    Abstract:
    Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is a new method for signal analysis developed by Norden.E.Huang et al in 1998.The concepts for main contents,Empirical mode decomposition,Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum of Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) are introduced.Based on the characteristics of VI's development and application,combining software and hardware,the designed method,which includes hardware,software and panel for the Virtual Signal Analyzer Based on Hilbert-Huang Transform are introduced.Based on the HHT,combined with virtual instrument technology,a Virtual Signal Analyzer is developed successfully.It has provided a new method for signal test and analysis.

    Abstract:
    Two dimensional solid phononic crystals such as plates, shells can be widely applied to the control of vibration and noise as a kind of structural materials. It is very significant to study the band gaps in two dimensional phononic crystals to apply them in the vibration and noise control for structures and as a filter for acoustical signal. The multiple-scattering theory is integrated with wave equations to study the elastic wave band gaps in two-dimensional phononic crystals. The carbon/proxy system is used as numerical example. The results show that a full band gap is presented when carbon cylinder with high propagation velocity is arranged periodically in proxy with low propagation velocity.

    Abstract:
    With numerical simulation, an analysis is done on the three-dimension air flow in the helix intake port of a diesel engine. The anthors acquire the distribution of characteristic parameters of air in the port, such as velocity, pressure, turbulence kinetic energy, as well as the flow coefficient and rotate moment around the erect axes at the outlet. The results of simulation indicate that the negotiability of the port is very good while the ability of forming eddy can be enhanced, so several improve measures have been put forward. Comparing with simulation results of these measures, it finds out that the method of combining increase the distance between the definition curve of volute cavity and central line of valve protruding support as well as increase the eddy shell angle can obviously enhance the ability of forming eddy, which is an efficient and rational method.

    Abstract:
    In the visual inspection systems of PCB line detection, a good preprocess effect of test image is the precondition of the system with fine performance, while the its speed is the determinant of the real-time inspection performance. This paper proposed a preprocess algorithms of PCB test image, which includes two parts-binarization and denoising. The experiment shows that the preprocess algorithm is able to obtain an effective threshold for the binarization of the defect image, eliminating the noise and enhancing the speed highly.

    Abstract:
    A method of optimizing planar transformers' design based on integrated software platform iSIGHT is presented.Through integrating the circuit simulation tool Saber and Maxwell 3D to the optimization tool iSIGHT,the parasitic effects on planar transformers are studied carefully.Changing the thickness of the insulator layer between the primary and the secondary can obtain different values of parasitic parameters and a new method to avoid parasitic oscillations with dangerous high voltage spikes to improve the SMPS performance is established.Hence an optimal design of planar transformer is obtained.The final optimal simulation analysis results verify the correctness of above theoretical study.

    Abstract:
    The synthetic quantified evaluation for power quality is one of the gist to weigh excellent or inferior of the power quality, and this is propitious to realize the electricity-purchase principle of discussing the price according to quality and high quality high price, thereby serve as to build the equitable electric power market. This paper proposes to use the method of matter-element for power quality evaluation, and then build the model based on the method of matter-element. Considering the non-compatible feature between the single recognition and evaluation results as well as the complexity of the evaluation for power quality, a model is approached for the evaluation of the power quality by using the matter-element and extension set. Case results show that use the proposed model is objective and reasonable, with a special advantage when used in power quality evaluation.

    Abstract:
    事件驱动型传感器网络在侵扰监测、地震活动监测、动物运动跟踪以及大型设备的状态监测等领域有着巨大的应用前景,但由于其数据传输率不可预知,由此带来的不确定性增大了研究工作的难度.从网络结构与优化冗余节点分布的角度,提出延长事件驱动型传感器网络生存期的能量管理策略.将监测区域的无线传感网络划分成基于正六边形网格的分层结构网络,各层网格内的冗余节点数按最优分布条件由内层向外层依次递减.仿真计算了不同层数和不同p值的网络生存周期,并与传感器节点相同但按泊松分布和均匀分布的网络进行了比较,结果表明本文的方法有效的延长了网络的生存期.

