Abstract:This article analyzes the needs of energy saves, reduction of light pollution, and sustainable development of lighting project, the urgent of strengthening building optical education, researches domestic and abroad building optical education, graduate situation,and comes to the conclusion that building optical graduate can’t satisfy the requirement of quantity and quality. In order to bridge the gap between domestic and abroad, the article propose to attach great importance to optical education and graduate education.

Abstract:Construction management is increasingly being paid attention by society. Nowadays, a gap is becoming apparent between cultivation purpose and course setting of construction management for undergraduate education and the need of society, which requires serious consideration. Cultivation purpose is ought to cultivate professional elites for certain specialty, strengthen specialty course and practice course. For those colleges that have not professional major background, construction management should develop advantages on aspects of management and economy, using “TianJi Racing Horses” strategies on the cultivation purpose.

Abstract:Surface mining, its gross is more than 80% as that of solid mineral deposit already exploited at present, has some characters such as large capability, vast investment, high economical venture. With development of surface mining technology, it is prone to be huge and efficient equipment, automatic control system, continuous technique, combined development system. As for this rapid development, however, traditional education model adopted by domestic university can not meet the growing increasing demand. Based on the present situation of surface mining technology in the world, a new pattern of training professional talent was brought out. That is to say, in order to enhance the educational efficiency, and keep up with the latest international technology development of surface mining, we will have to adjust the present curriculum setting and increase the ratio of practice.

Abstract:An investigation was conducted among the undergraduate students to explore the reform of teaching methods in higher education. The investigation results show that the mainstream of the current teaching methods is making the students passively study. The four teaching methods, class discussion, case studies, guest speakers and group work, are proposed for exploring the interactive teaching methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed. The experiences on how to successfully apply the methods to teaching are described.

Abstract:The definition of teaching quality supervision and the design principle of teaching quality supervision system are proposed. And the teaching quality supervision and evaluation system of Chongqing University are analyzed and discussed. The results indicate that : 1) Consummating the supervision measures in the process management and the teaching quality supervision and evaluation system considering both construction process and results are the basics of enhancing teaching quality; 2) it is the key to establish a teaching quality supervision and evaluation system with a core of teaching superintending and decision-making, which includes information collection, system and quality evaluation analysis, information feedback, and controlling system.
