    Abstract:
    One of the main objectives of the current educational reform is to strengthen quality education, which can cultivate the practical ability, scientific research quality and innovative spirit of students. Training program is the embodiment of the educational thought and idea of colleges and universities. Experimental teaching is the core of basic practice level for practice teaching system. The construction of teaching team is the key to train innovative talents in colleges and universities. Combined with the development status and talent demand of energy and power specialty, taking the comprehensive reform of energy and power engineering major in Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example, the exploration and effectiveness of the reform are illustrated from three aspects, including training program system, innovation and research-oriented experiment teaching mode, and teaching ability of young teachers.

    Abstract:
    First, this paper made theoretical analysis on comparative study of course teaching for the postgraduate student, studied the meaning of course teaching of the postgraduate student, defined three dimensions:the dimension of interested parties, the dimension of objects, and the dimension of mode, and set the subdivision of each dimension. On this basis, through the comprehensive comparative study of course teaching of the postgraduate student of real estate investment course between Beijing Jiaotong University and University of Cincinnati, including the comparison of teaching effects, gained some enlightenments of course teaching of the postgraduate student of real estate investment course from the University of Cincinnati. Finally, this paper gave some suggestions to the teachers and managers.

    Abstract:
    Structural design of tall buildings is related with various subjects and technical fields, and has complex and cross-discipline system, which is characterized as obvious society. Major of civil engineering is the higher education aimed at training engineering talents. In order to cultivate compound talents for civil engineering, it is necessary that the engineering philosophy should be introduced into the curriculum of structural design of tall buildings. The engineering systematic view, engineering social view and engineering ethical view are integrated with the curriculum of structural design of tall buildings, so that the students can use the global and systematic mode of thinking for structural design of tall buildings, and tackle the problems for structural design of tall buildings from social aspect.

    Abstract:
    The training of applied talents with high quality is a trend in the education of engineering. In accordance with current corporation's needs, a new integrative model of teaching has been proposed. This model is mainly featured with detail drawing. Through model building competitions, this student-oriented teaching method will foster students of different levels in as many as possible ways. Therefore, a new path to nature applied talents with high quality for corporations will be explored by improving teachers' awareness of engineering.

    Abstract:
    Hydraulic is a compulsory course for civil engineering, also the core professional basic course during undergraduate education for water supply and drainage science and engineering. The teaching effect of this course is very important to the later study of the students on the professional courses that are involved in hydraulic knowledge. This article was focused on the exploration of improving the teaching quality of hydraulics course for water supply and drainage science and engineering. It was suggested that using multiple teaching mode, such as the combination of self-interaction, "chalk + blackboard blackboard" and video animation multimedia, is a kind of ideal teaching mode, which combines the heuristic and the teaching way. Second, improving the students ability of practice, and actively guiding the students to attend the independent innovation activities were proposed. This kind of teaching mode can fully motivate the enthusiasm of the students learning the hydraulics, while promoting the teaching quality, and ultimately achieve a better teaching effect.

    Abstract:
    Engineering ethics education is an indispensable part of higher engineering education reform. The research on engineering ethics education gets more attention under the background of emerging engineering education and the construction of beautiful China. Based on the knowledge graph, with the support of metrological visualization tool, this article analyzes 184 research articles collected in CNKI. Through documents co-citation network and keywords co-occurrence network, this paper points out the theoretical basis, hot topics and development trends in this domain and summarizes the features of domestic research. It has three features "seriously affected by policies" "gradually refined research content" and "imperfect curriculum education system and education method". Finally, this paper proposes some suggestion to facilitate the engineering ethics education in term of country society and universities.

    Abstract:
    Collaborative education is a highlight of education reform and an important way to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities. The diversified collaborative education models for civil engineering specialty were explored under the guidance of the concept of collaborative education. The "four-level" collaborative education mode includes intra-school collaboration, school-enterprise cooperation, domestic and overseas collaboration, and domestic and international collaboration mode to realize the goal of diversified talents training. The "four-dimensional" practical teaching mode and the "multi-level" practical teaching platform were constructed, and the "multi-dimensional" teaching quality assurance system and the "double-subject and three-level communication" long-acting synergy mechanism were explored, to improve the quality of talents training in civil engineering.

    The characteristics of Sino-French cooperation program of civil engineering are mainly manifested in two aspects:the students start from scratch to intensively learn French language and the introduced courses are taught in French by French side.     Abstract:
    With the implementation of B&R and walking out strategies, the overseas civil engineering market share of our engineering contractors are increasing gradually, and the quantity demanded of international civil engineering talents who have the ability to manage international engineering are raising step by step. Considering the major characteristics, drawbacks in teaching and the objective reality of lacking field practices, based on the teaching practices in international class of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, this paper puts forward a building conception of international network teaching platform taking advantage of university-enterprise cooperation. Through sufficient analysis of requirements of users, the characteristics, structures, functions and resource types of network teaching platform were discussed. This platform can make the most of both advantages of universities and enterprises, which plays an important role to promote international civil engineering teaching reform and improve the enterprise core competitiveness in international markets.

    Outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) definitely put forwards expanding educational and teaching reform, innovating educational and teaching method. Also it promoted participatory teaching with student oriented, teacher-student interaction as core. This article analyzed the contents of participatory teaching.     Affected by the depression of real estate and construction industry in recent years, some university students, especially students majoring in engineering management doubt about their employment prospects. To provide career guidance to these students, taking graduates from Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example,this paper conducted a questionnaire with graduates majoring in engineering management and graduated from 2007 to 2011 as object, to investigate graduates' employment and current development. Results of the investigation were analyzed by SPSS software. The conclusion of this survey can provide undergraduates some employment guidance advices and help to guide students to strengthen their professional ability related to employment, as well as improve the core competitiveness of the engineering management major students.
