Abstract:In order to meet the demand of civil engineering talents in society and businesses, training applied talents of vocational ability, this article taking the inspection evaluation training as an example explores the training method of the application of senior engineering and technical personnel. Abstract:In order to solve the problems in the actual employment of water supply and drainage engineering and the existing cultivating patterns of school-enterprise cooperation, the cultivating patterns of technical applied type for water supply and drainage engineering based on school-enterprise cooperation was put forward. The cultivating patterns was based on the premise of the school-enterprise cooperation, and the goal was to cultivate high-quality technical talents. The establishment of talents training mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, including the construction of work organization and management system, the reform of curriculum system, teaching methods and content, teachers structure and talent-training model, the construct of diversified platforms, and the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system in the cultivating patterns were discussed.

Abstract:To meet the development trend of higher education abroad, Nanjing University calls for the "inverted classroom" teaching reform campaign in recent years. Abstract:Aimed at the academic misconducts highlighted gradually in the national postgraduate students' education in recent years, questionnaire paper was taken in China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) for the academic misconducts existed in the scholarship assessment. Two types of contents were designed, intentional and unintentional academic dishonesty. By analyzing the survey data of CUMT and other universities, the formation mechanism of postgraduate academic misconducts was explored. The results indicated that negative information temptations in the society, loopholes in the school management, irresponsibility of some teachers and the quick success thought of some students were the four main factors. Consequently, the evasion methods were provided on education and management of postgraduate: strengthening the construction of social credit system, establishing a standardized graduate student academic and academic evaluation mechanism, optimizing the graduate supervisor team and educating the postgraduate overall development. The achievements can provide inference to the postgraduate education in other universities or high schools.

Abstract:Curriculum system construction measures are put forward on the basis of summarizing problems in teaching of engineering geology, which will highlight the research progress of civil engineering construction requirements of the national infrastructure, and can promote the construction of the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Curriculum system construction is including construction of teaching textbook and teaching content optimization. The former is to rewrite engineering geology, which can reflect the features of airport prospecting and application of remote sensing test technology. Abstract:Engineering structures and the related design course are important basic courses for engineering management major. The contents of courses are heavy while the teaching hours are limited, yet the class number is usually large and the fundamentals of mechanics are weak for engineering management undergraduates. These raise challenges for the teaching of engineering structures. A process-oriented teaching method is presented that closely combine the design practice with the course study. A creative design project, small yet complete in term of design principles, is assigned to help students solidify the old knowledge while preparing for the new. It not only help student to develop the problem solving ability, but also lower down the study difficulties and timely master the knowledge. This teaching method overcomes the limitation of class number for the structure design course compared to the traditional teaching method. It is applicable to big class of Engineering Management undergraduates with weak fundamentals of mechanics.

Abstract:Civil engineering is a relatively traditional discipline which mainly contains mathematical, mechanical and structural courses. Teaching practice for extended thoughts training was carried out during courses to achieve comprehensive application of learned knowledge. The paper takes dynamic response of single degree of freedom (SDOF) system, which is common in structures, as an example. This section is the basic content in structural dynamics and seismic design courses. Dynamic equation of SDOF system can be simplified into a second order differential equation. In general case the damping ratio is less than 0.2 and dynamic response of structures can be usually decreased by increasing damping ratio. Extended thoughts training was carried out during teaching process based on this general assumption. During courses, teaching assistant guided students to raise questions, refer to literature and solve problems. The paper discusses the change of structural responses in small damping ratio cases and analyses the relationship between damping ratios and structural responses in critical damping and over damping cases to assist students establish correct understandings of the influence of damping in the dynamic responses of structures.

Abstract:The objectives of this study were to explore the scientific mode for research activities efficiently feedback teaching. Abstract:The cognitive method is a very practical method of mental training, in order to verify the dynamic method to study the effect of teaching swimming and the action of the memory effect, this experimental method and survey method and other methods of analysis. The results showed that cognitive methods can reveal the essence of motion rules of control of acceleration technology, improve efficiency of movement and learning skills; cognitive method can stimulate the thinking of the students, breaking the traditional teaching of the shackles of divergent thinking on the brain, improve memory effect; Intentional forgetting law teaching for knowledge, students rate lower than the control group 12.9%, much higher than the effect of reproduction on the traditional teaching (P<0.01), is conducive to keeping the memory of students, help students cultivate lifetime sports in the sense and establishment of lifetime sports training effect.

