    Abstract:
    Based on the prototype workpiece which is manufactured according to the high-order oval gear envelope method,a measurement method of high-order oval bevel gear is proposed in order to verify the correctness of design and manufacture method for this gear pair. The mathematical model of measurement and evaluation is established according to the spatial gear engagement theory. Then the coordinate point set obtained from three-dimensional measuring machine is analyzed and filtered based on the actual measurement on prototype workpiece. Therefore,the ideal element is available. And then the aberration curve of pitch curve,individual circular pitch error and accumulated error can be obtained after analyzing the point set. Finally,the conclusion that the high-order oval bevel gear pitch error evaluation method is feasible can be obtained because the measurement and analysis result dovetailed basically with the theoretic calculation result.

    Abstract:
    The degrees that the design agent capacity matches the design task are an important factor affecting the efficiency of collaborative product innovation design. The classification and quantitative calculation of different types of design agent capacity combination is carried out after the characteristic of design agent is analyzed. An efficiency model whose goal is the shortest entire time is constructed based on the definition of task attribute,and then the solving method of efficiency model are designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The collaborative product innovation design of cabin is taken as an example to prove that considering the matching agent attribute with task can shorten the design cycle and improve design efficiency.

    Abstract:
    Aiming at the low efficiency and precision of hot rail steel surface faults detecting at present,a suit of surface defect detection system of hot heavy rail based on the machine vision is put forward. Multi-CCD cameras are used to collect pictures. According to the geometric characteristics of the heavy rail and its defect characteristics of high-frequency region,six angle shot is used for heavy rail,and then various image processing technology are adopted in workstation. The system adopts improved Hough transform to get surface faults and Kohonen network to make a classification for the characteristics of low SVM training algorithm. The above key machine vision technology for detection of hot heavy rail surface defects greatly improves the speed and accuracy of testing and the detecting correct rate arrives over 85%.

    Abstract:
    In dynamic balance based on influent coefficient,the key to get a good effect is how to get the amplitude and phase accurately. To get better effect on dynamic balance,some improvements are made based on traditional cross-correlation function by 3σ statistical processing method,so the amplitude and phase can be gotten more accurately. Used the improved cross-correlation function to make the experiment of dynamic balancing of rigid rotors,perfect effect is obtained.

    Abstract:
    Most HEBs with AMT adopt the traditional single or two parameter shift schedule,however,HEB is very different from traditional bus,this approach cannot make full use of the advantage of hybrid. In order to obtain the optimal fuel economy,emission and low shift frequency, an objective functional is established for hybrid electric bus based on simplified models of hybrid system,and a new solving algorithm based on dynamic programming (DP)is also presented. In the end,the best shift decision points in Chinese typical urban transit bus driving-cycle are obtained. After comparison between the traditional two parameter shift schedule and the shift decision based on DP,it’s proved that the best shift decision points can improve the fuel economy of the HEB obviously through simulation and road test under Chinese typical urban transit bus driving-cycle,and the number of gear shift is also obviously reduced.
    6  A dual-boost three-phase DC link active power filter based on coupled impedance

    Abstract:
    A three-phase DC link active power filter (APF)based on coupled impedance and its control strategy are proposed in order to eliminate the input current harmonics of the three-phase diode rectifier. The presented APF is composed of impedance network and two asymmetric dual Boost converters. Average current control is adopted to control the DC link APF. The switch signals of the two asymmetric Boost converters are obtained respectively by leading and trailing edge modulation methods. Compared with the normal DC link active power filter,this topology reduces an active switch and a capacitance. So it can reduce costs,and there is no voltage imbalance in the DC link. Simulation results verify the correctness of the proposed topology and the corresponding control method.

    Abstract:
    Reducing the driving resistance for the present push-pull driving circuit for power module will make the time shorter,but this process will result in the increase of current and voltage thermal stress. Therefore,a novel driving method based on dSPACE is introduced and validated on the basis of analyzing the failure mechanism and thermal model of power module. The ascending theory of case-temperature is investigated and then an exponential curve is achieved for power module. Experiments prove that the method has a good driving and protective performance,and it effectively reduces harmonics of output current and voltage in the new energy conversion system,and enhances the voltage utilization rate and waveforms quality. Thus the reliability of power module is greatly improved.

