Abstract:In order to actively respond to a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, support a series of national strategies such as service innovation-driven development, the ministry of education actively promotes the construction of "emerging engineering education". Compared with the construction idea of"emerging engineering education", currently, education of architecture in local colleges and universities has the following major deficiencies. The major is independent and the talent export is single; The training mechanism lags behind and the industry adaptability is low; School positioning is similar, the service place is insufficient. Taking architecture major of Hebei University of Technology as a case study, this paper proposes solutions in breaking down professional barriers, building a "big design" platform, making use of social resources, strengthening the integration of production and education, positioning scientific education, serving local construction and other aspects, so as to provide reference for similar colleges to carry out "emerging engineering education" research and practice. Abstract:The necessity and urgency of promoting the construction and development of civil engineering with the concept of "emerging engineering education" were pointed out in this paper. With the transformation of management mode, the construction of "emerging engineering education", the accreditation system of engineering education and the development of the discipline, as well as the talent training in the new era were analyzed. The traditional teaching concept of talents training focuses more on theory than practice. It should be changed for the construction and reform of civil engineering. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers should be strengthened, and the school-enterprise cooperation is actively expanded. Abstract:The combination of general education and professional education is suitable for the basic national conditions of higher education in China. In order to explore the combination mode of general education and civil engineering education, the future development trend of civil engineering was firstly introduced, and professional capabilities of future civil engineers and training points were also discussed. Subsequently, some teaching reforms conducted by Chongqing Jiaotong University were introduced, such as curriculum reform based on the return to engineering teaching concept, duties of academic instructors, graduation design reform for practical engineering, and extracurricular practice activities.

Abstract:Based on the definition of innovation and entrepreneurship education by many scholars, proposed that innovation and entrepreneurship education need innovation, education, universality, integration, progressiveness and closure, emphasized that colleges and universities must recognize that the essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is education, talents training and practice. With student-oriented, combining the needs of enterprises, from the top level design, talent training programs, teachers, learning conditions, and practice of the entire teaching link,implement double creation education. Abstract:Based on the current situation of the lack of non-professional professional competence training in architectural teaching, this paper investigates the outstanding alumni of architectural specialty in Hefei University of Technology, aiming at clarifying what non-professional professional competence is essential for the development of architectural students. In the first stage of the investigation, 150 outstanding in-service alumni of Hefei University of Technology were selected from the alumni database and questionnaires were conducted. On the basis of the feedback data, several elements of non-professional professional competence which had a greater impact on students of architecture were extracted. In the second stage, 20 core subjects were selected from 150 outstanding alumni, and questions were designed to conduct targeted interviews, from which the key elements of architectural non-professional professional competence were extracted:personal expression and interpersonal communication ability, innovation ability, self-learning ability and career planning ability. After communicating with architectural educators, synthesizing alumni's opinions and referring to the existing educational model of architectural specialty, this paper puts forward the possible ways to cultivate non-professional vocational competence elements in school education. Finally, from the perspective of professional education, some suggestions are put forward on the current undergraduate teaching arrangement of architecture specialty and the use of alumni resources to assist the future development of architecture students.

Abstract:"Building services systems" is one of required building technology courses in all architectural schools in China. This course involves a lot of interdisciplinary theories and knowledge. In addition, the traditional design of this course in China has a little connection with architectural design. As a result, it is well-know that architectural students would like to ignore this course. To meet the development trend of higher education abroad, Nanjing University calls for the "inverted classroom" teaching reform campaign in recent years. This paper outlines teaching format, assignment scheme, and evaluation methods of the course, discusses problems of using the inverted classroom in order to set up the teaching mode with leading, open, bi-directional of architectural specialty.

Abstract:Fluid mechanics is a major course of the most students in engineering specialty. Computational fluid dynamics software is an important tool in the study of fluid mechanics science and engineering. Firstly, the necessity of adding the contents of computational dynamics to undergraduate learning is discussed. Secondly, the feasibility of adding the contents of computational dynamics to undergraduate learning is discussed in the theoretical basis, teaching conditions, class hours, teaching content and class hour allocation and assessment methods. Finally, the preliminary attempt has carried in the teaching process in order to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, to improve the quality of teaching. The results show that the students' interest was stimulated, the understanding of basic theory was deepened and the teaching effect was improved after adding the contents of computational fluid dynamics to undergraduate learning. Compared with the past, the students' final average score has improved. The new ways of teaching reform about this curriculum are put forward in this paper on the basis of in-depth research and analysis of the main problems existing in the teaching practice.

Abstract:Based on the concept of engineering education professional certification, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the existing problems of course design of building engineering of Tongji University, and the virtual-real combination teaching mode is put forward adapted to the course design, therefore it can make up for the inadequacy of real class, and help students get results quickly. The practice shows that the virtual class and the real class can complement each other, the teaching method is flexible and diverse, and it can improve the teaching quality effectively.

