    Abstract:
    The characteristics of Sino-French cooperation program of civil engineering are mainly manifested in two aspects:the students start from scratch to intensively learn French language and the introduced courses are taught in French by French side. Based on the problems and experience, a series of improving measures were explored and practiced, such as promoting teaching plan, improving teaching quality of introduced courses, constructing international teaching team, stressing orientation education, building up the French culture atmosphere and strengthening program management, etc.. The program is now progressing smoothly and has successful results.

    Abstract:
    The reformprocess of undergraduate talentcultivation for applied profession has lost symptoms that focus on form and scorn contents, focus on reform and scorn quality, focus on output and scorn rules; it shows concretely on the debate between tool people and rational people and making the training goal lost; it focus on the exploration the teaching reform and ignore the teaching quality monitoring, and make teaching quality lose; the training mode of convergence between different universities and their professions, and it lack of innovation degree; it lack of proper teaching materials and resources materials, what's more, it also lost in the aim of education. The basic reason why it lost is educational ideas in traditional culture fall behind, the government intervene too much, autonomy in running a university is too small, too little contact with the society and the impetuous and utilitarian atmosphere erodes the "educational soul". This paper study how to regain the developmental idea of higher education, and the regression to the origin of education; we should consider students the point of departure and strengthen the innovation of teaching mode and teaching quality monitoring; we should reform the constructing mode of teaching body, and establish the promoting system of teachers' actual application ability; we also should strengthen the cooperation between different colleges and universities, and realize various kinds of professional cooperation strategy.

    Abstract:
    In order to improve the training problems of civil engineering undergraduate students of spring enrollments, this paper compares spring college entrance examination with that of summer, analyzes the differences of students source, subjects of entrance examination, implementation effects, and points out the developmental difference of spring college entrance examination in Shandong and other provinces. Problems should be solved in order to better develop civil engineering students, which is the basis of mathematics and physics knowledge, orientation of training mode and major field. Countermeasures are proposed, such as applied talents is determined as the goal of talent training, formulate special training plan, intensify practical teaching, adjust teaching contents and methods and help students with transition from secondary vocational education to higher education.

    Abstract:
    According to the characteristics of landscape architecture discipline in Guangxi University, the undergraduate education plan of landscape architecture specialty has been devised. In this education plan, the compound and applied talent training mode (PEDES) of five skills are proposed, the course system of five modules are constructed, the practice teaching methods of college-enterprise cooperation are strengthened, the number courses and curriculum time sequence are optimized. Moreover, the graduate credit, practice security, innovation credits acquisition and professional competency assessment are also discussed.

    Abstract:
    Graduate summer school is an effective higher quality education resources shared form of Chinese universities. In order to have a good summer school, it must make full use of good quality education resources of graduate students schools to form the best school brand. Together with the discipline advantage, then effectively promote exchanges and cooperation in graduate education, and maximize the use of educational resources. This paper gives the conclusion of the experience of the five summer schools, which are held by Southeast University from 2010 to 2014. Some suggestions on the practice of graduate summer school are also proposed.

    Abstract:
    Nowadays technology exchange becomes increasingly frequent, the skill of English for specific purpose is crucial for obtaining and utilizing the new science and technology and therefore making contribution to innovation of science and technology. From the aspect of "learning for the practical usage" in civil engineering discipline, the teaching practice of how to apply the knowledge of English for specific purpose to practical usage is discussed. In the stage of learning, students learn English expressions of professional knowledge including vocabulary, statement and linguistic style with their professional background. In the stage of practice, students are able to absorb the advanced scientific and technological achievements through English journal papers, seminars and international conferences, furthermore, write their own English papers, give presentations and speak in international conferences.

    Abstract:
    As a new teaching method, the flipped classroom is concerned by domestic and foreign researchers, there are many achievements of the flipped classroom teaching method and the teaching strategy. But the flipped classroom teaching evaluation system and evaluation method is not still mature. Teaching evaluation is the key to promote effectively the implementation of flipped classroom. Therefore, combined with the requirements of the university teaching evaluation and the characteristics of the flipped classroom, this paper summarizes the research results of domestic flipped classroom teaching evaluation, and analyzes current situation of the flipped classroom teaching evaluation system according to three aspects which include the special evaluation of flipped classroom, teaching evaluation index system construction and teaching evaluation index weight setting. This paper provides a theoretical reference for the research and construction of the teaching evaluation system of the flipped classroom.