    Abstract:
    By studying the reconstructed algorithms of Tikhonov regularization and the Newtons one-step error reconstructor (NOSER),a combined regularization algorithm is proposed. Two evaluation parameters of reconstructed algorithms,i.e. normalization mean square distance criterion(NMSD)and normalized mean absolute distance criterion(NMAD)are used to evaluate the results precision of inverse problem quantificationally. The comparison among Tikhonov regularization,NOSER and the combined regularization shows that the ill-condition and error of inverse problem are reduced. This new algorithm can decrease the condition number by 97%,NMSD by 51% and NMAD by 41% at least. Simulate results show that the combined regularization algorithm can reconstruct the target image in the depth from 10 mm to 40 mm. The performance of this system and the combined regularization algorithm demonstrate significantly better spatial resolution and less reconstructed error.

    Abstract:
    This paper mainly focuses on the configuration location designation of variable message sign. The random error term of Probit traffic assignment model stands for the difference between roadway situation and traveler’s expectation and it has an effect on the assignment result. Different assignments result in different roadway network situations. In this paper,the BPR function and HCM2000 signalized intersection delay model are taken to evaluate the roadway network operations and variable message sign locating procedure is also set up. A4×4 roadway network is taken as the numeral sample and the best location of variable message signs are determined. Based on the method mentioned above,the influence of information coverage on the roadway network operations and the influence of information accuracy on the roadway network operations are discussed. The results show that the total expected roadway network travel time tends to decrease with the expansion of information coverage and improve of the information accuracy.

    Abstract:
    Aiming at the cutter head thermal damage and other failure problems caused by shield cutter head mud formation in residue and clay soil,the problem of thermal-stress coupling of shield cutter head under the effect of mud in the tunnelling process is studied,and the cutter head temperature and thermal-stress distribution of coupling fields under mud effect are acquired. A shield cutter head three-dimensional finite element model is built by using software ANSYS and Solidworks. The results shows that when the mud is formed,the temperature rises sharply in a short time,which leads to a rapid increase of thermal stress to 168.2 MPa,at the same time,the maximum thermal deformation reaches 3.1 mm,then the center of cutter head is wrapped.

    Abstract:
    Inductive power transfer (IPT)technology allows electrical energy to be transferred between two loosely coupled inductors over relatively large air gaps based on electromagnetic induction. In current-fed IPT systems,resonant capacitor voltage distortions and current spikes on the semiconductor switches are easily caused when switches isn’t switched at zero crossing point of resonant voltage. As a result,the EMI level of the system and the switching loss are increased and thus the system transmission stability and efficiency decrease. The article analyzes the production mechanism of circulating current in load resonant high frequency inverter and points out that the resonant frequency change is the real cause. By analyzing the characters of circulating current before and after the zero-crossing points of resonant voltage and relationship between switching frequency and resonant frequency,this paper proposes a method of real-time detection for the direction of circulating current,and regulating the switching frequency in accordance with resonant frequency dynamically to ensure the switching of switch tubes at the zero-crossing points of the resonant capacitor voltage,and thus to inhibit circulating current. An experiental system with the platform of FPGA is set up to verify the effectiveness of this control method.

    Abstract:
    As a semantic foundation, ontology is extensively applied in areas such as information retrieval, artificial intelligence, semantic web and knowledge management and so on. This study adopts the ideas of reuse in software system model to combine the construction of an evaluation system and ontology against the static drawbacks in current construction of an evaluation system. It takes advantage of the concepts in domain ontology to make a domain stipulation and model mapping. Besides, it is the first time to apply the concepts to the construction of FDI evaluation system. It has important significance for socio-economic areas and it provides exploratory methods and routes for how component library can be reasonably adaptive and assemble the required components.

    Abstract:
    Existing genetic ant colony algorithm has the problem of poor integration and prone to congestion. In response to this phenomenon, this article put forward an efficient combination of genetic ant colony algorithm based on the advantages of different periods of the genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm. The algorithm proposes a new fusion mechanism on the basis of the consideration relationship of the genetic algorithm groups. And an anti-congestion reward and punishment mechanism is introduced to alleviate the load pressure of the system nodes. The experimental results show that the algorithm can guarantee the efficiency of the system transmission, at the same time it can effectively prevent data packet loss. Compared with the traditional algorithm, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy and anti-dropout.