Abstract:By investigating laboratories of some art and architecture design universities including Tsinghua University and Tongji University, and discussing the teaching research with more than 30 colleges and universities in western China, the characteristics of the construction and practice of the experimental teaching system are analyzed comprehensively. Combining the actual situation of regional development in western region, we make recommendations for explore the features of experimental teaching of design, such as experiment teaching target localization, experimental projects being flexible and innovative, setting up the experimental teaching service team reasonably, optimizing the experiment appraisal system, creating "green lab", expanding external communication, and the opening of general courses.

Abstract:The transformation of local colleges to application-oriented colleges is a systematic project. The graduation design as an important part of teaching should be reformed accordingly. Taking Xuchang College as an example, firstly, the five urgent problems in civil engineering graduation design of applied universities were analyzed, these problems were referred to teaching management and teacher construction, respectively. Secondly, the corresponding reform measures were put forward. Finally, this paper introduces the reform and practical experiences of the 2017 and 2018 civil engineering graduation design of Xuchang College. The research results have the same guiding effect on the graduation design of other engineering majors in applied undergraduate colleges.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in graduation design of geotechnical engineering specialty, the concept of CDIO was introduced; simultaneously, the initial reform and exploration for graduation design of geotechnical engineering in Ningbo University were conducted. Three parts of reform exploration content were proposed, such as tutor-led and graduates self-administered, teamwork graduation design participation,"dual tutor" system, which implemented a new mode of graduation design reform combined with theory and practice. Through the reform and exploration of this graduation design, the students' theoretical knowledge was reinforced, and the teamwork awareness, engineering accomplishment and practical ability for undergraduate were also trained.

Abstract:The ability of architectural quick design is one of the essential capabilities of architecture. It will play an important role in the entrance examination for postgraduates, job interviews, and professional qualification examinations. In addition to the curriculums of architectural design, training of architectural quick design also depends on integrated practical course. Inspired by the OBE concept and BOPPPS mode, this paper aims to explore the reform of integrated practical course of architectural quick design with the guidance of learning results. The teaching goal of architectural quick design was decomposed. The integrated goal of rapid design in the past is divided into two sub-goals:architectural design and performance scheme, which are trained respectively. The teaching process was redesigned, which is divided into eight segments, and the feedback nodes are reasonably arranged among them. The evaluation mechanism was improved, the comprehensive evaluation criteria is set. According to the redesigned teaching process, it could make a clearer target of each stage and get a clearer feedback of the learning results, so as to protect the learning enthusiasm and improve the teaching effect.

Abstract:According to the hierarchical demand of BIM talents for the enterprises, the paper completes multistage and gradient integration of BIM technology into the whole process of undergraduate cultivation in civil engineering under the condition that the existing teaching course system is not changed. Four-in-one teaching curriculum system of BIM education is established. Based on the characteristics of each course, the main knowledge points of BIM technology are integrated into the teaching of each specialized course. The students can find the appropriate training plan of BIM ability according to their own abilities, interests and future career plans. The integrating innovation of education, practice and service of BIM technology is realized through strengthening the comprehensive practice ability assessment of BIM project and graduation tracking.

Abstract:Based on current teaching status of field geological practice, the 3D panoramic technology is employed as an auxiliary tool to effectively conduct the field geological practice teaching combining with its characteristics and demanding. The real wild environments and geological phenomena can be reproduced by using high-resolution panoramic images. It provides the students a real learning experience which can actively mobilize their learning enthusiasm and effectively improve the quality of practice teaching, and explores a teaching mode combing the field geological practice and the 3D panoramic technology.

Abstract:In recent years, virtual reality technology has become increasingly mature and has gradually been applied in the field of education. In order to optimize the education mode and practice education reform, the article uses virtual reality technology to design and implement a bucket arch culture experiential teaching application for the famous ancient architecture Foguang Temple. The components of the bucket arch have the characteristics of high complexity and difficulty in distinguishing. Because of the immersive, interactive, and imaginative advantages of virtual reality, architectural students can participate in the process of bucket arch construction in the virtual environment. The results of student participation show that the bucket arch learning virtual reality platform is higher than the traditional learning mode in interest and knowledge retention. It reveals the effectiveness of virtual reality in the field of ancient architecture education and has positive significance for inheriting ancient Chinese architectural culture.

Abstract:The national higher education teaching achievement prizes is the highest award in the field of higher education and signifies the highest level of job of teaching of higher education in China. Abstract:With The Belt and Road Initiative, foreign cooperative education center of Universities in Jiangxi shifted to the cooperation with the countries along with "The Belt and Road", so the urgent need is to change the evaluation criteria for sino-foreign cooperative school. In this paper, the structural equation model is used to establish the influence paths of the various influencing factors of sino-foreign cooperative education and the weights of each influencing factors are obtained, thus obtaining a high level evaluation system of Chinese-foreign cooperative running schools and applying them to the universities in Jiangxi. Based on the analysis of factor analysis, the general influencing factors of the first 5 colleges were obtained, and the corresponding suggestions were given. Through the empirical analysis of 8 colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, the paper obtains the more important influential factors in the high level sino-foreign cooperative education, and provides a feasible method for improving the operation quality of the sino-foreign cooperative school project.