    Abstract:
    A method is proposed to measure the thickness of nano-scale thin film. Based on the differences about mechanical property between the film and the base, a required scratching will be obtained with the proper tool scratching the film directly, which is through the film touching the base and without any effects to the surface of the base. Scanning the scratching area by using atomic force microscope, some data will be obtained and the average thickness of nano-scale thin film can be calculated in the scratching area. The thickness of the TiO2 nano-scale thin film was measured by this method, the experiment result showed that the average thickness of the film is 71.6 nm, which is consistent with the reported result of the reference. This method has high measuring precision, wider application area, more intuitive images, simpler calculation and operation.

    Abstract:
    As the domestic technology of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has not been mature.A assembled-parameter dynamic mathematical model is established for the primary chemistry reaction process in SCR reactor.The mass balance equation of the NH3 adsorption-desorption on the catalyzer surface and six gas components,and total energy balance equation in SCR reactor are set up respectively.A dynamic simulation model has developed by using MATLAB simulation tool.The steady calculation for model is carried on.Based on the established dynamic simulation model,two dynamic simulation experiments have been done,which include the simulation experiment of step disturbance about NOx concentration and temperature.The simulation results current is correctl.The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for SCR reactor is credible,and prove that the simulation model is practical.

    Abstract:
    The bubble growth and departure at the open tip of two capillary tubes joined with a gas chamber was investigated by using a high-speed video imaging system. The experimental results showed that the capillary tube with larger size and hydrophilic property act as the liquid flow channel while the one with smaller size and hydrophobic property as the gas flow channel when liquid submerged the tip of the two capillary tubes without internal gas flow. In contrast, the larger capillary tube become a gas flow channel and the smaller one a liquid flow channel when liquid submerges the tip of the two capillary tubes with internal gas flow. The bubble departure period significantly decreases and the bubble departure diameter eeps in gentle increase with the increase of the flow rate of gas injected into the gas chamber. The liquid flow rate in test section has a significant effect on the bubble growth and departure. A larger liquid flow rate led to a higher bubble departure frequency and a larger bubble departure diameter. At a larger liquid flow rate, the bubble growth and departure at the tip of the upstream capillary become faster, which result in the liquid return at the tip of the downstream capillary tube.

    Abstract:
    采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中B3LYP计算方法对CO在Pd(100)、Pd(110)和Pd(111)3个低指数晶面上的3种不同的吸附模式(顶位吸附、空位吸附和桥位吸附)进行了探讨,从CO在3个晶面吸附的结合能、几何结构、集居数以及净电荷分析得到:CO与Pd面均形成强的σ-π键;CO在3个晶面上均倾向于桥位吸附,在Pd(111)晶面上中毒最深.对CO在3个晶面上吸附的结合能和活化程度进行了比较,发现CO在3个晶面的中毒应按以下顺序减弱:Pd(111)》Pd(100)》Pd(110);空位吸附时的活化程度最高,桥位吸附时的活化程度最低.

    Abstract:
    The catalytic efficiency of zinc lactate as a catalyst to prepare lactide from lactic acid was evaluated compared ose commonly used catalysts including zinc oxide, solid superacid and stannous octate, which indicated a much catalytic efficiency of zinc lactate than others. After mensurating the chemical structure and the crystal form of zinc lactate and recycled zinc lactate, the effects of catalyst and oligomerization time on the yield of crude lactide and the content of lactic acid in lactide product were studied. As a result, both zinc lactate and recycled zinc lactate showed same chemical structure and were comprised three crystal forms. Using zinc lactate and recycling zinc lactate as a cata- lyst, the yield of lactide were 75.7% ,72.1% , respectively. These indicate that zinc lactate is a kind of cheap, available, recyclable catalyst, which is significant in the industrial production of lactide.

    Abstract:
    A micro transfusion system faced to community hospital is presented.The system has real-time monitoring and alarming(when there exit abnormal instance or the transfusion is completed) functions,which well settle the inconvenience of venous transfusion in clinic,and increase the security and efficiency.In this system,the Photoelectric sensor technology and signal processing technology are applied to acquire the reliable detection of the transfusion.And microcontroller(MCU) and digital display technology are employed to count,display and monitor the quantity and velocity of the liquid,and alarm when there has no liquid or a jam.Moreover,the network technology is also added to the system to realize tele-monitor.At last,the authors briefly introduce the status of the system's application,and point out system's flaws and the main work in the following research.