    Abstract:
    The shortcomings consisting in the traditional steel structure course teaching method and the course design are analyzed, the concept to integrate the course design of the steel structure with it's unit test is put forwarded, and the concrete implementation scheme of "each person to do different topic" is given. The scheme has the characteristics of flipped the classroom, and it conform to the characteristics of constructivism learning theory. The practice indicates, to use the scheme, the students can grasp the knowledge system of the course as a whole, and they can understand the knowledge of each chapter and section can solve the practical problems, so their learning goals is clearer, their learning initiative is higher. In the meantime, the student's independent thinking ability to analyze and solve practical problems is effectively cultivated, the cultivation qualities of the students is improved.

    As a core course of the civil engineering specialty, the fundamentals of structure design course plays an important role in the curriculum system. The course helps the students to build the basic concepts of structure design, and to master the design method of fundamental structure components. The textbook is important to the teaching and learning, and even critical to the teaching effectiveness. On the basis of teaching practice, the current situations of the course are discussed and some advice are proposed for the edition of high quality textbook.     "Program for Educating and Training Excellence Engineers" is a critical reform measures for engineering education in China. As an applied and practical discipline, rock mechanics is a typical cross-industry course. At present, there exist such problems as despising basic concepts, chaos standards, slighting engineering capability in teaching process of rock mechanics. A teaching reform scheme is put forward based on teaching practice of civil engineering, including specific measures such as modularizing teaching contents, thinking highly of basic concepts, cooperating with coal mines and so on. These teaching innovations achieve a good effect, so they are of guiding significance for other similar major courses in civil engineering.

    The reciprocal teaching mode for bridge engineering is proposed for bridge engineering course based on the main problems in the teaching, in order to improve current bridge engineering teaching methods at colleges and universities, and to improve the students' motivation to learn, and accordingly to enhance cultivation quality of undergraduates of civil engineering majors. The specific implementation measures for bridge engineering course reciprocal teaching is expatiated at four aspects, such as improving students' initiative, theoretical knowledge visualization, binding of teaching and academic competition, and real-time evaluation of teaching. The application of reciprocal teaching mode in bridge engineering course is expected to increase the teacher-student interaction for the course, and deepen students' understanding of the expertise, and therefore enhance the quality of teaching for the bridge engineering course.

    Abstract:
    To make up for the current lack of practical part in the course of Soil Mechanics, based on the previous finite element code developed by the author, we add three new calculation modules so that the new software covers all the typical topics including the plate loading test, triaxial tests,constant seepage,simple slope stability and pressure on retaining wall earth. In addition, in order to improve the ease of use of the developed code, the summary of corresponding soil mechanical theories, the implementation of finite element method, the physical meaning of required calculating parameters and their range in practice are added into each computing module. The new code has a complete coverage of basics in soil mechanics and has good abilities of fault tolerance and ease of use. The software developed in this study enriches the practical teaching resources for soil mechanics and stimulates the learning interest and ability of undergraduate students.

    In this paper, a new engineering practical teaching platform was developed based on virtual panoramic technology. The site condition and environment of airfield pavement, which was used to be not accessible for most of the students, was reconstructed on the computer screen in the classroom by using of high precision acquisition of image and reestablishment of observation angle. The learning experience of engineering practice was remarkably improved, while the level of student's participation in teaching and interaction with teachers were also enhanced. In this way, the students can acquire a systematical and complete understanding of the formation of pavement structure damage and rehabilitation process. The APP of practical teaching platform can run on any smartphone. The panoramic experience and exhibition effect were remarkable improved, according to the learning habit of students. The share and propagation of learning content became more convenient and easy, which was proved to be useful in stimulating leaning interest and enhancing the engineering application ability.

    Urban and rural planning management and regulations is one of the professional core courses in the urban and rural planning. Due to the complex and abstract course content and widely used in the traditional teaching force-feeding teaching method with teachers as the main body of the class, which makes students interest in learning of this course is low, learning effect is poor and the management knowledge and management thinking and management ability of students has not been trained well. To meet the new trend of students learning and communication in the information age, we try to use the multi-dimensional interactive teaching system constructed based on network teaching platform in teaching. The teaching system runs through three teaching links, classroom before class and after class, to improve the students' participation as a starting point, using self-study method, case study method, seminar, simulation and on-the-spot investigation and so on the many kinds of teaching methods, to give full play to students' subject position, which is not only improving the students' interest in learning, teaching knowledge better, also exercising the students' comprehensive abilities to analyze and solve problems, teamwork and oral expression.
