Abstract:Aiming at the difficult problem of the ability culture of the architectural concept, the paper proposes to improve the ability of architectural concept from the two aspects of its epistemology and methodology. Through the analysis of the conceptive psychological process, the paper puts forward to raise awareness, to strengthen the accumulation and training for architectural concept from four process of its cognition, emotion, will and conception expression; by analyzing the characteristics of the conceptive consciousness, presents architectural concept to make comprehensive use conscious and unconscious, continuous access to information materials and enrich the information base, good inspiration and freehand sketching, and strive to design with originality and ingenuity. The key to improve the design ability is the systematic understanding of the architectural concept and the accumulation and exercise for all conceptive process.

Abstract:Nowadays, China is in an important period of strategic opportunities for a new round of development. Urban-rural planning, the basis and blueprints for the development of urban and rural construction, is playing increasingly essential role. Also, the technical methods, policy specification as well as demands for talent of urban-rural planning should keep pace with times due to the characteristics of this subject, including integration, practicing and policy. Abstract:Revision of undergraduate talents training scheme of civil engineering of 2009 edition has been started up in Heilongjiang University. To ensure the rational and scientific of the revision in civil engineering training program, our college carried out an investigation to four well-known universities including Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southeast University and Hohai University. Based on the teaching situation of our college in recent years, combining with the experience of survey and the deficiency in talents training scheme of civil engineering of 2009 edition, rationalization proposals for the revision of talents training of civil engineering of Heilongjiang University are put forward in the paper, and the implementation of new talents training scheme is discussed.

Abstract:With the aim of addressing the issues for construction of engineering cost, such as shorting of faculty, different setting up standards of special course philosophy, we present the thoughts of construction of teaching team based on comprehensive accomplishment, as well as the framework of curriculum system based on the whole life cycle of the engineering cost with the background of large civil engineering. Abstract:In order to effectively cultivate high quality innovative talents in metallurgy engineering specialty, the paper explored and researched on the undergraduate courses teaching of metallurgical engineering specialty. Stimulating system on preview before class and activating classroom atmosphere method were proposed, teaching method of theory combining with practice was applied, laboratory equipments were self-designed for experimental teaching in professional courses. Abstract:Through the introduction of the experience of foreign civil engineering materials experiment teaching and combining with the characteristics of our own experimental teaching, the improvement of civil engineering materials experimental teaching has been studied. Abstract:In recent years, Flipped Classroom Mode (FCM) is becoming the reform of teaching mode increasingly. Whether FCM has feasibility in the implementation of the new round teaching reform attracts widespread attention in domestic and abroad. Through analyzing the main characteristic of FCM and high education characters in China, the implementation of FCM teaching reform in concrete structures course of civil engineering major is analyzed. Based on this, the conception of student’s elective shunt, full FCM, partial FCM and mixed FCM are proposed. The preliminary mixed FCM design of the main chapters of concrete structure course is described. This paper can be used as a reference for the domestic and foreign colleges and universities implementation of FCM.

Abstract:Building environment is the only one of core basic courses which shows differences of the major of built environment and energy application engineering with other majors. According to features and characteristics of built environment, while considering real conditions of student numbers, teaching arrangement and objectives among universities, two aspects of teaching practices are presented. The link of building environment and the other courses is analyzed and emphasized. Not only avoiding teaching contents repeated but also adding extended knowledge are suggested. It is an effective way for encouraging students active thinking to arrange field testing and discussing in classrooms. A good teaching effect can be achieved by connecting the text with actual living phenomena and engineering application.

Abstract:The experiments of traffic engineering have many shortcomings, such as systematic lack, non-flexibility of the experimental contents and methods and so on. Abstract:Graduation design is not only the final step of architectural undergraduate education, but also the important stage which could considerably improve students’ comprehensive ability. Through reconfiguring and optimizing the teaching of graduation design, this research mainly focuses on the development demands and comprehensive ability of graduation students, and trying to find a graduation design teaching mode including interdisciplinary collaboration, research and teaching, in order to meet the requirement of students’ diversified post-graduation career and comprehensive ability improvement, and effectively support the current graduation teaching system. Abstract:Considering geotechnical engineering in practice, as well as the non-perspective and complex features of the occurrence environment of rock mass, a practical teaching platform based on virtual reality and numerical simulation technology is proposed. Based on the typical geotechnical engineering structure - deep underground tunnels, the platform in teaching practice is introduced. It is shown that the proposed platform in this study enhances the traditional teaching mode. The students learn and perceive the actual engineering structure in a safe and virtual environment easily. The students’ interest in learning is stimulated, their practical ability and creative thinking ability are trained. The students’ capacity solved the practical engineering problems in the real environment is improved.

Abstract:A digital teaching platform for rock underground engineering was constructed using Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua (FLAC) and Mathematica software. Through FLAC modeling, the stress redistribution in surrounding rock after tunneling can be directly perceived, and the principle of the primary supporting of New Austrian Tunnelling Method can be explained visually. Through visually processing the theoretical formula for underground engineering using Mathematica, the influence of rock mechanical parameters on the stress redistribution can be understood easily. The results are important for undergraduates to enhance the interests in learning, improve the understanding of the theory, and develop the knowledge of numerical analysis.

Abstract:According to biblio-metrological method, the nearly ten years (2003—2012) of science popularization papers which were published in Science & Technology Review are analyzed. This paper clarifies the source of statistical objects, reveals the distribution and regional units of the first authors, as well as the international influence of the journal. Analyzed the status of the science popularization articles and cited literatures of the core author groups. The results are shown that the papers are highly concentrated in the interior and related system unit, the first authors of science popularization papers are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Henan, Hubei province, and Beijing takes the first lead. Science & Technology Review has leverage in the word, but a low degree of internationalization. The citation frequency of cited literatures of the core author groups distributes as power function distribution. The low yield of author group is large, and the author group is not yet mature. Finally, combined with the analysis of the authors, investigates the characteristics of science popularization papers and the existential problems, and the reasonable suggestions are given, hoping to provide reference for further improving the journal science communication and academic influence.

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established accordingly is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and mutual complement system, has strong practicability and maneuverability, with the features of clear results and comprehensive system, can better solve the fuzzy, difficult to quantify problem, some extent eliminates valuator’s subjectivity, to provide a more objective basis for the evaluation on the college striving for excellence campaign effect.

Abstract:The campus is the space foundation of teaching, research and daily life for the teachers and students. The space management is an important material foundation of university campus management and an important part of the environment education. With the campus commercialization and personnel complication, putting the spirit of place into the management of the campus space and establishing the spirit of place management system based on the campus space can help the manager of the campus to strengthen their subject consciousness and shape the spirit of the campus space. It is helpful to enhance the recognition of the campus space and a sense of belonging. This will make the university play the environmental education function better.