    在连铸二次冷却喷淋区二冷各段,冷却水量只与拉速的变化相关联的二冷水模型的基础上,通过研究提出了二次冷却区各喷淋段的冷却水量Qi与钢液过热度(△T)、拉速(ν)、浇注钢种化学成分、二冷水温相关系的二次冷却新配水模型,即Qi=K(a bv cv2) d(△T-E) F.研究了模型中各系数的确定方法.应用已开发的方坯连铸二冷仿真软件和通过研究确立的济钢二冷新模型进行了模拟计算.模拟结果以及新模型的生产实践表明,采用新模型确定的二冷各喷淋段水量进行冷却,铸坯冷却均匀,铸坯质量得到改善.

    81031钢是一种含Crl0.5%左右,添加了少量的Ni和Mo,含碳量0.31%左右的成型能好,热处理后硬度很高的新型马氏体不锈钢.分析了它的合金化原理后,用其热轧板材进行了7个不同温度的淬火工艺试验,得到在1 050 ℃加热该钢并油淬火后可以获得HRC59-61的硬度,并作出了硬度与淬火温度的关系曲线;淬火后及时进行了-15℃冷处理,其硬度增加并不明显.继而对在1 050 ℃淬火后的试样于140~240℃热油中进行了低温回火试验,得到了硬度随回火温度变化而改变的曲线.为该钢种在民用刀具行业的应用上提供了制定其热处理工艺的依据.

    Abstract:
    The Dacromet technology,which is a potential surface treatment method,has achieved extensive application in automobile industry.The Dacromet coating is prepared through dipping & curing process,and the microstructure and anticorrosion performance of zinc,aluminum galvanized specimens are comparatively investigated.The results shows that the zinc,aluminum,chromium distributed evenly and Zn/Al flakes overlapped and embedded in amorphous chromium binder in Dacromet coating which anticorrosion is superior to hot dip galvanized but slightly inferior to hot dip aluminum coating with lowered adhesion,its adhesive ability to matrix is weaker than that of aluminum coating.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a fading memory based least squares identification method. Compared with the traditional system identification method applied on small scale unmanned helicopter, this method can reduce processing load and improve processing stability during identification. ARMAX model and MIMO model of small scale unmanned helicopter are sonstructed in this way and then do simulation on the models. The result shows that model of MIMO is more precise on representing the helicopter system.

    Abstract:
    A novel approach for unsupervised feature selection is presented, denoted by DFFS, which combines Document Frequency and Feature Similarity. This method removeds ninety percent words based on document frequency, then removeds the redundancy features according to feature similarity. K-mean approach is used to measure the superiority of DFFS to the other common used feature selection methods, such as DF, TC and TS. In the first experiment, the clustering performance of DF is decreased sharply when the feature number decreased from 6000 to 1047, where DFFS keeping or increasing the clustering performance. In another experiment, with the feature number raimining at 10% - 2%, DFFS is superiority to the other three approaches, and is apparently superiority to others with 2% ramianing features.

    Abstract:
    In order to enhance and optimize the negotiation result reached by concessinon negotiation strategies,equal-utility exchange negotiation strategy is proposed.Equal-utility exchange makes use of the relationship between the Agent's negotiation-related issues of the multi-issues utility evaluation mechanism.In order to get a better negotiation result,values of some issues are adjusted dynamically,ensuring the utility of Agent not lower.Then algorithm is presented.Feasibility and efficiency of equal-utility exchange negotiation strategy have been proved by experiment.Equal-utility exchange negotiation strategy can enhance joint utility partly and reach a better negotiation result than concession negotiation strategies.

And it is important problem faced by modernization office. In order to get the needed information instantaneously and satisfy requirement of coordination work, the paper presents a kind of enterprise office information platform based on dynamic coordination work. The platform can guarantee coordination work of the system dynamically and instantaneously, and it is stronger in functions, and facility in use.     Aiming at the problem of representation of regions in the process of image processing, the paper presents a method applied to representation of spatial uncertain area in image based on Cloud-model. In two-dimension universe of discourse of image, the linguistic term of the polygons, which have uncertain edge, can be accomplished by relaxation iteration. The linguistic term of the polygons can be considered Cloud-core of Cloud-model. Based on the characteristics of pixels of transition region of fuzzy edge, Object-clouds of polygons can be constructed by Backward-cloud-generator. So Object-cloud can be representation model of spatial uncertain area and spatial uncertain area in image can be represented by digital characteristics of Object-cloud. Experiments testify the method. It enriches the cloud theory, and proposes a new idea for image comprehending and analyzing, especially remote sensing image.

