    Abstract:
    The quality of the engineering management talents should be of the perfect integration of the Idea, the EQ, the KQ, and the IQ with the idea of largescale engineering proposed. Influenced by the traditional scientific paradigm, so far, the engineering management talents under the present cultivating pattern have not been able to meet the new situation. There is an urgent call to transform the education paradigm for the engineering management professional education. Having discriminated the scientific paradigm with the engineering paradigm of the engineering education, this paper has carried on a thorough analysis on the basic characteristics of the engineering paradigm, and emphasized that the project management professional education should choose the engineering paradigm under the new situation. At the same time , this paper has proposed the transforming strategy: commencing from repositioning the education values, then reforming the curriculum system, correspondingly ,reconstructing the campus culture as the auxiliary measures, so to finally realize the transformation of the engineering management professional education from the scientific paradigm to the engineering paradigm.

    Production practice is an integral link of practice teaching during the process of educating an engineering undergraduate. Taking the concentrated production practice as an example, the major difficulties facing the production practice of environmental engineering specialty are analyzed, and some reform measures pertinent to those problems are suggested such as recoupling theoretical teaching and practice, deeply developing potential of the University, building a multimedia resource pool and developing a computer stimulation system.     Carrying on the guiding principles of 17th Party National Congress and students’ ideological and political work in colleges are crucial challenges and important opportunities for future developing. During the latest 60 years, especially the 30 years since the open policy, the work of college students’ ideological and political education made great achievements. We should educate the college students’ world outlook, values and philosophy, and guide them to establish professional thoughts. It’s important to foster the students’ personalities, to help them to establish correct views of love. Social affection education is one of the important aspects of college students’ ideological and political education, which consists of exerting the moral powers, fostering the thankful hearts and innovating abilities and bring the student Party members’ core functions into play, thus make the students to work hard for the revival of Chinese Nation.

    Through the reunderstanding of the People’s Olympics and explanation of the sports humanistic spirit, we can find the common features between them and the integration and the significance of mutual promotion. So the two cultures and two spirits in the 2008 Olympic Games can get integrated and communicated for enriching the Olympic spirit and making its due contributions to the development of sports.

    Abstract:
    Politeness is one of the most important instruments in maintaining personal relationship in society. As a potential agreement, it has the power of restricting social members’ speech acts. Virtually speaking, the two Politeness Principles are the same; however, due to the influence of different factors such as history, culture, society, and context, this two principles still has got something different. Based on the Chinese Politeness Principles, this paper tries to make a contrast between these two Politeness Principles, so as to find the differences, thus, we can communicate with foreigners more easily.
