Abstract:Alienation in architectural teaching and training is the obvious trend in education form.Based on difference in aim and guidance,specific teaching mode,method and system exist in various design practice courses.With the specialization of architectural education modes,this thesis focuses on practice courses and design experiments in different education stages.At last,assessment of teaching and analysis of courses are provided as strategies for architectural education construction and utilization.

Abstract:Firstly,the necessary and background is introduced on the ChinaJapan double degree educating for graduate students.The basis for cooperation in the practices is analyzed as well as the current development situation.Then,through several typical cases,some key problems are summarized and discussed such as admission,registration,regulation,program and diploma awarding.Finally,some suggestions are proposed for further development of the ChinaJapan double degree educating for graduate students.
Abstract:The construction of forestry universities’ urban planning (FUUP) needs the background of landscape architecture to build a reasonable teaching quality guarantee system (TQGS).We can learn from the ideas of complete process,comprehensive and all participation in total quality management (TQM) and the ideas of systematization,standardization,documentation in ISO9000 quality management system of teaching to highlight its own characteristics and improve the viability of forestry universities’ urban planning and training excellent planning professionals.
Abstract:The increase enrollment and expansion in urban planning of local colleges and universities add the difficulties in the cooperation among production,learning and research in the urban planning discipline.Besides to standardize the level of running urban planning discipline,the essential ways to cultivate the qualified professionals for the local colleges and universities are to get the supports from the local governments in policies,finance and projects,to perform the intermediary service function of urban planning fellowship,to take use of the schoolrun enterprises or theirs cooperative office with other enterprises outside school,and to build the teaching practice platform in urban planning.

Abstract:The reform of the teaching mode on the major of building environment and equipment engineering has a close relationship with the development of higher education and economics of our country.In this paper,some data about the talents,such as the employment status of BE&EE in Harbin Institute of Technology in recent years and the demand for talents of part of large design & construction companies in Harbin as well as some main recruitment websites,were investigated and analyzed.The results show that the culture of the innovative engineers requires strengthening the practicality link in the teaching plan,promoting the ability of engineering practice and intensifying the operating ability as well as the projectbased training.
Abstract:Based on the comparative analysis on the undergraduate program for specialty in materials engineering in the two universities at home and abroad,the courses design planning and some courses characteristic were discussed.Mode of cultivating innovative students and applicationoriented students were also discussed with comparing the differences at the education procedure.Scientific and reasonable basic courses in general education and major courses in specialty are considered to be fundamental for training innovative students and applicationoriented students.It is pointed out that cultivating of students with innovative and qualified ability are contributed to scientific collaborations with reasonable courses planning,hardware and facilitates,courses management and interactions between lecturers and students at class.

Abstract:Urban comprehensive planning is one of the core courses in urban planning programs.This subject aims at developing student’s skills for dealing with complex factors using various methods in urban comprehensive planning.Urban planning requires the processes of many urban factors,which need integrative analysis and research.Considering these features of urban comprehensive planning and making effective teaching in urban comprehensive planning,this paper analyzes urban comprehensive planning education in China,summarizes the practical experiences,and discusses deeply the methods of urban comprehensive planning.The results show that the choice of the theme,the structure design of the knowledge and the teaching method affect teaching outcomes mostly.These findings suggest that new methods such as case study,classroom discussion,and design report and presentation and posters may play an important role in perfecting student’s knowledge structure.We should train the integrating skills during the comprehensive planning course.

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation that different course sequences and teaching arrangements of computer graphics exist in civil engineering specialty in our country’s applicationoriented undergraduate colleges,this paper researched the teaching effects of different course sequences and teaching arrangements on computer graphics by teaching experiments to 319 “the second batch of undergraduates” and “the third batch of undergraduates” from nine experimental classes,and evaluating the above teaching experiment results from quantitative course scores and qualitative surveys.Results show that the teaching effect of computer graphics and descriptive geometry and civil engineering drawing followingup method is well better than simultaneous method; when teaching computer graphics to applicationoriented undergraduates,the method of teaching and studentdrawing at the same time is not as good as the method of teaching firstly and then studentdrawing; the computer graphics learning effect of “the second batch of undergraduates” is generally better than that of “the third batch of undergraduate” whose learning polarization should be paid attention to by teachers.

Abstract:The traditional examination method,which usually determines a student’s quality by only one special examination,cannot meet the need of contemporary education of urban planning which pursues overall quality and creativity.After analyzing the disadvantages of traditional examination method briefly,based on the examination principle of “examination in the course of learning,and learning in the course of examination”,a mutual promotionofexaminationandlearning examination method is proposed.Subsequently,the new method’s purpose,implementation principles,and mathematical models are detailed.And taking urban planning course as an example,how this method,especially its mathematical models,should be used is shown.Finally,advantages of this new examination method are pointed out.
Abstract:With a sample of 13 course scores of 114 students majored in civil engineering, statically analysis such as normality test,linear correlation analysis and principal component analysis was applied via SAS system. It was held that structural mechanics,concrete structure design and higer mathematics are the most important courses for civil engineering majored students.Improved recommendations for civil engineering education were also proposed.

Abstract:A plan named “Seclusion & Park” won the first prize in the Third Zhejiang University Students Architectural Design Competition.The plan selected the “corner of waste land” in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.Through the use of underground building ,roofing landscape system,ventilation tower,the plan creatively provided a userfriendly,healthy and ecological home for architects.It improved the former street park land,enhanced the landscape value of the land furthermore.The design reflects a design concept that the architecture students are likely to neglect: finding problems,analyzing problems; solving problems; a means to solve the problem must be as simple as possible.The design concept is instructive to the immediate teaching of architecture.Real creativity can be excited based on this design concept.