    In component-based system regression testing, the dependence model of component-based system should be built in order to confirm the part which will be affected by modify. Since high reusability and high complexity, the existing dependence models may not be applicable to component-based systems, a hierarchical dependence model is proposed to describe component-based. Through the forward slicing of modified points in the model, the modified and affected parts can be gotten, then traverse these parts and get affected testing path, thereby regression testing examples can be chosen effectively, the efficiency of regression testing can be improred.

    结合高地应力区某深埋隧道工程,通过三维弹塑性有限元数值模拟,分析隧道掌子面推进过程中的围岩空间应力场状态和演化趋势.结果表明:当掌子面接近和通过某一断面时,围岩主应力大小和方向发生相应的变化.隧道开挖对平面σx、σy的主要影响范围约为0.5B,对围岩空间主应力和剪应力的影响范围约1.0B,对围岩位移和屈服接近度的影响范围分别为2.0B和1.0B.对高地应力区深埋隧道围岩稳定性分析、确定合理的支护措施以及制定合理的开挖方案具有重要的意义.

    归纳了单自由度体系R-μ-T规律和多自由度体系的R-μ基本规律,指出在确定设计地震作用时,除了考虑结构延性能力的影响外,还应考虑结构超强的影响;在对比了美国、加拿大、欧盟和新西兰4国规范考虑结构超强的思路后,建议中国相关设计规范也应考虑结构超强的影响.然后对美国、加拿大、欧盟、新西兰和中国5国规范采用的基准设防地震作用水准进行了对比评述,讨论了加拿大NBCC 2005和美国IBC 2003规范采用预期最大地震作用作为基准设防地震作用的合理性.还强调了R-μ基本准则是保证结构抗震性能的基本准则,在设计地震作用参与的荷载组合对结构设计起控制作用时必须遵循,而中国现行规范有关条文不符合R-μ基本准则的缺口急待修补.

    Through the test of two concrete frames under vertical load and nonlinear finite programme analysis,the performances of strong beam with weak column and equal strength column and beam are studied,such as ultimate load,deflection,displacement ductility,redistribution of internal force.When the reinforcement is proper,the research proved that strong beam with weak column" and "equal strength column and beam" have better displacement ductility and can realize full redistribution of internal force,the width of cracks and deflections can satisfy the rules of code for design of concrete structures.

    Abstract:
    With continuous rigid frame bridge span increasing,cantilever construction of large tonnage anchor are also becoming more common,but local stress distribution is complicated on prestressed anchorage zone of thin concrete box girder webs by the large tonnage,which reveals its distribution of post-tensioned concrete bridge structure to be solved in the future.Based on the theory,some key points such as pressure factors,destruction and the reasons for the compression type crack were discussed in the paper.By using the North Approach continuous rigid frame concrete bridge of Yangtze River Bridge project example,the local compression strength,crack resistance and the smallest protective layer thickness of the first segment of one continuous rigid frame box girder bridge under design value Rally 4882.5 kN of No.T2 tendom,according to the local pressure formulas of Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Pre-stressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts of China(JTG D62-2004) and Finite Element Method,were checking.Both the results verify that meets the standard requirements.The results reveal that the design of a web-Laced with horizontal steel mesh sealed off side stirrup can solve the partial pressure problem.

    Abstract:
    Bastd on dealing with the initial data of the gas emissing quantity of mining coal face by natural logarithm,the improved grey model(1,1) is built.The improved Grey Markov prediction mode is built through uniting the improved grey model(1,1) and the Markov mode.Comparing the fitting precision of the improved grey model(1,1),the Grey Markov prediction mode and the improved Grey Markov prediction mode respectively through actual survey data in scene,it shows that the precision of the improved Grey Markov prediction mode is the best of the three and its result is correct and reliable,having certain general applicability.