Abstract:Taking the teaching method of graduation design course of civil engineering specialty as a case study, new problems aroused in the teaching method of this process were presented. To solve these problems and to ensure teaching quality, change the step-by-step guidance to asking students to give lectures on the relevant different aspects of knowledge as the graduation design goes on. These lectures given by students should be address to all other students within the same group and teachers. Thus requires students to have a thorough review of the knowledge in the design process. Abstract:Civil engineering materials experiment is the important link to master knowledge of civil engineering materials. Taking cement concrete anti-permeability test for example, optimizing and innovating the traditional cement concrete anti-permeability instrument and the test itself, creatively puts forward the development thinking, technical route and experiment mechanism of new cement concrete anti-permeability instrument. Analysis shows that new cement concrete anti-permeability instrument and its test, under the premise of keeping anti-permeability instrument test mechanism unchanged, creatively proposes appropriate increase of concrete specimen size, pre-embedded press-leading tube internally, etc key measures, avoiding seal procedure of the existing anti-permeability instrument cleverly. Moreover, the subsequent comparative tests and theoretical analysis are worth looking forward to. And technical route will be also prudently carried forward. Test and development scheme cover innovation characteristics obviously. Research achievement provides important references for civil engineering materials experiment and innovation,as well as other civil engineering courses, and provides lessons for civil engineering materials teaching and other courses teaching. Abstract:Participatory teaching method is advocated by China Education Ministry to cultivate innovative talents in the future,and its exploration in the practice course of pollution investigation is beneficial to teaching reform in environmental engineering. The implementation process of participatory teaching method in municipal sewage treatment plant was divided into four stages: analysis stage, forming program stage, implementation and monitoring program stage and evaluation and feedback program stage. Abstract:In this paper, the problem-based learning(PBL) method was applied in the teaching reform of finite element analysis course of engineering by taking the classical cantilever beam structure as a sample. The independent exploration spirit of students was encouraged, while the teacher was released from the heavy work of lecture and demonstration. In order to achieve the goal of knowledge integration, a series of research problems and open modeling approaches were presented and suggested in sequence, which helped to break the limits of knowledge between different chapters. The teaching program and evaluation criterion were also improved and modified according to the educational feature of graduate student. Practical teaching results indicated that the PBL method can be suitable for students with different learning abilities, which was beneficial to relieve the pressure of class hour distribution. The in-class communication and learning environment were also promoted in this way, which was in good accordance with the training requirement of scientific research capacity of graduate students.

Abstract:With the implementation of B&R and walking out strategies, the overseas civil engineering market share of our engineering contractors are increasing gradually, and the quantity demanded of international civil engineering talents who have the ability to manage international engineering are raising step by step. Considering the major characteristics, drawbacks in teaching and the objective reality of lacking field practices, based on the teaching practices in international class of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, this paper puts forward a building conception of international network teaching platform taking advantage of university-enterprise cooperation. Through sufficient analysis of requirements of users, the characteristics, structures, functions and resource types of network teaching platform were discussed. Abstract:With the school belonging in multi-campus university as the research direction and the students in South China University of Technology as its main research target, through questionnaire and other survey methods, the paper explores the structure of school belonging, and analyses the state of school belonging of different school districts. Based on that, the influence factors and mechanism of action are researched. Through the results of quantitative analysis, it discusses how a multi-campus university shall enhance students' school belonging.

Abstract:Leader traits are the complex of the relatively stable and continuous individual characteristics which perform in different situations.Based on the questionnaire survey on 565 ‘90s’students in college, the results showed as following:‘90s’students in college expect their future direct manager is equipped with two leader traits including ability and personality traits, and they do not show any significant difference in the preference(p>0.05); different ‘90s’college students show the same preference in the expectations of the future managers' leader traits;compared with the other traits,‘90s’students in college put more emphasis on the future manager's ability in culturing subordinates;‘90s’students in college prefer the future managers who are more amiable; now, the direct managers' leader traits can not satisfy‘90s’college students' expectations and their expectations are higher(p<0.05. According to the results, this article based on the subordinate's expectations put forward some suggestions for better managing ‘90s’college employees.

Abstract:Carrying out in a deep-going way undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure of serving national innovation development strategy, adapting to the economic development of the new normal state, strengthening the connotation construction of colleges and universities and promoting college students to become a moral and useful person. This text analyses emphatically the main problems, dissects the reason and puts forward a proposal of building multi-level, three-dimensional and comprehensive "333" undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education system on the basis of full understanding of the importance of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education.