    Abstract:
    There are many difficulties to process a colorimetric visual-sensor-array by traditional processing methods, such as complicated manual analysis due to many data and hard to finish varieties and concentrations identification simultaneously, etc. In view of colorimetric-sensor-array’s same location response to the same gas, a fast quantitative identification algorithm of colorimetric visual-sensor-array based on basic units matching which can solve these problems is proposed. First, denoising and feature extraction are processed by setting experienced threshold to reduce redundancies and lessen manual analysis. Second, a creative qualitative analysis method based on basic units is put forward, which not only reduces computation, but also increases efficiency and precision. Finally, a ANFIS of NH3 concentration recognition utilizing advantages of fuzzy logic and neural network is used to distinguish low concentration NH3. The advantage of this algorithm is that varieties and concentrations of different gases could be detected successively, solving the problem of recognition errors caused by characteristic data infection when varieties and concentrations of different gases are detected simultaneously.The results of template matching based on basic units show that the classification accuracy of NH3, Cl2 and SO2 are 100%. The low concentration NH3 classification accuracy is also very high after species identification with measurement errors below 5%.

    Abstract:
    The numerical analysis of a conventional aluminum alloy roof system taken from an actual international airport under wind uplift is conducted. A two-step simulation analysis approach is proposed, which effectively overcomes the computational difficulties brought by the contact between panels and supports. Through numerical analysis of roof components, the failure mode of the roof connection and the load bearing capacity of the roof are obtained. And the efficiency of material strength in each component is evaluated as well. It can provide reference for the design and application of aluminum alloy roof structure.

    Abstract:
    The failure of slope is a gradual accumulation process. Under the effect of many interior and exterior factors, some parts in the slope reach yield with the increase of stress, and sliding surface forms gradually till complete transfixion. With continuous increase of the plastic strain, overall failure happens on the slope. Traditional analysis method cannot display the mechanic conditions and the whole process of deformation, transfixion of sliding surfaces and failure. Meanwhile, FEM strength reduction can quantitatively show the deformation features and the process of occurrence and development of sliding surface. Based on the previous researches, the paper classifies slopes according to the features of rock and soil and the slope structure. Through analyzing the graphs of deformation and the nephograms of plastic strain under different reduction factors or safety factors, the researchers can directly find the deformation tendency of slopes and the whole process of the extension, transfixion and failure of sliding surface with the reduction of safety factor. So, the failure mechanism of slope can be found intuitively, which can provide effective basis for the prevention and governance of slopes.

    Abstract:
    A combined cooling, heating and power mono-silicon solar photovoltaic radiant panel (PV/R) is proposed, which compounds the radiant panel with the PV module. The PV operating temperature is decreased through the internal cycling of liquid pipe of radiant panel. Thus the power efficiency of PV module is increased, at the same time, the heat of PV using for heating can be recollected. While at night, the cooling used for the daytime is collected through the nocturnal cooling storage. In the experiment testing, the PV/R not only increases the power efficiency by 8%~16%, but obtains the heating efficiency by 45% and gets the cooling capacity of 40~80 W/m 2.

    Abstract:
    Stress of diaphragm wall is analyzed by plane finite element method for high earth-rockfill dams built on deep soil foundation. The differences of stress are studied with two kinds of different constitutive models, i.e. elastic model and nonlinear elastic model, and meanwhile, the influences of the height of dam and diaphragm wall for this two constitutive models are also compared. The results show that, the variation laws of the stress of diaphragm wall are similar for both of the models. But, the stress computed by nonlinear elastic model is much smaller than elastic model does. Under the condition of low stress, the results are similar for the two models, but have big differences for high stress. In addition, for this two models, with the increasing of height of dam and diaphragm wall, the maximal values of the stress are increasing constantly, and relative error of the maximal value of the stress as well, which have the linear relation with the height of dam and diaphragm wall. So, for the conditions of high dams or deep soil foundations, nonlinear elastic model is the right one to use because of the high stress of diaphragm wall.

    Abstract:
    Three models of 3D cast-in-place RC frame structures are simulated in ABAQUS. In the three models, one represents the actual RC frame structure with monolithic slab, one represents the open frame structure used in structural design currently, which means truss structure at the stage of calculating internal forces of frame beams and columns, and the third one represents the open frame structure which takes into account some slab reinforcement in the rectangle section of frame beam to consider the slab participation in the flexural capacity of frame beam. By investigating the failure mode of these three models, the development of plastic hinges, the reinforcement stress of beam, column and slab in the models, the influence of monolithic slab to the bending resistance of beam end is studied. It shows that the existence of slab makes the failure mode of actual RC frame structure different from the design criteria of strong column weak beam. It also indicates that the slab participation in the bending resistance of beam end is not only expressed in the slab reinforcement but also in the structure integral performance. Besides, when using the effective flange width to consider the slab reinforcement participation, the structure integral performance, lateral displacement and other relevant factors should be taken into account.