    Abstract:
    采用改良而成的OGO工艺技术,以试验配水模拟城市生活污水,研究了OGO系统的脱氮效果,通过分析反应器各反应区的脱氮效果,并结合OGO系统脱氮效果观察系统中活性污泥絮体特性,研究分析了OGO系统的脱氮机理.试验结果表明,在进水总氮(TN)和氨氮(NH4 -N)分别为31.15~42.26 mg/L和27.53~38.58 mg/L的条件下,OGO系统对总氮和氨氮的平均去除率分别可达74.31%和83.75%.反应器外环脱氮方式为同时硝化反硝化(SND)脱氮,其脱氮量占反应器脱氮总量的80.48%,OGO工艺对氮素的生物去除绝大部分是通过同时硝化反硝化来实现的;同时硝化反硝化的宏观分区理论和微环境理论均适用于OGO系统.

    The ecological environment of west region is an important part of the whole ecological environment system of China. The west region has plentiful water resource. But the ecology of water is anxious, it is urgent to protect the water. A consummation ecology benefit compensate of water has significances for west China. This paper summaries the positive role of the ecology benefit compensate system for west China , and analyze the present situation of ecology benefit compensate system in west China, giving some suggestion on its establishment and consummation.

    Abstract:
    Using topological degree for upper semicontinuous set-valued 1-set-contractive mapping and the fixed point theorems for upper semicontinuous set-valued 1-set-contractive mapping, the boundary conditions of existing positive fixed points is studied for upper semicontinuous set-valued 1-set-contractive mapping. In fact, it is a natural conclusion in the cone for the fixed point theorems of upper semicontinuous set-valued 1-set-contractive mapping, and it is a natural extend for positive fixed point theorems of single-valued 1-set-contractive mapping.

    Abstract:
    Fuzzy circuit is a fundamental conception of fuzzy matroid and it plays an important role in fuzzy matroid. Using fundamental sequence and induced matroid sequence of fuzzy matroid, the fuzzy circuits of closed fuzzy matroids are studied and some results are found out about fuzzy circuits, I which are the necessary and sufficient conditions of elementary fuzzy circuit for fuzzy matroids or closed fuzzy matroids;the property of elementary fuzzy circuit for closed fuzzy ma- troids;the necessary and sufficient conditions of fuzzy circuit for closed fuzzy matroids. These results are helpful to find out fuzzy circuits from some fuzzy dependent sets of closed fuzzy matroids.

    Abstract:
    Combined with the breast fine needle aspiration cytology,the SVM,K-Nearest Neighbor(K-NN) and Probabilistic Neural Network(PNN) are used to diagnose the breast cancer.The best overall accuracy reaches 96.24% via SVM with Sigmoid kernel by using 5-fold cross validation,and is superior to those of other classifiers including K-NN(95.37%) and PNN(95.09%).Support vector machine is capable of being used as a potential application tool for SVM-aided clinical breast cancer diagnosis.

    Abstract:
    In view of the situation of auto industry, a system platform is given based on ASP and SRM. For the Co-management and information exchange of SRM, dynamic co-mode and estimated principium are designed. Based on four influence factors of auto industry, focuses on the process of supply not the result. Based on problem definition, formulation of criteria, qualification and choice, the process of estimate is improved. Implementation result shows that this kind of system platform can improve the efficiency of information exchange and achieve the goal of Co-management.

    Perishable products need to be sold up before a fix time which is usually called product's lifetime.As the salvage of perished products is almost zero,and the demand is uncertainty,retailers usually set the product's price dynamically to influence the demand.When retailer's dynamic pricing policy is considered,we wonder which contracts can realize the supply chain coordination.Three typical contracts-return contract,price discount contract and revenue sharing contract are analyzed.Only revenue sharing contract among the three can realize supply chain coordination under dynamic pricing policy.The extension of price discount policy quantity-price discount policy,can also realize supply chain coordination under dynamic pricing policy.

    Abstract:
    The traditional vendor selection model often pay attention to the profit of the buyers and the selection behavior of vendor is ignored,but the vendors only trade with the buyers according with their rational selection,so the vendors selection bi-level programming model is presented with constraint of minimal batches,the ability of supply,product matching etc.A solution of the model based on genetic algorithm is proposed.The buyers' vendor selection of minimum cost is realized in the upper programming and the allocation of requirements is proposed in the lower programming.The application of the model and its algorithm are illustrated with a practical example.
