    Abstract:
    The key point and foundation of the construction of first-class universities is discipline construction.     Abstract:
    Under the new international situation under the One Belt And One Road strategy and the requirements of the Double First-rate construction policy on discipline construction, the existing teaching contents and teaching methods of civil engineering specialty in China cannot adapt to the rapid development of the international competitiveness of civil engineering, and the requirements of the wide civil engineering on the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in the new era. Based on the development status of diversification and internationalization of modern civil engineering under the new situation, and the existing problems of narrow caliber in the education mode of civil engineering specialty at present, this study puts forward that after the subject structure is optimized, the civil engineering major should carry on the deepening reform to the curriculum construction, its curriculum content and the teaching way need to find the balance between the commonness and the individuality, set up the curriculum content, construct curriculum modules and expand international vision. Meanwhile, enriching teaching methods, developing quality education and improving the quality of teachers can improve the combination of general and specialized compound talent training mode and enhance the competitiveness of civil engineering professionals.

    Abstract:
    In the traditional application-oriented training of civil engineering professionals, the graduates are required to have solid professional skills and rigorous, conservative and accurate thinking habits. In the new era, the transformation needs of civil engineering industry put forward higher and higher requirements for graduates' innovative thinking ability. Thinking is the premise of innovation, and high-quality thinking is the basis of innovation achievements. Civil engineering students generally have strong thinking patterns and are difficult to recognize their own weaknesses. Improving their thinking habits is very important to improve their innovative ability. Based on the teaching practice of civil engineering innovation course offered by our university, this paper analyses the needs of innovative ability, explores the thinking characteristics of civil engineering students, and expounds the necessity of offering innovative thinking and innovative ability training courses. Combining with the teaching practice, the composition and significance of the teaching content of the course are explained and discussed.

    Abstract:
    The development of architecture education in contemporary China is unbalanced. Based on the concept of synergy development, the common progress of regional architectural education is the key to improve the level of national architectural education. Taking the development of architectural education in colleges and universities in Anhui province for the past 60 years as the research object, combined with the demand for talents training in Anhui, the concept of synergy development for local architecture education is put forward. It summarizes the reform and practice of the synergy development of architectural education in Anhui in recent years, and puts forward the prospect for future development, in order to give some enlightenment to the development of architectural professional education in underdeveloped areas.

    The paper takes Sichuan College of Architectural Technology as an example to explore the BIM innovative talents training issue in civil engineering management specialty. The results show that the realization of the goal to train BIM innovative talents depends on the multi-subject model operates well, collaborative platform support strongly, and BIM curriculum system implements smoothly. The paper proposes such suggestions:strengthen teachers by multi-channel, construct BIM platform, optimize curriculum and teaching mode, and rethink the relationship between teachers and students, share resources on multi-level.

    The new data environment has led to the new paradigm and research technology in the field of architecture and urban planning, and spatial quantitative analysis has become an important part of urban planning and design process.     Abstract:
    Foundation engineering is the core course for civil engineering undergraduate students. In the new era, basic engineering has been developed and applied to the fields such as ocean engineering, transportation engineering, energy and environmental protection. The traditional teaching content did not cover the new challenges in these areas. The paper explored the building of the foundation engineering course from the aspects of teaching content, teaching concept, teaching methods and assessment methods of the course, the main innovative measures are expanding the teaching content of foundation engineering to the ocean, transportation, energy and environmental protection, etc. and introducing the "scenario-stimulated teaching model" to fully mobilize the subjective initiative of students in the new era and improve students' participation in curriculum and engineering practice.     Abstract:
    Aiming at the reform demand of practical teaching in civil engineering, the teaching idea and course construction scheme of the whole course design of geotechnical engineering are put forward. The whole process of course design includes four modules, namely investigation of geotechnical engineering, excavation engineering, ground treatment, and pile foundation design. Meanwhile, the university-industry cooperation combined with practical project was established, and a comprehensive evaluation system of innovative and practical ability was built. Through the training of whole teaching process, the undergraduates can develop their skills of computing, analyzing and designing for typical geotechnical cases, improve the ability to apply knowledge wisely, and acquire the capability of design philosophy expression, communication, and corporation. Practice teaching has proved that the whole course design has achieved good results in the teaching process of course design, during which the students' learning and practice ability were improved.

    Abstract:
    The curriculum teaching reform based on international engineering education certification is a hot research issue. The curriculum reform of concrete structure course in our team under such background is introduced. "One syllabus, two practices" are the core contents of this reform, in which the reform of the curriculum syllabus is the foundation, and the reform and practice of the curriculum teaching content and teaching methods, curriculum assessment and evaluation methods are two important branches. With the methods of project-based learning (PBL) and micro teaching methods such as WeChat official account, WeChat mini program, micro-lesson promoted the teaching reform. The calculation method of course completion and the establishment of feedback system are established, and the continuous improvement of the curriculum is effectively realized. The measures of the teaching reform practice are coincident with the concept of the international engineering education certification, improves the international level of teaching.

