg/L,氮磷比值年变化在17~28间;温度在5~30℃区间内,磷生态幅的峰值随温度的升高而增加,5~15℃增长缓慢,20~30℃增长迅速;4、5、6、7月为藻类快速增长期.分析藻类营养盐限制因子的生态幅能够更好的反映出藻类、限制因子、富营养化三者之间的关系,为富营养化发生条件与机理的探索提供新思路.

Abstract:The effects of different phosphorus concentration and aeration patterns on growth of algae in freshwaters were studied in laboratory experiments.The results showed the cell multiplication of algae was accelerated by increasing of P concentration in the medium.Moreover,when TP=1.65mg/L,the growth of algae was restrained by content of P in the water system.The different aeration treatments shows different effects on algal growing: In the MP and HP dayonly aeration can expedite the algal growth cycle,but affects the LP little.In contrast,night-only aeration inhibits algal growth obviously.

Abstract:Using pure tungsten and titanium as targets, Ti-doped WOx films were deposited on the ITO glass by Reactive Magnetron Sputtering in order to improve the electrochromic properties of WOx films . The electrochromic performances and structure of the films were analyzed by XRD and transmittance spectrum of the films. The influence mechanism of Ti doping on the electrochromic performances and structure of WOx films were studied. As demonstrated in the experiment, the mixed film is still in the amorphous state, and tends to be stronger. The cyclic life span and the ability of color storage can be significantly improved as well as the response time were shorted due to Ti cloning.

Abstract:荧光粉是制备白光发光二极管(LED)关键材料之一,其性能直接影响着白光LED亮度、色度、色温及显色指数.但是,现有荧光粉由于稳定性差、光衰严重等问题,使白光LED不能达到预期目标,迫切需要改进其制备工艺.采用高温固相合成法制备YAG:Ce3 黄色荧光粉,研究温度、Ce添加量等对荧光粉粒度、荧光强度等理化性质影响规律,并评价该荧光粉与蓝光LED芯片组合形成白光LED的性能.结果表明,烧结温度高于1 400℃时,荧光粉呈立方结构纯YAG晶相;温度越高,形成的粉末粒径越大,发光强度越高;Ce掺杂量x=0.06时,烧结的荧光粉发光强度最大;封装形成的Φ3 mm白光LED亮度为5 581 cd/m2,色坐标x=0.262 6,y=0.275 3,色温Tc=13 000 K.

Abstract:In order to verify influence of Potash on yield and quality of stem tumorous mustard,set up the six different amount treatment of applying potash.By fields trials and lab analyses.The result indicates that:The more the amount of applying potash is,the more the amount of creature on the ground of stem tumorous mustard is,the ratio of stem/leaf is raised,the yield of tumorous stem is raised,the maximum amount can be raised by 80.4%.At the same time,applying potash can reduce content of skin of vegetable(4.6%) to a certain extent,improve index of vegetable shapes of tumorous stem(1.09),raise processing quality and commodity.Content of soluble carbohydrate and content of crude protein between the amount of applying potash exists obvious harmonization.Content of VC and the amount of applying potash exists obvious relation.The maximum content of soluble carbohydrate can be raised by 47.7%,and content of crude protein by more than 10%,and content of VC by 3.9%.The amount of applying Potash(K2O)in production is within 13 kg/667m2,can obtain higher yield and better quality.

Abstract:Performance-based seismic design involves how to confirm inelastic displacement demand of structures under earthquake in concise and reasonable way. Two shortages need to improve in analyzing the elastic-plastic seismic responses of structures if the traditional capacity methods are employed. The shortages are the uncertainty of equivalent high damp of elastic-plastic structures and the limitation of the higher order vibration mode effect being not taken into account. To solve these problems, the authors propose the concept and analyzing process of improved capacity spectrum method based on modal pushover analysis and the elastic seismic responses spectrum modified by strength reduction coefficient and ductile coefficient. The example of analyzing the performance of frame structure is shown which may be a simple and effective method used in engineering. This method has application potential in Performance-based seismic design.

Abstract:Brightness level of the mad lighting should be of the mesopic vision category. But the present road lighting standard in the various countries is in the bright vision condition, this is different with the mesopic vision effect, which will bring the appraisal error into the illumination quality. Therefore, studies on the mesopic vision condition through the reaction time of the road lighting have been the front research topic. Regarding this, this article introduces the middle vision reaction time test system which independently develops to carry on the photosource light effect the research. This system can adopt different light sources to form the illumination environment under the mesopic vision, simulate road barrier ahead the car at night with varied light, and examine reaction time according to visual characteristic of driver through electronic shutter. Through regression analysis of the massive measured data, the reaction time and the background halogen brightness function expression has been fitted under the different experimental condition, thus obtains the golden photosource vision effect to be higher than the sodium lamp photosource the conclusion. In the article, the system the structure, the principle of work, the experimental technique and the data processing result has carried on the analysis and the discussion. This research results which is founded in the mesopic visual condition the visibility model provide the experimental basis, which has the very good model significance for China road lighting project concrete implementation and the actual improvement.

Abstract:Partial functional differential equations come from many mathematical models in physics,biology,engineering and other fields,which have strongly practical background.The oscillation theory is the one of the important branches of qualitative theory of partial functional differential equations. Abstract:The basic principle of infinite-dimensional dynamic system is to try to reduce the original infinite-dimensional system to an infinite-dimensional system. However,due to the unknown structure of the reduced system, it is difficult to describe its dynamical behaviour. To overcome this difficulty, the idea of approximate inertial manifolds is introduced, for NSE, the existence of AIM was studied, it is shown that the global attractor lies within a neighborhood of the graph of an Lipschitz function by the squeezing property. In this paper, by constructing a finite dimensional solution sequence, we will prove that it tends to the global attractor, theoretically, this provides a metod of constructing the asymptotic attractors, theoretically, this provides a method of constructing the asymptotic attractors for the evolution equations.

Abstract:The service frequency is an important factor which shows the supply and service level of public transportion. By considering the effect of occupancy rate on generalised cost firstly, the authors establish a new public transport model based on generalised cost. Then from the view of optimal pricing, this paper constructs two optimal service frequency models by the aim of maximizing social welfare and maximizing profit separately. The result shows that, without the effect of externalities, the two optimal service frequency is the same. Finally, this paper use some parameters of generalised cost, which coming from a city, to simulate this model, and the result shows it is feasible.

Abstract:Based on the Modigliani's Life-Cycle Hypothesis of consumption,and relevant data,the paper empirically studies stock market and real estate market wealth effect in China by using the method of unit root test and cointegrating regression.The results show that,regardless of short-run effect and long-run effect,the stock market wealth has significantly negative effect on civil' consumption level,but real estate market wealth or housing market wealth has significantly positive effect on civil' consumption level.

Abstract:The establishment of the competition legal system is the response to the social and economical reality. The perfection of the competition legal system needs the support of economic theory. Therefore, analyzing the competition from the law and economic perspective is propitious to perfect the regulation of competition in the law system constantly, guarantee and promote competition, and thus to establish and maintain reasonable and efficient competition order, promote market-economy developing prosperously and harmoniously.
