    Abstract:
    Globalization is a kind of historical trend of human society development. On one hand, in order to deal with the challenge of globalization and inherit the excellent regional culture, on the other hand, to avoid the education homogeneous problem with the rapid increase of the number of Chinese architectural colleges, the combination of regional features and teaching should be a trend in architecture history course. The paper analyzed the concept of regional features briefly, explained the necessity and basic conditions of expressing regional features, discussed some questions about architecture history teaching, and proposed several strategies in expressing regional features of architecture history teaching.

    Abstract:
    The rapid social and economic development put forward higher diversity demands on the higher education. Consequently, it is urgent that the universities are supposed to take effective measures to deepen their reforms in teaching, improve the capacity and level of talent training by adjusting teaching contents and updating teaching methods. However, due to some historical factors, the teaching reform of universities has been confronted with many difficulties and problems. To enhance the innovative capacity of universities and develop a number of graduates of high-quality, we must overcome problems in the teaching reform. Therefore, finding the main problems and obstacles existing in the teaching reform of universities can break the old patterns of teaching methods and clarify the direction of higher education reform.

    Abstract:
    The meaning of characteristic application-oriented talents of urban planning (CAOTUP) is discussed, and the teaching purpose of urban planning theory course is analyzed. The teaching content reforms enhanced practice and advanced knowledge in this course is researched. Two new methods, planning project experiencing and combination of writing on blackboard with multimedia showing, are introduced in this paper. The importance of case teaching method and project comment is emphasized. Practice teaching result shows that the students, through the reform of urban planning theory course, can improve their theory knowledge learning efficiency and engineering practice ability, so good cultivation foundation of CAOTUP is established.

The paper researched on the development status of network teaching platforms, pointed out that the colleges should construct surveying teaching platform on the internet of campus for non-surveying specialty undergraduates to assist surveying classroom teaching, discussed general functions of network teaching platform and disciplinary characteristics functions represented by network experiment. Through studying the silicate structural chemistry containing silica minerals of H+ related chemical structure, it can be found that the H+ ions in mineral can be structured with the O2- ions formatting (OH)- ion or H2O water molecules, which make a possible to change classification method of mineral structural chemistry. Referring to Professor Friedrich Libau’s classification method, structural chemistry of all silicate minerals containing H+ ion is classified.

    Discourse reading teaching is an important element in teaching business English reading. Since business reading covers a wide range of professional business English, students find it difficult to understand even though they might have a good command of English. Basic knowledge of business, knowledge of business discourse and reading strategies are required to facilitate the reading comprehension. This paper proposes the use of mind map in teaching business English discourse reading to improve students’ reading strategies and comprehension in business English. Before reading, mind map is adopted to clearly display the required background information to complement or stimulate students’ existing schemata; during reading, mind map is a scaffold to guide them in reading with discourse strategies, such as selecting the key information, finding the thread of the discourse and etc.

Free normal students pay more attention to the competency of five factors than other students; they have significant differences in the innovation, enterprising and a number of specific terms. The study also found several important problems that the students hoped gain respect and equal treatment.

    Abstract:
    Personnel agency, talent dispatch and other new management system have been carried out five years in Chongqing Universities. According to the principles of human resources management and organizational behavior, this paper analyzed the status and problems in the implementation process of the new personnel system by questionnaire investigation, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