    There are great differences between undergraduate teaching in China and the United States. Compared with the United States, the teaching system of Chinese management system can well supervise learning of student, and sufficient courses can make theoretical foundation of student more solid. However, the undergraduate teaching in China often emphasizes the content of knowledge itself, but pays less attention to the practice of theory, pays more attention to the imparting of knowledge than the cultivation of ability, which leads to the insufficiency of practical ability. Meanwhile, with the increasing enthusiasm for scientific research among college students, more and more undergraduates expect to participate in scientific research. Harbin Institute of Technology, relying on the advantages of scientific research, has set up an innovative course, which is welcomed by students greatly. Teaching practice has proved that innovation course not only provides young teachers with scientific research assistants, but also establishes a bridge between undergraduates and postgraduates, creates an innovative base for undergraduates to publish SCI academic papers, and opens a window for undergraduates to participate in international exchanges.

    Abstract:
    Course design of steel structures plays an important role in practical course of civil engineering specialty. Traditional evaluation methods for course design of steel structures are very subjective, and difficult to reflect the students' comprehensive ability. Therefore, a score assessment calculation method for course design of steel structures based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed by qualitatively analyzing the influencing factors which affect the course exercise of steel structures. Five first-level evaluation indicators and 17 secondary level evaluation indicators are presented, in addition a mathematical model for score assessment of course exercise of steel structures based on analytic hierarchy process is also built. The teaching practice indicates that this method is beneficial to mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative, and is conducive to promote the quality improvement of course design of steel structures.

    Abstract:
    Taking the BIM technology and application as target, this paper explored the content, steps and methods of ideological and political education in civil engineering specialty education. Through theoretical research and case analysis, the implementation plan of the ideological and political education was determined. Based on the results of comparative analysis, it was consider that the training objectives of the ideological and political education highly consistent with the graduation requirements of the professional engineering education. By the analysis of the goal of ideological and political education and the content of the curriculum, the ideological and political elements system of the curriculum was determined. By the construction of multi-dimensional teaching resources, a multi-integrated curriculum ideological and political teaching resource system based on the curriculum ideological and political teaching case database was constructed, and the concrete implementation of the teaching process were analyzed. A multi-dimensional and diversified evaluation system was established and it was used to assess the learning effect.

    The traditional theory teaching has been far from adapting to the requirement of students' practical ability in full-time engineering master's training. Case teaching method, as a kind of exploratory teaching model based on practical experience, has become an important way to train high level applied talents in vehicle engineering field. The construction of case library in vehicle engineering field effectively guarantees the teaching quality, improves studentsce, has become an important way to train high level andation for the application of case teaching method in vehicle engineering field. Through the construction of teaching cases in the field of vehicle engineering, the necessity, difficulty and feasibility of the case library construction have been analyzed.     Abstract:
    On the basis of analyzing the concept and connotation of postgraduate tutor's morality-preferred and people-oriented responsibilities, a seven-dimensional measurement scale of postgraduate tutor's morality-preferred and people-oriented responsibilities is constructed through literature research and a survey questionnaire is compiled. Questionnaires are distributed and collected for all kinds of graduate students in China University of Mining and Technology, the data are analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software, and the reliability and validity of the measurement scale is tested. From different perspectives, the current situation of implementing postgraduate tutor's morality-preferred and people-oriented responsibilities is analyzed. The results show that the implementation situation of postgraduate tutor's morality-preferred and people-oriented responsibilities in China University of Mining and Technology is generally good, but ideological and political quality, social responsibility and humanistic care about postgraduates need to be further strengthened. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen postgraduate tutor's morality-preferred and people-oriented responsibilities.

    Abstract:
    The implement of Rural Revitalization Strategy needs to build a complete set of scientific and perfect governance mechanism, the active participation of students provides vitality for the realization of targeted poverty alleviation. With the help of participatory governance theory and qualitative research methods based on literature and experience, this paper tries to explore the endogenous and exogenous motivation of students' participation in targeted poverty alleviation on the basis of analysis of theoretical and practical value, so as to provide theoretical justification for college students' participation in targeted poverty alleviation. Taking the summer poverty alleviation practice of students in School of Shipping and Mechanical Electrical Engineering Taizhou College and School of Public Administration Nanjing Agricultural University as examples, the study concludes that:serious task thinking and inactive; utilitarian tendency of practice, lack of understanding of the content of assistance; transient and unstable participation in assistance; personnel selection process. Non-standardization and the lack of responsibility and ability of Students' volunteers are the main problems facing students' participation in targeted poverty alleviation. We should improve the support mechanism and construct a trinity cooperation model; improve the quality of training, improve the content and form of training; give full play to the main role of college student Party members and cadres; strengthen the mechanism design, expand the quality of practical ability; identify service resources, understand the needs of the support objects and build a practical platform, enrich innovation content.
